I have purchased moto g5 splus from poorvika mobiles madiwala bangalore on 6 mar 2018 and by 1 month the camera has stopped working without any reason. I have just checked by phone at the lenovo service center and came to know that the camera hardware is having some issues and the same needs to be replaced. Its screen is not working after it fell down. As moto gives 4 years of screen warranty i asked for the same.
Now every time i am asking for status i am getting reply as the issue has been escalated.
