Since Jun 2012, I have been making all my Airtel postpaid Mobile bills iro my Mob No [protected] A/c no[protected] by Airtel Money. All through the company has been advertising of payback of 5% if airtel money is used to make payment of Airtel Mob bills. Despite repeated mails the Company has not credited ANY PAYBACK into my a/c since Jun 2012 nor given any response to my mails.

The complaint still stands UNRESOLVED .
Since Jun 2012, I have been making all my Airtel postpaid Mobile bills
iro my Mob No [protected] A/c no[protected] by Airtel Money.
All through the company has been advertising of payback of 5% if airtel
money is used to make payment of Airtel Mob bills.
Despite repeated mails the Company has not credited ANY PAYBACK into my
a/c since Jun 2012 nor given any response to my mails.
Sad that a reputed coy Like Airtel is NOT repeat NOT showing any interest in contacting or honoring their commitment to payback 5% on transaction using Airtel money. They feel that the customer will forget the issue or people have short memories. Not realising such careless attitude will have a long term damaging affect on their business.

    some days ago I received a msg about offer on 96 rupees recharge, but after recharge they say there is no such offer, I sent them snapshot of msg but they told me same thing every time. So I want to know that can we file RTI for msgs detail they send on my number between that period and after that file complaint in consumer court.

      What a way to reward a customer of last 10 years. Simple: Snap wrong GPRS charges of 3000 rupees, even when GPRS was never used by me. Surprisingly, in my GPRS usage pattern, I can see that GPRS is being used all throughout the day and night. As per Airtel bill, I have not slept for last 15 days and kept on using GPRS services day and night. I hope somebody is going to get this mistake corrected because I'm not going to pay for the services that I never used. My complaint number is 53284376

      This is the first time in last 10 years, that I have faced this kind of issue from Airtel. I wonder which way Airtel is going by treating their customers like this

        A telecaller of airtel offered me Rs 699/- yearly plan and activated plan. As per him i am valuable customer of Airtel therefore Airtel suggested for one time payment of Rs 699/- for activation of yearly plan. And after that he activated that plan on my number. When i received my July13 month bill then i shocked because they applied Rs 6999/- instead of Rs 699/-. Immediately i complained to airtel but till that they have not resolved that problem while i am paying them monthly bill as per monthly bill plan. Now they have barred my outgoing call from 11th Oct13. I asked then kindly provide the name that executive & recording of call discussion that day.

          I have applied for portability from vodafone to airtel at greater noida franchise on[protected] with all formalities after that they have issued me sim card of airtel and said it will be operational with in 7 days but it has been 15 days service is not activated when i contect customer care they replied me that contact your franchise where you submitted your documents when i went to franchise they said it will be acitivated with in day or two. still it has been week but my services on airtel network not activated. please suggest me what i should do.               Sir I am a employee of Capgemini India pvt limited in bangalore.I had applied for a corporate sim through the airtel representative at our office in cresent 3 Prestige shantiniketan, near Itpl big bazaar on september 23rd.I had applied for number portability for my vodafone prepaid number [protected] .On 9th october i got sms from airtel that that my application is being processed .And people from your company had come for verification to my office on thursday.But due to some official work ihave been transferred to 6b ecospace Belandur offfice of capgemini.Even on informing that no one from airtel has come up to do the verification.Due to the sim not being activated i am facing problems in my day to day communications .I had applied for cug375 postpaid plan.So kindly can you help me out on this matter. I have been calling the customer care of airtel and talking with the airtel representative in our office but not getting any helpful reply.So i am in situation of not knowing what to do.

                Despite I been told that my installation will be done 100% today, it wasn't! Mr. Tarun of Bharti Airtl Vacant Kunj Delhi first said that he will call me back in 10 minutes and let me know. After no response from him, I called him after an hour. He said that the engineer's call is on wait and that as soon as he gets in touch with him, he ll revert to him. I kept calling him again and again but he kept giving excuses. Then on again calling him, he said that the identity card is not clear, so I should send it to him again. I sent it to him and called him. Then he said that the engineer will reach in half an hour. On nobody reaching after two hours, I called up Mr. Tarun 13 times but he did not answer my call! This is heights of inefficiency which I did not expect from Airtel after making the full payment.

                  Multiple sms packs get activated on my phone and then customer service never helps. Forget help they do not even have manners to talk properly. They just disconnect the phone and the call also costs. Everytime a new exec turns up and disconnects. A company like this is one of the hubs of cheats in our country.

                    AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SELLS PERSONAL DETAILS FOR MONEY.

                    I already raised a complaint about Airtel employees selling personal details to people they know...after that i got a call from Airtel Delhi a lady spoke to me and told me it cannot be done by Airtel employee...i too believed and i never bothered...Again its happening a person who shows my msgs and call history of mine to a 3rd person...That person came and told me that a person who is having my all my message details and call history in his hand...He saw that a person from Airetl customer care sent him all details that what time to which No. i got message, what time i replied how many messages i sent, how many message i got from which no, how many hours i spoke to particular no.etc...

                    Note: Already Airtel person spoke to me and told that is not possible and they are SAFEGUARDING their employees...
                    1. I spoke to an Airtel Ex-employee and asked about it he said it can be easily done and they can see all details that what time what message sent, received, called, received call, what no.etc...
                    2.He also told me that even they can see and read all messages what and all i received and i sent to whom and what by just raising a mail that the higher heads telling that customer is fighting for message charges etc...
                    3.He is clear that if you complained they have to find who logged in to get my details but simply Airtel is avoiding and protecting their employees...
                    4.Its conform that Airtel customer care sold my details unofficial and the ex-employee told me to get that person and give complaint Airtel can find out easily that who logged in to get my details...
                    5.He also told me to raise complaint to DOT...

                    If anybody faced same problem please contact me and join with me lets complaint and save all persons who are all tapped illegally...

                      Dear Sir / Madam, I had port in to the Airtel GSM connection from MTS CDMA connection. From the day one since I had port in to Airtel we are not receiving a Incoming call but we are able to make outgoing calls. We made the complain to customer support over phone by personally visiting the gallery and all the while they said we have registered the complain and will be sorted out very soon. This lasted for almost 6 months and then I did to paid the bill for 2 months. Very clearly asking them to sort out the problem of incoming calls and take the payment in cash. This no. was very important to me since it was printer on all my visiting cards, service register, promotional activities, etc.. so was expecting lot of incoming calls for service request and response to the marketing activities done by us. Since I had not made the payment they disconnected the connection. After that I got a call from many different department of Airtel, some were interested in solving the problem some were from the recovery department and some were threatening calls against the legal action.                         AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SELLS PERSONAL DETAILS FOR MONEY.

                        I already raised a complaint about Airtel employees selling personal details to people they know...after that i got a call from Airtel Delhi a lady spoke to me and told me it cannot be done by Airtel employee...i too believed and i never bothered...Again its happening a person who shows my msgs and call history of mine to a 3rd person...That person came and told me that a person who is having my all my message details and call history in his hand...He saw that a person from Airetl customer care sent him all details that what time to which No. i got message, what time i replied how many messages i sent, how many message i got from which no, how many hours i spoke to particular no.etc...

                        Note: Already Airtel person spoke to me and told that is not possible and they are SAFEGUARDING their employees...
                        1. I spoke to an Airtel Ex-employee and asked about it he said it can be easily done and they can see all details that what time what message sent, received, called, received call, what no.etc...
                        2.He also told me that even they can see and read all messages what and all i received and i sent to whom and what by just raising a mail that the higher heads telling that customer is fighting for message charges etc...
                        3.He is clear that if you complained they have to find who logged in to get my details but simply Airtel is avoiding and protecting their employees...
                        4.Its conform that Airtel customer care sold my details unofficial and the ex-employee told me to get that person and give complaint Airtel can find out easily that who logged in to get my details...
                        5.He also told me to raise complaint to DOT...

                        If anybody faced same problem please contact me and join with me lets complaint and save all persons who are all tapped illegally...

                          On July 25th, I had requested to cancel my Airtel Internet and landline plan since I was leaving my rented apartment by end of month. They said cancellation requests takes 1 week to process. I was fine with it and told them I will pay extra for last 5 days since my billing cycle was 25th. But my internet was disconnected same day. I called them up to re-activate it for next 5 days and then disconnect it. They activated it next day and in the process I lost 1 day of internet usage causing inconvenience Next day I got a call from Airtel Retention team. I told them i am leaving this flat and shifting to some other place so getting it disconnected. They asked me not to get it disconnected and shift my connection. So I told them it will take me 1 month to find a new place and i will be shifting to my relatives for a month. They said they will change my plan post 30th to 299 for which I will not have to pay and post that when I shift to my new place i can get the connection shifted again, I was fine with it, but they ended up changing my place next day and that was not useable as Data limit was very low. So I did not use airtel internet and asked them to change my plan back and cancel it on 30th . They changed my plan after 2 days by which I had already moved out but did not process cancellation 1 month after they sent me a bill of 1926 rs even though I did not use it and they didnt cancel my request. They were ready to waver off the amount if I re-installation the connection. Since I did not have possession of my new house I could not install it and then I did not want airtel anymore because of their billing problem. I use to get 3 calls a day from airtel and i ended up explaining things again and again. It was giving me a lot of stress and I told them not to call again and I dont want their connection . I am not liable to pay because of their problem I never used internet and they only did not disconnect my connection. Now they keep calling me to pay due amount. Requesting help to sort out the issue.

But sorry to say that your airtel team do not start my prepaid no, due to no verification of my ID Proof, which i handover to your Executive who collect it from me. I Call many times to Customer Care but their is no response by them.Try to understand the problem, which I my facing from appro more than 10 days. I also go to your ARC at Malviya Nagar to Submit my ID Proof for verification for above said no, but they reject to accept it and ask for go to south extension ARC. And the South Extension ARC people said, submit your documents from where u got the prepaid SIM. what will i do in the case. I think this is a very bad service from your team.                               Hi, I am VenkataRamanaMurthy Dala holding Airtel Broadband connection and connection/link was down from last 6 days but no resolution from their end. Instead of fixing the issue they concentrate more on closing the ticket. I have raised the ticket on last sunday dated 06th October 2013 and ticket reference no is: 39501512. When we call the customer care it will take to connect the team for 30 minutes after connecting the customer care guy(Sudhil Patil) will debug the issue without knowing the reason he has changed the router password and saying it will work after 30 mins. After again our work is to connect the customer care team to raise the issue and they will generate the ticket and next day their tecnician(Mahadev) came after verifying the issue he will tell the issue is at hub i will check and come but he never returns when we call him he will tell fixing the issue in another half an hour it will work, like that so many half an hours, 6 end of the days over still the issue not fixed. We are wasting our money on calling up the customer care team, technicians and monthly bills(without any usage).                                     I was shifting my residence from Noida to Delhi. Placed a request on Airtel to close the account on 10 July. An executive came to my new residence to collect past due payments. I cleared an amount of 2290.50/- via cheque. The executive assured me the account is closed and that no further payments need to be made. I continue to receive calls from Airtel asking why I closed my acount despite my having cleared that I have shifted my residence many times over. On the morning o[protected] An executive from Aitel by the name of Raju Das calls me and says an outstanding of 3500 something (cant recall exact amount). He says if I make the payment today the account will be closed. I am shocked to hear this, because before this I received a) an assurance from an executive that my account is closed and b) no intimation of any kind (no email nor any physical bills) from airtel that I still have an outstanding. I explain to him the absurdity of his claim. I tell him that I am prepared to pay the original outstanding which was 1222/-. To this he says he will talk to his superior and call me back. He calls me back an says pay 1499/- by today 3.00 PM and we will close this account. (he has no logical explanation for why 1499 and not 1222/-) To this I request at least give me time till tomorrow so I can pull out my past payment details and arrange for the payment. He says either make the payment by today 3.00 pm or the amount will increase. I don't understand this new form of extortion that Airtel has resorted to especially when I'm willing to settle a bill that in my opinion is not valid. I asked for a day to go back home and see if the earlier executive gave me any receipts. When I requested Mr. Das to let me speak with hes superior he said that he does not have a superior in this department. Which makes me wonder, did he speak to anyone at all the first time or did he reach the conclusion on his own. Typically a company like Airtel should want to protect its brand image and not indulge in immoral and unethical practices such as this. However as an individual I am extremely distressed and unhappy about the way this situation is being handled,

                                        Sir, I am tarun bhalla and I have two airtel fixline connection [protected] and second one is [protected](on my wife's name-Yogita bhalla). Actually on dated 07.10.2013 my first connection [protected] dead so we got log in a complaint against that( complaint no.[protected] but they gave no proper solution for it. Even now, My second connection too is not working. I have called couple of times to customer care and with their seniors but they are not giving any positive response. This is the 4th day and I got frustrate with their careless behaviour for the customers. I am really unhappy and want to take a hard action against them.
