I have recently bought a Cadbury celebrations box which was totally packed with that purple colour seal which is done by Cadbury itself and when I opened the box I was completely disappointed to know that there were only 2 Cadbury five stars, 2 Cadbury dairy milk chocolate and only Cadbury one gems chocolate which means a gems and the bigger diary milk was missing from it .

    I found out while opening the chocolate wrapper that there is something white type ingredients or I think fungus or something else the think is inside it in whole chocolate I think organization must look into this matter seriously because otherwise it causes health issues to many people who eats the chocolate without looking it because they have trust on Cadbury. I checked the expiry date but it's just made 1 month due so it's not expired. There is something wrong in it. Now What happen is happened I request to kindly look into this matter and make it healthy as it was before.

      As soon as I opened the packet the chocolate was all covered in wax it smelled so bad I cannot even take it near my nose, you are making people eat wax I’ll definitely file an complaint about your company

          Dairy milk cadbury chocolate! Opened it. Very bad smell! Has happened many times before! Why did I bothered to complain today? Because today I am having a very long day and I have exams after two days! Got my self some snacks. Mostly not a fan of chocolate but yet, love for cadbury dairymilk. A whole 160rs fruit and nut. Wasted. Yes chocolate of course. But my mood too. Packed date 26/10/2021. Truly truly disappointed. My guys better work on this. This is one the oldest problem we have faced with cadbury? It’s high time you guys work on it. Cause next most people like me won’t rely on the brand.

                I order a special pack of Cadbury for gifting to my sister on Aug 7th and it showed the estimated delivery date was on 11th it's been 14th now not even delivered yet.And the festival is on 12th because of you the vibe of the festival is spoiled Worst experience ever thought not buy again.Hope U will fix this atleast now

                  As i openend up a newly packaged Cadbury silk fruits and nuts its paper cover was wet with the oil that may have been extracted from the chocolate. Moreover there is a typical smell in the chocolate that's not really pleasing. I bought 5 packs and all have the same issue

And the order is taken once in a week, while there is a shop next to me, it comes twice in a week whose order is less than mine, there it is twice in a week and we have one time there, why such discrimination?                           The chocolate was having fungi and small bacterias around the opening. It's having small germs in the inner spaces of whole chocolate. Please keep your eye on these kind of pieces.

                            I was really really disappointed by dairy milk silk oreo (red velvet)
                            I was very excited to eat that but when I opened it give me very bad smell so i checked manufacture date and it was right.
                            And start to eat found taste is also bad, after having a piece I felt like vomitting

                              Dear Cadbury Team,

                              Greetings...

                              This is with reference to attached image and quality/taste issue with the chocolate 5star, It is very disappointing to know that during the festival season when you do the most advertisement of your products showing brother sister bond emotions and then selling bad tastes and quality products in a bulk designer boxes to attaract them as gifts for your loved ones, You are packing all rejected quality products in an attractive box and mostly the kids are eating and they are not aware of the exact taste or the oily taste which your chocolates have, we have experienced the same today, I myself had one bite of 5 start from the box when the kids are eating after celebrating Rakhi festival, and I found the taste as mustard oil being in the chocolate, have retained the packing and asked kids to not consume more from the box for your reference, Kindly get the quality check done properly or increase the prices to maintain the quality check officer salary, but atleast sell good quality products instead clearing the old stock during bulk selling in attractive boxes during festivals and making fool of public.

                              Note : the 5start we consumed, its pack code was also erased (2of them) and we noticed after consuming the same, attached images, this was our last purchase from cadbury's

                                I am writing a complaint against Cadbury dairy milk silk .last week I purchased a dairy milk Silk the quality of Cadbury is not good. That is not the quality of Cadbury that one would expect. The nuts were smelling very bad and the full wrapper was in oil.
                                As we are having small kids at home it's very dangerous to give them such chocolate.
                                Would not like to purchase the product ahead.

                                  This is Mahatheer Mohamed from Masha Enterprises. Doing as a sub stockist for the past 13 years.

                                  Last month i have raised a complaint regarding shortage of stock billing for my point. After complained now receiving enough stock from the super stockist.

                                  After raised a complaint to the company from that day onwards they are billing more stock (Mondelez Company Staff here) without my knowledge & despatching.

                                  Also now there is a QPS launched for the period of July & August for Cookies & Cakes. This information passed me last week only & forwarded a image file without target amount (Cropped the image) & told the details.

                                  Today they send me another image file which is the actual image published by Mondelez.

                                  Forcing the sub stockist like this & they using the fake image to complete the maximum QPS value.

                                  I’m very much hurted like this disappointing process happening in our Mondelez Conpany.

                                  Kindly process & do the needful.

                                    I i have ordered a product form the site and it was not confirmed for the first time. but the money got deducted from my account. Then i got a email from the website form cadbury gifting that the deducted amount will be refunded within 6-8 business days. I ordered it on 1st of August and i haven't got the refund yet. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      Very unsatisfactory to the quality of dairy milk silk.
                                      This pack i bought for rs -70.
                                      It has a foul smell all fat content r outside I haven't yet opened the second layer ...
                                      It may cause to serious health damage may lead to death.
                                      Kindly take this as an serious issue or else I have to take action.

                                        Hello Sir/Madam. I am having a chemist store at nallasopara east, palghar district, maharashtra by name Sai Shraddha Medical. Since 2 months i am looking for Cadbury freezer which should be provided by company to display the items of cadbury. But the agent who used to take order, hez not taking any interest on above and without freezer how could i let them know that m also having the product of cadbury. So please help for above.
