I had done a mobile recharged an amount Rs/30 through Mobikwik, The amount was deducted from my debit card but amount did not received on recharged no.[protected]. I have already registered the compliant but mobikwik sent message to me that we have added your money but after 6 days i did not receive any money.     Dear Admin I did recharge of 100 with Transaction Id[protected] but I cannot get cash back and also for transfer of Rs.50 with Transaction Id[protected]. But mobikwik team sent message your money incremented manually but i posted complaint on Feb 2015 issue happened on jan 2015 still today they increment my cash back. I wrote many complaint's but no response. Mobikwik cheating customers with cash backs my id is prakash.[protected]@gmail.com mobile:[protected]

    on 29th march i purchased following items from shopclues and there was 100% cashback from the company when paid through mobikwik wallet:

    3 shopclues gift certificate each of 100rs
    3 more products worth rs86+ rs69+ rs50
    i recieved all the cashback by evening that day.
    but on next day a message came that it was system fault and your cashback will be taken back and they removed money from my wallet without my consent.
    pls help...i do have the invoice of cashback also

      Sir, I have not yet received any response from Mobikwik, I have already contact twice with reliance, they said that rechared was failed from mobikwik end but mobikwik said that recharged was succesfully pls contact with reliance customer care.. What can I do ??

        Hello, Transaction Id [protected] RS 500.0 Transaction Id [protected] RS 2000.0 I had 2500 amount in mobikwik wallet and i did recharge on 5/3/2015 to the number [protected] which is postpaid. It shows recharge successfull and by default it as taken as prepaid but payment has not made in real. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.             i made someom purchase on shopclues.com nd d chose payment mode as mobiwik wallet as they allow 10% cash back on every purchase. and at every paymet i got email dt i'll get rs 15 nd rs. 6 respectively. but still my wallet balance is zero. mobikwik account id: [protected]@yahoo.com

                Sir, Mobikwik has locked my account for last one month.I have Rs 483.00 as wallet balance.They have provided me numbers of pass word reset links but these are all useless.Even, they are not responding on their three available phone/mobile contacts.Please help me in addressing the issue.They may close my account and transfer the balance in to my bank account if they want.Please provide me the contact Nos of their MD/VP or GM so that I can talk to them.                   I am having online wallet account with mobikwik and I was having 3079 in my account till March 02, 2015.On Mar 02 23:39:10 someone has transferred Rs.3000 from my MOBIKWIK wallet to his mobikwik wallet account.Somehow he has hacked into my account and made this transaction.Details of the mobile no/email ID to which the amount has been transferred: [protected]/email:[protected]@gmail.com (Mobikwik transaction details: Dear MobiKwik User, [protected] has received Rs. 3000.0.                       I m a regular customer of mobikwik past 2 yrs and doing monthly transaction around 1000rs.the service was good but this time I have recharged 2 nos through mobikwik.. 1. [protected]. With Rs 200 airtel. On 09.02.15 2. [protected]. With Rs 200 airtel. On 09.02.15 Both transaction failed and the amount deducted from wallet that still not returned back after many complain through tickets and mails. The worst thing is they don't want to understand and there is no airtel dth id number is available.only option is ticket generation for that also u have to wait for a week.                         I have raised one ticket # 2241125 at Mobikwik regarding the amount of Rs.250 which was deducted from my ICICI bank credit card on[protected] but my Mobikwik account is not updated till date. I have done 2 transaction of Rs.250 each from different credit cards but one is updated in Mobikwik and second one is not updated.

                        They have closed my ticket by saying that amount has already been added in my mobikwik account but which is not. So I re-opened the ticket on[protected] and after that i have not received a single response from them.

                        What I want from Mobikwik is to cancel the below transcation or will not claim of this transaction so that my amount will be reversed in my credit card automatically within 15 days as per bank.

                          I placed two orders on Purplle.com on 12th Dec, 2014 and i paid through mobikwik wallet. I have received one order but for the another one Purplle was telling that they haven't received payment from mobikwik. If i ask mobikwik they were telling that they have made the payment to that merchant. I have sent many mails to both of them, but no response from them. Both are playing with me and still this issue not resolved. Below are the tickets raised on mobikwik site.                           Once you login to Mobikwik, click on help then support. There you will get an option to raise the new ticket and track old tickets as well.

It's not recharged and even the same is not reflecting in the history of mobikwik transactions. I can see just the added balance of 200 and remaining balance as 6.
