i have ordered "ASUS WIFI ROUTER MODEM" from airtel website (infibeam handles all airtel online product) on 16th Aug 2013, order no-511124(as i received), payment done,
but when i try to track my order it shows invalid order number and email adress
i also contacted customer care.but they not able to solve my problem they say give me full 13-14 digiti order id. And and they says your order is in frozen state.But i have received 511124 as order no in my confirm email.
SBI reference no is - CCA13HRBL900
THIS IS THE EMAIL I HAVE RECEIVED FOR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER PLACED ALMOST 2 MONTHS OVER STILL NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR REFUND

When I have visited Aitel Relationship Center, Sector 22, Chandigarh on Tuesday to confirm the reason why my no. is not in service yet, I found that they have lost my physically submitted documents but there was an email sent on the same day so on the basis of that I have requested to status of resolution. They have requested again to submit my all documents.
After struggle a lot on Tuesday evening airtel account has been created again as a Fresh New Customer and I have followed their instructions as per direction.
Now I have lost my all balance, offers, services which was active on my no. and they are just making me fool that we are looking for my issues and providing the same, but still it is a time pass.
I am very harassed in last 5 days, I have requested to look my issues on higher priority but the concern people is just passing time...
Please let me update as soon as possible, as I am very harassed and want resolution without delay...
