    I purchased a dairy milk worth 40Rs and when i opened i find out that the piece was missing inside the wrapper. Definitely its the matter of the goodwill of the company which is in question and i need a good amount of compensation for the same i.e approx 50000.

        I had bought cadbury diary milk chocolate worth Rs 40 on 9/21(its MFD is 25/08/21) . It had a very rotten taste and even looked kind of rotten to me. I hope my grievance gets addressed.

          I am writing to complaint about the awful taste of the packet of dairy milk minis I purchased from D Mart, Bhilwara 311001. I have purchased this item many time before but this time I don't know why but it has an awful taste. I checked for the expiry date but it still has 10 months from expiring. I always valued and trusted your products but this time I am very disappointed and maybe even my stomach is aching because of this chocolate. I look forward to your immediate response.

              I bought Cadbury dairy milk family pack chocolate from near by shop and when I opened it was contaminated with white fungus.
              This is so unexpected and unhealthy especially for children if they consume it by mistake. Please take action on this.

                  Hi. Total Rs 550 was supposed to be refunded since My package didn't arrive with any flowers and The card was misprinted as well as I had mentioned in my Emails from [email protected] and tweet about the same
                  We have checked our records and note that your total order was for Rs 800/- and after using the discount code you paid 680/-. The flower was a complimentary offering from our side and not a part of the original offering therefore no amount has been collected from you towards this. Your original grievance was for the mis-print and against this we have already refunded Rs 100/- to you. Therefore we are not sure how have you arrived at the figure of Rs 550/-. We trust we have clarified.

                    Purchased from local market dairy milk chocolate . Chocolate had fungus on it .
                    This is not the first time I saw fungus on cadbury product but never complaint before.
                    My only concern for the health not for the 20 rupees chocolate I purchased as it is consumed by kids too .
                    Please take care of your product before it create some massive health issue .

                                  Recently I had purchased Cadbury cocoa powder for my homemade cake but it turned out unsatisfactory. This is not the case with previous purchase. The products made from January 2021 has some soil particles in it(not only the cocoa powder but also the hot chocolate powder of Cadbury), may be this is due to unhygienic work place or the company deliberately did a food adulteration. We may never know. The cake I made now is inedible and who is going to pay for it?
                                  Forget about the compensation, the company should be held reliable and the products made from January should be recall.

                                        One of my close friends opened up a new store of Magsons in Ahmedabad. I visited his store on 2nd September 2021 and was confused about what to buy. I felt the safest bet was Cadbury's Chocolates as we know the quality and everyone in my house loves chocolates. When I came to Mumbai on 4th September 2021, I opened the chocolates, and trust me it was the worst quality of Cadbury's I ever had in 32 years. I purchased 2 Cadbury Twirl Bites which were for INR 250 each and 1 Cadbury Dairy Milk Peppermint Chocolate which was for INR 480. When I opened the chocolates, I could not believe that it was from Cadbury. Twirl Bites had only powder when I opened and Peppermint Chocolate was very brittle and while breaking even that is turning into powder with some weird taste in it. I could not call up my friend because it is his new venture and it will not give a good impression if I call him up for complaints. I spent almost INR 1000 only on 3 chocolates which are not worth it at all.

                                        Did not expect this from such a huge and trusted brand.

                                        I am not even sure if you will provide a resolution but who should I reach out to? I am such a big fan of Cadbury products but now I feel will not go for it ever. Feeling cheated. We do not get such good quality of products in India and hence I purchased imported ones considering that it will be a nice experience but it is all waste.
