Dear Sir, Airtel is testing our patience and nobody is calling or solving my problem. Yesterday when I called Bangalore customer care, they were forced to book a complaint no 53526799 and was assured that my data card would be activatedby 6 PM today. But nothing has happened and again when we called the customer care, the concerned Manager says that our address verification had been rejected without giving proper reason. We live in our own flat and the verification agent came to our house on 24/10/2013. He assured that the data card would be activated by 25/10/2013. But nobody in Airtel is serious about acting on our complaint. If the issue is not resolved immediately now, we will be approaching the consumer forum demanding suitable compensation from AIRTEL for their irresponsive condition. Please whoever responsible, ACT at once to avoid further complication.     Hi Sir/Madam,

    This is not my first compliant about Airtel. I have been using airtel for the past 6 years. I have recently bought 3 post paid Airtel connections([protected], [protected], [protected]) with CUG Rs.149/- monthly plan service. I have been using these new connections for about 1 month. Then last week 22/10/2013 (tuesday) i went to Airtel office at Chrompet branch to submit my bill amount in order to continue the services. After then i got a call from Airtel on saturday and they said that as per your request 3G internet plan is activated in your mobile. I shocked and replied them that i have not requested for 3G, even mobile wont support 3G internet. But they have not accepted my words and they said that you have to contact airtel customer care. then i compliant in Airtel customer care saying that how could you activate 3G internet service without my knowledge. The customer care girl said that we are sorry for that mistake, we will disconnect that 3g service. But i asked them to send me mail as apologize. Because i need to get proof of your mistake otherwise will go to consumer court to complaint about this cheating. I have suffer like this kind of cheating many times and i complaint customer care to stop paid services unless i activate it. But Airtel keep on do this cheatings. Please make necessary step to justify with enough compensation of these cheating done by Airtel.

      I recharged online of Rs. 57 (30 paise Local and 40 paise for 56 days), but they discontinued this scheme in 28 days. I called customer care many times but they say wait we are connecting your call to our senior executive but after 5-10 minutes call get disconnected. Its really a harassment. Plz do needful.         I applied for a post paid number portability from Tata Indicom to Airtel postpaid on[protected] at Airtel Center, Porur, Chennai. Its been 13 days as of today and nothing has happened. I have called the customer care every other day and have gone in person to the Airtel center, Porur. The response from customer care number is contact the center where you applied and the Airtel center gives a constant reply that it will be done in another couple of days. Do Airtel realize that the MNP code expires by tomorrow (30-Oct-13) and I will be left with no other option after that ? This is completely a frustrating experience. I have been using Airtel for my broadband, DTH and even mobile service previously for more than a decade. Now I have to reconsider everything I guess. Can someone in the Airtel help me out by today?         I just called the customer care again and the response is that the number is not activated yet and their supervisor will call me back. I dont understand how Airtel works with every other data computerised and available over online these days.

          This mail is regarding the account number [protected] which has been cancelled almost a month back...The account is in the name of S.M.KORBU..I have the deleted ref no which is 38489286 also and got the confirmation from your company about the cancellation of this account..Today again they sent me the bill and claiming that on 16th september 2013 I have not registered any complaint about the cancellation but only some problem regarding this account and sent me extra bill..please check about the false registration of this account by your company and delete this account as soon as possible and take strict action to the concern person who has taken wrong complaint...

              I am a 5 years old customer of Airtel prepaid service. On Thursday, 24th October, 2013 I have got a message from airtel that

              "As per Govt. directives, we have not received your valid documents for your airtel mobile, please submit your form, photo, ID & address proof within 72 hours at airtel showroom to avoid discontinuation of services."

              but my number [protected] is not just deactivated, but it is deleted on Friday, 25th October, 2013 morning. When I visited to outlet on Saturday, 26 October 2013 to submit my documents which was still under 72 hours, I got that my account and details has been already deleted and not any information is available.

              So, another SIM card has been provided, and assured me that we have taken the request for recreation of my account and it would work on same day as soon as possible.

              Now Its Monday, 28th October 2013 and my number is still not in service. When I have called to customer care they have said that we have no any details and may be you are not using this no. for a long time although my no. is very frequently used before the deactivation.

              I am suffering a lot due to this irresponsible service want to claim Bharti Airtel, Chandigarh for these kind of consumer service.

              Hi, below are some more updates on the above issues.

              When I have visited Aitel Relationship Center, Sector 22, Chandigarh on Tuesday to confirm the reason why my no. is not in service yet, I found that they have lost my physically submitted documents but there was an email sent on the same day so on the basis of that I have requested to status of resolution. They have requested again to submit my all documents.

              After struggle a lot on Tuesday evening airtel account has been created again as a Fresh New Customer and I have followed their instructions as per direction.

              Now I have lost my all balance, offers, services which was active on my no. and they are just making me fool that we are looking for my issues and providing the same, but still it is a time pass.

              I am very harassed in last 5 days, I have requested to look my issues on higher priority but the concern people is just passing time...

              Please let me update as soon as possible, as I am very harassed and want resolution without delay...

                  My nightmare started the day I got an Airtel service for broadband. My no is [protected] a) They are the most expensive amongst competition, but considering I have an association with Airtel since a long time (as I have Airtel no. as well as Airtel DTH), I have had no issues with Airtel service b) While Airtel claims a free modem along with the connection, the modem can only connect 4 devices. Reason: Security (I think Banks / ATMs should shut as Airtel has arrived with the strongest security tool! (pun Intended) Which means previously their systems were easily hackable. Hail Airtel!) c) I frequently started to face problems with erratic login error, inspite of putting right details. I had reset the router multiple times, for it to not show me the error and connect. Till my wifi stopped connecting at all, and I complained yesterday. d) CS from Airtel called and stated he is reseting from his end and I would not face this again e) Well! It happened within 24 hrs again, I have already resetted dozen of times, just to make the damn thing work. f) So called the CS no. as it wasnt working. I did not have my details handy like landline no. so requested the CS guy to pls trace my details, as he already has my mobile no. Strangely the CS from Mobile division managed to give the details, but when he transferred the landline dept. the CS asked the same detail again. He refused to budge till I have my details. I think Airtel has not taught something like 'database search' to their team. When asked to transfer to his senior, he stated no one is available. On asking his details, he stated his name is Subash Chandra. Ofcourse Airtel thinks customer is a fool! I dont think Airtel needs adamant fools in their CS, who are good for nothing! I have no time to entertain any more engineer visits and one more time my screen flashes 'Login Error' I would be filing a complain against Airtel, in Consumer Court for mental harassment, baiting me for a cheap modem and acquiring me as customer. I would also be pretexting my case for giving me hard time to finish my business commitments. Such companies should be taken to task, So I would also be approaching media to cover a story on how such companies should be out of business.

                    This is my humble request to you that I am a bonafide customer of Bharti Airtel. I regret to inform you that I had been using prepaid Vodafone [protected] for 6 yrs.One day its customer executive came to me and showed me airtel executive 100 - pb(coprative) plan which I liked very much plan feature are given below :-
                    500 minutes pm any network(free),
                    500 sms L+N any network (free),
                    to airtel mobile 10p/min
                    to other mobile 0.5/min
                    to landline 1/min due to that I ported my vodafone number to airtel postpaid in February, 2013 till August they provided its services according to plan which had given to me, but all of sudden they have changed my plan without informing me so it is very shocking for me.you are request to solve my problem and resume my previous plan which has been implemented otherwise I am going to disconnect my number as well as other numbers which are using by my family members. I shall be very grateful to you for this act of kindness.

                    Having complained about my problem airtel bharti, they contacted me the next day . There was some problem in line so I could not hear what they wanted to say to me when I later contacted call center and they asked me to mail my complain again. I am not able to understand their modus operandi. I am very disappointed at their behaviour. I am fed up with their response. I am mentally tortured by the company. They are forcing me to pay bill. I donot to pay my bill till my problem resolve.This is my very old number. I have given this number to my near and dear ones. I have made a bludern mistake to take that plan airtel.

                      Hi, we in my family using more than 5 airtel postpaid connections and 3 prepaid. Paid all the bills in time. I've some dispute with my post paid # [protected] so I've asked customer care to deactivate the services. Some Mr. Ravindra called me from the number +91 [protected] from airtel DSA for last bill payment. We come on common point to pay Rs. 1500 and he promise to send me the No dues letter. I paid the amount by cheque # 175838 (HDFC). more than 2 months passed but I did not received the no dues letter on my mail given to him. Now again I continuous receiving the calls from airtel DSA to pay Rs. 1200 again with the No. [protected] and the guy said he will disturbing me and my relatives until I pay the rest amount. I've lots of mental harassment's because of this and could not concentrate on my office works. The last option I have to contact consumer forum on the same.                         I was using Airtel Broad band Airtel Acccount Number 14867864 back in 2010 to 2012 which i disconnected and all final bills were settled. Airtel however claims that the bills were generated even after disconnection and i am supposed to pay. They have also shared my contact detail with third party recovery agents who pose as lawyers and keep calling. As such airtel service is pathetic and to add to that now they have stooped down to such levels of hiring goondas on behalf of them. Extremely unprofessional approach.

                          Hi, Our Airtel broadband & land-line isn't working since Oct-11th.We register multiple complains with airtel authority but its of no use.Some time we are getting call from airtel office they are fixing the issue in 24 hours.Till now we are waiting when the 24 hours will be over.After 14 days till now neither landline nor the broadband is working. This is really disgusting, this kind of service can be expected from BSNL not from Airtel.                             I have read several complaints about Airtel's non-responsive, uttely non-user-friendly website. I too experienced it today. I visited 'My Airtel' for my last five transactions. Here is what the page read: Server Error Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an unexpected error. Diagnostic Information Method: POST URL: /prepaidaccount/PSC_Web/RechargeL5DViewAction.action Error Code: 0x38cf04d3 Error Text: DPWWA1235E Could not read the response status line sent by a third-party server. Possible causes: non-spec HTTP headers, connection timeout, no data returned. This is not a problem with the WebSEAL server. Solution Provide your System Administrator with the above information to assist in troubleshooting the problem. [BACK BUTT I tried several times with the same result. Airtel should either get out of the Internet system or do something drastic to improve their website.

                              I am Tarun Reddy from Andhra Pradesh. My Mobile no is [protected], which I am using from past four years.I have recently applied for postpaid connection on 3rd Oct, 2013 which had to be ported from idea prepaid to airtel postpaid.Even after 4 weeks of time my number is not ported or converted to postpaid.I have reported the problem to the agent who came of service for connection registration, he says the number is ported and then converted to postpaid and everything is fine, but New SIM card when inserted shows "limited service" message.I tried contacting him again and he is not responding now.This shows the height of negligence the agents show towards their customers and all they need is their commission.I spoke with other two executives and they didn't give any response as if it is not their duty.I managed to get the numbers of local area senior executive and a team leader with whom I spoke of the same problem.They said that they fixed the problem and there would be no issues after 24 hours.And even after 5 days of time the number is not ported and I'm still using the same old IDEA SIM. Now these people are also not answering the calls.I say these people very irresponsible, incapable and unfit for their positons.Airtel heads and officials should take absolute care in recruiting their agents and executives which otherwise will definitely effect the company's reputation in a very bad way.Thank you.

                              Another big drama from airtel executives and everything is same as usual.After writing on this portal one of executives actually called and finally I hoped the problem would be solved.I explained what happened, she said that she will speak to their agents and call the next day.I waited for 2 days there were no calls, so finally here ended the drama which was futile.I kept calling the local agents and finally they said there was a minor issue and they have to Relogin or whatever, so asked me to submit documents again.It took another 5 days for the agent to just come and collect the documents for second time on 31st OCT.Now again they are just acting like they had previously.Who is that I have to contact to get this issue resolved??????

                              Airtel executives are a bunch of (Specially Hyderabad Zone).They are irresponsible, useless and brainless.They don&#039;t know how to address their customers.Bharti Airtel may be a renowned company but it will definitely lose its reputation in near future because of these executives and agents.Mainly the hyderabad executives are stupid and dumb.I applied for a postpaid connection 2 months ago but till date the connection is not active.This simple example depicts the heights of negligence and lack of responsibility of airtel executives.I tried raising a complaint in airtel head office, begumpet, hyderabad, where they are not even accepting complaint saying reasons and excuses.I want my money to be refunded.Thats all

                                I’ve 2 Airtel numbers: [protected], [protected]. I had applied for these 2 numbers to be in the same CUG group at Infosys Mysore campus but when I received the bill, I see that all the calls between these 2 numbers are charged. I went to Airtel outlet in Infosys Mysore campus and registered a complaint but your representative calls me up and tells me that Parent ID is not updated and I’ve to send another request with ID proof to add these 2 numbers to CUG group. I do not understand how is it a customer’s mistake that Parent ID is not updated. Clearly one of your staff member has done the mistake so it’s your responsibility to fix it ASAP and revise bills for both the numbers. All the ID proofs have already been submitted at Infosys Mysore campus Airtel outlet. So please get all the required docs from your people and fix the problem. Also, send the revised bills. My internet connection is not working properly then on my connection switch then internet is working properly about 10-15 minutes and wi - fi also.                                       Hi sir, My num is [protected], it was postpaid till nw sir, due to pending bill amount, 2 months back the service had gon deactivated sir, today only i paid the amount and hav processed for the activation process sir, bt i requested the agent of airtel to activate my number and change it to postpaid, , , so, how much duration i should wait for the activation to be done...??????
