I am Mr. Nitin Jain from Jalgaon, Maharashtra. I bought a cadbury dairy milk silk of rs.160 a month ago from shivam dairy, pimprala, jalgaon. I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and tried to call on the number provided on the wrapper but it said that the number is invalid. So, I wrote an e-mail at [protected]@mdlzindia.com and wrote here also to draw your attention to the same along with the images of the product in attachment. I was informed through an e-mail from [protected]@mdlz.com on 22nd September, 2020 that representatives would come and solve the issue. Now it's been more than a month and none of the representative has visited yet. So, the problem still remains unsolved. I have retained the product as it is and waiting for the representatives but how long will I need to wait? Is Cadbury India serious about the customers or not? I hope you do the needful and oblige.
