Same thing happened with me instead of accepting there fault there excutive called us and started arguing on there product i send pictures and video of the product to company but they didn’t resolved tge complaint now m going to consumer court and FSSAI to report this issue...

        Sir I bought a Cadbury dairy milk chocolate for myself and the item still has its validity period but yet it seems to be non-eatable. Some white fungus like substance covered it. It is not upto the quality standards of this company .
        This fungus like substance can be harmful for anyone who have eaten it .

            I am irshadahamed from trichy tamilnadu. Recently i bought 3 diary milk chocolates on (22/10/2021).In that chocolates i saw some bugs and shocked. The manufacturing date is represented as february (2/21).the package mentioned "best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing".please check your products well before it reaches your customer, because you had a good name, don't spoil your name.it is a kind request from your customer. i have attached photo copies of the chocolates.

                From 4. 5 days I am purchasing diary milk chocolate continuously and I am getting each time diary milk chocolate in which fungus had grown now I am tired why every time I get the fungused one only what the hell diary milk company are making damaged chocolates

                          I had complained to mondelez and also registered a complaint regarding the bad appearance as well as taste of the cadbury chocolates in a particular cadbury celebration pack(purchased from a local shop of chatrapur, odisha) with a reference no. of-Ref # S[protected] and they said they will visit my place within a span of 7 days but nothing such has happened and its been a month since registering my complaint.The chocolates had blister like appearances on them and tasted awful when i said this to them they said to keep the whole packet and i am having it with me for almost a month(from 23rd sept) and ants have destroyed some part of it for which i called them again and even sent a photo of the same but no steps have yet been taken from their side.These all might cause ill effect to the health for which i informed the company to test their product but this negligence from their side is totally unexpected.Very dissatisfied with their service...

                            I want to say that our supplier dispatched 100 kg Flavors from DAMAN to MEDCHAL Secunderabad on 13.10.2021 by Safe Express materials has arrived at Hyderabad on 17-Oct-21 evening Waybill No.98776641
                            but we are continuous follow for delivery last 2 days with your Customer Care and Local office but till now Materials is not delivered at plant due to this materials shortage we are going to shut the plant from Today evening. We also recommended our suppliers for dispatch materials by Safe Express for fast delivery but this is bed experience for us we will bound to arrange other alternate vendor for future shipments

                              I purchased dairymilk and it had completely fungus on it. It is unexpired product. Dairymilk was mfd on 07/21 and best before 12 months. It had complete fungus on it. Fungus is act as slow poison for human body and it also affect human digestive system. Our life is more important.

                                        I purchased a dairy milk Gulaab ae Khass worth Rs.40 from a grocery csjop near my house. When i opened it up found a major portion is
                                        missing inside the wrapper also I doubt the quality.
