I had applied loan for medical emergency and is approved from dmi finance and whenever i call dmi helpline they tell that it's pending from moneytap and money tap is not responding about disbursement only replying back that it is in process. It's 8 days now but still no positive reply.
Such pathethic and lathargic attitude towards customer service
I have applied a personal loan in moneytap but still I have not received any loan amount and now the person who was dealing with us is either not picking up the phone or putting off his phone. This company is making fool of people who are in trouble. As this is an on line app so I have no idea where to go or complain.

    I had a worst experience with moneytap.
    At first, they did not told me that they are going to charge ₹499.
    When i came to know after opening the account.
    I sent several email to them to close my account.
    But every time i used to get an automated reply.
    No reply from their end.
    They don’t have any on call support.
    They just want to have more customers and forcefully looting money in the name of annual charge fees without giving any services.
    I am struggling to close my account with these frauds.

    Please help.

      My name is mayank i have taken loan from money tap.
      I have successfully make full payments of my loans to dmi finance.

      Following are my loan account numbers.

      I have paid the balance amount via neft. And
      Details are as followed

      1. Dm[protected] payment made rs. 98836 via
      Neft ref. No. N[protected] 1323

      2. Dm[protected] payment made rs.5320 via
      Neft ref. No. N[protected]

      The payment has been made on 29 nov 2018and still the payment is not updated in money tap app.
      Now i am in urgent need of money.
      I have mailed the issue to the customer care and i didn't get even reply of my mail.

      I have taken loan from moneytap sum of 175000 and it is not allowing me to Preclousure it either moneytap and DMI and not yet all responding to the emails.

        I applied via money tap app for loan.
        Got a credit card from rbl and was advised that we can perform money transfer via app..
        Bank charged initial card activation charge and i had also paid that too..
        2months already gone but still app showing an error message that i will receive my card in 2 days..
        They don't need to run a bank to get these charges from customers without service.

        I was liaising with rbl for 2 months but still couldn't close my card.. Looks like they wanted to loot annual fees for an unused card
        Please delete my Account email I'd n.[protected]@gmail.com due to my Salary update previous salary now i get increment so i want to change my current net salary for loan Approval

          Hi all,

          Recently i had submitted all my doc, i was told that a person would visit my place for signature and this didnt happened hence i had called and rejected the money tap rbl bank card yet it was dispatched, i had later the rejected the parcel hence returned to bank yet bank is charging me fee of rs499

          I dont have the card, neither i had taken any service form moneytap or rbl bank

          Please help me to resolve this issue

            Recently i applied for a personal loan with money tap... For which i have submitted all the docs and got approval for 53, 000/- (Previously they told 3 lac will be the sanction amount). And they have issued a moneytap rbl card and asked me to use the card for transferring the loan amount to my bank. I did, later without my knowledge they have taken 25500/- and 25500/- from my card on 19th december 2018. Now am getting a due payment msg from rbl bank. Kindly clarify this otherwise it will badly hit on cibil for which you people face the consequences.

              With reference to credit no [protected]. The amount o[censored]sd 65000 which was transferred to my previous bill, that was debited from one account but did not credit to my account no.
              I also emailed for transaction dispute and thereafter they gave me temporary credit card for that statement.
              But now the current bill which has been generated and the temporary credit card which has been provided was taken back from me. Now for the generation of 18th nov, 2018 bill outstanding of rs. 65000 is showing but that has never been credited to my account and not refunded.
              So request you to kindly please waive rs. 65000 from the statement or refund the same to my account.

              I transfred amount to my account by credit card and converted to EMI before 3 months but still it was not converted to EMI Please solve this problem ASAP

                I have taken moneytap card. And i have taken 100000 from this card as a emi. I was paying emis regularly. But recently they are charging finance charges apart from emi amount. Because of this wrong calculation i was forcefully need to pay 2200 rs/- unnecessarily. This is causing me to pay extra than the agreed interest rate.

                I have mailed money tap mentioning the same. But no reply from moneytap team.

                Can you please help in resolving this issue.

                  My name is NUKALA RAMBABU I have applied for a loan in money tap and the loan has got approved of amount 1, 21, 000/- it was a pre-approved loan and their person has came and collected the document on the next day and on the same day another person has came for the verification. I have successfully submited the documents and the verification also had gone well.all these process and verification has reflected successfully with green tick mark in the money tap also.after that i have got the call from moneytap partner that the loan has been approved and the card yet to be dispatched i said ok. ihave got another call from the same moneytap partner RBL bank regarding of an accidental insurance policy with a charge of 5900/- and they will reduce from my moneytap rbl card loan of 1, 21, 000/- I have said ok after that i got a message from RBL bank that the amount 5900/- will be reduced from your upcoming moneytap RBL bank card and the policy will sent my mail with in 7 working days.on the same day at the evening time i have open the moneytap app and in the app it was showing that your application could not get processed because there is an issue with our partner's end. i have submitted all the documents and i had done signed to all the forms and verification call also came for me and i have accepted for the insurance also i have got messages from the money tap partner RBL team also then why the money tap team has not processing my application after all the documents and verification has been done and it is pre-approved loan for me. what was the problem it will effected to my cibil score. moneytap team has to give response to me.

                  As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give me the exact reason or else i will file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear.

                    I applied money tap loan for emergency purpose - 50k for emi 36 month (Interest 16 thousand)

                    1st stage - 35 % loan approved after received messgae.

                    2nd stage - money tap via rbl credit card compulsory 3000rs annual if not ok means loan cancel. Emergency purpose i agreed.
                    My loan is 80% approved.

                    3rd stage - money tap via rbl medical policy compulsory 12000 rs annual if not ok means loan cancelled.

                    I request put insurance for amount of 50000 but they not agreed they sales credit card and medical insurance plan.

                    Loan amount - 50000

                    - credit card - 3000
                    - medical policy - 12000
                    -processing fees - 500

                    [protected] = 34500 rs

                    I discussed rbl customer care and recorded also - finally he cancelled my loan due to medical policy not taken.

                    Moneytap its fake service there is no any kind of support from moneytap they just harass people they never reply to your mail or there is no other option to contact to them dont take service from this

                      Me do din se try kar rahi hu because i want money urgently but money is not transfer in my account what is the reason apke customer care wale bhi kuch bhi batate aur mera credit limit bhi abhi khatam nhi hua to for q transfer bhi ho rahe he me do din se apko sms kar rahi hu ap reply bhi nahi karte to muze kaise pata chalega ke what is the problem?

                        While applying for loan they said they will charge only processing fees of rs 499/- + gst and also they said its refundable in 2nd month, but after taking loan in first bill they have applied unnecessary charges and sent rs 7, 343/- bill amount to me for just 50k loan even it not includes first emi also.

                        The charges applied by the moneytap for me are listed below

                        Limit setup fee: rs 3000/-
                        Processing fee rs 1000/-
                        Finance charges rs 750/-
                        Gst rs 540/-
                        Principal credit adjust rs 426*2 times
                        Gst rs 180/-
                        Cash advance fee rs 180/-.
                        Gst rs 135/-
                        Gst rs 54/-

                        They are literally doing day loot with the customers

                        Kindly take action on this company

                          I provided all document on 17-oct-2018.
                          Since 10 days my status freeze in one state (Final approval by dmi)
                          I submitted the documents since last week.

                          Worst process i seen ever for less amount.
                          But i contacted with dmi finance they are told me we not any application for your name.

                          They are foolish the people taking document for misuse may be.

                          Foolish company and worst process.

                            I have paid my first emi on 5 oct 2018 as per there policy payment will be got updated in there application within 3-4 days but its been 20 days payment is not reflection in the application. I have also contacted the moneytap cc team but they did not reply on mail and could not able to provide the right resolution.

                            Even i have post the issue on facebook but they did not reply. All the people in the moneytap are fake they do not think that consumer is the first priority. There cc team are useless they never revert your with the right answer. They do not ever call. I have mail them so many times regarding my issue some one from support team "nibedita s" revert me for the details and the screen shot of the payment details. Its been 8 days but did got any response i have send my details than and there over the mail mai. People in money tap do not get time to revert or they have less manpower to handle the consumer's issue on urgent basis. That is the reason but companies are growing fast than moneytap because customer are not urgent for them.

                            Details of the case :-

                            1st emi payment date:-5 oct.2018 (Successfully deducted from my bank)
                            Issue :-its yet not got update on the application still showing due.

                            Need to know right answer on this as its a matter on my money.

                              I made my 1st emi repayment of inr 6671.00 on oct 11, 2018, through rbl payment portal as directed by the app itself.

                              However, i am getting messages from moneytap to make the payment as it is past due date.

                              The payment made does not reflect on the mobile app

                              I need this sorted out immediately.

                                They deduct the 2nd emi amount from account on 5th-oct-18. But still it is not getting reflected in the app. I have mailed them everything like transaction id and they said it will be updated shortly. It's 10 days now i have mailed them three times now and they have stopped responding to my mail. Next tym you won't be able to auto debit the amount, i will make sure of it. Pathetic service.

                                  Still the emi has not been reflected on"money tap"account.

                                  Got a message stating that you need to pay the"emi"
                                  I have paid my"emi"on 4th sept 2018" rs "4, 375"
                                  Still it is showing as "21, 794"

                                    Hello all,

                                    Please don't take loan from moneytap. Either their mobile app and system is not in sync with rbl bank. I took 52k loan on 12 month emi and now getting calls from rbl bank that outstanding amount is 54k and i am charged on daily basis.

                                    Today got call from manisha - rbl bank (Delhi) who says i[censored] don't have capacity to pay for credit card don't go for it. The customer executives talks so rude. Need to report this to higher authorities for sure.

                                    Will see how i can reach them and also lodge a consumer forum complaint going to physical district consumer forum.

                                    It's an advise don't go with moneytap. They just have their email id where they say they are looking into the issue.

                                      I applied for a personal loan with moneytab & they told me that i have a pre approved loan which can be dispensed anytime i want. The whole process was smooth to show the user that it works & at the end to decline the application without giving any reason.

                                      If i had a preapproved loan that indicates my cibil was clear then why rejection. Its only a scam to get more money out of government & fill there own pocket.

                                      Yes, a complain should be lodge with RBI for them. They seems started looting public. Me too got a loan and now once I converted to EMI though they consider the whole amount as outstanding and say that daily basis I am charged 3.5 %
