Tata DoCoMo U.p. West — for wrong balance deduction | |
Respected Sir since last 3-4month docomo provider deducted a lot of balance from my account.When we call 198 or 121 my call is connecting to customer care.Recently he deduced 30rupees.when i call them from another no. they refund me only 11 rupees & said that remaining 19 repees will be refunded later. But still that balance did not came to my account.When we call them from.other no. they avoid & disconnected call. It is docomo policy they activate themselves any service on their customer no. & when customet call them they tell that u have subscribed/activate this chargable site. Sir plz plz do any thing for wrong deduction on my no. Tata Docomo — Deduction balance wrongly
They were deducting my balance wrongly since last one month. I have proof against them.please help me out.. I am too much irritated.
