I have all the details saved with me regarding the same as a proof .

Also , i had regular conversations through phone and facebook message box with Mr Vivek Bahl (the person supposedly managing the mentioned page), whose record is with me too. Despite this , Mr Vivek Bahl kept on delaying delivery of the prize which I had won – 403 cadbury dairy milk chocolates worth rs 20/- each , as delivered to other winners.
Its been over 120 days now , and I am still waiting for my chocolates . This has disturbed my mental peace and ruined the time and money which I have wasted in trying to get my prize .
Every time , I was told by my Mr Vivek Bahl , that my chocolates would either reach me soon , or delivered coming week etc (all excuses)
Its sad to see a brand like Cadbury failing to honour their commitments.

I got over 200 people to vote for me in less than 24 hours during my exams.
Hereby , I demand compensation for the pains / mental trauma suffered by me from Cadbury .I need a quick reply from your end , as I am considering going to the media for the same soon .

Both my husband and I have found that the composition of Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate has changed.
It now seems to embody more sugar and less cocoa solids. Also, it's appearance has become paler and less shiny. It is no longer a desirable product.

Hi Guys

Just sending you a complaint regarding your boxes of Cadbury Favourites. As it is a great box of chocolates and every one loves them very much. Buying this box of chocolates everyone loves it has variety. I had bought 4 boxes for xmas and now 2 boxes for easter and looked in side them and they do not have all the chocolates they advertise on the box. There is either just one Flake or none... or one Caramello or none.... This box should have the items in it as shown in the box. Great box of chocolates but how about putting what should be inside that you are advertising and then you will make everyone happy as someone always miss out NOT GOOD for cadbury.. False advertising.....

I purchased 2 Cadbury Bournville Pack a month back. Along with the pack I received a Discount Voucher "Upto 50% Off on your cinema ticket". To avail the offer one is required to send an SMS with the voucher no to [protected]. The SMS to this number are chargeable. I sent two messages from my mobile with the voucher code to the above number (on 28 March 2011). No response/reply.

On 28 March 2011, I sent email to [protected]@bigcity.in, Consumer.Service.[protected]@ap.csplc.com but no reply to that as well.

On 30 March 2011, I again sent an email asking if this is a fake offer or real to [protected]@bigcity.in, Consumer.Service.[protected]@ap.csplc.com .... as expected no response.

I do not know how authentic BigCity Promotions are but I did not expect Cadbury to promote their products with fake offers.

we were gifted a pack of Cadbury rich dryfuit collections, when we opened it we were surprised to find live worms crawling inside. immediately we contacted Cadbury India, they sent their rep to inspect, who confirmed that the chocolates were infested and took with the pack. the quality control manger called and blame it on poor storage at retailers end. When cadbury is fully aware of the storage conditions, how can the stock it with them, this is gross negligence on part of such a large multinational, whom we trust blindly.

my daughter had a cadburys selection pack for xmas and whilst eating a cadburys flake found a hair inside the chocolate. the hair is very fine so would not show up on a photograph

Dear cadbury i bought 3 tins of roses this ! one for my children . one for my mother and one for my mother in law, i also was sejnt a tin by a customer from work! MY question is why is ther no brazilian darkness in any of the tins when they are still advertised on the leaflet! these are my favourite chocolates in the tin! is it just a certain batch which has been missed? very disapointed not to have any of my favourites this christmas! thankyou

Hi,

We would like to get your attention to a very serious issue.

Recently we got Cadbury silk chocolates and enjoying eating it. When I removed the golden wrap further I noticed that we were not the only one enjoying the chocolate, worms inside it, already had their share, we felt sick and vomitish. (Few of the snaps taken at spot are attached here for reference)

Suddenly we felt like somebody had cheated us, and being vegetarian we really had a big shock.

We always had high standards about Cadbury chocolates and thought that company takes utmost care in making, packing and quality checking of the its product as firstly it is a food item and secondly majority of consumers are children.

We really had a shock when we saw and found that we just missed having worms along with chocolate.

It was to an extend disturbing, and yes we do admit that this incidence had taken away our willingness to buy chocolates (especially Cadbury silk or any other Cadbury product for that matter), may be for you we are just one consumer/family, and it will really not affect your sales if we stop buying Cadbury chocolates.

But here we are writing this mail, because we concern about the quality of the product coming out of a prestigious company and the chocolates we have enjoyed since we were kids.

Is this a quality compromise because the business growing very fast?

Should we asked our family/friends/neighbors/colleagues stop buying Cadbury Chocolates as quality is being compromised and they and their kids can have such worst experiences in their hands?

I would like to inform that I purchased Dairy Milk chocolates which mfg date 08/10 with code T00809 giving foul taste and having white patches on it and not suitable for human consumption. Please take necessary action in this regard within 2 days, failing which I may complaint to concern Govt Authorities.

This is a complaint about the misleading advertisement for Dairy Milk Silk.
The ad makes us to believe that there is liquid chocolate (or caramel) inside the chocolate. But, when one actually pays a premium and buys 'Silk' and takes a bite expecting liquid chocolate to be inside (like illustrated in the ad); one is taken by surprise! The misleading ad makes us consumers pay for something that doesn't exist!
This is not expected of Cadbury's. I am extremely disappointed and am going to advise all my close ones not to be duped by Cadbury's - a brand that I trusted till now.

I am a big fan of cadbury's products but dissapointed to the core. Mainly because of the reduction is quantity of gems for the same price. Also, Perk was one of my favorites that too has been spoiled the taste is no more the same when it came into the market long back. the choclate layer from perk has been reduced it tastes more like a wafer. please get back the original taste with thick choclate layes outside also in between the wafer layers.

I hope you will look into these seriously and make the improvements as I am a big fan of cadbury's but for all these reasong dissapointed a lot

I have found one small metal piece in Cadbury Silk on 5th Sept , Purchased from one of the super market in chennai. I have sent a mail immediately on the same Sunday night to the company regarding the nature of complain. But amazingly no verbal communication had been encouraged from the company end even till today the 8th Sept. When I have called up at the company consumer care cell, they were very reluctant to respond. I think they have started killing the time now.
Now it is becoming very difficult for me to keep the material in good shape & condition, since it is having a natural tendency to melt under the ambient weather of Chennai. Although it is in freeze but power off is a issue. I am only willing to share and discuss the probable occurrences which might have cause FBC like metal. But company is not seems to be much interested. Kindly suggest what are the options from my end if company keep on showing reluctant approach to the issue.

I wanted so badly to complaint someone for Cadbury. They have recently launched one product for Rakhi as Celebration rich dry fruit selections. It is such a misleading product.
I am highly disappointed only because of cadbury I felt embarrased in front of my guests.
I got box for cadbury dry fruit selection for Rakhi for which they are also advertising these days. Keeping that in mind I was very keen to get that box and to gift it to one of my guest but when I opened that box I cant even tell u how embarased and disappointed I felt that cadbury let me down in front of everyone. It was nothing just 2 small packets not enuogh to fill even quarter of a box. for that cost i could have easily got something far better than that. I don't think so now any 1 o[censored]s will buy any cadbury chocolate after this experience. I don't know what to say more but they should not mis guide their customers with thier misleading advertisements.

today i bought a cadbury dairy milk shots chocolate. the pack is supposed to have two pieces of the chocolate. but I've noticed that there is only one piece of the chocolate in the sealed pack.
the pack is still in my possession.
please necessary actions against this.

i happened to visit a pharmacy wherin i purchased a cadburys choclate premium brand, with the desire to consume after lunch i placed the same in the refrigarator. after lunch when i opened i found that the choclate was not the one worth consumption. my mobile no is [protected] previously i recorded this issue on the cadburys site no response the shop keeper also is not wiling to listen to my complaint. why so? with a brand ambassodor who carries world wide acclaim a product unworthy of its standards being marketted it is a real shame. certainly there must be some one who can mention this to the brand ammbassador himself for prmoting such a brand, or may be the money factor is so important that they may care less. comming home from dubai on my holidays i have brought choclates from nestle van houten but have never had to grieve, in case my complaint goes unheard in 3 working days i certainly shall post this sorry picture in face book for those many to know who with care and affection buy this product for their loved ones.

I purchased a Rs.10 5-star on 25/6/10. I found a hair inside the bar . The code for it is K0051 and date of manufacture is 05/10. I hold the bar as evidence and want to take legal action against the company.

I recently bought a slab of cadbury dairy milk chocolate
and found little cement stones in it when i started chewing.
It is very unhigenic and disgusting.
Im not even sure I want to ask how they got there.
I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS!
Asspecially because you call cadbury South Africa's best love chocolate and a great chocolate. States so right on your product wrapper but is not fully true seeing as all the unwanted elements found in your product. Should cadbury lover's be concearned with your companies factory's higene situations?

worms found on opening Cadbury Bournville code no T91128, PKD ON 11/9 B due to faulty packaging. the outer bournville pack is intact. but the inner wrapping had a hole due to which the chocolate got infected. If i hadn't noticed and given it to a kid, it would have been very dangerous. The feeback mechanism in the site is not working. Nor are the toll free numbers for consumer complaints.

i Nikhil Bansal s/o sh.Ajay kumar Bansal purchased a cadbury gems worth Rs:-15 on 31st may 2010 weighing according to company scale 28.4 gms and in actual which i got a sealed packed (is just 8 gms) for this i send an E-mail on 1st june 2010 to cadbury india...but till today i don't get any repply..not only the E-mail but i had make a telephonic complaint also on 2nd june 2010...till dis time i don't get any kind of repply..
