Today, I have purchased a cadbury dairy milk chocolate but there is no packing paper(white and golden paper).Still I have the same chocolate with me as an evidence.As I am an advocate, I know I can sue the cadbury in the un-packaging case. Few years back, there was a case of insects inside the cadbury chocolate, after that case cadbury was doing the double layer packing. How the cadbury would like to take this issue or else I will sue???...
