    Airtel customer care sells personal details for money. I already raised a complaint about airtel employees selling personal details to people they know...After that i got a call from airtel delhi a lady spoke to me and told me it cannot be done by airtel employee...I too believed and i never bothered...Again its happening a person who shows my msgs and call history of mine to a 3rd person...That person came and told me that a person who is having my all my message details and call history in his hand...He saw that a person from airetl customer care sent him all details that what time to which no. I got message, what time i replied how many messages i sent, how many message i got from which no, how many hours i spoke to particular no.Etc... Note: already airtel person spoke to me and told that is not possible and they are safeguarding their employees... 1. I spoke to an airtel ex-employee and asked about it he said it can be easily done and they can see all details that what time what message sent, received, called, received call, what no.Etc... 2.He also told me that even they can see and read all messages what and all i received and i sent to whom and what by just raising a mail that the higher heads telling that customer is fighting for message charges etc... 3.He is clear that if you complained they have to find who logged in to get my details but simply airtel is avoiding and protecting their employees... 4.Its conform that airtel customer care sold my details unofficial and the ex-employee told me to get that person and give complaint airtel can find out easily that who logged in to get my details... 5.He also told me to raise complaint to dot... If anybody faced same problem please contact me and join with me lets complaint and save all persons who are all tapped illegally... D.Deshakumar mob no.[protected] mob no. [protected]

      Issue1 : 3G services deactivated automatically.

      Issue since: Past 2 days.

      Issue 2 : Unable to send text messages

      Issue since: January 08, 2013.

      As per my conversation with Mr. Shaikh Salim Javed on October 22, 2013 I have been informed that I have called up and deactivated my 3G services and my text messaging services are working fine.

      I had called in 3 days back to deactivate my BB plan as I had my BB phone for 10 days and the plan didnt need to be renewed. It got successfully deactivated. I received an instant text message for the same. Then after 3 days, suddenly my active 3G service gets deactivated suddenly.
      Mr. Shaikh Salim Javed tells me that I had requested it while I called last time, however it was for BB services and the adviser clearly understood what I wanted and did the right thing by deactivating my BB plan accurately. Due to a system error AIRTEL deactivated my 3G and now they are saying it would not be activated.

      FYI, my 3G services were my replacement for instant messages through the internet as you were never able to fix my services for an SMS to be sent out which has been active since the start of the year. This year I haven't sent an SMS at all what so ever. Not even one.

      I have no option but to leave AIRTEL however to get a PAC i need to send an SMS, and not to surprise you, but my SMS services are not working.

      I have had to worst service from AIRTEL till date. I have been a customer for more than 8 years on 2 other connections.

      In the past years, I have found services been activated without request, deactivated without request and so on and so forth. This is a loot business being run.

      The kind of customer services I have received, I would wish to be a terrorist and blow up every employee working for AIRTEL without even thinking once about their kids and family as whenever I speak to any of them, they just bog you off. Tell you that they cant do anything. Whats happening has happened, and cant change. Cant activate services. Don't have manager generally.
      Circle team would call, never called as I have tried to call 10 times for the same issue and then finally given up.

      I swear to GOD, I wish every employee who takes salary from AIRTEL would meet with an accident

        I am using Airtel Prepaid. To make calls frequently to other airtel mobiles, i put booster or rate cutter plan. It is 97 for 28 days.(previosuly it was 30 days). Now they introduced new cheating plan in this rate cutter, mentioned that we have to call daily first call to some other number min of 2 mins. For that call rate cutter charges will not apply. Normal charges per sec 1.5 p/sec. So, we have to put 97 rate cutter additonaly to make active that stupid rate cutter, we ahve to call 2 mins daily(spend min Rs.2), then what is the use of this stupid plan ?.

          Dear Airtel...what are you thinking about the customers.. I submitted the documents to convert my Postpaid connection to prepaid connection regarding to number [protected] in chennai velachery, they gave me a new SIM.After that I got the signal of new SIM after "1 month". The I dialled to 59059 for confirmation around "25 times" but it is not activated yet to now... If you not able to serve to all customers then stop new customers, why are you playing existing customers ??

                  I am having hard time in getting my 4G connection activated. I bought data card on 13th Oct, 2013 and verification was done on 17th Oct, 2013. But still when I call customer care, I am told verification details are not yet updated. And told to talk to the vendor/agent who has provided the dongle (in my case, its Goodwill Networks). Agent told me that there is some issue which they are trying to sort out and already have written to the channel manager. I am not sure what the issue is and why is it taking so much time to sort this out.                     I am highly disappointed with the kind of Broadband service I have been getting for past 3 months. I have logged several complaints in Airtel call center for user id [protected]_dsl.

                    Earlier the problem use to get corrected in 4-5 days whereas the SLA is for 72 hrs I guess. This time Airtel service team has taken more than 25 days and still the problem is not rectified. Every day I get a call from one of your executive asking for "whether the service has been restored or not". This really frustrating when executive doesn't even know if anything has been done to rectify the problem still they call up the customer to check whether the service is restored or not. Today received a mail to pay my monthly bill, the executive was asking to pay the monthly rental bill for the services which were not provided by airtel. As per my understanding I should only pay for the services and not for just keeping connection in my house. Also I have been doing a continous follow up with Airtel to get services rectified. Can you people help me in getting this issue setteled.

                      I have an airtel broadband of 8gb limit/month. every month it happens my data usuage suddenly increased and i dont even used it. my billing cycle starts from 17th of every month. Its like 3-4 days today and wen i got an email saying u hv reached 80% o[censored]r limit, i was like wth i didnt used it that much. i only downloaded an update of ard 215mb. i didnt even watched videos on youtube. i only surfed websites. and it says i used more than 7 gb . thats like airtel is stealing .people used to say airtel is a thief and now i know exactly why they said like that. its bad and pathetic service. such low limit and that too exhausts without using it. it always happens but i didnt noticed, but this time i was careful and still it happened, please i[censored] are thinking of getting an airtel aroadband service dont get it, its pathetic. i am thinking of getting it disconnected tomorrow morning. i have had enough of this nonsense.

                        I have applied for a broadband connection by on-line paying 49 rupees (don know for what) on Oct 5 and there was a free WiFi router for on-line purchases. Airtel promised for 48 hours SLA but there were no calls from their end. After few complaints I got a call on Oct 16, executive said I have to pay 1400 Rs for wifi router. When I called the customer care, they are also saying I have to pay 1400 Rs. Very bad service from Airtel. I am not going to receive that 49 Rs back. Beware of Airtel.

                            I have an Airtel Fixed Line connection ([protected]_dsl) on which I was experiencing few technical problems since last few days.

                            In attempt to resolve the issue I had called AirTel on Monday, 14th Oct, 2013 at around 11:30 pm. The call was attended by Syad khaizar Alam.

                            At the inception of the call the agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was not ready to listen to the problem and kept interrupting while I was speaking. Further, while I requested for some one else to take the call I was kept on a long hold stating there is no floor supervisor available. Please confirm the genuinity of this statement.

                            After addressing the problem and seeking an expedited solution the agent reverted that it is not possible and the engineer will report as per complaints lodged. Post the call I did not receive any service message. Following this I called AirTel customer service next day morning to learn that no complaint was registered. If no complaint was registered why was I committed that engineer will visit for issue resolution? And why was the complaint NOT REGISTERED?

                            I want to register a complaint against the mentioned customer service agent on account of
                            1. Unprofessional and rude behaviour,
                            2.Failure to register a fault service request and
                            3.Giving false commitment.

                              I have made the payment of my airtel mobile no +[protected] on 15 Oct 2013 of Rs 1499/- Txn id : HDFC14788811, I am tired calling airtel customer care on [protected] I am in roaming, no body is helping they keeping my calls on hold and they disconnected my calls many times I have already paid alot behind calling these guys but there is no help from them. They have promissed the waiver of all the late fees from the month of July to October but I have not received that as well. I am getting missed calls from [protected] its out calling department guys number. I spoke with Angel on 15 Oct 2013 but she didn't turned me to yet she said she will call me in 4 hrs but now 3 days are passed. I called thrice today and raised two online request but there is no response.

                                      airtel have generated wrong bill in the month of 9th jul'13. and airtel asking for over charging bill amount even though people from airtel agreed that mistake done by airtel in past and also i have proof which clrearly indicating that airtel has generated wrong bill . and, i told one of the airtel employee i will pay 1300 INR which is according to system and he was agreed but he told me that he will ask to his superior and till date no call. but some other call which trying to mentally disrupting me 'bill is pending at your end when you are going to pay . and my answer remain same first do you know about my problem . in future if could i have any mentally problem so airtel responsible for all matter . i am out of station till 24oct'13 after that you can call me on.
