Today my kids bought Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate Code K0111B1 packed 13/11/20 best before 12months, Net wt 150g from "Family Departmental Store" BRS Nagar Block B, Ludhiana.

As they opened its wrapper, they were shocked to see its colour as it was discolored with patches of small dots like spots all over. (Pics attached)

After seeing its colour, it wasn't looking good at all. Then my kids broke one small piece from the corner and then tasted it.
Its taste was horrible.
This is very very bad on your part.
Why are you selling such a bad and defective products in market. Why are you playing with ou r health.

Hope you understand how bad it is to play with the health of kids.

Such things has put a very bad impression of the Cadbury India in our minds.

I hope you will definitely replace the bad chocolate with the fresh one and do not sell such bad chocolates in future.

    The fridge provided by cadbury, that is faulty. The body of friedge is got leaked and fridge not gets cool . We requested to dealer as well as company’s representative also not taking action on that also not responding properly due to that sell of whole cadbury product is affected badly and if we kept cadbury in that faulty friedge then cadbury product gets wasted . The very poor service provided by the company and the respresentative of company .

      As I maintain Choclate fridge provide by your company clear with arrangement with only yours Company Choclate. Not a Single piece I found of other company.

      Plus display also as per Company standard.

      Then why Company deducted commission which my eligible to get it.

      Plus also note that Company NOT providing display sticker to merchandiser since Three months.

      Still we maintain display as per Discussion with Sales official and Merchandiser as per Company Standard.

          Sir/maam,
          I am highly disappointed with the quality of your pakageing I recently bought 70 oreo packs just to check it and most of the packs were either lesser in quantity or broken(with broken you cannot help me though) most of the packs which were lesser in quantity were thrown away by me as i thought i might just be a mistake in 3 or 4 packs but when I got another pack with lesser quantity oreo I was disappointed with your service.The oreo pack was supposed to have 6 oreo but what I got were either totally empty with just air or only 3 to 4 oreos were found in them Either give me back my refund or solve it yourselves

            I bought a chocolate Cadbury dairy milk family pack and when I saw it was white from inside and I want to why this happened and it's very shameful that qadbury is selling such products and by eating this product anyone can get sick or any other health issues and you should check your products and I need compassion :((...it's a big issue about health people can get a disease.

                    The dispenser fridge stopped working 4 months ago. We contacted our Cadbury distributor "Harsh Marketing, Napier Town, Jabalpur, M.P." but he is not doing anything to get the it replaced or repaired. Please help us solve this issue.

                      We have brought Cadbury dairy milk chocalate pack from D Mart Sayajiganj Vadodara. The manufacturing date 10/2020, . however, after opening of packet, each chocalate quality is not at par. We have used only one chocalate, . however, due to quality issue as we are using these chocalate on regular basis the same had been put in dustbin. We have destroyed 3 chocalate and remaining 15 chocolate are with us. Due to poor quality, you are requested to do needful and replace the same.

                          I bought 10 pieces five star chocolate dated : 20 December 2020 and 6 pieces are completely spoiled out of ten.
                          this incidence happened at location Narkatiaganj Bihar- pin code 845455
                          The condition of five star chocolate deteriorated and made fungal wherein tiny insects are creeping, 8/20 date mentioned on the rapper of the five star chocolate. I approached to the local shopkeeper and asked for replacement but he completely denied and replied now company send that type of spoiled chocolate.

                          I am urging to the Cadbury company for compensation

                            Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that the Cadbury dairy milk chocolates with the manufactured date 07/2020 and the barcode number[protected] looks like chocolate which usually it doesn’t . I have bought 3 chocolates and all of them are looking the same way with some white granule like and spore like structures on the surface of the chocolate whereas cutsection of the chocolate do not have such kind of granules.
                            The overall colour is also not the same as how original classic dairy milk looks.
                            As Cadbury is the brand trusted by many people around the world from kids to elderly, this kind of products make the people to think twice before their second buy in the future.

                              I bought 2 Dairy milk red velvet Oreo worth Rs.80 each. Found that the chocolate smelled like spoilt milk or something rotten. Taste was also like something spoilt. Total waste of money. Didn't expect this from a reputed company like Cadbury. Felt like they are interested in just making money by using their already gained reputation. Wonder if the product was introduced to market without being checked for quality by not even a single quality manager. Should be affected by corona for not noticing that foul smell!! Should be withdrawn from market with immediate effect, with out cheating more customers who buy this product believing their company. Also why the product is still in market without any remedial action even after these many complaints from customers? Means Cadbury didn't give any value for its customers feeling or what??

                                I recently baught a dairy milk Cadbury flavour: Oreo red velvet. When I first tested it, I found something wrong. Then I closely took the smell of the chocolate, I came to know that the chocolate is rotten. Bad smell is coming out of it and I spat it out immediately. This is disgusting. I sent a mail as well on [protected]@mdlzindia.com but nobody looked into this. I did not expect such a ridiculous behaviour from a reputed company like you.

                                    Cadbury Bournville 70% dark . This chocolate is very bad and taste is very worst. So please stop the product. The product quality is very worst. I'm not satisfied.some health issues will come. Thank you

                                    i found the wrapper a bit torned i ignored and opened it just to find that a piece of it was already missing,
                                    I am very fond of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolates and have never found such thing before I was surprised to see this I expect to get a fresh piece of it, I also hope this blunder never happens again.

                                      Found spider net and spider in my limited edition coffee almond chocolate. Why you careless handled your products. My son age only Three years only . If he will eat this .whoe will pick responsibility of my son health. I hate cadburry chocolate . resolve this problem with in 24 hour .

                                        We are residing in Mandavelipakkam, Chennai. We bought Dairy Milk on 4.12.2020 at our nearest Nelgiris Store... My daughter opened that pack and eat 2 bars, then she informed us that the chocolate taste is not good. When we check we found that its spoiled but manufacture date is 02/20 best before 12 months. While seeing the bars we were shocked it is look like infected by fungus... its highly disappointed about the product.
