[Resolved] Vodafone — Request for Cancellation of Postpaid Connection not being addressed | |||
I have raised multiple complains with Vodafone since they are not catering to my request of cancellation of a post paid connection by the number - [protected]. This was my delhi number. I have shifted from Delhi to Pune and have taken a new vodafone post paid connection for Pune by the number - [protected]. Therefore I requested vodafone to cancel my earlier connection. I have made multiple calls but my request has never been answered, nor have I been given any status for the same. To top it, one customer care executive said that my request has been closed technically in the system, without even calling me. I have place a request for cancellation of connection via no. [protected] post paying my last bill outstanding for Rs. 1200 approx. I am not going to oay any rental post this, since I have already placed request for cancelling the number which the company is not responding to. Please take immediate action since I am fed up of following up with their customer care team who keep transferring calls and do not pay heed to the request or complaint Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — Cancelled no.
Hi,I had cancelled two numbers in the month of December 2007 ([protected] and [protected]) and i have a acknowledgement from the vodafone stores that they have cancelled the number but all of sudden they send me mgs that due to non-payment of alternate number...they are disconnecting the current number of mine ([protected]).
Can some one please help me. This is really unfair for any customer.
