I had ordered personalized gift . The order got confirmed and immediately I received a mail that the order could not process and retry with new order. Hence I tried again. No youhave sent me two orders and money also deducted twice from. Please take one order back from me and return one amount . M writting to your customer care since last 8 days, but not a single mail was replied. The number given on your website does not exist . Hope someone...

Complain about product quality

I received a celebration pack of rs 50 on 16th October 2020 all the chocolates had many spots like fungus and taste bitter. I complained twice on the number given behind the pack about product quality but no measures have been taken delay has been made giving excuses for collecting sample of the chocolates but till now no actions have been taken and they are not giving response....

Cadbury Dairy milk with lots of fungus on it

I just opened a Cadbury dairy milk worth rs 20 and found fungus all over it.. I turn over the dairy milk and condition is more worst from front.. then I check the manufacturing date and it was manufactured in 06/20 and the expiry is 12 months from packaging
Fortunately I have taken it from my daughter to open it else she would have eat this rotten dairy milk chocolate....

I am Veeralakshmy from Puducherry. We celebrated our son's 6th birthday on 18th October 2020. As we are fond of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolates, we purchased the same from nearby supermarket(30 nos, each cost Rs.10= 300), we distributed the chocolates to our family members, friends and neighbours. We really get shocked after opening the chocolates, it was infected fungus and got bubbled over it.Really disgusting, my children thrown away in...

Fibre piece in Cadbury

And after which there was no response from the company. We had handed the chocolate and the piece to sent person from the company in March but since then there has been no response from the company regarding the same. Dairy milk chocolate - spoilt

The chocolate is spoilt and has a hole in it presumed to be of a worm. It looks dirty and also spoilt.
Around the piece there is more holes. Ordered chocolate from jiomart online.
