Sir,
I have added Rs. 1001/- to my wife's mobikwik account on 16/03/2018 but the amount is deducted from bank & wallet is not updated by mobikwik, in this regards many complaints have been made but i have not received the reply of any complaint.
Only status has been shown, resolved. i want to intimate to the [protected]@mobikwik.com but the mail box is full hence mail was not delivered to them.
Kindly co-operate with me.
