Mother Dairy — apathy towards mother dairy distributors. | |
Dear sir/madam, I was a distributor of mother dairy - ice creams business unit from april 2014 to february 2016 in bangalore. While i wound up the distribution, the full and final settlement from mother dairy is still not complete even after 1 year of closing the distribution. This is completely unethical and even mother dairy business head for ice creams does not respond to mails sent to him. I have complete copy of all the mail correspondence and followups. Today i was eating your one of the "best qualitiy" mafe ice cream and i found an long hair inside it. Is this the quality you serve to a customes. After this i think my trust from your brand is shattered. I do have photes too.

Mother Dairy has no concerns towards their Distributors nor Consumers. Be aware of the Manufacturing Date of Ice Cream whenever you eat. They have a reputation of selling old stock. They used to force us (Distributor) to buy old stock and sell it to retailers and end consumers.
As usual, Mother Dairy folks have not responded to my complaints. Not sure even if they have read this complaint.
