        Hi, I am an wholesale trader, we distribute Cadbury chocolate boxes to retails. For a long time, we are facing issues of pilferage and stolen of chocolate bars from the boxes due to it's worst packaging conditions. Most of the time boxes are open from the ends and it is difficult for us to control this situation. I hope this mail will find the right person and appropriate action will be taken

                    Dear concerned,

                    I purchased an “Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Hazelnut” a few days ago from a nearby grocery store. When I opened it, I found that there was a worm (“illi”) inside it and the whole chocolate was contaminated with worm poop and covered under a layer of White Fungi. Keep in mind the fact that It was already contaminated already, it was inside it. I just opened the chocolate and encountered the findings. FYI, chocolate was not kept open.

                    I have shared pictures of the same for your reference. This poor level of quality control is extremely hazardous to health and raises various concerns over the flaws of your Quality Control.

                    Please respond on this issue on a priority basis or else I’ll have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum.

                      Hi,

                      I bought 1 Cadbury silk bubbly (Rs. 80) today morning in one of the supermarkets in electronic city, bangalore.

                      To my surprise, when my kid opened the chocolate with excitement, only half of the chocolate was available. Image attached.

                      Not happy with the way it was. Unexpected by such large chocolate brand. Is this rge way forward for the brand, if do please let me know, so that we may refine buying this brand.

                        Toys in gems suprise ball is worse. Got a little single and friends puzzle paper card. Quality of the card worse that to with 3 wrongly cut pieces. Does this worth 40 rupees?

                                Sir, My Refrigerator is not working from six months. I And my distributor complaint in company. Companie's mechanic came in my shop and check the refrigerator and he said the
                                condition of refrigerator is not servicing because his guess are leaked . My Distributor complete all formalities and send in above authority. But new refrigerator not send by company now. In summer I have faced problem to protect chocolate from heat. Companies officer not take my calls and no reply for my problem. So please provide me new refrigerator as soon as possible and solve my problem quickly. Thanks

                                Refrigerator Install in my shop is not working last six months. I and my distributor complaint in company. Companie's mechanic came in my shop and checked refrigerator and he said the condition of refrigerator is not servicing because his guess are leaked, he couldn't maintained. So company replaced the refrigerator. My distributor complete all formalities and send the company but now refrigerator is not changed. Companie's officer not take my calls and not reply of my problem. In summer I have faced problem because chocolates are melt. One Time refrigerator came in my city but not provide me. So please solve my problem as soon as possible and send new refrigerator in my shop. Thanks

                                    It smells disgusting. It starts smelling even before opening the packet. Taste is fine but due to this smell I was unable to eat that.
