Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing a complaint against Cadbury dairy milk silk .last week I purchased a dairy milk Silk the quality of Cadbury is not good. That is not the quality of Cadbury that one would expect. The nuts were smelling very bad and the full wrapper was in oil.
As we are having small kids at home it's very dangerous to give them such chocolate.
Would not like to purchase the product ahead.
I hope that you will revert me back soon.

    Sir / Madam,

    This is Mahatheer Mohamed from Masha Enterprises. Doing as a sub stockist for the past 13 years.

    Last month i have raised a complaint regarding shortage of stock billing for my point. After complained now receiving enough stock from the super stockist.

    After raised a complaint to the company from that day onwards they are billing more stock (Mondelez Company Staff here) without my knowledge & despatching.

    Also now there is a QPS launched for the period of July & August for Cookies & Cakes. This information passed me last week only & forwarded a image file without target amount (Cropped the image) & told the details.

    Today they send me another image file which is the actual image published by Mondelez.

    Forcing the sub stockist like this & they using the fake image to complete the maximum QPS value.

    I’m very much hurted like this disappointing process happening in our Mondelez Conpany.

    Kindly process & do the needful.

      I i have ordered a product form the site and it was not confirmed for the first time. but the money got deducted from my account. Then i got a email from the website form cadbury gifting that the deducted amount will be refunded within 6-8 business days. I ordered it on 1st of August and i haven't got the refund yet. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

        Very unsatisfactory to the quality of dairy milk silk.
        This pack i bought for rs -70.
        It has a foul smell all fat content r outside I haven't yet opened the second layer ...
        It may cause to serious health damage may lead to death.

          Hello Sir/Madam. I am having a chemist store at nallasopara east, palghar district, maharashtra by name Sai Shraddha Medical. Since 2 months i am looking for Cadbury freezer which should be provided by company to display the items of cadbury. But the agent who used to take order, hez not taking any interest on above and without freezer how could i let them know that m also having the product of cadbury. So please help for above.               Dear Sir/Madam,

              I R.Solkar from Hyderabad purchased diarymilk near by store and M NARASHIMA REDDY KIRANA STORE ON 03.08.2022 AT 10:05 pm for my daughter who is 3 years old. She ate one and i opened another choclate and ate half of it and later found it was damaged and found fungus on it.

                Who is responsible if my son eats it and something happens to him????
                Please give me a proper answer, who is responsible for this our health is being tampered ….

                  As our shop is a seller of Cadbury chocolate for last 20 to 21 years. Your company had provided us company small chocolate refrigerator. That chococlate refrigerator is not working properly from last 6 year .we had called your customer call executive they have sent us a customer care technician and mechanic visit in my shop 2 time but they said this refrigerator not be repair and fridge replace I was call again call customer care I said all problems so they not responded properly . Due to this refrigeration problem, we aren't able to provide our customers with the product in a manner . chocolates are changing their form to melted chocolate which lead to degradation of my reputation in the market.and being the responsible retailer it's my duty to serve my customer. And also I mentioned about distributor they not provide bills in shop name .they provide wrong shop name bills my shop in INDAPUR ( aashapura sweet, INDAPUR ) they provide nijampur (aashapura sweet mart, nijampur) this shop in mangaon and I ask for why you doing they not give proper answer . They said we not available to give silk Cadbury and big price Cadbury bills of your shop
                  Hope you understand my situation . please if it possible replace this refrigerator .

                  I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of response I have received regarding my request for a replacement refrigerator. On January 2018 I submitted a claim for a replacement refrigerator .

                  I have yet to receive any response to my claim. I have contacted Cadbury customer service on multiple occasions, but I have been unable to get a clear answer as to when I can expect to hear back about my claim.

                  I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from Cadbury. I have been a loyal Cadbury customer for many years, and I am surprised that the company would treat me in this way.

                  I would appreciate it if you could please review my concern and provide me with an update as soon as possible. I would also like to request that you compensate me for the inconvenience I have experienced.and provide bill under my shop name

                        I bought a daity milk silk. Though the product expiry date is January, 2023, on opening the wrapper I found that the inside wrapper was full greasy and a very bad pungant smell was coming from the product. The quality of the product seemed liked it was an expired product or the quality had been compromised. The smell was so bad that could not be tolerated even for few seconds. God knows what would have happened if someone would have consumed it. What is the quality check that Cadbury India is doing, and how can they play with consumers health.

                          Yesterday my sister brought me a cadbury dairy milk chocolate. When I touched that packet, I came to know that 1/8 part of dairy milk chocolate is missing in it.I still have that chocolate, I have not torn it. I am angry with cadbury for this. I hope from cadbury that this mistake will not happen again. I think cadbury care about its customers.. Thank you

                            I have bought a choclate which was in refrigerator, newly manufactured, and package was also intact but found a fungal colony inside the wrapped chocolate.

                            Let me know that how can you justify this.
                            BTW i am a microbiologist by profession works for a reputed vaccine manufacturing organization.

                            It happened with me too. The product odour is so bad, the inside wrapper is full greasy, even though the product has not expired.

                                        Good Afternoon
                                        At the present time I feel extremely angry of how I have been treated by your company Mondelez
                                        Complaint Ref number s[protected]

                                        I had a Wispa Gold bar with a finger nail in the chocolate which ended up in my mouth.

                                        I do intend to take this complaint much further and I will not drop this case .
                                        Your company as done nothing to support my complaint at all other than send me a standard letter saying there as been no more complaints! I have tried to make it clear that I would not expect there to be more finger nails floating around and I am sure it is an isolated incident however a liar I am not not.
                                        I am absolutely disgusted at how I have been treated from not speaking to anyone to being told that they lost my product until I complained again then it was suddenly found and then to receive another standard letter the same as the first one.
                                        I am now intending to approach the press and watchdog to highlight my case to others.
                                        Due to my intentions I want to go down the route that I must follow to have the correct procedure so that I know I have done everything correct and in my power to resolve this before I let the public know how I have been treated.
                                        Please reply to me if there is a avenue that I need to persue first .
