Hello, We have bought Cadbury dairy milk chocolate from Reliance fresh store. We found that the chocolate wrapper is not sealed and hence the quality of the chocolate has deteriorated badly. Please find attached images of same. Batch code: I41214C1. Packed Date: 12/2014 Please address this issue.

I have purchased a Dairy milk silk by paying 60 rs but when opened it was like a fungal product. I don't know what actually happened with the quality but the product was not eatable. I have faced similar issues many times but that was with smaller size products but this time I have lost 60Rs into this Regards Samir [protected]

Bought a box of celebration for my family. All my joys were turned into dreads after I opened the box and unwrapped the chocolates The view of the chocolate itself was enuf to aghast me to eat them Facing this thing for the 4th or 5th time and my frnds have faced similar situations too Cadbury really needs to look into the matter and offer me a replacement as well They claim that its the butter inside the chocolate that comes outside due to change in temperature but in any case its impossible to eat the way that butter comes out Look into the matter

I had purchased Cadbury Glow and I got 2 movie passes. I'm calling to [protected] from past 4 days not even single person receiving the call the call duration goes for 15min but none of them receives the call. This is really worst marketing ever. We didn't except this from Cadbury.

We regret to bring to your notice that today i bought cadbury fuit and nut chocolate from one of the groceries near swastik plaza in thane. And we found that half of it was full of fungus. I bought two chocolate.shopkeeper says one of them is imported from UK and it's manufacture date is 12/12/14.after opening wrapper on cadbury tere is many particles like aata(grinded wheat) and afer opening another cadbury i see that there is sticky substance on back of cadbury...i taste that the taste is very different..thanku

When I unpacked a chocolate from cadbury ( rich dry fruit ) collection, I found a worm coming out of the chocolate. A kid was about to consume it but lucky we stopped it. It's a serous issue that a child product has worm in it. The manufacturing date is Aug 2014. The box says, best before 8 months from packing.

I am retailer of your products in Ramagundam dist -karimnagar, telangana .we have been complaining your dealer about the fault in package of your Cadbury chocolates i.e ecalries the pack has sum 2, 3 chocolates which are open and don't have cover on them .

On 5th Jan 2015(Monday), I received SMS that someone tried to reach me over cell but fact is NOBODY has called up. Suddenly next day, I received similar sms mentioning my request is denied since they tried multiple times. This is fake notification and fact is nobody has called over my cell. When I tried to reach them back over [protected] (Customer Support) then body picks up call(as I kept hearing some music). This is planed day time loot to boost sale of Cadbury products. I noticed that it was almost 11 months old and is still being one month away from expiry date whichI didnt notice at the time of purchase. I am from Madambakkam, Chennai 600126, yesterday I bought 4 Cadbury's 5 Star 10 rupee chocolates from nearby shop, when I bite a little it's full of mud like materials inside the chocolate. The chocolates which we give as a gifts especially to small kids such a unhygienic chocolates will be harmful for them. pls look into this take corrective measures to supply quality chocolates .

Dear sir, i recently purchased two cadbury dairy milk silk on which it is written free coffee treat for 2, but when i called on the no. to valid this offer they said that this offer is not valid. Before taking these silks I asked at the counter if this offer valid or not, they told it is valid and on this pack it is nowhere written that this offer is no more valid . Dear Sir, I recently purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk (Orange Peel) from my home nearby bakery on 22 December 2014. The centre of attraction for buying this chocolate was an offer from Cadbury written on the Pack "Free Coffee Treat for 2 with this pack" at Cafe Coffee Day Outlet. However, to my dismay after calling[protected] to submit my code ([protected]), the phone auto reply answered this offer is not valid anymore. Further, the website (cadburysilk.bigcityrewards.in), where this code can be submitted also doesn't work. On the pack there is no indication about the expiry of this offer, otherwise I would not have bought this product at first instance. Please let me know how Cadbury is going to honour their offer to me? The package material including the product is kept intact with me. This is a clear case of cheating the consumers by declaring a tempting offer which force a consumer to buy their product, but when trying to avail the same then there is no honour to their offer. By not displaying their "expiry of offer" on the pack is a clear violation of hiding information and facts from the consumers. The message like: this offer is not valid (on phone) or their website not working itself suggest this as a bogus offer.
