Respected sir/madam,

I ( T.VIDYASAGAR) purchased 3 dairy milk chocolates in my city. ie. Amadalavalasa ( srikakulam district. Pin -532185, andhrapradesh, india)
But I found that all the 3 chocolates are duplicate products and all are damaged, for this reason I gave the complainant against the product.
I want clear explanation for this issue.

For this I attached the photo of that product.
Please do the needful.

Cadbury Bournville 70% dark . This chocolate is very bad and taste is very worst. So please stop the product. The product quality is very worst. I'm not satisfied.some health issues will come. Thank you

i found the wrapper a bit torned i ignored and opened it just to find that a piece of it was already missing,
I am very fond of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolates and have never found such thing before I was surprised to see this I expect to get a fresh piece of it, I also hope this blunder never happens again.

      We are residing in Mandavelipakkam, Chennai. We bought Dairy Milk on 4.12.2020 at our nearest Nelgiris Store... My daughter opened that pack and eat 2 bars, then she informed us that the chocolate taste is not good. When we check we found that its spoiled but manufacture date is 02/20 best before 12 months. While seeing the bars we were shocked it is look like infected by fungus... its highly disappointed about the product.

        I have purchased Cadbury Celebration Rich Dry Fruit Box last week in Agra. Expiry date is February 2021. When i open this box chocolate was very bad in quality..Taste was yuckkk it seems that product is expired.
        Cadbury was trustworthy and a big brand but this kind of product is not acceptable.

        I never ever had a this kind of bad experience.

        I tried your mail Id but mail couldn't deliver.
        This mail is regarding my complaint against your product Cadbury (Rich Dry fruit pack) and cost was Rs.490. I have purchased this pack from nearby Grocery shop

         I purchased this product on 27th Nov from Agrawansh Daily needs and expiry date was Feb 2021 but when i opened the box chocolate taste was yucks it had fungus on all over the dry fruits part. I never expected this kind of product from Your brand as Cadbury is very trustworthy brand. I am also working in fmcg sector and i know the customer satisfaction but FUNGUS was very shocking to me. During this pandemic i trust only on Cadbury not even on Nestle but your product really disappointed me. I am sharing my details with you if you need more information you can contact me.

            The price of it is only 10/- but every rupee is valid, so here's my complaint against this chocolate, when I was eating I found a plastic a tiny one, iam older it's ok for me I can handle it, my problem is what if any kids had it, so I just suggesting u all to manufacture it with clean and careful.

              I bought a box of bornvita for 110 rs and when I opened the seal, the box was only half filled. I don't understand if the box is not filled properly for its the looting happening.
              I think you should stop fooling customers and not providing product according to the money.

                The Cadbury chocolate which I have looks like it is fungal infection/ or some sought decolouring is happening. See that in the photo please. I took a bite and then noticed it. It is grainy as well. I hope I don't fall sick.

                    I am a regular cadbury eating customer and my father is your customer since 40 years.

                    But this is the first time i am so disappointed with cadbury silk.

                    I purchased cadbury three days ago and today when i opened the packet it had small holes just like warms in it. Pathetic quality to the prevised.

                    I am highly disappointed with this. The packet was pacled in 06/20.

                          The other day my husband bought two packets of your Cadbury Gems Rs5 packet ( on 17 Nov 2020. We had one of the packet at that moment and the other one was saved for later.Today, i.e. 19 Nov 2020, right after lunch, craving something sweet, I remembered about out packet of gems, and went and got it, tore it and to my horror of horror the pact was filled with gems that did not look at all like gems, as they were missing their signature colours, and they were all brown. But worse than that is the fact that they were mouldy and most has fungal growth in them. is this the type of product that a company of your stature put out in the market. I chills my spine to think, what if instead of me a child had open the packet and in his innocent and totally unaware of the product spoiled condition, had eaten them, who know what would have ibeen the consequence. Would you all have take the responsibility? Does quality check not exist for these products and standard products not used in manufacturing of the same.
                          Cadbury Gems had always been my favourite candy since my childhood, but now I am beginning to doubt you all too and may even recommend people known to me not to purchase them.

                                      I had ordered personalized gift . The order got confirmed and immediately I received a mail that the order could not process and retry with new order. Hence I tried again. No youhave sent me two orders and money also deducted twice from. Please take one order back from me and return one amount . M writting to your customer care since last 8 days, but not a single mail was replied. The number given on your website does not exist . Hope someone can hear me from Cadbury.

                                        I received a celebration pack of rs 50 on 16th October 2020 all the chocolates had many spots like fungus and taste bitter. I complained twice on the number given behind the pack about product quality but no measures have been taken delay has been made giving excuses for collecting sample of the chocolates but till now no actions have been taken and they are not giving response.
