I got your product... But its totally different from picture shown on your website..

I know.. some things will be different from image shown... but how much..!!!

Here..the main tagline I MISS YOU is not written over the pack... even the pack is like low quality... its like I am ordering a low quality product..

.

Do something as its a gift for someone special...

And i dont want it to be a bad experience..as mine...

    I am complaining about the Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate with bubbled fungal attack

    I am Prabhu.D from Puducherry, I celebrated my son's, 6th birthday on 18th October 2020. My family is very much fond of Cadbury DairyMilk Chocolate. I purchased 30 Cadbury DairyMilk Chocolates(Rs.10/each=Rs.300) from nearby supermarket. We have distributed the chocolates to our family members, friends and neighbours and most of them belong 5 to 10 years age group. After the party, we decided to eat chocolates.     Dear sir/ma'am,
    I am Mr. Nitin Jain from Jalgaon, Maharashtra. I bought a cadbury dairy milk silk of rs.160 a month ago from shivam dairy, pimprala, jalgaon. I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and tried to call on the number provided on the wrapper but it said that the number is invalid. So, I wrote an e-mail at [protected]@mdlzindia.com and wrote here also to draw your attention to the same along with the images of the product in attachment. I was informed through an e-mail from [protected]@mdlz.com on 22nd September, 2020 that representatives would come and solve the issue. Now it's been more than a month and none of the representative has visited yet. So, the problem still remains unsolved. I have retained the product as it is and waiting for the representatives but how long will I need to wait? Is Cadbury India serious about the customers or not? I hope you do the needful and oblige.

          And after which there was no response from the company. We had handed the chocolate and the piece to sent person from the company in March but since then there has been no response from the company regarding the same.           it has been about 8 months since i have complaint to mondelez about a fiber glass piece found in Cadbury. and there has been no response. and the company also stated that they have lost the fiber piece we have given them. how careless can the company be to resolve customer complaints

            The chocolate is spoilt and has a hole in it presumed to be of a worm. It looks dirty and also spoilt.
            Around the piece there is more holes. Ordered chocolate from jiomart online.

                        Sir,

                        I had purchased 5 choclates of dairy milk from nearby shop but when I open the pack of the dairy milk i found it as it is defctive Or a very bad quality and it looks like it is expired but when I looked at the wrapper it shows as mfg date is 01.2020 and best before 12 months. I am attaching a photo with this mail. Kindly see the quality of the product. Even I had consumed one chocolate thinking of that may be it is bcz of weather but the taste of it is pathetic and when I opened second one it is also of same taste as first. Kindly see this problem and improve the quality. I also have 3 sealed pack choclates which I belive of the same quality and same issues.

                          There was a job opening for a cadbury store supervisor in vizag. I applied for it and the next day they asked me to send my resume via email. I did and the next day a lady called me stating that she is the hr. She did a telephonic interview and later said that i was selected and i have to pay 1550 for the dress. I did pay it and since then there is no response from her. I did call her but she is not responding. Please look into it.

Next time if I have to order something, I will go for some genuine website that care about customers. Not from company where from top to bottom all are fraudsters.                               I ordered on www.cadburygifting.in the order didn't get through and amount got deducted from the account. the contact details provided on the website is not working. I place an order on 14 August 20. I wrote several emails to them but no response. On 28 Aug i got an email (attached) from them that the refund has been processed and will be done in 7 days. its been a month now but no refund. Its not just me if you see page on Instagram cadburyjoydeliveries, you will find how many people are being fooled by this website. hundred of complains about not getting the order/ refund. Please look into it. thanks.

                                  I am 21 years old. Cadbury chocolate is my favourite chocolate since my childhood. Whatever the occasion is, i always buy cadbury chocolate only. I am browsing randomly and got to know that the fda approves if there are a few fragments of cockroach and some other insects parts in the chocolate. A few sites on google explain that even cadbury contains it😭. Is it true? As i am a loyal customer for years, i've got every right to know if there are insects in it or not. Why would someone want to eat chocolate which contains insect fragments? I am expecting a detailed answer to my question. Not just advertising, prove that you are reviewing everything. If it's untrue why aren't you removing it from google search!

Our products go through stringent quality and process checks during manufacturing and sourcing and follow all FSSAI standards and guidelines. Also all our products manufactured in India are 100% vegetarian and all ingredients are called out on pack.                                       This complaint is against worms being found in chocolate cadbury crackle in 3-4 chocolates out of a lot of 10 chocolates purchased in lucknow.

                                      The representative who visited my place was handled the chocolates with the issue along with the wrapper but he told that he could only provide a replacement and no further action can be taken..
