Team, This is to inform you that i have paid my electricity bill twice through mobikwik & as per the offer i got cash back but it is showing in super cash back now i m not able to use my super cash back amount & your customer care numbers updated on website it fake. You are making fool of the customer i will never suggest any one for this side very pathick services you are providing to the customer. I tried to recharge my jio Mobile number [protected] with an amount of RS 399 with my mobikwik by payment gateway of Punjab national Bank net banking. It has deducted from my account but I don't received the recharge. 399 is big amount for me and mobikwik customer service is not responding
