[Resolved]  Airtel — deduction of balance

I was using [protected] sim in dongle on 08 Oct 13 from around[protected] hrs after that I checked my balance it was only Rs 2.35 only where as it was 96+.When enquired to exec. Mr Shyam he talks rudely and ignored. He told that your amt is deducted in SMS send by you. Where as I did not send any SMS. Kindly look into it and help me in getting my balance back

Airtel Telecommunication — i have been receiving unwanted and useless service messages through airtel

i have been receiving unwanted and useless service messages through airtel from almost a month now.i have send many messages to 1909 as well as some other airtel customer service numbers.still i am receiving these messages and getting my money deducted every day.these messages are been send without my permission.once i could stop a few messages, but they cheated me by starting some other service messages. then i send them a message for stopping those messages once again to 1909.and i got a reply from them that i am already registered in fully blocked category on the DND .then one more message telling that i am not presently not registered with DND for other few preferences. if this situation continues i 'll go bankrupt as i am losing money every day unnecessary without my interest and knowledge.my number is [protected]
i lodge the complaint DATED 07/02/2012 regarding a cancellation of spl five no a two week ago but no responce. and secondly

i recharge my mobile yesterday of 120/-
today mrng my balance was 0

and day befor yesterday u debit my balance of round up 50/-
iam using airtel frm last 6 year
and this not expected frm AIRTEL
Please reversed my debited balance on urgent basis,
AND AGAIN I RECHARGED MY MOBILE OF RS 120/- AND AGAING U DEBIT MY BALANCE OF RS 70/- ON DATED08/02/2012WHAT THIS NONCENCE AND UR CUSTMER CARE OFFICER MR yogesh and balasaheb not handling the customer well
if this will not revresed i cacelled my connection as well as i paper out this matter,

Im fed up with airtel yhis is worlds worst service i had . i have tried three airtel connections but the same problem persist. please solve the problem otherwise all in my family planning to leave airtlel.



Problem is that . i recharged my no on wednesday with three recharges 123, 100 , 25. but now my balance is 0. i dun know how please explain me this on urgent basis this time im logging my complaint in consumer forum and court. Even im not able to call airtel for which my balance is 600 min. i want refund of 110 rs. please call me urgently.

i tried to see last five transaction charged it shows none.

my mobile no is [protected].On[protected] an amount of Rs.100 has been deducted from my account balance. And this is the third time it has happened, in the recent past twice they have deducted rs. 200 and Total rs. 300/-. Presently i am outside of India, but i m not using this number for making and receiving calls. The SIM card is in my mobile just to use the phonebook in SIM. When i complained to the Customer service they say that i have received a call. That's why it has been deducted. Here i would like to mention that I did not receive any call, even i did not get any missed call. And if there is no call has come to my mobile, how i can receive? When i enquire the matter at my level, by asking the caller of the number mentioned by Customer Care , the caller told me that he tried to call me, and the call jumped. As it is a matter of call jump which is the fault at company part, and the company has imposed it on me by deducting my balance. Inspite of making several complaints to the customer care no action has been taken to credit my balance, this type of behaviour raise a question to the credibility of the company. They are showing their records but how can the customer prove that he did not get any call?

Sir please look into the matter. it has happened 3 times with me this is the 3rd time.

With due respect and humble submission it is beg to state that I Mr. V S Mallav having Mobile No.[protected] complaint that I had charged 211 Rs. on 23.03.12 at 11:24pm on above no. Immediately
on dated 23.03.12 at around 11:26pm am called customer care, instead of giving any satisfactory reply customer care representative told me you called to a number for which you charged for Rs 211. Actually I had not called to anyone during this time. During the conversation he disconnected my call even he had not send me complain number. This is second time (2 week ago) happened with me which is obviously serious problem for customer. Please help me to retrieve Rs. 211 back to my account.
Please look into the matter. I am looking forward for positive response from you.

I want to submit the complaint against AIRTEL that from about 10 days my balance is being deducted by Rs.6 everyday without informing me.
I haven't subscribed any service also.

Airtel has deducted Rs. 389/- from my account and after seeing this when I tried to contact the customer care executivities of Airtel,they were unable to give any proper reason.Infact 4 of them told 4 different reasons.And when I asked them to clarify they told that they are transferring the call to senior officials but I guess all their seniors were busy right then and did'nt attend my call.

Airtel Telecommunication — deduction of money illegally

I mateen Ahmad, Mobile number [protected], want to lodge complaint against Customer Care, Yesterday (i.e. 10.05.2012) I have received a message from Airtel that thank you for choosing Air tel Gyan on your airtel mobile. you have been charged rs. 1 for 1 day. immediatelly at about 2:00 p.m. I call to customer care, airtel customer care representative keep me in hold for extracting data of my mobile number and after some time the line was disconnected from the customer care side. after 5 minutes I again dial to customer care again a representative comes on line and he informed me that there is no any service and no deduction is made but Rs. 1 is deducted from my mobile balance and question him that Rs. 1 is deducted from my balance for the service Gyan but he disconnect the line without answering my question and it is pointed out that during two calls with customer care the representative had not tell is name.
There is no difference betbeen Airtel and Bhikari(begger).

this is kamal..i have been using the airtel since 3 months...and i have activated 2G services for apple iphone..still i am having the Data about 1gb in my hand stilll the balance is deducting automatically when i surf net..i have complained lot of times to customer care but no use with them..bloody hell i just quit the airtel and i switched to another service.
do not go for airtel..and also they charge more service tax when you top up your mobile..with prepaid.

I have lodged complain about my regular deduction of balance by the name gprs usuage Since 1 month . i have complained to customer care and write mail to the nodal Officer and also to the Appellate authority . A confirmation message also received to me , to take action with in 24 hour but even after a week also neither any person try to contact to me nor they try to solve my problem . Now they make my number such that i even couldnt call them up.

The treatment of Artel customer care is very very disappointed . kindly take action.

I am very much aware about the auto renewal of the SMS pack and for your kind information my complain is not about deduction of Rs/- 33/- . but i am asking you about my frequent deduction of GPRS usuage frequently i.e 0.20paise, ..30 paise ...0.10 paise like wise automatically since One month In-spite o[censored]sing internet service .

i am trying to convinced you since 15 days but non of your representatives were able to rectify . If same thing continue i will approach to consumer court and approach to your higher authority.
