I bought motorola g5s plus in november 2017 and using it with vodafone 4g enabled sim with 40gb 4g data plan.

The internet speed has been pathetic from the day 1 and i thought the issue was from vodafone's end so i followed up with them and got the sim replaced however, still no difference in the internet speed.

This is to inform you that i've visited a motorola service centre namely vk mobile world, kashipur, uttarakhand in order to change my earphones which are not working properly of my moto z2 play and i'm extremely disappointed by the service that these people are creating. Just for changing my earphones, they made me wait for almost 2 hours. They told me that for the change of my earphones, i've to keep my handset with them until the new earphones...

Sir i am facing this problem of almost from last 4 months. When i lodge a complaint through this site, they contacted me and ask about the product condition, its invoice and the seller where i bought. After getting all of these details, their associates simply said that they will escalate the problem to their higher authorities. And they also said, i will get the call from their associates in future. Till now i didn't get any calls from them...

The customer care at bhuj taken mobile on 8/09/2018 and after a long period of 13 days they can't give the appropriate answer. Flash light and camera not working in every 10 minutes only due to this problem service center taken mobile. Please give reason for delay in service and take action against service center.

My phone is having problem since 4 to 6 months and i have visited to the motorola care centre multiple times to get resolved this issue.
But still i am facing the same issue.

My mobile warrenty is about to expire and they did not resolved my issue yet.

I am using a moto g five s plus phone from motorola since five months the quality of the phone is very very low according to the price. Recently i have received software update for moto m post that jio sim card is not working and have called the call center, no use and they are diverting to service center.

Will you not test your update before it is send to moto phones

For no mistake of mine, why should i visit service center and pay them to correct the bug.

Rediculous service, pls don't trust such moto phones in future...

Just in 22months its not working properly. Its restart automatically every movement.. Author service centre telling its mother board issues, repair cost as same to buy new.. And it will not repair. Such a short period will lost 15 k.. I have contacted motorola customer care and sent mail there is no valuable reply.. They are telling repair with chargeable basis.
It's manufacturing product fault so i want either repair or replace this...

Worst ever product moto g6. Got one had issues with the loud speaker, screen while receiving calls and wifi connectivity. After a very hard struggle and a great fight with your irresponsible arrogant staff at moto service in jayanagar got doa after 15 days. Still the new product i got has the same issues.
