[Resolved]  Mobikwik — unsuccessful transaction

In order to add money in wallet i pay money to moobikwk through net banking and money not added in my wallet and while i am calling customercare there is no response. Now i have lost 2000 rupees how i can get.. Please add the money in my wallet quickly as possible.. On today morning this incident took place i called customer care several times but no response from them..

28/12/2017 on I have paid payment to DGVCL by Mobikwik & debited from my wallet. but Did not payment reached To DGVCL ...
Yesterday I have known that payment not succeed...
So please resolve it... That matter was going to more than one months..

customer care responsed that problem resolved without resolving
mobile numbers of mobikwik out of service

Very bad service. Last 7 days I suffered due to the not connecting customer care service.

I recharged 169 rs, in which money was deducted from my credit card and I could not get any money in my mobile nor could I get toffee on mobile please help me
