They are told me last thur. that mobiles gives u this sat. on 5-9-2013 but iam on wait stil today. Today i called owner of Chetas Service Center many times but no any response and now I call to Chetas Service Center so said me it (Mobile) will return u ending of this week so Sir what can i do, i cnt understand, they are all lier.

I am Pooja from Himanchal.I brought Lava handset, model no IRISSELFIE50.
last 7 -8 month befor and now I am getting problem in my font and back camra so I given repair (it’s not working) suddenly it stopped many times also. So I given this mobile to the Ganpati Enterprises ( LAVA SERVICE CENTER), Hamirpur Himachal on 18th of Apr. 2016 and they said me it will return you after 4-5 days., but still today[protected] it is pending at Ganpati Enterprises, Hamirpur Himachal. I called there and they say wants more time to repair my Mobile. They always says that it will take more days to repair and they say stock will coming next week so call us next week.
What u think, can somebody can manage without mobile for more than a 1-2 weeks just because of Service Center problem.

i Mr. robert from jaisalmer. i bought iris fuel f1 on last year oct 2015. but after 3-4 months back key, minimize(home) key, and recent keys work automatically. i have already complaint for three times continuously at different service i.e jodhpur and jaisalmer service center of lava company, but till now no improvement in the mobile. in the above three times complaint made by me firstly, they installed a new software. secondly, they change screen. thirdly, i hve complaint again at jaisalmer they installed again a new software.
again i have submitted again at Raj mobile service center jaisalmer and i have got work order no. xxxxxxxx61 on 18 may 2016 through my registration mobile no.
