I HAD TAKEN POST PAID CONECTION FROM AIRTEL MOBILE NUM [protected] . IN FIRST BILL I WAS CHARGED NET CHARGES WHICH I NEVER USED AFTER COMPLANING THEY REMOVED THE CHARGES .NOW AGAIN THEY HAD CHARGED ME NET CHARGES AND SEND ME BILL MORE THEN 1200 RS MY BILL HARDLY COMES UPTO 350 RS .I AM HAVING AIRTEL DONGLE OF 3G WITH USAGE OF 2GB WHICH I HAD NOT USED FROM LAST 2 MONTHS THEN WHY I WILL USE NET ON MOBILE . AIRTEL HAD CHARGED ME NET CHARGES WHICH I HAD NOT USED PLZ HELP WATING FOR REPLY

    airtel have generated wrong bill in the month of 9th jul'13. and airtel asking for over charging bill amount even though people from airtel agreed that mistake done by airtel in past and also i have proof which clrearly indicating that airtel has generated wrong bill . and, i told one of the airtel employee i will pay 1300 INR which is according to system and he was agreed but he told me that he will ask to his superior and till date no call. but some other call which trying to mentally disrupting me 'bill is pending at your end when you are going to pay . and my answer remain same first do you know about my problem . in future if could i have any mentally problem so airtel responsible for all matter . i am out of station till 24oct'13 after that you can call me on. [protected]. *who closed my complaint i need the answer and what was the base to close the matter otherwise stop this consumer service which will not be helpful for people. * airtel need to to generate revised bill other wise i will not pay any amount. thanks sujit jha

    Finally issue has been resolved with airtel after long discussion . problem was internet rent overcharged by airtel which was totally unaccepted for me but end of oct'13 negotiation took place and issue resolved .

      I raised so many complaints telling that "AIRTEL EMPLOYEES SELLING PERSONAL DETAILS FOR MONEY... on 10th october and 11th october... After that a person Name Mr.Ashish sales executive delhi called me and told they will find out the person very soon and they said they will let me know.But again a person name Abhishek from same Airtel New Delhi called me yesterday around 11:45am and promised me that he will find the person name and let me know within 24 hours they said... BUT I AM STILL WAITING WHEN THAT 24HOURS WILL GET OVER...For my safety i always keep auto call record in my both mobiles and recorded what they spoke and what they promised...         I would like to take strong exception to the way Airtel India treats its mobile subscribers who visit its website for different services. To begin with, the site takes a long, long time to open. And once it opens, for each service there is another long wait. Sometimes, the pages don't open at all, wasting our valuable time. For instance, if one visits the 'My Airtel' page and click on any of the services under 'Manage Services', you virtually go mad. Nine out of ten times, you get ridiculous responses such as: 'The page is unavailable', 'service exception...' or some other nonsense in red letters. And when you finally get through to some service such as 'Last 5 transactions', what you get is two or three-day old entries. I wonder what their so-called Customer Care Department does the whole day. What Airtel must understand is there are dozens of other operators in the country and their subscribers can easily choose any one of them.

          I have ordered for a dongle in airtel site on 8/10/13. Next day I got call from providers telling they are from airtel and lady named "Shilpa" with no. [protected] told they will deliver dongle on Thursday before 7. I have waited and around 7 i called back she asked for applogys and told I will get on Friday before 1. Somehow I got it on around 2.30. I got dongle and as per my plan 3g postpaid rep. gave sim. Shilpa called again and told Saturday I will get verification and get activated in evening. Saturday one guy came to home around noon and did verification. After that I am calling shilpa for the 10 digit no she is not picking call. next three days her phone was off. On Tuesday i called her not picking. Entire day I called her and some how she picked call and told will give 10 digit no. but no luck. No more response. Wednesday I called her again not picked. But after a long she messaged with 10 digit no([protected]). I called airtel custm care for activating. They told details not yet submitted. I called back she never picks. I called touch Point service no [protected] and one lady Radha was told she is from admin section . She will get back. She told that sim was blocked and she made request to head and 100% it will get activated before 8clock. Is it good to provide a customer with blocked sim and not supporting or even answering the call. No luck that day also not activated. Today I called her she is telling within 3clock it will get activated. But no luck. Airtel customer care telling same reason to submit data and get back with touch point services.

          I am asking to get refund. Radha is telling she dont know the reason why it is like this.If other sim if provided all verification process has to be done again. Why to get into trouble with them again. so told to refund. Radha told she will send people to tomorrow



          Touch point customer support service is too bad and horrible. They are very apt to get money and after that no support. I have wasted my 4 days wasting calling them, Please take necessary action so that no body should not get in to this trouble further. I am not sure they will refund me back. It is so horrible to waste time like this. They should have at-least respond back with updates no??

          Same issue here, Dongle is not activated. Before selling the data card they made multiple calls to me. After selling there is no response, one of the number given as touch point is not reachable and the other is not receiving the phone. Made multiple calls to Airtel customer care but no clear information been provided by them as well. Do not know what to do with the Dongle with out it's been activated.

              This is in regard to My postpaid Number: [protected] I was in the Plan CUG 298 which offered me 400 MB free data per month. Last month I received a bill of amount 2271.09/- Dated 21-Sep-2013 . After calling the customer care for several times regarding the clarification of the Bill regarding the Data, as there was no response, I told that I will not pay the bill till Airtel gives me the explanation. What happened actually was one day I sent a mail with 15 mb attachments. But as Airtel has capped the size at 10 MB I could not send the mail and more over Data has been consumed over the entire night and nearly 700 MB was consumed for one mail. Now they are saying that they could not waiver the Amount. Why should I pay 1800/- for one mail and that is because of Airtel's Mistake. I tried to explain the situation every time I call and they just don't care. As I moved to another location I disconnected the Number. So I also gave a alternate number but they did not even call on that and sent a mail saying as they could not reach me (Obviously because Airtel disconnected the number) they will proceed legally. Even after all this I called the Customer care giving my alternate number again but again to listen to all sorrys but no help. Please help me resolve this issue. Also they already have Rs.500/- as my Advance I gave before getting the connection. I am willing to pay 200 or 300 additional to the 500 advance I paid if needed.

                        I have asked Airtel to cut my broadband line since the month of may, they've send me a reference no for disconnecting my line, however nothin has been done so far. On top of that i've been getting msg and my bill is increasing every month. i was out of station, so wen i came back, to avoid the inconveinience i paid that outstanding amt. I got the settlement paper and was told that i was never to be disturb again . I kept getting calls and my bill is increasing. i again mail them to disconnect my line and i got another reference no and was told that line would be disconnected within 7 days . Again nothing has been done so far . Ive attached the settlement paper below.

                            I have purchased the Airtel SD connection somewhere mid of 2009 & my Cust ID is [protected]. The set top box worked fine till Nov 2012 & thereafter the picture quality started deteriorating. Initially we thought that there could be some problem with the disc adjustment but when the technical person came on lodging the complaint, we came to know that the problem is with the set top box. We asked him the options available, he told that there is only option available which is nothing but to replace the set top box with the refurbished (old repaired) set top box with a cost of Rs. 350/- plus visit charges Rs. 125/- with warranty of 6 months & there is no option to buy a new set to box instead. Further the company does not provide any receipt for any charges paid to them, which to my knowledge, is not allowed in India. I had no choice but to agree with the only option available, unless I decide to change the service provider & get it replaced in Feb 2013. After two months the same problem recurred, logged another complaint, got the set top box replaced with another refurbished (old repaired) with a visit charges of Rs. 125/- paid. This too created problem within two months than again get replaced with the charges paid Rs. 125/-. Now again this setbox started creating problem, but since now the 6 months are over I have to pay another Rs. 350/- plus Rs. 125/-. This time I logged a complaint & told the whole story to the customer care officer. Initially he refused to have anything in there record regarding any such complaint logged by me in the past, in there system. When I told him that I will go to a consumer forum if this is not addressed appropriately, than he connected to some senior officer. Now the story changed & the senior officer accepts that, yes I have logged only one complaint in Feb 2013 & there after they cannot see any complaints logged by me & according to them I was telling lie. The Airtel company is cheating to the common people by deliberately using the inferior parts for repairing so that their other income keeps growing. Two things to support my statement is that first they do not ready to sell a new set top box when the existing is troubling & second they never provide any receipt when it gets changed / repaired, so that no record will be created. I strongly recommend to the consumer to change the service provider immediately whenever they first face this kind of problem. I have read couple of reviews on other sites where the consumer are facing similar problems. Which means that this is a common practice adopted by the company & they are aware of it. I request the Airtel DTH company to reimburse my hard earned money & provide me a compensation of Rs. 2000/- for the unfair dealing & harrassment.

                                  Dear Sir/Maam, I was having a postpaid mobile connection of airtel with number [protected]. My credit Limit was 2400/- Now my bill remained unpaid for 4 month. After 4 months suddenly I came to know that the amount has reached 5690/- . I was under the impression that my bill amount will not cross 2400 as my credit limit was 2400/-. Generally the company discontinues service if after credit limit a person still utilises it. But then in my case suddenly I was thrown an amount of 5690 and Now I am threatened by them that they are sending me a legal notice Kindly guide me on this what can be done. Thanks, Lav Poddar

                                        My mobile no is [protected]. I recharge 28rs internet 3g pack 100mb through internet already i had available balance 82.75. after 5 min of browsing 3g pack completed and they deducted 82.75 rs from my main account.

                                        I ask the customer care person ms.ramalakshmi she said you have use totally 140 mb.

                                        100mb - 3g pack - 28rs

                                        40 mb - extra 3g used - deducted Rs.82.75

                                        See the above report. it was not first time for me. i think this 2nd or 3rd time. This is their business intelligence to deduct money. first time i ask the customer care person "Is there any way to use internet only after activating internet pack." he said " Sir we can provide that option you have to use properly ie) they deduct too much of amount 10kb 10 paise i think". why it is not possible? i know the ans because they can' get these much of extra money in a easy way. All the network providers are doing the same. Please consumercomplaints put a case and do the necessary action to releave from these kind of network activities.

                                        Now i had tried 198 they are not taking my calls. PORT my number to 1900 was also not working. Please take the action it will help nearly 1 million peoples.
