I bought a dairy milk chocolate mousse on 22nd May'22 which was a defective and disgusting product. Hence raised a complaint in Mondelez customer care via mail. There is no response so far, except the complaint no# S#13329861. Can you assist me to get refund of my purchase.

1 BALIYA TADERS is providing Cadbury in open Tempo and it is definately not following the criteria of cold chain delivery ...needs proper action as temp here in our area is growing day by day..

2 there is delivery issue about baliya traders not visiting regularly

3 there is every time shortage of stock and bill is mismatched with the shortage delivery.. it means physical and system stock is mismatched...

4 we are in p7 outlet and it needs proper attention but here party is overwhelmed by your sales person

5 distributer baliya traders is so arrogant

Incident description : I have purchased 10 packets of Cadbury chocolates from local shop today and noticed fungus inside of the chocolates. Rests have still not opened. Its very unhealthy to take this product and surprised that how the quality checks are going on at the time of production?
Request for immediate investigation and conclude with the fix to avoid any escalation legally.

Complaint about Cadbury distributer ananad agency
1 Anand agency is providing Cadbury in open Tempo that why melted product is coming at shop so customer rejecting Cadbury products
2 there is delivery issue about anand agency
3 there is every time short material is coming
4 there is no cooling storage at godown as well as delivery
5 the Cadbury officer AL baksha is managed with that distributer so that's why he is not taking any initiative against anand agency
6 we are in p7 outlet
7 distributer of anand agency is so arrogant

So kindly request to take action against that distributer otherwise the business of Cadbury will be replaced by another product

Brought the cadbery Dairymilk silk oreo red velvet chocolate from nearby mall. It was in well shape and wasn't melted at all. But, the moment i opened it, there was a strong rotten smell. First i thought it's from something else or the chocolate is melted or spoiled. But the chocolate was not melted and intact. Checked the manufacturering and expiration date, it's good to go till next year. I tried to taste and it was ok only if you block...

I am writing this complaint to notify you about the unethical behaviour of the distributor in the city kolad, maharashtra the name of the distributor's company is ''Sarita Enterprises'', the distributor told us that he was going to give us a 300 litres fridge in the future when we started taking their products and handed us a 135 litres fridge as a compensation at the beginning and stated that he is going to hand us a 300 litres fridge soon, its been 3 years since we started taking products from them and completed every of their target and has been respectfully serving the company since three years, they also created a legal document when we started taking their products but still whenever we ask them about the fridge they say we cant give the fridge so please try to take some strict action against this absurd behaviour and give us the fridge that we deserve

I have found a small thin hair in dairy milk chocolate. Its disgusting to see hair in packaged items like chocolate. I did not expect such bad quality control from a brand like Cadbury.

In a box of Cadbury Silk pralines. The packed date on individual pralines had 19/11/2021 whereas the outer cover had 07/02/2022. The outer cover had a 3 month later date.
This was not expected in a product from a company of such stature.

I purchased one Oreo and that was containing a lot of live worms and it was so disgusting to know that such a brand is serving the poisoned food to the public.A lot of kids including my child is having this product with such an obsession.

I found fungus on one of these cakes! I already at 4 of these without actively looking at them but i found a huge patch of fungus on this one. The product is not to be expired till 08/22 and I've kept it in a cool place since I bought it through Swiggy, which was yesterday. I'm a regular consumer and to think I may have eaten 4 (or more!) of your fungus filled products is terrifying! (I have submitted this complaint before but I want to specify that it won't let me upload a picture because the file is too large. Please reach out to me on my email so i can attach the pictures)

I had recently buyed a 100 rupees cadbury bar of cricket edition and when I opened it and it was having white pores all over it.

I have purchased Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk from a local bakery and when I opened the cover, it is very oily to touch and bad smell is coming. Also, the chocolate size appeared to be small and it was not in the actual shape it used to be.
This is the second time I am complaining abt it, earlier last year, I have the experienced the same issue.
I request you to respond accordingly so as to prevent damaged chocolates to be supplied for consumption by customers.
If no action has been taken against this complaint, I would like to approach consumer forum.

I bought Cadbury dairy milk family pack and when I opened half of the chocolate get spoiled . It packed on feb 2022 and it will expire on 2023. I am very disappointed . Waste of money. You just play with the health of people. Resolve this problem as soon as possible and compensate me

Today (07/05/22) in the afternoon around 12pm i purchased Cadbury dairy milk silk hazelnut chocolate of cost 80 rupees from nearby supar market shop and when I came home i opened the packet and it was broken in 2 pieces and in the middle of that spider like webs was observed. I have photos for evidence and Bill of purchase too.
I demand compensation from company.

I have bought Cadbury temptation almond treat today when I have opened the packet it is found that the chocolate is half eaten or you can say it is half it's size. I am very fond of Cadbury since my childhood but never I have found such product which is half eaten. Kindly look into this matter as I have always loved your product and thought to convey you this message.

I had purchased from the offline market on 20.04.2022 Cadbury Bournvita Chocolate Health Drink box of 1kg.

When it was opened for use, we were shocked and surprised to find white insects inside the BournVita Box. The said fact is visible from the photographs taken by us. This instance is encouraging the loss of my belief in Cadbury Company.

My complaint needs urgent enquiry and action.
