    Dear Sir,
    With regards to above subject, I am proprietor of Mittal Medicals at Aurangabad.

    Since inception of my business and generation of retail outlet code with Ms Jasjeet Agencies at Aurangabad, I am regularly purchasing Cadbury products from the party whenever the booking person comes for booking orders. However, I have asked and enquired multiple times for the Freeze box for my counter outlet wherein the booking staff, his team Leader Mr Mukhtar, office person Mr Ashok always tried to gave me fasle assurance saying that it will be booked next month, in Process etc etc... When I went strict with this people, they tried to avoid my order bookings... saying that you don't give order, behaving arrogantly and assuring wrong words...I have purchased regularly from sales person coming for order at my shop...

    I have asked for escalating the issue to his superior which Mr Ashok / Mr Mukhtar disagreed to provide any contact details.. And above all whenever i called office/order person for order booking, he give me false assurance and in the evening I get a call from unknown/anonymous number saying that "aapko freeze chahiye, मिल जाएगा नया, सिर्फ 2000/- देने होगे"... Completely fraud wrong communication, arogant and blunt behaviours by Cadbury office at Aurangabad is truly disgusting...

    Kindly look into the matters and do the needful failing which i need to escalate the issue to customer forum/court.

      I recently bought 5 Dairymilk crispello chocolate and found that all the chocolates were seems like eaten by some insects. Please find the attached pictures. The cover was not broken and date of manufacturing shows April 2022. We have thrown all those chocolates into waste basket. Please let us know if this is spoiled or its due to the manufacturing defect.

      Also i tried my best to play the game mentioned, but QR code was not getting scanned even after trying with 3 mobile phones of different manufacturers.

      I have mailed to them but no reply yet.

        I was having this chocolate of Cadbury and after having 2 bites I saw the back side of the chocolate which seems like bitten or eaten by some insect. I have seen this issue before of insects in chocolate. I have attached the pictures below. I am quite suspicious now that I might have eaten rotten food.
        Please look into this, this is a serious issue.

          I bought dairy milk silk cadbury thrice from a retail shop and received very bad quality of cadbury. It was smelling like oil and it wasn't smooth as it should be. It had some coarse grains and it was tasting awful. I had to throw each of the cadbury away and lost about 400 rs.

            Yesterday evening I bought one set of Cadbury celebrations which had expiry date on 2023 but when I opened chocolates and tore it I got to see fungus in Cadbury chocolates.
            I went to the shop they refused to return it and said go and complain to the company.
            We are the consumers of Cadbury since long and now these kind of product problem and services we are facing.
            This is ridiculous some of pieces were eaten and it was feeling like dizziness after having that.
            I'm completely disappointed with Cadbury now if my problem will not resolved will take help from food and safety administration department. I will put this on social sites by tagging governments and other departments as well along with the company senior management.

                I ordered two Dairy Milk Silk from a regular online grocery app yesterday. I received two sealed chocolates today morning but what left me shocked was the size of chocolates inside the wrappers. I haven't yet opened the packets but can make out that half the wrapper is empty. The chocolates inside are precisely half the size, inspite of paying full price.

                  I have purchased 12 pcs of 10 rupees worth Dairy Milk yesterday (07th July 22).

                  As per pack it shows manufacturing date is March 2022 and expiry date is February 2023.

                  But when I opened the pack it wasn't looking good as if it was rotten and not in a shape.. Everything turned into semi powdered texture.

                  We were irritated that out of 12 pcs, 7pcs are bad I can say worst of worst. I went to the same shop to return but they didn't replace it also.

                  I will never buy the Cadbury product again.

                  Need proper response from you end. I'm very much disappointed as I was having your products since childhood.

                  I have attached pics. Awaiting response.

                  If I don't get proper response will escalate for sure to the next level.

                    As per the records of this Company, I was holding 120 shares of Cadbury India Limited as on 30th August 2014 and all the shares held by the Public have been extinguished as per the scheme of Capital Reduction as sanctioned by an Orders of Hon’ble High Court of
                    Judicature at Bombay, in Company Petition No. 1072 of 2009 connected with Company Application No. 1322 of 2009. In terms of the said Order, an amount of Rs. 2014.50 per equity share (comprising of face value of Rs. 10.00 plus premium of Rs. 2004.50 per share) was payable to all the equity shareholders of the Company other than the Promoters.
                    120 shares of Cadbury India Limited under Folio No. K04618 have been extinguished as per the scheme of Capital Reduction and as per the Orders of Bombay High Court, capital reduction amount of Rs. 241740/- .
                    But unfortunaly i have not receive this amount till now .I have already submitted all the required document and remind the company share department on daily basis but not response by company.

                      I had bought a silk chocolate day before yesterday with barcode no[protected]. The chocolate has an expiry date of (10/04/2023) it is tasting bad and have a rotten smell( oily smell) . I tried returning/ exchanging back to the retailer from whom i bought the chocolate in Datia Madhya Pradesh 475661, who also could smell but eventually did not return back because it has not passed the expiry date. This has been a very experience for me with the product. Hoping you will take a note on the case and do the needful by returning or exchanging it. Also attached is the pic of the chocolate. The distributor name in Datia is Kallu Kukreja in super market and the retailer name Sonu Kirana Store.

                            We have purchased a dairy milk fruit and nut choclate of worth 90/- in the military canteenin the month of June 2022 . When we opened the choclate its middle part is black in colour and it also has white fungus on it. When we checked the expiry date it was February 2023.
                            Being a reputed company we don't expect such low quality from them. In order to that we request you to see that we get the compensation for the issue which we had faced.

                                Today i have buyed 5 chocolates from loacal retailer M/s Narang Pastry in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad. 3 chocolates are silk one & 2 are crackle. I have opened 2 chocolates and felt some oily rotten smell from inner packing of chocolate. When i opened completely them smell was very oily & sticking in my fingers. Would request Cadbury to check this stuff and replace.

                                    We run a mini bakery outlet in kashipur-Uttrakhand called The Bombay Bakers & event designers.
                                    I’m writing this complain which includes points needs to be taken very seriously !!
                                    1.the cadbury agency in kashipur called jain medicos having an sales person called mr.negi, It doesn’t seems he has professional attitude towards outlets.
                                    1.it’s been a year we started taking cadbury products from jain medicos
                                    2.we were never told about the minimum and maximum quantity and amount needed to be purchased every month or what’s so ever .
                                    2.the sales person mr.negi come to other large departmental stores but forgets to visits our outlet by himself
                                    3.also we need to call him every time and he only comes on Sunday no other day
                                    4.we took cadbury products multiple times and we’re facing problem keeping cadbury products sometime in cake fridge or deep Fridge as we never got the cadbury mini display counter
                                    6.if we put Cadbury products in any other fridge it gets messi with cake cream or bread crumbs and also weather is not suitable for cadbury products as kashipur is hot weather area as we faced melting problems without cooling counter or fridge
                                    7-the display counter from cadbury helps to keep products cool and gives a great looking view for the customers which atttracts them, which we failed to explain to sales person
                                    8.after requesting multiple times, we we're committed from the sales person for a small size display counter(April, 2022), which will help to keep Cadbury’s products cool and hygienic for customers
                                    9.when asked recently about the commitment the sales person rudely said -___“”** Counter usi ko milta hai jo continue products leta hai “ apna last billing dekha hai kya ?**___
                                    10.when told him about his commitment’s, behaviour and attitude, it doesn’t seem to bother him in any way at all
                                    11.finally we told him that we are going to complain Cadbury and write a mail and put up points whatever you said, he said __AAP MUJHE DHAMKI DE RAHE HO—
                                    12.I think as a company cadbury should teach sales persons that no business is big or small they should treat everybody equal .

                                    We are very much disappointed with the services, behaviour, attitude and unprofessionalism of Mr.Negi from jain medicos in kashipur uttrakhand

                                    we will be shifting to Kit Kat soon

                                      Some one gifted me Cadbury Silk Chocolate from a Store and when I opened it smelled very bad and was not in a state that it can be consumed or eaten . Though the Chocolate was not expired it tasted very bad and after having 1sr bite I just puked . I've already mail the issue
