Just in 22months its not working properly. Its restart automatically every movement.. Author service centre telling its mother board issues, repair cost as same to buy new.. And it will not repair. Such a short period will lost 15 k.. I have contacted motorola customer care and sent mail there is no valuable reply.. They are telling repair with chargeable basis.
It's manufacturing product fault so i want either repair or replace this of free of cost.

My complaints/problem not Resolved..they (Motorola) stopped giving answers my mail..then how its showing complaints Resolved..its cheating to customers..please don't buy this poor product.

I think all other customers complaints also same like showing Resolved...so i think that also same as cheating to other people who to see the reviews..so people think before buy this product..don't waste the money.

    I am Gaurav Kumar Shaw, My Handset model is Moto E4 plus, Imei no is – [protected], [protected].

    On 27/08/2018 I went to the Motorola service Centre Named “Syscomp Infosol” (Saltlake) for the issue in mobile is power button and volume is not working properly, mobile display is blinking, phone hanging too much (error showing: process system is not working) and on using apps is going shut, censors is not working properly (if mobile is locked and if I tilt it or flip up my cover then the light will auto on and showing times etc but its not showing, but in every moto phone that features are available and my phone also have but for censor issue its not working properly).

    After submitting the mobile to your executive Miss Payel Dutta, your executive telling me that the mobile is damaged by liquid and for that its out of warranty, but I know how to use and have a mobile safely, and I never seen that my mobile is liquided. And mobiles condition is very good like new. I told your executive but she denied and telling me the warranty is over .if it’s damaged but I know my mobiles condition and told her its impossible, I can also say that your executive 0(engineer) did it and showing me the picture of damage for frauldy charge of service charges then?? She told me charges is 1450 for repairing it, Then I told her return my handset then she gave me the jobsheet and telling me give feedback if any but before submitting jobsheet I told her to handover my phone but she told atfirst fill it then I wrote my feedback then I got my handset after 10 mintues.

    At the time of returning home I seen some changes in handset, mobile functioning very badlyits hanging too much and touch is not working if I type 10 words then it autotype too much words extra .sometimes mobile apps is automatic open and auto calling sometimes within my contact list person and if I touch any exact area of the mobile then it auto touch to another area of the mobile and mobile is heating too much and both Sim card network is showing blank after visiting the service centre. After having my feedback they seen feedback which is wrote against their bad service. They misrepaired my mobile and damaged it very badly. This is very bad report against this reputed brand, take an action on them otherwise companies prestige will go down and down, in future Nobody will purchase Lenovo or moto mobiles.

    On 30/08/2018 I went to visit your service centre second time for showing this issues which is created by them. Your executive Miss Dipa chakraborty told me you have to submit the mobile then our engineer will check it. After 1 hour your executive told me that my Handset’s sub board and Lcd is damaged by liquid. I told her my mobile was 90 % ok before visiting service centre but after visiting service centre your engineer damaged my handset, but she told me the mobile damaged by liuid and I have to pay 4350/- approx. for servicing it, I return my handset back. Before visiting the service centre my mobile was in good condition, and there is no problem like that so you can realize that what and where is the fault . At the first visiting your executive told me that there is no issues seen which I have told her, then you can know whats is the problem.so whats my benefit for purchasing a branded phone if I don’t have any good service from them either they damaged it very badly.I will never pay any charges for which damage which I created by those bad engineer and executive.

    Now I am requesting you to focus on it deeply because this is a very serious case, don’t take it easy because I need my mobile fully repaired without paying any charges (having warranty against that services) or replace my handset with new handset Anyhow. I gave them a date 11 September after that I will raise my complain in cosumer court.

    I will Never purchase​ Moto or. Lenovo product. Bcz services are very bad and no one think that customers are their first priority. Now I will raise my complain in consumer forum.
    Please solve it. I can't use this handset . So I am requesting you to repair it fully or replace my handset with new handset. All the executive in Motorola are irresponsible, they are giving very bad service which is very bad for Motorola, in future nobody want to purchase Moto . So focus on it and solve it immidiately

      Sir i bought motorola verve loop plus headset from amazon last year. Now its not working from one ear piece and the product is within warranty. When i reach the service centre they told hat they support only smartphones not the accessories which is bought separately. Then i tried to contact motorola india customer service, they also told the same thing and they give some contact number and email address. After i tried both the ways (Tele & mail), either its no response or invalid one. Then i call back motorola to report the same, they told just keep on waiting till you reach or contact seller i. E. Amazon.
      From amazon they also not responding to the problems that i need solution for.
      Now the is having one month left for its warranty to expire.

      Ananatpur motorola/lenevo sevice centre members are talking new mobile parts/battery and replacing old/duplicate parts. I lose good mobile because of old parts replace.

          Hi team,

          i visited to service center durgapur (RBB Solutions Pvt. Ltd.-STE ) today, i experienced a worst service by the service center . They are saying the handset had already been opened by local and local display had been placed, which i had never given to handset to local, why should i give the handset to local repair as i have one year warranty of my handset . i have g5s plus handset, jobsheet no -S0IN[protected], IMEI NO ([protected])

          They denied to give my warranty service, worst and pathetic experience with lenovo motorolla brand .

          kindly look into this matter ASAP

          I bought a Moto E4 plus mobile on before 4-5 months through flipkart. Now the phone is showing lot of issues, majorly touch screen issues. The bottom part of the touch has completely stopped working, the navigation tabs stopped working since 2 days. I tried to contact service and customer care but none recieving the call. Kindly revert to this.

            Sir i bought motorla headset from amazon last year 28 septmeber 2017. Now i having issues with the product so i went to motorola service center to claim the warranty of my product. But they said that thay support only for smartphone and its accessories comes with phone in product box not for the accessories bought separately. I contact moto customer service they also told the same story. But right now i experiencing problem in this product from last 2 months. They are not giving me any solution. This product is having one year brand warranty.

              Worst ever product moto g6. Got one had issues with the loud speaker, screen while receiving calls and wifi connectivity. After a very hard struggle and a great fight with your irresponsible arrogant staff at moto service in jayanagar got doa after 15 days. Still the new product i got has the same issues. Hope whole batch of g6 are manufactured to cheat customers and swallow their money. Kindly return our money back

                Waiting for my complaints reply

                With reference to your reply: ended up with no results…

                Am very disappointed with number of mails and calls. Every time i received the call from moto executive regarding my issue and need to explain the case from beginning to end.

                Is there one any mode of tracking status of the customer concerns and complaints raised?

                I have taken the time to submit the handset and cable in smart services - scd (Ameerpet hyderabad, telagana -500016) by keeping my personal and professional things a side. Still i need to incur the cost of thousand rupees from my place to moto service center to travel.

                Just because as they denied the service in warranty period i need to suffer a lot from last two months. And now they are saying unrealistic stuff that am not carried the invoice copy at the time of visiting to service center. By just listening to default branch moto service center words and the executive handling my concern asking me to get the paid service.

                And they are offering me to pay the 50 % of amount which is of 6300/- i would have incurred the cost happily when there is mistake from my end. How come a customer should bare the cost when there is a default from service center end.

                Hoping for the good results at least this time.

                  I had purchased motorola earbuds 2 earphones on 9th august 2017 which has a warranty for 1 year. I had already visited the authorized customer service center at

                  Victoria plaza, 385, garia main road, ramkrishna nagar, garia gardens, garia, kolkata, west bengal 700084

                  But they denied to provide the service.
                  Then i contacted amazon.in, they gave me the details of the seller named cloudtail india pvt ltd, (Response attached), i also contacted motorola chat support customer service both the parties gave me contact details of the moto pulse/bluetooth/earbirds headphones support

                  I have called the number and also sent a mail regarding warranty service but no reply till date.

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased Moto G5S mobile from Amazon on 9th April 2018. It's their anniversary offer where device price was 14k and they gave in Rs. 9999. I doubt they sold me faulty piece only.

                    Within 3 months, speakers stopped working. I contacted their support center and they said its liquid damage. In reality, mobile was used by my mother who is 62 years old and she is using only to pick the call of family members. Hardly 2-3 calls in a day. 100% it is not touched with water at all.

                    To run away from giving replacement, they said its liquid damage so it won't come under warranty.

                    Their service center people shows me that white part which is center of circuit. and all surrounding part is fine. and said this is liquid damage.

                    Even they mentioned in description that mobile is coated so that it saves from liquid. It is not openable like old devices where we can open for battery and sim card.

                    It is unbelievable that liquid goes straight to center part and damage that part only. All surrounding part is fine. I asked all these questions to explain how is it possible to damage only center part only. They didn't answer and keep saying it's liquid damage so it wont come under warranty.

                    Please do needful.

                      Hi all,

                      The code of conduct of the employees is very disappointing. It would be most appreciable if they give some more respect to the customer time and most of the customer are coming from remote areas to avail the service and they face more difficulties in finding the address of service centres.
                      And it is very sad to say that authorised moto service centre are only in major cities which are less in no and that too services rendered in few centres in hyderabad are not up to the business standard of moto.
                      Am highly worried about the customer who don’t know about all these procedural aspects and few of have my friends had well experienced that service centre guys will not give mobile within a week for any type repairs. But i never agreed with my friends on these because we don’t see the things as they are, we see the things as we are.
                      I have walked to service centre to avail service for display change and charger change within in the warranty period. Am surprised to hear that on last day of my warranty date i can’t avail two options. So, i tried to bring the same to head of the department of kothapet hyderabad branch, but i end up with the same results. Even am decided to choose any one option but the employees signed off for the day in business working hours by saying a word “come tomorrow”. Due to this act my warranty got lapsed.
                      Firstly, i would be appreciable if employees are given training on customer centricity to save the moto legacy.

                        mobile heating like going to blast

                        My Self naresh and i was bought the moto G5 plus mobile throgh flipkart one month ago and today when i was tried to charge the mobile it was heating like hell and i thought it going to blast so i was removed the charging and kept a side why motorola manufacturing like these type of cheap products and i need to replace my mobile please talk with your delivery partner like flipkart and help me out for a new mobile my mobile...

                        Purched a new mobile from SS communication satara and with it purched a soft coat back cover. And the cover breaks in 12 he's just removed only 2 times after that went to the SS communication store they are just like blaming me that I have done some thing wrong and talking so rudly. While selling the product they talk like m a god after that talking like m a begger they are two face people. They are selling fake product in the name of brand and blaming me that m not able to handle a back cover jus like m a small toddler. I m very much disappointed from the people and product quality.

                          My sister order Moto G6 play on 1st July 2018. Her registered mobile no is [protected] and order id is OD[protected]
                          I am facing the following issues
                          1. Mobile getting hang from 2nd july and we registered complaint on the 4th July.
                          2. On 9th July flipkart customer care response and ready to send "technician"
                          3. technician came on 11th July (he supposed to come on 10th July) According to Flipkart return policy we need to return product in 10 working days, so 12th would be last day to return.(It seems extending days due to this reason)
                          4. Technician is not understandable to internal technical things which running in background. ( He was doing his job as per instruction, taking screenshot like heating capacity of mobile and like that .. he took so many screenshot but due to heavy rains )
                          5. My concern is that after 10 days it wont take return.
                          6. I want either replacement or return this mobile.

                            I buy #MotoG5Plus in 17 January 2018 from Amazon.in Order #[protected], after one month it's go down automatically switched off. When I went to service center they told me that's my phone's motherboard has damaged by liquid and warranty has expired but I told them that my mobile sir came in any type of liquid but they refused.

                            I have already told them that my device didn't came in contact with any type of liquid, If they don't want to accept this.
                            I know that service center don't want to make it simple because I have also saw my mobile, One of IC damage that is near by camera.
                            That means not that can be due to "Liquid Damage".

                            Just for One one IC why you changing full Mother Board I am not able to understand.

                            More surprisingly No one trying to resolve this problem, And How can be repairing charge 15000 Rs for this mobile when new one comes in less.
                            As you can say that the problem is in mobile by "Liquid Damage" but I can also say that because of low quality product.

                            Till now I am communicating with customer service center but still they don't want to agree that their mobile was faulty.
                            When I request them to repair my mobile on chargeable basis.
                            This was worst they ask me to pay 18000₹ for 15000₹ Mobile.
                            Till now these people are negotiating with me and gave me last "offer" 15000₹. In same amount I can buy another new one mobile.

                            I came to know by one of their executive that they never repair motherboard If motherboard damaged by some any reason customer will have to pay same amount for new repairing.

                            After That I checked same scenario with other customers they right about it over on flipkart.com and amazon.in snpadeal.com.
                            This device has very low quality equipment but Motorola didn't want to accept this.
                            Motorola service center provide very low quality of service where customer can not say about their problem.

                            I wish you will help to resole this issue, I want to return this product If Possible. If this can not be possible I wish this should be repaired.

                              I Submitted my Motto Z Play mobile phone to one of the authorised service centre in Kerala for changing the display on 23.06.2018. As informed by the service centre, Normally it takes 4 days to change the display. 4 times i contacted the main customer service centre. But yesterday they replied that they donot have the display of the phone anywhere. so it will take some more time. Several times i asked them whether is it possible to change the display otherwise i will take it back from the shop. But they are not giving answer properly. This is not the shop problem, display not coming from the company, this is because of company. From a reputed company like Motorola, we are facing these problems, then how we will buy the same brand in future.If they cannot able to change the display, they have to tell. Why I should keep the phone in the shop/service centre and calling them every day.

                                We request you to perform the below given steps for resolving this issue:

                                Restart the device� �
                                Smartphones are just like computers. They have Processes and Services running in the background and need a restart regularly (At least once a week). If these processes and services are running for long time without a restart, they may cause issues.
                                Restarting your device gives it a fresh start and is sometimes all you need to fix your issue.
                                Press and hold the Power button on your smartphone to Restart the device (If reboot isn't available, turn Off and then turn On your smartphone).� ��

                                If you want to know how long the device has been running, follow the steps below:�
                                Open Settings
                                Scroll down and tap About Phone (If you don't see this option, tap System and then proceed)
                                Tap Status
                                Scroll down and check Up time (The time listed here is in hours. Anything above 168 hours needs to be restarted.)
                                Check with the customer if the device freezes/hangs only when using a particular app, or the device itself freezes.

                                Pull down the notification panel and tap settings
                                Tap storage
                                Check the storage percentage and enable Smart storage
                                If the storage percentage shows more than 90%, tap Free Up Space and request the customer to remove unwanted files.
                                Press and hold the power button
                                Tap and hold the Power off option
                                On the confirmation pop-up, tap OK
                                The phone should now reboot into safe mode. This can be confirmed by the safe mode icon at the bottom left corner.
                                Now, please check if the device has the same issue.
                                Eg: If a particular app wasn't working correctly, open the app to check functionality.
                                Just reboot normally to exit safe mode.
                                Uninstall recently installed apps�
                                If the issue goes away in safe mode, a recently installed app is most likely causing the issue.

                                Restart your device to exit safe mode.
                                Uninstall recently downloaded apps one by one to see if you can find the app that's causing issues. (see steps below)
                                Once you remove the app that's causing the problem, you can reinstall the other apps you removed during the test.�

                                Tap Erase Everything to initiate the factory reset.

                                  I had purchased a new moto g6 play earlier this month on the day of its lauch. A drop of water might have got in from somewhere and the display is doomed. I also went to the service centre theyre like i have to pay 8275rs which is hillarious as the phone itself is costing 12k. Its not even been a month old and im suffering ill make sure no one buys moto atleast in my vicinity. If you want to help please do all you can to stop me.

                                    I have provided phone for repair to sara service center pimpri pune. They informed that my phone is completely dead and will not be repaired. When i checked my phone at home it is on and i have inserted sim and i am able to call on that phone. Now service center giving excuse that we have tried but phone was not responding. Even now also my custom ringtone is ringing on my phone.

                                      I am debadatta sethy. My mobile model is moto g4 +. I had gone to moto service center: hara agency, bapujinagar, bhubaneswar 2 days ago for repairation of audio jack of my mobile. Then they asked any other problem? I told my speakar sound slow but adjustable not a major issue. The service staff took my mobile and told me ' a phone call will be go to you within a day from us about repairation of your mobile'. But any call did not come from them and they did not response our call from a number on his receipt. Next day a call come from them and told rs1950 rupees need for repairing of speaker. Then i told i am not able to spend the charges. So you return my mobile. Then he told ok as your wish. You can take your mobile. But when i brought my mobile speaker sounding very very slow which is equal to non functioning of speaker. So i forced to give mobile them for repairing my speaker with 1950 rupees. So i am completely disappointed with your service and your staff.
