[Resolved]  Moglix — paid online but product never shipped!

Hello,
I have placed order for 150ah luminous battery on 27th June 2019, till now it's not been shipped! The given time frame for delivery was 10th July but the same never shipped.Now it's been 16days that I have placed this order, so far no update on this! I have paid amount using credit card EMI option and my billing date is very near. I need this product for my office, you are taking ages to ship the order.

If you can't fulfill order refund it immediately.

Your customer care keep saying that product will be shipped within 24-48 hours since from 8th July but nothing happened yet. Also gave a gati tracking id which is invalid and I've also confirmed from gati.
They have told me that[protected] tracking id doesn't exists and asked me to contact you

I hope to hear from you soon in this regard.

We have registered supplier with moglix. It has claimed to be made payment in 15 days. however even after 70 days not getting payment...their customer care never come on call...whatsapp number also doesn't help...RM also giving deadline but not firm respond.

pls be safe in dealing with Moglix
