Purched a new mobile from SS communication satara and with it purched a soft coat back cover. And the cover breaks in 12 he's just removed only 2 times after that went to the SS communication store they are just like blaming me that I have done some thing wrong and talking so rudly. While selling the product they talk like m a god after that talking like m a begger they are two face people. They are selling fake product in the name of brand and blaming me that m not able to handle a back cover jus like m a small toddler. I m very much disappointed from the people and product quality.

    My sister order Moto G6 play on 1st July 2018. Her registered mobile no is [protected] and order id is OD[protected]
    I am facing the following issues
    1. Mobile getting hang from 2nd july and we registered complaint on the 4th July.
    2. On 9th July flipkart customer care response and ready to send "technician"
    3. technician came on 11th July (he supposed to come on 10th July) According to Flipkart return policy we need to return product in 10 working days, so 12th would be last day to return.(It seems extending days due to this reason)
    4. Technician is not understandable to internal technical things which running in background. ( He was doing his job as per instruction, taking screenshot like heating capacity of mobile and like that .. he took so many screenshot but due to heavy rains )
    5. My concern is that after 10 days it wont take return.
    6. I want either replacement or return this mobile.

      I buy #MotoG5Plus in 17 January 2018 from Amazon.in Order #[protected], after one month it's go down automatically switched off. When I went to service center they told me that's my phone's motherboard has damaged by liquid and warranty has expired but I told them that my mobile sir came in any type of liquid but they refused.

      I have already told them that my device didn't came in contact with any type of liquid, If they don't want to accept this.
      I know that service center don't want to make it simple because I have also saw my mobile, One of IC damage that is near by camera.
      That means not that can be due to "Liquid Damage".

      Just for One one IC why you changing full Mother Board I am not able to understand.

      More surprisingly No one trying to resolve this problem, And How can be repairing charge 15000 Rs for this mobile when new one comes in less.
      As you can say that the problem is in mobile by "Liquid Damage" but I can also say that because of low quality product.

      Till now I am communicating with customer service center but still they don't want to agree that their mobile was faulty.
      When I request them to repair my mobile on chargeable basis.
      This was worst they ask me to pay 18000₹ for 15000₹ Mobile.
      Till now these people are negotiating with me and gave me last "offer" 15000₹. In same amount I can buy another new one mobile.

      I came to know by one of their executive that they never repair motherboard If motherboard damaged by some any reason customer will have to pay same amount for new repairing.

      After That I checked same scenario with other customers they right about it over on flipkart.com and amazon.in snpadeal.com.
      This device has very low quality equipment but Motorola didn't want to accept this.
      Motorola service center provide very low quality of service where customer can not say about their problem.

      I wish you will help to resole this issue, I want to return this product If Possible. If this can not be possible I wish this should be repaired.

        I Submitted my Motto Z Play mobile phone to one of the authorised service centre in Kerala for changing the display on 23.06.2018. As informed by the service centre, Normally it takes 4 days to change the display. 4 times i contacted the main customer service centre. But yesterday they replied that they donot have the display of the phone anywhere. so it will take some more time. Several times i asked them whether is it possible to change the display otherwise i will take it back from the shop. But they are not giving answer properly. This is not the shop problem, display not coming from the company, this is because of company. From a reputed company like Motorola, we are facing these problems, then how we will buy the same brand in future.If they cannot able to change the display, they have to tell. Why I should keep the phone in the shop/service centre and calling them every day.

          We request you to perform the below given steps for resolving this issue:

          Restart the device� �
          Smartphones are just like computers. They have Processes and Services running in the background and need a restart regularly (At least once a week). If these processes and services are running for long time without a restart, they may cause issues.
          Restarting your device gives it a fresh start and is sometimes all you need to fix your issue.
          Press and hold the Power button on your smartphone to Restart the device (If reboot isn't available, turn Off and then turn On your smartphone).� ��

          If you want to know how long the device has been running, follow the steps below:�
          Open Settings
          Scroll down and tap About Phone (If you don't see this option, tap System and then proceed)
          Tap Status
          Scroll down and check Up time (The time listed here is in hours. Anything above 168 hours needs to be restarted.)
          Check with the customer if the device freezes/hangs only when using a particular app, or the device itself freezes.

          Pull down the notification panel and tap settings
          Tap storage
          Check the storage percentage and enable Smart storage
          If the storage percentage shows more than 90%, tap Free Up Space and request the customer to remove unwanted files.
          Press and hold the power button
          Tap and hold the Power off option
          On the confirmation pop-up, tap OK
          The phone should now reboot into safe mode. This can be confirmed by the safe mode icon at the bottom left corner.
          Now, please check if the device has the same issue.
          Eg: If a particular app wasn't working correctly, open the app to check functionality.
          Just reboot normally to exit safe mode.
          Uninstall recently installed apps�
          If the issue goes away in safe mode, a recently installed app is most likely causing the issue.

          Restart your device to exit safe mode.
          Uninstall recently downloaded apps one by one to see if you can find the app that's causing issues. (see steps below)
          Once you remove the app that's causing the problem, you can reinstall the other apps you removed during the test.�
          Uninstalling an app may cause app data such as game levels, saved passwords etc. to be lost.� �

          Click on the URLs in each step to view the screenshot
          Swipe up to open the App drawer
          Tap and hold the app you want to uninstall (In this example, it's Flipkart)
          While continuing to hold the app icon, drag it to the Uninstall option at the top of the screen
          Tap OK to confirm the uninstallation
          Once done, you will see a confirmation
          Things to remember before the update:�
          Make sure you are connected to WiFi. (If Wi-Fi issue, you may have to use the mobile data)
          Make sure the battery is charged above 50% or is connected to the charger during the update�
          Backup any important data, if required.
          Click on the URLs in each step to view the screenshot
          Pull down the notification panel and tap settings
          Scroll down and choose System
          Tap Reset options
          Tap Reset app preferences and then tap Reset Apps to confirm
          Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged.
          If applicable, remove the SD Card from the device to prevent accidental formatting while resetting.� �
          Click on the URLs in each step to view the screenshot
          Pull down the notification panel and tap settings
          Scroll down and choose System
          Tap Erase all data (factory reset)
          Tap Reset Phone
          Tap Erase Everything to initiate the factory reset.
          Note: During setup after the reset, please make sure the customer doesn't restore the settings. Set up as a new device. (Some Settings or Apps might be the root cause of the actual issue).

          Also, do not to install apps from unknown sources like third-party websites or through SHAREit. Apps must be downloaded only from the Google Play Store.

          If your issue will not get resolved after performing these steps, please get back to us within 72 hours so we will be bale to help you out.��

            I had purchased a new moto g6 play earlier this month on the day of its lauch. A drop of water might have got in from somewhere and the display is doomed. I also went to the service centre theyre like i have to pay 8275rs which is hillarious as the phone itself is costing 12k. Its not even been a month old and im suffering ill make sure no one buys moto atleast in my vicinity. If you want to help please do all you can to stop me.

              Hi team,

              I have provided phone for repair to sara service center pimpri pune. They informed that my phone is completely dead and will not be repaired. When i checked my phone at home it is on and i have inserted sim and i am able to call on that phone. Now service center giving excuse that we have tried but phone was not responding. Even now also my custom ringtone is ringing on my phone.
              Lenovo/moto customer care looting customers and company also don't care about it.

                I am debadatta sethy. My mobile model is moto g4 +. I had gone to moto service center: hara agency, bapujinagar, bhubaneswar 2 days ago for repairation of audio jack of my mobile. Then they asked any other problem? I told my speakar sound slow but adjustable not a major issue. The service staff took my mobile and told me ' a phone call will be go to you within a day from us about repairation of your mobile'. But any call did not come from them and they did not response our call from a number on his receipt. Next day a call come from them and told rs1950 rupees need for repairing of speaker. Then i told i am not able to spend the charges. So you return my mobile. Then he told ok as your wish. You can take your mobile. But when i brought my mobile speaker sounding very very slow which is equal to non functioning of speaker. So i forced to give mobile them for repairing my speaker with 1950 rupees. So i am completely disappointed with your service and your staff.

                  I have purchase lenovo k8 note in aug 2017. From some time huge heating observed in my set.

                  Today it got over heated & little bended & also cracked near sound volume button.

                  As per your advise we shown the set at your service center ambala. They refused to do the needful.

                  Pls note that this set bended due to over heating which results the above problem.

                  I have checked it on time other wise may cause a bigg loss.

                  Pls note that this is a technical fault.

                  Waiting your urgent positive response.
                  I have requested the service depart to advise about use but no one is replying
                  Now i am unable to use this hand set because it is getting over heated. Battery may burst and may cause loss to me. Service center is asking charges for repair but i requested them that is is technical fault why i should pay.

                  I am very surprised that no one is responsible to find out the route cause. It means your Moto is only nd only to sale the sets. You don't having any concern with security. But I will fight to justice.
                  Your team talked me but they are not ready to accept the reality. The reality is that my set got bended due to over heating. This is technical fault.

                  I am not interested to repair this set as there is huge risk to use this set which technically faulty.

                  Kindly replace this set on top priority.

                  I suggest you to do some R&D in this faulty
                  Set to eliminate the problem for future.

                      I had purchased moto g5s+ a month ago and due to unavoidable circumstances i got my screen cracked. As they said i have to repair the screen on my expenses i agreed to that. They said me they will definitely call me when the part reached them. I got their job sheet dated[protected]. But today they called me and asked me to get the screen done by today itself or else they will have to cancel my duty sheet and no refunds. I had already paid advance of about 3000/-. They informed me at 4:30 in the evening. Its difficult for me to travel 10-11 kms in such a short notice. I reached there at 5:30pm and they just denied repairing my mobile device. This was harassment for me as they call on such a short notice and after i reach i get to hear those words. I asked for refund of my advance money which was also being denied by them. They made me wait for about 3 hrs for the refund. This was totally unprofessional and a harassment for me. I dont know how many times do i have to visit the service center to get my job done.
                      Earlier i had the problem with my moto g4 plus. I visited the same service center. The response by them was so unacceptable that i was not even repaired. So i had to buy a new mobile and in this case too in times of services motorola has failed to do so. I am so much harassed and i now don't even know what m i going to do with the cracked screen.
                      I am totally unsatisfied with the type of customer support they are giving. I need a solution for this.

                        I had bought a phone (Motorola z2 play) from flipkart. After some time for an issue when i took the device for repair, they didn't repair properly. I had to take the phone again; still incompetent technical work caused more problems in the device than there were originally. Over a period of 11 months, i have in total taken the device to different motorola authorized service centers 6 times, due to absolutely inadequate and incompetent technical staff which cannot properly repair the device; once the device exhibited issues 1 day after the repair, whereas today, i literally walked out of the service center after receiving my device, and it stopped functioning. I had to submit it back both times. The company is refusing to either replace the device, or provide any kind of assurances about the quality of their repair-work.

                          Neither motorola nor the seller (Amazon) owned the responsibility of cheating the customer for faulty supply of motorola x force which was purchase in may17.
                          As the device worked hardly for 3 months, the service personnel of motorola were requested to repair/replace as still warranty existed. But motorola denied stating there is no policy to that effect.
                          If there is no policy of replacing faulty devices, then they should not have the policy of cheating customers/ransacking the customers hard earned money.
                          The issue will be challenged in the peoples court and campaign not to purchase any motorolla products hence forth.

                            Hi i am vaibhav kulkarni i have bought a motorola mobile 2 months back with model no: moto g5s
                            Reason behind message is i am not satisfied for your service which is delivered to me.
                            First time mobile sim was not detected.
                            Went to service centre get it repaired under warranty.
                            This issue is resolved but facing another issue my phone is dead not able to start.
                            So ones again i went to service centre they told me we have tried to resolve the issue.

                            I have requested for a replacement handset multiple times, but the service centre insist on replacing parts & mother board.

                            Yesterday
                            After repairing the mobile from the service center,
                            Now i have facing another another issue mobile charging issue.

                            I Have got my phone delivered without the original charger and no replacement have been approved from Quikr side
                            Also nothing was mentioned about the charger on that mobile ad
                            So I need original charger of that phone

                              For the last atleast 8 months having problem even for using the same for 5 minutes.Either it would automatically dial a number, would noy allow to accept calls/nor allow to call.Even opening the handset i.e using the password too difficult.

                              Avery very bad Handset by Motorola make 2016

                              And their service centre in Mysore too is not upto the mark. I was surprised that while handing over the Handset for checking and identifying the issue, they ask the customer to sign a form which states in the end that 'The handset has been returned back after rectifying the issues.'

                              Also they are charging Rs 300/- for checking a handset issue though the receipt states Rs220 to Rs 300 but i feel all are being charged Rs 300/-. An exorbitant charge, keeping in mind that an issue with a handset is mostly because of the faulty function of a handset and not because of the end user

                              I have your handset for the last two years and since the beginning it has isssues liking jumping, dailing on it's own and slowly now the situation is so bad that for even a single minute i am unable to use it without repeatedly shutting it down as opening, accepting calls, making calls, every thing is very very cumbersome. The local office told me verbally that there is touch screen issue and so the problems in it's functioning. I bought this lot of expectations but now i rue my decision

                                I bought moto z play on amazon it was a good phone no issue in it but after the update 7.0 n i found some misbehaviour in wifi and bluetooth due to this i visited moto lenovo service centre and i told them about my issue its a small software falut and they told me that they have to open it and check whats wrong with these guys i didn't gave my handset for service i itself fixed the issue ther was some settings in wifi after that it was fine again after some time i found that my display is not working that time i given my handset to the same service centre they told me after a week that the phones motherboard is not working and its a liquid damage and it cannot be repaired k fine my 20000 thousand was just fell in a garbage i thought like that but i took my phone to my friends mobile service centre and he told me that there is no problem with the motherboard the problem is with the display and he showed me fixing another spare display and it was fine after that again i took my phone to moto service centre actually its not a liquid damage first of all my phone is not felled in water i remember that i wiped my phone using awet tissue is that the problem my phone is water resistant damn hw can it cause water damage k watever the problem is with the display and my phone was under warranty but the moto service centre refused to claim the warranty my phone is dead bcs i gave my phone to moto service centre why they people do like that?

                                  I am lenovo k8 note user, my phone got blast today (I. E 03/06/2018), recently i was facing problem of restart, i contacted service center they checked and informed about software update. Yesterday i got an update from your side & updated the software. After that i was facing the same problem of on/off regularly. Today the phone was got blast. What a pathetic service you are providing.
                                  Kindly confirm about the compensation as it is a very big issue.

                                    Hi all,

                                    The code of conduct of the employees is very disappointing. It would be most appreciable if they give some more respect to the customer time and most of the customer are coming from remote areas to avail the service and they face more difficulties in finding the address of service centres.
                                    And it is very sad to say that authorised moto service centre are only in major cities which are less in no and that too services rendered in few centres in hyderabad are not up to the business standard of moto.
                                    Am highly worried about the customer who don’t know about all these procedural aspects and few of have my friends had well experienced that service centre guys will not give mobile within a week for any type repairs. But i never agreed with my friends on these because we don’t see the things as they are, we see the things as we are.
                                    I have walked to service centre to avail service for display change and charger change within in the warranty period. Am surprised to hear that on last day of my warranty date i can’t avail two options. So, i tried to bring the same to head of the department of kothapet hyderabad branch, but i end up with the same results. Even am decided to choose any one option but the employees signed off for the day in business working hours by saying a word “come tomorrow”. Due to this act my warranty got lapsed.
                                    Firstly, i would be appreciable if employees are given training on customer centricity to save the moto legacy.

                                    Am very disappointed with number of mails and calls. Every time I received the call from Moto executive regarding my issue and need to explain the case from beginning to end.

                                    Is there one any mode of tracking status of the Customer concerns and complaints raised ?

                                    I have taken the time to submit the handset and cable in Smart services -SCD ( Ameerpet Hyderabad, Telagana -500016) by keeping my personal and professional things a side. Still I need to incur the cost of thousand rupees from my place to Moto service center to travel.

                                    Just because as they denied the service in warranty period I need to suffer a lot from last two months. And now they are saying unrealistic stuff that am not carried the invoice copy at the time of visiting to service center. By just listening to default Branch Moto service center words and the executive handling my concern asking me to get the paid service.

                                    And they are offering me to pay the 50 % of amount which is of 6300/- I would have incurred the cost happily when there is mistake from my end.How come a customer should bare the cost when there is a default from Service center end.

                                    Hoping for the good results at least this time.

                                      I have purchased moto g5 splus from poorvika mobiles madiwala bangalore on 6 mar 2018 and by 1 month the camera has stopped working without any reason. I have just checked by phone at the lenovo service center and came to know that the camera hardware is having some issues and the same needs to be replaced. The phone is at the service center and when i have enquired regarding the delay they have told me that the new hardware they have recieved is also having some issues. Motorola / lenovo is that no testings are done before the products are delivered?. Is there no value for the customers money?

                                        My phone moto x force is with service center ahmadabad from last 20 days.
                                        Its screen is not working after it fell down. As moto gives 4 years of screen warranty i asked for the same.
                                        Now every time i am asking for status i am getting reply as the issue has been escalated.
                                        It is very frustrating that i paid rs 50000 for shatter proof screen and when the issue is reported i am not getting service. Moto has broken the trust and unable to provide commitment and the service.
