I bought one cadbery dairy milk silk (Oreo)
on June 09, 2019 and when opened I noticed that white paper present inside is fully covered with oil. Pack from outside looked normal. Since oil is observed with primary packing material, quality of the product is questionable hence product was not consumed. Details of product is as follows: code: 190223B1, pkd: 02/19
Since this product is not consumable I want compensation from the company.

I had opened a dairy milk today to eat, had half of it to realise there were some weird particles or worms or stuff inside mine
How irresponsible can company get with customer’s health
My mouth got itchy there after and puked too.
If any health hazard happens who is going to be responsible? It was surely not healthy or edible enough it tasted funny even.

I am complaining about a cadbury 5 star. I have opened the chocolate and oil is coming out of it. This is an error in chemicals used to produce these chocolates. Its odour is very bad. Not fit for consumption.

This can even cause anyone's death. How can they be so careless while production? This is not acceptable. Such a big company playing with people's emotions anf health. Definitely the company is responsible fot it.

I want to file a case against mondelez to produce these type of chocolates

I have provided a fridge from cadbury india at sudarshan medical and general stores, priya colony, mumbai highway road, padegaon, aurangabad. It's not working as its motor has been damaged, observed by mechanic appointed by company. I have complained at customer care 3 to 4 times but mechanic is not taking any call. I have got loss of 5000 to 7000 rs as i'm having stock of cadbury. So please help as soon as possible.

Hi, we have a shop (Dev stationery and general store), we requested a small size dispenser (Cooler) for our store, but no one is taking care giving excuses that company is not providing the cooler.

The fridge is working but there is no coollent gas is this fidge 😟

I had got a gift and the silk worth rs 70 is expired since 2 years it also had an oily thing . Sir, I went to the shopkeeper and he said that it's not his fault .sir it's like how could he even keep a chocolate which has already expired 2 years ago this is nonsense. I buyed the lots of chocolates by dealer since 1 year. And dealer always cut the bill on the name of another shop. And when we request a freezer they always said hain nahi... Now in summer all the chocolates are melt on my shop. No one ready to buy.

So i request please resolve my problem all the bills should be on my shop name.
Second one please provide the one small fridge for store the chocolates so that we can sale more and more chocolates.

Recently I bought Dairy milk. when the outer covering of the packet was opened. I found that it was spoiled and was giving a really bad taste. when I went to the seller they told me they cannot do anything and I had to contact the manufacturer for it. I tried to call the customer service but the number given[protected] was invalid. The date of manufacturing was 2/19.

Good morning, we are one of your major retail sellers from okhla - 110025, new delhi and we approximately sell cadbury chocolates worth 50k monthly, but we have been very upset lately from last 6 months due to our cadbury fridge and have constantly been complaining to our distributor rn traders and to people in the company directly too. We have been in constantly contact with your cadbury official suranjana madam & santosh (Sales officer/order taker) since last few months, but only got disappointment our chocolate fridge has not been in working condition since last 5-6 months, and we have been complaining since then but they have not been taking us seriously or any genuine action, all we got after all these years of being a cadbury business partner is fake and misleading promises by these personals. We have been complaining since the start of winters and it's now hot summers here in delhi our chocolate have been totally melted and become useless from the point of a retailer and we will be forced to shut our cadbury chocolate section permanently and replace it with some other brand.

Kindly look into the matter, before it's too late.

Since last 2 months, the visicooler has suffered a lot. Man has complained about this many times, but no solution has been reached so far.
Because of the degradation of vicikular, cadbury can not sell chocolate, you can solve it quickly.
I have many times complaint about this but they are no response...

Very disappointed to open up our cadbury eggs and to have them looking like this. Our kids were very upset. I have been a very loyal customer over the years and especially around easter time. A friend of ours has also had the same problem and we would like like to know why our eggs are like this. I pay good money for these and expect better quality.

This is to inform you i m retailer of grocery where i m selling your cadbury product.. I purchased a Cadbury fuse from a shop in Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Three flies were found in the chocolate. This was not expected from Cadbury. The whole lot of chocolate would have been contaminated by this unsanitary practice and lack of quality control checking. This could be a cause of major health issues. Kindly look into the matter. I am expecting a suitable compensation for the same.

This is to bring to your notice a very serious issue. I had bought the cadburys dairy milk silk roasted almonds pack of 55g for 65 rs. The chocolate inside was stale. And it has developed fungus within 6 months of package date. Had i consumed it, this would have been a serious threat to my health. I had seen this twice, last year as well but went on to blame the vendor. But now i feel there is something seriously wrong going on in production it self. I demand compensation and serious action against this reckless production. I have been a regular consumer of mondalez products. But after this incident i fear to purchase any of the products of your company. I hope this letter is taken by seriously and corrective actions are taken with immediate effect. It is disheartening to say that a recently bought Cadbury dairymilk Rs 40 pack contained an insect in it. The pack was dated as manufactured at 7/18. The product was bought on 30.3.2019 from a restaurant at Kolaghat, NH 41, West Bengal.

I found that after already having a part of it.

It is really disheartening as it wasn't expected from Cadbury.

I got celebration of 150 rs from local store in kolhapur district. Its not as regular. It seems like it has damaged or expired! But expiry date was way 6 months far. It tasted different.. Looked different... I guess was spoiled! It has to be changed.. Dairy milk 5 star gems all tastes good. It was too uneaasy to even look at it i tasted n throwm it away. Haope u come up wid this problem!

I purchased celebration pack containing cadbury 5 star 3D, cadbury dairy milk, cadbury dairy milk fruit and nut, cadbury dairy milk roast almondand cadbury dairy milk crackle and found a whitish layer on all of the chocolates except 5star 3D along with a very bad taste . It was manufactured on 09/18 . I have all of them saved for the proof . I want it's refund and want company to maintain it's quality.
It is mfg by mondelez India foods Pvt Ltd, unit no. 2001.

I purchased dairy milk silk oreo from a store in sion on 20th march 2019. After eating 1/4th of the chocolate i found a tiny piece of stone from the chocolate. I almost ate it and when i couldn't chew it i realized that it's a stone and not oreo. I would like to know if your company is complying with the fssi standards and also would like to see your certificate. I'm placing a complaint with the fssi in the meantime. It's not a small thing to have found a stone in a chocolate that too in something with a brand name of cadbury. I've pictures of the same and so does the store owner. Please get back to me.
