I bought dairy milk silk of rupees 175 and found that 3 boxes are missing. When i purchase the packaging was proper but when i open it 3 boxes are missing in the bar.

The chocolate got total fungus. The name is family pack Cadbury dairy milk chocolate. The whole packages are of same issue . I don't know what to do with that.The whole money and food got waste. Even the expire date is not over. I totally lost trust and interest in Cadbury. Im not gonna buy anymore

I have a retail outlet where i sell cadbury choclates but since a year the refrigerator provided by the company is damaged and no action has been taken despite of several complaints which i registered on your toll free number

I just opened a Cadbury dairy milk worth of rs 160 and found fungus all over it.It turn over the dairy milk and condition is more worst
From front ...then I checked manufacturing date it is 29/09/2020 and expiry date is 12 month from package.

Yesterday I bought a Dark milk chocolate for my daughter, when I opened the sealed packet of the chocolate half of the chocolate was missing, as we eated this chocolate manier times so I knew how much chocolate should be their. 100 rs is not much but we trusted cadbury so we informed about this. The chocolate tasted bad

Yesterday i brought cadbury oreo choco cream flavourd biscuits, when i am about to eat my oreo i found it very soggy the cream was very rubbery in tast overall eat oreo was very bad it wasn't expired though i will give you the details now

As now you can see from the above details that oreo package was not expired.when i see the package i saw i can tell you about the problem by the given helpline number and email id then i decided first to call you but due to Corona virus you're unable to recive call then i try your email id that you have give on the pakage and when i call the helpline number it also says the same exact thing to contact with gmail but when i try to contact through gmail it was not valid(incorrect) althoung i have written correct gmail address it [protected]@mdlzindia.com i am not lying about it i am serious you can check it by yourself also, i am very sad because oreo is my favorite biscuits and i eat oreo now and then i love eating oreo with my milk and i just love it but that day when i purchase that package of oreo i was very disappointed i feel very sad i don't want other customers complaining about the same thing so i take my time to write you this message, although it was just ₹30 but i want to write this message to you

If you seeing this message i hope you will understand my problem and try to solve this problem

I brought Cadbury dark milk chocolate from Dmart as a opened the product the chocolate was half of it as it was eaten by somebody already I m not satisfied with the product... Dairy milk is one of my favourite products but after this situation I m not really very happy with it ... I want this product to be returned and want a revert about this product asafff...

Even though the date of manufacture was of 11/04/2021, we found a worm in the dairy milk chocolate and there were some white coloured thread like structures as well

I have a received a packet with mould in it and this is very unhygienic and being a huge lover of Cadbury silk I'm very dissapointed

I have bought dairy milk(roasted almond) but it is defected before its expiry date, it got fungus on it
Its manufacturing date was 06/11/20. I haven't waste my money to eat this defected chocolate
What should i do now ?

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that the chocolate dairy milk silk is not at all genuine. It is not at all original product. It has so many add ons. Earlier it has always melted easily this time it has got more thick. Inspite of hot steam it is getting more thicker which shows clearly that this chocolate is not the original one. It has so many chemicals inside. I would like to request you kindly look into this matter seriously before it's too late.

The chocolate was in a terrible condition. It is so unimaginable to see a company like Cadbury to send out such products

I bought 2 packets of cadbury's dairy milk minis from an online store for my nephew. Upon tasting it recently I realised it has a foul taste. It tasted sour and has some white bumps on it. However, the chocolates the other packet tasted normal.
I want you to consider the complaint and suggest as to what should I do with the remaining chocolates and how about the ones eaten, I am.hopibg no side effects.

I've got bournville chocolate and it has the filthy material. The chocolate is worst in condition.

I bought a big pack of 5 stars, When I checked the back for Ingredients I found something unusual which I don't see in other packaging which is in the Allergen Information, There's a content saying " It May Contain Wheat and Peanut".

I would like to understand the statement called "May Contain"
