    I recently bought Silk Red Velvet Oreo and as soon as I opened it, i was disgusted by the smell. It smells like the dairy used in manufacturing it was spoiled. The smell is disgusting and makes you wanna puke. Manufactured in December, 2020 so the expiry date is nowhere close. I am so disappointed with the quality of the product.

      I bought one box of cadbury shots and found a empty pouch in that. i really surprised to see such a reputed company failed in packing and Quality control. MRP is around 116 rupees and 60 packs in the box. If an retailer get the box as like this and he sells a chocolate for 2 rupees means he has lost 2 rupees in his profit of 4 rupees. Highly pathetic.

                I got Cadbury stock from kucchhal distributor.
                Last approx 1yr.

                I told to distributor, salesman for fridge provide for Cadbury stock store purpose many times. But not giving me proper answer.

                He always said only your bill target not good. So company not provide you.

                But always Cadbury stock gives me half order against main order

                .many more my customer not purshase cadbory from me because Cadbury is not cooled

                Many more problems facing regarding stock, service.

                    Go dairy milk Oreo red velvet as a gift. Opened it and got this horrible stink. Tasted it and realised its even worse than the smell. It’s not expired either. I want it to be replaced. In addition I should get extra stuff with it too. Due to the taste and smell I openly ranted on the person who gifted me this. Horrible experience dairy milk

                          Very bad taste and discoloration and dots like spots

                          Today my kids bought Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate Code K0111B1 packed 13/11/20 best before 12months, Net wt 150g from "Family Departmental Store" BRS Nagar Block B, Ludhiana.

                          As they opened its wrapper, they were shocked to see its colour as it was discolored with patches of small dots like spots all over. (Pics attached)

                          After seeing its colour, it wasn't looking good at all. Then my kids broke one small piece...

                          The fridge provided by cadbury, that is faulty. The body of friedge is got leaked and fridge not gets cool . We requested to dealer as well as company’s representative also not taking action on that also not responding properly due to that sell of whole cadbury product is affected badly and if we kept cadbury in that faulty friedge then cadbury product gets wasted . The very poor service provided by the company and the respresentative of company .

                            Subject Display commission for November 2020 NOT received which my Firm eligible.

                            Target for November 2020 is RS 32396
                            Achieved RS 38805

                            120 percentage of Target with Upper line bracket.

                            Eligible commission RS 2134.27
                            Received commission RS 776.10

                            As I maintain Choclate fridge provide by your company clear with arrangement with only yours Company Choclate. Not a Single piece I found of other company.

                            Plus display also as per Company standard.

                            Then why Company deducted commission which my eligible to get it.

                            Plus also note that Company NOT providing display sticker to merchandiser since Three months.

                            Still we maintain display as per Discussion with Sales official and Merchandiser as per Company Standard.

                            I request you to release my Firm pending commission as soon as possible.

                                I am highly disappointed with the quality of your pakageing I recently bought 70 oreo packs just to check it and most of the packs were either lesser in quantity or broken(with broken you cannot help me though) most of the packs which were lesser in quantity were thrown away by me as i thought i might just be a mistake in 3 or 4 packs but when I got another pack with lesser quantity oreo I was disappointed with your service.The oreo pack was supposed to have 6 oreo but what I got were either totally empty with just air or only 3 to 4 oreos were found in them Either give me back my refund or solve it yourselves

                                  I bought a chocolate Cadbury dairy milk family pack and when I saw it was white from inside and I want to why this happened and it's very shameful that qadbury is selling such products and by eating this product anyone can get sick or any other health issues and you should check your products and I need compassion :((...it's a big issue about health people can get a disease.

                                      The chocolate i bought was rotten and have some sort of tiny eggs on it, it is really devastating to get a product like this i have trusted, will be taking legal actions soon against cadbury.
