Im a college student with moderately hectic weeks and stressful days, I'm also tracking my calories therefore i minimize my cheat meals to one bourvita biscuit or an oreo a week. this week i bought a bournvita biscuit and was disappointed to see it damp and not at all crunchy which i bought from a local store. Anyway i didn't mind it even though i was frustrated by the quality but later on i discovered webs and spores on top of the layers....

Today I bought a cadbury fuse chocolate from a random shop near by home I take that chocolate to my home and give to 2 of my family members to ate it after a silce of chocolate they saw insects inside it . It was the worst experience of seeing this type of awkward thing inside the packing of the chocolate . I request the company to solve this problem as earlier as possible because it can harm to so many peoples who bought it from that shop....

I have 2 chocolates of dairy milk silk and the manufacturing date on both of then is 01/06/21 but both of them doesn't taste good. It seems to be expired before the expiry date. I want the refund or exchange for the same....

We r from kaka provision store. Some days back a refrigerator installed for chocolate in my shop by the distributor of mondelez India foods pvt Ltd.
The refrigerator is not working properly and it has some damages if possible pls resolve the problem.....

When I opened a medium size dairy milk, I found that the chocolate is rotten with its colour changed to light brown. 30% of the chocolate is converted into chocolate powder. There is such fungus like structure all over its surface. I am not sure what is the reason for this but I would definitely not consider it as healthy to eat. I need an answer about their quality check and the reason behind this....

I have Cadbury fruit n nut chocolate and it’s almost white in colour and taste is also pathetic...

I bought a bornwill from near by shop ...n when i ate that it didn't taste as usual and when i went back to the shopkeeper he said it was nt his fault because packt have different expiry taste
And it has mrp of 90
But from last year i always paid rupees 100 for the chocolate i know the rate because this is my favourite chocolate
90 was when it comes in plastic pcking nt in paper box...

26.12.2021 At approx 9:30 mins we bought a Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate. From the shop whose address is - Near Tinu Public School Sangam Vihar New Delhi 11008. When I opened it for food its color was very bad I thought it is bad I checked the expiry date. So Bah Chocolate was 17 months old which had expired. When I asked to return that chocolate, the shopkeeper said that it is very bad from above, I cannot take it back.
