Dear Sir, I recently purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk (Orange Peel) from my home nearby bakery on 22 December 2014. The centre of attraction for buying this chocolate was an offer from Cadbury written on the Pack "Free Coffee Treat for 2 with this pack" at Cafe Coffee Day Outlet. However, to my dismay after calling[protected] to submit my code ([protected]), the phone auto reply answered this offer is not valid anymore. Further, the website (cadburysilk.bigcityrewards.in), where this code can be submitted also doesn't work. On the pack there is no indication about the expiry of this offer, otherwise I would not have bought this product at first instance. Please let me know how Cadbury is going to honour their offer to me? The package material including the product is kept intact with me. This is a clear case of cheating the consumers by declaring a tempting offer which force a consumer to buy their product, but when trying to avail the same then there is no honour to their offer. By not displaying their "expiry of offer" on the pack is a clear violation of hiding information and facts from the consumers. The message like: this offer is not valid (on phone) or their website not working itself suggest this as a bogus offer. Dear cadbury team, im d huge lover of cadbury product we are high amount for paying diary milk and other product of yours . a day before i bought a diary milk silk it found with fungus on the surrounding of the chocolate with white blooming . i really shocked . i get that chocolate to the shop they said they are not responsible for this kind of thing n they tel to ask in company . so i register complaint about your product with hurted heart about your product

I bought three cadburry silk almond on date 10 december 2014, Manufactured on april 2014 with a period of 12 months to use it. they were in good condition as per packing, however when i Opened first one, it has some fungi in it which usually happens due to moisture. But i though may be one has bad packing, but similar incident happened with second so i have that as in that situation with third one as completely packed situation. I went to vendor (Relaince fresh), but they are not taking any responsibility so i am forced to contact you. Looking for an action from your side asap other wise i would lose my trust on my favourite chocolate making company.

So today i got 2 5 star chomps from the nearest grocery store. I had one already in morning!!! While sitting in my office an hour back when i thought of eating the other one, i opened the wrapper and as i was about to put that favorite chocolate in my mouth i was horrified. crawling came an insect! Next peacefully was a white slimy worm sitting comfortably in my evening chocolate. I'm horrified! As soon i as unwrapped it tiny black insects came rushing out from the bar :( Let me tell you I'm a die hard chocoholic and this has moved my trust in the quality of the chocolates that you guys are manufacturing? Live, live insects having party in my bar of chocolate???? You increase the bloody prices of each chocolate bar and then you put insects in them???? Shame! I'm furious and people mere apologies wont get customers back!

I abhishek jaiswal bought the pack of cadbury celebration ( Code- F41008A*, PKD-08/10/14) on 19/12/14 . It contained three units of five star chocolate, out of which i found two of them in a bad condition. the chocolates were not in there original look, it was more ruged with unusal bubble allover it . I m a great lover of cadbury chocolate and never expect such a mistake to happen from your side . please take a action against this as soon as possible . very much disappointed with this.

I have bought a packet of Cadbury bournvill, Manufacturing Date is Oct'2014, When I opened the packet I was shocked seeing the chocolate, as d chocolate was covered with full of fungus over it. The chocolate is in very bad condition…. This is not expected from a reputed company like Cadbury. Hence forward I will think twice before picking up a cadbury product. I bought a packet of Cadbury silk caramello chocolate by paying a heafty amount of 160/- INR for it as i wanted to gift it to my 5 yr old daughter as today was her birthday, but to my horror as she opened the packet there was a fungal deposition all over it. This is a very serious issue and not expected from a brand like yours, till the time i realised the same my daughter had already consumed some part of it and immediately started feeling uneasy and vomited. I had been a cadbury fan since ages but now i feel that i have to rethink my loyalty with your brand and also the company need to rework on your quality control procedures. I demand a written explanation for the same and also seek a service recovery from your end as soon as possible or else i will not be left with any other option than taking this up to the consumer forum.

Sir, Since childhood I have been drinking bournvita and I am very used to with it's smell and taste. But when I bought bournvita 3 months ago I found that some difference in the taste. I am a retailer of Cadbury India and my shop is categorized class A outlet but from last 10 month we are getting problem to procured goods from your distributor. We had already complain to your regional office Kolkata after that 3 month we got the service.Now again from last 2months we are facing the same problem . I have been eating Dairy milk since childhood and the taste has always been the same until today when i purchased three packets of dairy milk from a grocery store in our locality . The taste was altogether different It took me to surprise I checked the packing, the spelling of the product and it was exactly as it could be, there is no difference that I could find . The taste is as bad as it could be, spoiling the moment . The Code at the back of Wrapper is 270314A01H, Packed 03/14 .

I have purchased 2 packet if Cadbury Silk by paying the hefty amount of INR 150/- which has the offer of 2 Coffee free from CCD but when I went to redeem the coupon code on 9th December 2014 it was told that offer was valid till30th November 2014 . While on the chocolate packet nothing was mention about the expiry of the offer .It was clear violation of the consumer right by hiding the information . I have bought a packet of Cadbury Celebrations to gift to some one for their child's birthday. Manufacturing Date was June'2014 and expiry date is February'2015. When they opened the packet it was a very shock moment. All the chocolates are covered with full of fungus. It was a very shame moment for us. Pls. do the needful.

Hi All, I was very surprised and shocked when i experienced that the latest Cadbury Gems Toys are Harmful and risky for children to use. I cant believe that Brand like Cadbury while creating/ Manufacturing toys for Children forgot to keep in mind the safety Hazards. Toys are sharp and when used for the first time had lead to a cut on a finger. This is non tolerable and i have completely lost the trust in the Brand ... i am not sure if i would like to buy any more of your products. Today, the impact is so big that because of this non thoughtful created toy we have a hurt finger. My suggest to the Cadbury Team is to recall all these Toys back and rework on there creation again. Dear sirs, i bought 2 containers of cocoa powder from Lulu mall, ernakulam.it is packed on: 26/07/14 A, and codeW40726 i opened one container and made brownie. I am shocked to find sand in the cocoa powder. this is first time i am facing this quality issue. I want to return this product. Sir, I would like to file a complaint against your product. I had bought Dairy milk Fruit & Nut for my children.But as I opened the cover and gave my daughter piece of chocolate. As my daughter was about to take 2 pieces into mouth what I saw left me shocked and dumbfounded. There were worms in the dairy milk.Not a single but there were 5-6 worms in it. As my daughter saw it she threw the chocolate that was in her hand. I also saw the manufacturing date which was 3/14 so it was not expired. I would like you to know that I am a vegetarian so getting worms in some product of yours was just about to break my religious faith as we are Jains and we do not eat non vegetarian food. I also took some photographs of the worms that were present there and attaching them with this mail. As soon as the cadbury wrapper was opened there was small white visible granules on the chocolate and when consumed it tasted sour in the end. Product manufacturing date september 2014 and expiry is after 12 months.Picture attached herein will give show you the defect.

I am the student of MBBS. My brother brought two dairy milk silk but the taste was different of both the chocolates. One chocolate manufacturing date was 15/11/14 and other one was 12/11/14. But the 15th date one was stale, its taste was like citrus. And my email is [protected]@gmail.com
