I bought three cadburry silk almond on date 10 december 2014, Manufactured on april 2014 with a period of 12 months to use it. they were in good condition as per packing, however when i Opened first one, it has some fungi in it which usually happens due to moisture. But i though may be one has bad packing, but similar incident happened with second so i have that as in that situation with third one as completely packed situation.
I went to vendor (Relaince fresh), but they are not taking any responsibility so i am forced to contact you.
Looking for an action from your side asap other wise i would lose my trust on my favourite chocolate making company.

I had purchased dairymilk silk today afternoon and tried to call to the number given behind for cafe coffee day offer. Though the time when i called was 4 pm a recorded message was saying that, "the offer has been closed and you need to call from monday to friday from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm", why is it so.If the offer is already closed why do you people unnecessarily encourage such type of sales in the retail shops and why do you fool common people?
