Wish to complain about my recent purchase of Cadbury chococakes brand. I purchased 22 packets of this brand for distribution. This was purchased from Haikosupermarket, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India .
Not only am I disappointed but I am shocked at the turn of events.
Instead of getting what we purchased we have received 4 packets which were tampered in some way or the other.
Empty packets
Broken content packets
The item which claim to be of 21gms weight is actually only 10 GM's!!!
This is such a huge let down!
Please see the attached pictures and videos to get an idea of what has happened.
I placed trust on the brand and this was totally unexpected. It was not only insulting but publicly embarrassing to face such a situation.
This is a very bad experience and I want to bring this to the notice of the right people. If I do not hear back with an explanation, I would not hesitate to make this incident public on social media to create awareness about this kind of blatant cheating by the brand. Least expected from a brand like yours!
As a customer, the company owes me an explanation for this!
