I just purchased a cadbury dairy milk from a nearby store .It had the manufacture date 5/15 . I opened it d same day and noticed that it contained some kind of greasy looking substance in it and also some odd looking organisms . Clearly it was not in an edible condition .Sorry to say ...but have now lost d trust in cadbury products .

This has been very troublesome to me. My repeated calls on your query number[protected] has been going unanswered for whole time and i have wasted my huge balance on just to try to reach you. This is very shameful to see such a giant being so ignorant towards its consumers. I am entirely disgusted by your concept. Hi, I purchased a cadbury silk choclate for Rs 150 from a store near my home. It was manufactured in march 2015 so there is no issue of expired unit. When I opened it, it had a different taste than usual and was looking as if it is stale(some powdery stuff visible when broken). My kid has eaten some portion of it but the remaining choclate is still with me in my fridge. One more thing, the boxes were missing and it was totally flat choclate(as if it was melted totally and then stored in fridge). I want of replacement of this choclate as the shop owner is not ready to do that. I deserve to have a perfectly eatble unit if I am spending money. thanks Abhishek

Today I bought 2 pkt of cadbury silk today on 20th July from m / s Food corner station road barakar District burdwan West bengal .The chocolate had white spots on the entire piece and even it had germs coming out of it. I want a replacement for it or else I will share with social networking sites and even consumer court.need reply at [protected]@yahoo.com

A box of Rich dry fruit collection was bought on the18the July 2015. On opening the chocolates they had a whitish layer and the chocolate pieces are flaky which means that the chocolates are expired and unfit for consumption. On closely observing the box for the manufacturing date I found 2 different dates 14/09/15 printed dark and 12/09/14. The new date is reprinted on the old date for the box to be sold. This is ethically and legally not acceptable. Need compensation favourable reply and compensation for this by the 25 th July 2015. The price of the box is Rs 575/-. If no reply/ action is received the complaint along with photos will be posted on all social media.

Yesterday i purchased a cadbury gems of Rs.10/- from a store situated in Baroda, gujarat. Today morning my daughter was having gems and unfortunately that gems has fallen down and broken and from inside that gems we saw a white coloured insects.

I bought cadbury silk 250gm for rs. 275/- from pooja medicals, destination centre, magarpatta, pune. On sunday 12.7.15 it was for celebration of my wifes birthday. On the way back from dinner we had the chocolate and found some foul taste. When i saw the chocolate left over today, i found it has contamination, white layer and spots all over the chocolate. Please note that it was kept in the fridge for all the time.
Request you to look into the matter and replace the same asap.

I bought a Cadbury Silk Caramello with Code "I50203 A3" pkd on 02/15. But unfortunately it was plain silk with no fillings.I want a company like Cadbury to be much more careful on packing items like this and seek a full refund for my purchase.

So yesterday i bought 2 cadbury chocolates. One was bournville and the other one was dairy milk. i opened the chocolate and i saw some white bubbles on the chocolates. i was disgusted looking at the chocolate. they seemed like some reptile eggs. i checked the expiry date but it had not even expired. it was packaged in march 2015 and currently its july 2015. My sister consumed the bournville at night and was feeling sick till the next morning. she was feeling itchy, she even puked. so i'd like you to check the chocolate and take immediate actions.

This is regarding a low quality of dairymilk chocolate found after opening the packet which is well within its expiry date. I guess the packaging needs to be improved as i have been finding the same issue quiet often from past few days. I thought of highlighting one of these issues. Please find the attached pictures of Cadbury chocolate for your kind perusal.

My friend and I purchased 2 Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate worth Rs.25 . When we opened up the wrapper there was no golden foil wrapping the chocolate. The chocolate when kept in open for a day caught white pigments... .I am afraid that the chocolates are duplicate and can ruin any ones health.

Dear Sir/mam, I brought 2nos cadbury dairy milk silk for my wife from a shop in Himayatnagar A[protected]A shop . She has eaten half of the Cadbury silk and said the taste was very bad When I checked package, I smell very bad and small holes as u can see in the photo.She has a vomiting also ... Even the product was not expired yet. The expiry date is octber 2015.This was a shameful so brand "Cadbury Dairy Milk" i never expect so . I am filing a complaint against Cadbury Dairy Milk.

Dairy Milk chocolate had lots of boils like chicken pox.. Chocolate had chicken pox when we opened, disgusting. Will stop eating cadburys from now on, hope the basic hygiene is taken care of and this issue is addressed asap. For batch no and MFd - ref the pic attached

I bought dairy milk of Rs.25 manufactured on 5/2015 from heritage fresh super market. When I opened the pack it looks weird as if it's local manufactured product and it looks like as if it's packed ages ago.It tastes horrible as if I m eating rustic iron mixed chocolate. Please don't manufacture such products as most of the kids consume it.

Hi Sir, Today I have purchased 2 Diary milk (INR 10 pack) from a nearest retail sop, While opening the pack, I have found that one of the chocolate is rotten and smells stinky, The other one is fine. The Manufacturing date is mentioned as 03/15 and its best before 12 months before from the date of manufacturing, while its just been 4 months and I am shocked to see this, What If I have given the chocolate to some kid and they are unaware of it and consumed it? As the diary milk looks same when it is in melted state, I have took some pics for the proof, where you can see that the top part of the chocolate is rotten and the rest of the part is fine. How could a company manufacture a product with so much negligent way? Its mainly consumed by children who will never able to figure out this. This has to be stopped, they should maintain quality, Even it was been refrigerated by the local seller, still it is spoiled, I am deeply disappointed by this and will definitely not make this chocolate as my first priority and have to check it multiple times before eating it in future!
