The other day my husband bought two packets of your Cadbury Gems Rs5 packet ( on 17 Nov 2020. We had one of the packet at that moment and the other one was saved for later.Today, i.e. 19 Nov 2020, right after lunch, craving something sweet, I remembered about out packet of gems, and went and got it, tore it and to my horror of horror the pact was filled with gems that did not look at all like gems, as they were missing their signature colours, and they were all brown. But worse than that is the fact that they were mouldy and most has fungal growth in them. is this the type of product that a company of your stature put out in the market. I chills my spine to think, what if instead of me a child had open the packet and in his innocent and totally unaware of the product spoiled condition, had eaten them, who know what would have ibeen the consequence. Would you all have take the responsibility? Does quality check not exist for these products and standard products not used in manufacturing of the same.
Cadbury Gems had always been my favourite candy since my childhood, but now I am beginning to doubt you all too and may even recommend people known to me not to purchase them.

I purchased this product on 27th Nov from Agrawansh Daily needs and expiry date was Feb 2021 but when i opened the box chocolate taste was yucks it had fungus on all over the dry fruits part. I never expected this kind of product from Your brand as Cadbury is very trustworthy brand. I am also working in fmcg sector and i know the customer satisfaction but FUNGUS was very shocking to me. During this pandemic i trust only on Cadbury not even on Nestle but your product really disappointed me. I am sharing my details with you if you need more information you can contact me.
