i customer of your company since 18 years, my company name is madanlal and sons, g-2 sai attmaram dristi basant bahar road ulhasnagar 421005. your salesman had given me refrigeretor for chocolate april 2015, and it is not working since aug 2015 i had complaint so many time to your distributor khemson, he had sent me some person whom they had check the refrigerator and said we will reapir within 7 days but none of your person had come to repair till date. kindly sent the person to repair refrigerator.

Yesterday i.e on 2nd of feb 2016 i bought a cadbury dairymilk of rs 25. though money is never a concern but i found disgusting reason to complain about. After giving it to my cousin, she complained me about foul smell from the cadbury. When I saw it, it was already broken in pieces and had fungus all over. I am very particular about the packaging date and expiry date. So I always check it before buying. The packaging was 08/2015. And the code written here is- K50828. I really expect to look at the complains. I have just gone through this forum and saw many complains same as mine. Is cadbury compromising with its quality?

My name is vishal oswal. I brought bournvita from D mart in pune on 6th of dec 2015. Today I found worms & fungus in bournvita pack & it was really very scary to see that. I have been drinking the same pack of bournvita since last more than a month now & to find it now itz really health threatening.
Itz really disappointing to find such a thing in a brand like cadbury. I have taken pics for the same which i would like to share on social media websites & all the other available resource. I would really like to lodge a complaint about cadbury about it. I have also complaint on the toll free number for cadbury about the same but i dont think they have really taken my complaint seriously.
So i request on this forum to take it seriously as itz something really serious as most of the families prefer bournvita but this kind of instance will surely not help anyone o[censored]s.

The glorious day of 26th January is also celebrated as my Father-In-Law’s Birthday.
On the very same day I had been to Sehekari Bhandar ( at Agar Bazar, Mumbai) to purchase some products of Cadbury.I came across Cadbury Celebrations packets and picked up 11 boxes to be given to guests who were home for celebrations.And let me mention, I am extremely particular with the manufacturing and expiry dates.Only after consideration of the same, the chocolates were purchased.To much of my surprise, little did I know that that experience would turn out to be the worst.I distributed the boxes to each of my guest and to my shock I realised the next day that the boxes were loaded with white powder and the chocolates were covered with fungus.Personally, mine as well as my families health has been affected after eating the same apart from the embarrassment that we have faced after giving our guests these ‘esteemed products’ as a ‘return gift’.Im sure the same would have been the case with every guest of mine after eating these chocolates.
It is shocking and disturbing to know that the services of Cabdury has dropped to such new levels.
I strongly put forth this matter ahead.
I need a clarification and compensation for the ill effects of eating these chocolates on my families health as well as my guests, the embarrassment that I had to face in front of all my guests, the time I have wasted in running for compensating to my guest, the time I have wasted in purchasing and trying to seek clarification from the place where I have purchased the same.

I bought a dairy milk gift pack containing 1 dairy milk chocolates and 1gems & 2 five stars in it. When I opened the dairy milk pack it was fungal infected and having powdery surface with a very bad taste.
The manufacturing date on pack is 8/15.
Such poor quality is not expected from a reputed brand like cadbury.
Thank god that I have not given it to my baby. i will never buy any Cadbury product in future and tell my friends and family to do the so.

Its been a month but no one is bother to contact me after putting 4-5 mails.
What a waste!!

I bought Cadbury fruitnNut silk. in which i found plastic in between the Chocolate when i bit to eat that. I need compensation for that.

Im an engineering student .i buyed 5 rupees gems packet in[protected] at salem district Tamil nadu.when i opened the packet its fully infected and the colurs are changed and it shows dotted marks .it shows that best before one year but before itself it damge...like this means how we wil trust this product ...im requesting u to take a necessary action agaist this because this product mainly using childrens only .it wil more effect to them ... So pls sir pls take a necessary action against this...

I bought a Cadbury silk caramello on 20th jan 2016.
Its manufacturing date is 04/2015. and it would be used till 9 month.
but its taste is very bad.

We bought three chocolates from a shop in our society from aggarwal departmental store yesterday all the three chocolates with batch number H50616 /06/15 B2 contains fungus we asked the shop keeper to replace and complain as he did not took this matter seriously and advised me to make a complaint on my own please send anyone to have a look on this as we have kept the same above said carefully refrigerated for you kind inspection our address is 696 Vikas Kunj, Vikaspuri New Delhi 110018

January 4, 2016. I bought a Cadbury dairy milk fruit and nut chocolate. it was not expired by date expiry month was 7/2016, but it was having fungus. I just want you to take a strict action against this company. its really very harmful for every one.

I bought Cadbury chocolate from a local shop and it was defective when I opened the pack it was fully a diifrent colour and taste the manufacturing date was 9/2015 and I bought on 12/2015 it was 3 months old pls give a solution for it Bec its is not a matter of five rs it's a matter of my child health

Hello who so ever reading this email. I wanted to compliant about your product i purchased from a general store it had red ants in it. We were going to consume it but a red ant came out of it i have took pictures n video of red ants inside the product. So we would sent you the pictures n videos and even write a compliant in police station about the happenings.

In the cadbury celebration pack all 3 dairy milk chocolates had multiple white grainy spots all over the chocolates. These chocolates were neither expired nor were they refrigerated. The pack was kept at room temperature. Being a doctor myself it was shocking to find this in a product of repute. I hope cadbury looks gravely at the concerns of its consumers and provides redressal....
