I have purchased motorola fw200l landline phone,
Its mic is not working, and its covered under brand warranty,
Local motorola service centre are not accepting the landline phone, and the tollfree number are also not giving the right information. (They told that we will call you shortly and had not respond since last 10 days)

What should i do? I feel cheated.

    I'm prachi shah a customer of motorola since past 11 months in presenti have purchased your product moto g5 plus. I was facing the problem since initial times since i bought and i reported the nearest service centre (Borivali west, mumbai, maharashtra, india)
    But the customer service provided from their end was exclusively careless, worst the team working there is pathetic. I already reported and informed them about all the problem i'm facing since day 1 they're least bother in solving and have always claimed that my phone condition is completely fine submitting it for 5-7 times) this time again i was asked to submit phone in service center doing this also, the manager promised me to get it replaced because already pc (Mother board) is replaced in april, while the team working under him is not allowing me to contact him back fooling around me, even being that person right next to him they don't allow me talk, since almost 1 year they have been harassing me so badly. They have always claimed that the main team isn't responding positively to it, i have asked for the mails sent and the official procedure they have done to solve the matter, they deny saying its confidential and we cant give it to you, they neither allow me to talk to any of the head of the department
    The problem reported for this phone are it randomly starts on its in, battery issues heating problem shut off the app which i'll be using then, camera not working. And the current problem is i'm not able to take the back-up
    Now all i would want is the replacement for which i demanded long ago in april 2018 and for which i just got the mother board replaced saying phone is fine
    I'm sorry to say but the team working at the mentioned location have got the bad attitude and behaved worst they don’t commute properly i have asked them to convey my message to respected head and they always keep avoiding and so i have to regardless do this needful

      Hello moto,

      I am compelled to write this email owing to my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration due to the treatment and service provided by the motorola service center.
      I had purchased moto g5s on 27th dec, 2017 from amazon and there was an issue with the camera for which i went to the service center (At akola district, state - maharashtra). Firstly i had struggle with all the documents since the phone was ordered online. Once they were satisfied with all the documents, they accepted it for a repair.

      Later, i had to go thrice for picking it up, although i always went on the date provided by them. It was difficult for me, since i live in a remote location almost 110kms away at remote village.

      Plus after repair and receiving my phone i observed the rear camera was repaired properly, but to my horror the front camera was damaged by them. It displays a blue hue now. And its terrible!!!

      What kind of service was this?

      Next month, i will run out of warranty on 27th dec, 2018. So was this strategically done to earn money after warranty? I never thought that a brand like motorola which i trusted to such an extend would have this kind of service.in my family of 5, four of them own moto ohone, moyoe, e4 plus, g5s and g5splus just because we trust the brand. And this is how you respect your customer's trust. Seriously pathetic.

      I really dont want to use this phone anymore. And if at all you can help with this, just get me a good deal to exchange it.

        Within 1.8 years after purchasing moto m phone, i have faced severe battery drain. When i approached their authorized service centre at vellore (Vijex), i was told that it may take more than 15 days to get a battery as moto m has stopped supplying fresh batteries for this model, they have to search for its availability in any other service centre.

        I was shocked to know that a company like motorola has stopped supplying spares for a product which was launched less than 2 years ago.

        Even now, i haven't get the replacement battery.

        I would like to alert the mobile buyers to be aware of this company and their spares supply policy before buying their products. It's pathetic.

        I had waited for almost a month for spare battery and the service center couldn't arrange for it. Finally I had to purchase a new mobile from Amazon (Samsung make). From my experience, I can strongly suggest to avoid buying Motorola phones as their pathetic support of spares for the device they sell.

          Bought a motorola pulse escape bluetooth headset and it has 2 months of warranty left but the charging isn't working. Motorola isn't providing a replacement as it was bought from amazon and is neither providing a service denial letter which amazon wants for providing a replacement. Have sent an email to the head of the service dept. Of motorola and the vendors who provide repair services but no response since last 3 days. Amazon is being helpful but it's motorola which is neither exchanging the item nor is helping with getting an exchange from amazon.

            First of all i am unsatisfied of moto customer service, i had purchased
            Moto g 4 january 2017after 5 to 6 months my mobile continue switch off. I
            Was deposited my handset at latur service centre. They we're gave me manual
            Job sheet & not reply for 5days i had booked online compliant for repair my
            Handset. They told me battery issue. For replace battery they wanted charge
            Rs. Three thousand, i saw manual of moto g no charge for battery replacement
            Up to one year, they were returned my handset temporary repair.in few days
            Another sound created again i came at service centre. They were replaced
            Duplicate touch pad & not found screws of handset they told me for speaker
            Net issue. They ordered net but not sent from main office, two months for
            Change speaker net assured me but no any kind of response. Then i thought i
            Submit my handset moto g main service centre pune, they refused to collect
            My handset because of bad condition of mobile. They refused to collect, on
            Online compliant at pune they received my handset & told me replaced
            Duplicate parts, said me submit handset at any mobile centre, answered in
            Warranty why i am repair my handset. At pune same insidence they repair
            Handset temporary still my handset totally ruined, not replace my handset.
            Warranty gone because of service centre who responsible,??? Many many
            Times i did compliant no anyone response from higher authority or customer
            Service most customer irritated.

              I bought moto g6 on 12th october 2018, then on 29th oct 2018 mobile suddenly stopped working and nothing is worked in this. So i went to autorized moto service center, and given on same day they have re-installed software and informed its software issue.

              After using again i got same issue on 5th nov 2018, again i went to same moto service center on 6th nov 2018, they told to replace the mother board of the mobile. I said ok, then they have called back on 8th nov 2018 to collect mobile. They waited me more than 1 and 1/2 hour to collect my mobile then i took and found some scratch beside to the display of the screen, then i informed them again while giving my mobile this scratch is not there. Then they checked and again taken mobile, then told, we will replace the entire display.

              I got frustrated by hearing all these, with in 25 days of time i went 4 times to moto service center and 3 times it got repaired (Software re-installed/mother board change/ display change). This is not fine. If new mobile works like this then what is the use of purchasing new mobile, we can purchase with second hand mobile with half price and use.

              This is wasting my office timings and personal timings as well.

Few days ago my charger has damged and i went moto service centre (Soumili enterprise, bankura) on 01/11/2018 for the second time. They refused to give me the service within warranty.                   Hello, my self "Chinmay Mehta" and i have provided my motorola device (Moto X4) at a Motorola service center for accidental damage repair in surat on "22-Sep-2018" which is in warranty as well.

                  On that day, they asked me to purchase a new display as accidental damages are not covered in warranty so i purchased and made payment of the same. They assured me that i'll get my device within 2-3 working days. So, i received my device on "25-Sep-2018", but the display which they provided was having defect (partial color quality in half display). So on very next day I went to same service center, regarding the display issue and than they told me that I might take more time (more than 15 days).

                  And later they told me that "the display bunch or lot which company provided to us is all faulty and how much more time it will take we don't know, so if you want to talk to above executives you can dial our service center number."

                  I talked to customer care and they told me that our executive will call you up regarding your issue in 24 working hour and sent me the mail regarding the subject mail(mail Incident number:[protected].

                  On[protected], I dailed up customer care for the phone status, and they provided the same response, our executive will call you up in 24 hour and no satisfactory answer was provide from them.

                    I bought motorola g5s plus in november 2017 and using it with vodafone 4g enabled sim with 40gb 4g data plan.

                    The internet speed has been pathetic from the day 1 and i thought the issue was from vodafone's end so i followed up with them and got the sim replaced however, still no difference in the internet speed.

                    Called up motorola phone support and followed all the steps suggested by their staff and still no luck hence i visited their service center vision tech in pimpri pune, they've formatted my phone and still no luck... I am tired of this issue and want a refund / replacement with the model that actually works on 4g...

                    My another phone redmi with same vodafone sim at the same place gives me 30-40 mbps speed and this motorola is giving 1 mbps speed only.

                    I wasn’t given any Jobsheet Number from your service center and I am now following up with them from last 4 days to get the same.

                    They have been avoiding me in giving this number saying that we are still looking for the same. I can share my Text conversation with you if you want.

                    Also, I don’t understand that why are you unable to pull up my service center details when the internal systems are same?

                    I have shared the details which were mentioned on my Jobsheet on the email address mentioned above two days ago...I was told that it has been escalated further however, I still haven't heard anything from them yet...

                      Hi.. I am looking for the motorola x play battery and not able to get it from authorised service center in kalyan, maharashtra.
                      I have been given a run around many days since now. Later on they said that the company have stopped manufacturing battery for this phone. This is where it gets worse. Am i supposed to scrap this phone because the company fails to provide me a battery.. Local batteries are draining out in an hour... I am having a very difficult time with this phone..

                        I had purchased motog5s plus in sept 2017. All of a sudden i started facing a problem with the screen brightness. It went down very badly, so i reached the service center by name krk solutions-vte located in marathalli bangalore. When i submitted the mobile for service it was under warranty. Without even verifying they blindly told that its a liquid damage. But when i asked them to show the portion of liquid damage, they were not in a position to point it out. And they said that they will send the mobile to the motorola company for repair. After a week when i reached out to them, they are saying that its a motherboard problem. But when i asked for the proof that they have actually sent the mobile to motorola company for repair, they don't have any proof to show me. There is no case number or something of that sort. When i spoke to the manager (Mr. Suresh) of krk solutions he told that there is some problem with one of the chip and it will be resolved in a week. Its been around 2 months now and they are saying that the problem is with the motherboard and it cannot be fixed. Now its out of warranty.

                        They are very irresponsible about the customers and specifically this service center is pathetic.

                            This is to inform you that i've visited a motorola service centre namely vk mobile world, kashipur, uttarakhand in order to change my earphones which are not working properly of my moto z2 play and i'm extremely disappointed by the service that these people are creating. Just for changing my earphones, they made me wait for almost 2 hours. They told me that for the change of my earphones, i've to keep my handset with them until the new earphones are received by them. They also erased the entire data on my handset and the excuse they gave for keeping my handset with them was that when they used to call other customers for receiving the earphones, the other customers didn't used to come on time and they had to leave some kind of call open and then they have to give answers to their seniors. Is it that much necessary to keep my handset with them for almost 2 days just for the change of earphones. This is a really bad thing. When i first visited the centre, they told me that entire data will be erased so i went back to my home for backing up my data and then again i visited it next day and then they told me to keep my handset. My entire day was wasted just for a request to give my new earphones. Both of these female associates were misbehaving with me and were not giving a proper answer to my questions. They were indirectly showing me their not so high associate powers which is totally unfair. If they keep providing these type of services to the customers, i'm sorry to say but you'll lose all your faithful customers just because of some fools sitting here and giving false reactions to customers. I request you to kindly look forward to this issue. Misbehaving was the biggest issue i got from them. It was just unbearable to have a conversation with them as they were using a much higher voice tone in front of me. They both were also talking to their friends or to someone and were completely ignoring us.
                            I would be grateful if you took some strict actions against them. The service centre name is vk mobile world, kashipur, u. S nagar, uttarakhand, 244713. Such a bad service, didn't expected that such a reputed company like yours would hire people like these to help us.

                            Dear sir my mobile Moto X4 5 month old this phone system is complete working and and this mobile is sound in and out very problem and speaker is very very slowly so customer care not reply my phone any discussion so complaint consumer court Sesame.

                              Sir i am facing this problem of almost from last 4 months. When i lodge a complaint through this site, they contacted me and ask about the product condition, its invoice and the seller where i bought. After getting all of these details, their associates simply said that they will escalate the problem to their higher authorities. And they also said, i will get the call from their associates in future. Till now i didn't get any calls from them or any emails. They simply fooling the customers. Moreover they are saying that they support only smartphones and its accessories coming with the box not separately purchased headset.

                              My product is motorola verve loop plus bluetooth headset which i bought it from amazon.in.

                              My question is this if they aren't support their some product why should they sell it in india.
                              I was so vex of these problems that no one is giving me the solution for this about last 4 months

                              I'm update my g5s plus mobile yestersday in version 8.1 orio. but since battery life is very bad and poor. High percentage of battery drainage. And loudspeaker quality in orio update is so bad. so please improve and new update send me early.

                                The customer care at bhuj taken mobile on 8/09/2018 and after a long period of 13 days they can't give the appropriate answer. Flash light and camera not working in every 10 minutes only due to this problem service center taken mobile. Please give reason for delay in service and take action against service center.

                                  But still i am facing the same issue.

                                  My phone has hanging problem. Sometimes UI does not respond of this phone. Fingerprint sensor does not work. Touch also does not work. I have to restart the phone in that case. And I am facing this issue from long time. I have visited the care centre multiple times. They are unable to find the issue. They just update the software of this phone and after 2 days same problem occur again. My phone is under warrenty. Please look into this. I have got very bad experience of motorola phone. Please do not disappoint me.

                                    I am using a moto g five s plus phone from motorola since five months the quality of the phone is very very low according to the price. The phone barely fell from a feet and the display shattered completely from top to bottom. This is the first phone which i broke within two months o[censored]sage even after using it so carefully. There are thousands of motorola moto g5splus users complaining on several blogs how the display of thier beloved phone broke too easily even after having a gorilla glass. Software support and update was their usp and they promised to update our phone to oreo before the end of2017 and still it isn't available. My only hope is now the government i hope they will punish this # chinese piece of crap

                                      I am rakesh gautam, i have bought moto e4 plus at valentine's day in feb, 2018. I was facing some mobile heating problem from may 2018 and after that, day-to-day mobile battery is swelling. I replaced my battery at 4 aug 2018 from motorola service center, borivali (W) mumbai (Charge sheet no - soin[protected]). Only 25 days after replacing battery, my mobile battery is again spoiled & swollen. When i went motorola service center, thane (W) at 12 sept 2018 then executive person said, first you accept risk condition if any part is already damaged. Repair person will not be responsible to your mobile. I denied to accept risk condition. I took my mobile and went motorola service center, borivali (W) mumbai at 14 sept 2018.

                                      At borivali service center, executive (Swati & ambrita) said this mobile has been trying to open battery and currently i can see some damage in battery cover and also 2 screw missing. I want to say if any expensive device is under warranty and service center is near by user's place then first, user try to visit service center. I also followed same thing. But service center executive is deny to repair/replace my battery.

                                      Currently, my mobile is working fine with swollen condition. My worry is if i continue using this condition and any accident happen then who is responsible.

                                        Recently i have received software update for moto m post that jio sim card is not working and have called the call center, no use and they are diverting to service center.

                                        Will you not test your update before it is send to moto phones

                                        For no mistake of mine, why should i visit service center and pay them to correct the bug.

                                        Rediculous service, pls don't trust such moto phones in future

                                        I have purchased Moto X play in Aug- 2016.

                                        After 2 years I found problem in battery not performing well.
                                        Then I visited their service 4 service center in Mumbai. They are saying battery is not available for this model.

                                        It is last 2 years old model but battery not available at any service center.
