I am from bhadrak odisha, india
I own a motorola g5s and i bought it before 3-4 months.
But due to some problem the camera stopped working so i went to the service centre which is in nayabazaar bhadrak...
They kept my phone for 4 days and returned me by giving a worst reason i told ok no problem but the condition was so worst that the display was no fixed properly the sim slot was not there and the flash light was not working... And now when i am telling them to fix my problem... Reply from them is... We are not responsible for this we don't know about this...
So it's my humble request to solve my problem.. Otherwise i will file a case against them...

    हमने अपना स्मार्ट फ़ोन (Moto g play)
    7/3/2018 को motorola service center:
    Agr-001-simran electronics cci 21-a nehru nagar near radha krishn mandir a g r a को फ़ोन में कुछ तकनीकी खराबी होने पर service के लिए दिया था । सर्विस सेंटर ने हमारे फ़ोन का मदरबोर्ड बदल दिया लेकिन जो प्रॉब्लम फ़ोन में थी वो दूर नही हुई।
    फ़ोन में कमी:- whatsapp के today के वीडियो फ़ोन की गैलरी (Photos) में
    कुछ वीडियो तो today में ही और कुछ वीडियो back date में दिखा रहा था or है
    7/3/2018 से आज 2/4/2018 तक सर्विस सेंटर के सीनियर टेक्नीशियन मनोज (Ph.[protected])
    व कॉल सेंटर (Lenovo toll free [protected])
    से लगातार सम्पर्क में रहा। लेकिन किसी ने भी हमारे फ़ोन की समस्या का समाधान नही किया।
    आज 2/4/2018 को आगरा से ही किसी dsp हब से जो motorola कम्पनी का ऑफिस बताया गया शिवांग जी का फ़ोन (Ph.[protected] आया और उनको भी फ़ोन की सारी समस्या बताई गई।
    लेकिन शिवांग जी ने भी फ़ोन ठीक करने या रिप्लेस करने में असमर्थता जता दी। और हमे कह दिया कि आपके फ़ोन में कोई प्रॉब्लम है ही नहीं।
    फ़ोन हमे 12/3/2018 को मदरबोर्ड बदल कर वापस कर दिया गया था और हमसे कहा गया कि कम्पनी से बात करके आपका फ़ोन रिप्लेस करवा दिया जाएगा
    लेकिन आज 2/4/2018 तक हमारी समस्या का समाधान नही किया गया है।
    आपके सहयोग से हमारी फ़ोन की समस्या का समाधान होगा ऐसी आशा है।

      I have purchased a mobile moto e4 plus though filpkart on 28/10/2017. But hand set after 15 days has problem automatically display blank.. I have visited your service center in dhanbad (Jharkhand) 4 times at but problem has been not shortout at a till date.. So plz look into this matter in serious basis. I have requested you please replace my hand set at any cost.. Either i have helping consumer office and filing case against you..

        I had purchased moto g5s plus in december, 2017 end. Around in february, i started facing charging problems and heating problems. My phone takes almost 10-12 mins to charge 1 % and it gets soo much heated that it feels like it will blast now. Even after 10 mins of normal usage, the phone gets heated and i can't even hold the phone then. I mailed the customer care of moto for this and they suggested to visit the service centre. I did so. After that too, i was facing with the same issues. I went to the service centre again just to have the same issues again. Since a month, i am coordinating with moto customer care that this is causing lot of inconvenience in terms of time and efforts with no fruitful results but everything is in vain. I am a student as well as i work. I have my mumbai university exams too now. Again and again visiting the service centre with crappy results is causing lot of inconvenience and waste of my time, efforts and my studies. I have urged those guys to replace my device since now the service centre has failed miserably twice and hence it can be safely said that the device itself is faulty but all those guys can do it is to say "visit the service centre". How many times should i visit the service centre now?

            I have a chromecast device in my home i could not able to connect the cast screen. Because in my motorola e4 plus smart phone there is no facility to connect.in most of the lower end models of motorola phone this facility is available. We have downloaded some of the application to display the cast screen but it was failed. Could you please register this as a complaint and do needful. I contacted the motorola team regarding this what they are informing me is this feature has been removed by google from android marshmallow version. Whereas moto phones which are running with nougat are also having this feature. So moto is simply bluffing its customers. Please give us the direct casting option. For reference please find the screenshot attached.

              I have purchased Motto G5 phone and it was my worst decision because after few months it's turbo charger stopped charging phone and then from last week the phone is getting off automatically and when I get to motto store to redeem my warranty they denied simply by giving illogical excuse that it can not be redeemed as phone got dipped in water which is not true at all. Moreover in Moto G5 feature they say phone have water repellant nano coating which protect if it accidentally get dipped in water. Don't know how they can cheat us like this. Please see the screenshot of features listed by Motto itself . Although my phone was never got dipped in water. It's very clear that now they don't want to redeem the warranty. This is how they cheat their customers.

                I have purchased moto e4 plus on january 12 2018 and onwards that i am facing a lots of problem. First of all my charger has been burst after using it for 15-20 days then started an awkward sound after every while. I took the set on customer service centre at srirampur, hooghly, west bengal. They assured me and said my problem has been resolved. Bt coming after from the centre i started facing the same problem of sound glitching.. The worst phone and also its customer service. Mtorola company should maintain some dignity of its reputation. Damn # company and its service

                I kept my mobile phone for charging and it suddenly started heating and the charging port is completely melted. Fortunately it was kept away from kids and other flammable material.
                It is a Moto g3 3rd generation and I was using the Motorola charger .

                  Hi all,

                  I have purchased moto z2 from flipkart on 14th oct 2017 and it's still under warranty. From 1 month i started facing sudden restart and battery issues.
                  1. Phone restarts suddenly.
                  2. Sometimes battery has 50+ percent and after restart it displays 2-3 % only.

                  Above are clearly battery issues.

                  When i visited customer care after small observation they told me your mobile is out of warranty due to very small negligible dents/scratches.

                  Mobile is working perfectly fine when battery is 50+ and it's having very minor scratches/dents. It's difficult to understand how the battery issues are related to small dents and why battery is not covered.

                  Service center is asking to pay 4800 INR to replace battery as out of warranty repair, the device is only 4 months old and still in warranty. So declaring it not in warranty and asking for money is very cheap behavior.
                  If someone is asking to repair the dents/scratches then you can consider that out of warranty, however due to small dents declaring battery replacement out of warranty is logic less. It's clear case of asking more money to cover manufacturing defects, which are supposed to be covered within warranty.

                  Can someone explain me how declaring the device out of warranty in this case will help replacing battery against replacing it within warranty? Other than looting the customer. Only think I can assume is to transferring the cost of battery to the customer.

                  Would like to bring into your notice that my moto e4 plus is not charging. As the mobile is also having very slow speed and it suddenly shuts down .But with today's date it has fully stopped working without having a single damage as it has been always handled carefully

                      I have bought moto e4plus on[protected]. I started facing issues like
                      1. Suddenly phone flickers and display goes off. I need to go to meta mode and switch it on again.
                      2. Censo doesnt work. While making a call, with my cheek touching the mobile screen, it goes on hold or loud speaker gets on.
                      3. Sim 1 slot network is not consistent. I all possible network sims like vodafone, jio, airtel but sam eproblem persists.
                      I went to a service center in marathallii. They reported that my sim2 slot is damaged and they will charge for all the services. I old sim2 slot is fine and i dont have any problem with. They took my device and told that they will do the estimation. Next day went and saw the report they have written that it has dent, scratches and physical damage is done. Which is actually not. I have taken my phone back since i know that they want money nothing else. I need my phone to be replaced or do the repair. They told that sim2 is damaged. What if i got the faulty piece from he vendor it self. They didnt agree for it. I am not the only one who s facing this. Once the device is given they come up with all new problems.

                      Many people are facing this issue and the service centre dont wanna repair the device and even if you get them to repair by fighting they destroy screens and finger print sensor and still dust gets collected again
                      Motorola mobile is so bad. It is not working properly. It's service is so bad. All time hanging and software do not working. I think Moto mobile is the most bad phone in our world.

                        I went to the nearest motorola service center to get to repair my motorola g4play, mobile display.
                        They ask me to change the screen display, which i was agreed and changed my display according to them. But as soon as i reached my home i found that my mobile vibration function is not working at all.
                        And when i called to the same customer service center, then they​ told me that your vibrate part was broken, that is why it is not working. But before changing the display it was working properly, so want to get mobile​ fully repaired.

                          I gave my moto g 2nd gen phone for repairing the charging socket in motorola service centre. Jetalpur road vadodara. They kept the phone 2-3 days and gave me back saying that the socket cannot be repaired, but actually they have changed the actual socket and circuit as well and now are asking for extra money for rerepairing the phone. Please guide me in this matter

                            It is not ques sir,
                            From past 9months i m struggling to operate this mobile phone. This is the 5th time i m planning to go to moto service centre
                            Charger, motherboard, charging jack has been replaced
                            And now battary issue, it drain in 2 to 3hrs. Like i m a fool who spent 16000rs on this product right.
                            I purchased this mobile around 12 aug 2017 and now if you people not going to take severe action againts this then i m going to file a case against you with all service centre docs.

                              I purchased a motorola z play they gave me a defictaced product when i purchased a phone after 15 days the screen was blank i submitted a phone in service center i told them gave me an replacement but they don't they repair the same device and return me after one month it's work but after 4 month the problem of screen arise on the phone when i go there they told me it's a physical damage and pay them 11k on cash of display cost but now again the same thing happened with the phone and they again told me it's a physical damage your lcd is cracked now what i do the problem are from the staring and they don't agree the problem on the phone they directly said the customer it's a physical damage motorola is a very bad company for the product and service i want the solution on thise

                                Respected sir /madam,


                                I purchased moto g5 plus mobile handset from flipkart delivered on jan 22, 2018 (Invoice no: xxxx). Since currently i am using 3g vodafone number and requested vodafone to issue a new vodafone 4g (Nano sim) as moto g5 plus suppose to operate only with nano sim. As vodafone 4g is likely to be launched in tirupati, the vodafone representative requested me to wait for one month for nano 4g sim.in the mean time i bought a new jio 4g started using.

                                Today (Feb 22, 2018) when i tried to insert the new vodafone 4g nanosim i did not find a way to insert the sim, after approaching the nearest motorola customer center i came to know that sim tray is for one slot sim and not for two slots.

                                Moto g5 plus is specified as two sim slot and also two imei numbers given[protected], 52206.

                                I request you to look into the issue and provide a solution as early as possible.

                                It was a peculiar manufacturing defect. First when approached local service center they replied recklessly as if it is my fate to receive such defective piece n they are not concerned of the issue at all. After escalating Motorola via chat, mail n cal with supporting snaps n documents...after 30 days it is resolved. Thanks to Nikhil moto Cust support manager. For no reason many of working hours have been wasted and I struggled without second sim. For all such peculiar manufacturing defects why don't a refund policy of 50 to 200 percent of mrp be initiated ? Remember moto service centers are only in major urbans. We have to waste lot of time for escalating the issue and travel to service center.

[Reference #[protected]]. But till date no action has been taken from your end to resolve the issue. The response i receive when inquire the status to your support team is "concerned team working on it ...". Already, I have wasted a lot of my time in escalating this issue and it has been a daily routine to me. I request you to solve the problem immediately.

                                  I had purchase the abv (Subject) mentioned moto g phone a year back from amazon.in. But to my disappointment, i have been quite unhappy wibth the product. With in 6 months o[censored]sing, the phone started acting weird. But since i had another hand set i kept pulling the inconvenience. But since last 1 month, i am just not able to use it. Any software opens up when i try to use it. I gave it to your service center few days back and have been visiting it several times, but yet its not repaired. How come a year old product cannot to repaired...!!! And the best and the weirdest part is service center guy isn't too keen to help as "this product has been banned". So if that is the case, i surely need a new phone from your end as replacement to so called banned handset. This is simply not acceptable. I want proper service and answer from your end. Today my warranty is ending, so as a last resort i am putting mail here with hope of positive action from moto - a big renowned company..!

                                  This is so unprofessional, u selling a product and banning it within a year's time and the service center guy has the guts to say this to the customer and be quite not sure of the repair. Just think from the side of a customer, what is our fault, if the product is banned. And on the first hand, why did moto sell a product which was not quality checked properly.

                                  I raise a very strong complain against this whole thing and expect either a refund or a new handset.!

                                  My phone is with your ahmedabad service center on ashram road, chinubhai towers shop.

                                  We, me and my wife, await a quick response from your company.

                                  We will not accept a reply that warranty is over. Because the phone has been given to service center 10 days back and i am writing this mail too within the period.

                                  Few months later we bought, they will send one harmful software to our smartphone with forcing to update latest version.

                                  After that we are facing lot of problems.

                                  They are making indian people fool.

                                    Do not buy any moto products. It entirely worst product. Poor service. They have no intention to give quality. I[censored] buy such products you will face the problem definitely. I have no words to say about that.

                                    Few days before i asked to update latest version of android (Nougat version 7.). I prompted to update system software, later i updated it,

                                    -the issues are
                                    hanging, over heating
                                    automatically files and apps opening
                                    lack o[censored]nlocking
                                    totally harassing and irritating me
                                    Worst worst worst quality, poor manufacturer, low grade service, third person taste. Entirely duplicate.
                                    These are all happening within few months of i bought moto g4 plus.

                                    If the moto manufacturer have the courage or good intention, solve the above issues.

                                      I bought a new moto x4, cost of rs.21, 000. Not even usage of 20 days the phone got stucked due to mother board problem now not at all working. When i handovered it to motorola service center they are saying spare parts not available and kept me in waiting more than 20 days. When i'm aproaching service center they are not at all responding. I want a new phone to be replaced or old phone to be get repaired.

                                        I have buy moto g4 plus xt1643 handset with rs.13499?/- under scheme rs.12500/- on 26 june 2017. Its warranty time is 26 june 2017 to 26 june 2018. According to the motorola company warranty will expire after one year. My handset switch off automatically during call and sms and any time without any touch. Handset switched off frequency 4 times to 7 times per day. Now i am totaly harassment by this product due to this type of the problem. Due to this problem i have lost essential calls, important sms, bank atm otp pin, trading shares alerts and other important notifications etc.
                                        I have checked this handset 2 times by customer care which is authorized motorola levevo customer care office (Sant rameshwari enterprises, chandigarh sector -20-d). But problem as usual. Now i don't want to trouble more. Kindly solve my problem.

                                        How much wait i shall do, Reply me.There should be period of time to resolve the issue from your side, and you must notify me that what you have action plan about this handset problems.
                                        It is strange that Moto gs 5 plus lacks a basic feature that it does not run apps of compass and vaastu etc.
                                        It is conveyed that device des not have magnetic sensor feature that's why it does support compass based apps.
                                        This weakens the device viz. viz. It's competitors.
                                        Company must provide upgrades with immediate effect.
