How pathetic service can a mobile company can provide let me show you. On 5th october i submitted my mobile phone (Moto x force) to motorola service center in roorkee, uttarakhand named as kapil enterprises as its having a screen issue. Service number they have given me is srrke[protected]. Today's 10th of november still not got my product back. No call whatsoever from there sides about the delay. When i call local service center they tell me to call to at customer care number and i call customer care they tell me to contact me at the local service center. This is how they are playing with customer. There is thing the company should to save thousands of future customers, to shut down the company. If you cant provide the service you will be shut down soon.

N again I need to go to service center

    I have recently bought moto g5plus 2 months ago. While inserting headset mobile goes automatically in do not disturb mode. Even after removing it again goes in dnd mode. This happens while i'm traveling. Even after updating the android issue still exist. This has happened to my friends. Please check as soon as possible and resolve it or i will return the mobile. It's definitely seems to be a hardware issue

      I purchased a mobile phone Moto G4 (IMEI: [protected]) from Motorola Company i.e., Motorola in February 2017. The phone was working normally till 13th July, 2017 except getting hot while charging and I took that as normal. But on 14th July, 2017 at around 7:00 pm, I came from office and kept my phone on charging and took rest. After half an hour, I heard a blast sound and I got scared. I thought an encounter broke out as I was fallen little asleep. I woke up and saw my Moto G4 phone exploding and smoke was coming out of it. My carpet got damaged also.
      Then I registered a compliant via email on evening of 14th July, 2017. After 2 days I got a call from Motorola Service Center (The Net Surfer, Poloview Srinagar J&K). They asked me to surrender my phone to them. I submitted my phone to the above said service center on 18th July 2017 (Job sheet No: SRCSR[protected]. Then they made me unnecessary wait for almost 30 days. After 30 days I got a shocking email and call in which I was blamed, “Your phone has been damaged from your end and it will be repaired under chargeable basis only”. I explained my situation and warranty details to the concerned caller (Mr. Naveen Kumar) and he just got mum. Motorola blamed me for the damage caused to the phone and being helpless, I accepted the proposal for repairing my phone on chargeable basis as I thought I will later register a case in Consumer Court claiming payment for under warranty phone. Even allowing Motorola to repair my phone on payment basis before 2 months, there is still no update till date. I visited the service center 30 times and they use to tell me that they don’t have approval from their Back End Authorities to repair my phone. After that I contacted Motorola Customer Care Service 40 times but they were always giving me lame excuses like you wait and you will get a call from our back end team. They repeated this statement 40 times to me and I never got a call from their back end team. It is happening from last two months. During this period I also spoke to 5 Senior Customer Care Executives but they too repeated the same statement (wait, you will get a call). I also contacted Motorola through various emails but those were not responded at all. Apt to mention here, my phone is still lying in Motorola Service Center from last 80 days for want of services & repairs. On 7th October, 2017, I called your Customer Care Executive again and he promised me that Motorola will provide you new or repaired phone within 4 working days. The recording of same conversation is saved on my laptop.
      Since time is most important thing in this world, Motorola wasted my lot of the time in calling, writing emails and in online chat. Now I request you to kindly direct Motorola to solve my issue along with the compensation for wasting my lot of precious time within 12 days. If they failed to do so, then please raise penalty of 12, 00, 000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Only) for wasting my precious time. I have all the emails and the recordings saved on my laptop for ready reference.

        One of my mobile sims suddenly stopped working and i gave it to replace the sim tray. Except that everything else was in perfect condition. Initially they confirmed it would be done within 30 mins. After handing over my cell, they said, something went wrong and reported a short circuit during the sim tray change process. Then they kept the mobile with them for three days. After multiple follow ups, they handed over my mobile back to me today with at least two additional defects that i found so far.
        1. A portion (Near o, p, m, 9) of the keyboard is mistyping
        2. Flash of the camera not working

        Finally i figured out, the original issue was with sim and not with the sim tray.

          Hello myself athmi rai,
          There is switch off issue in my moto g4 plus mobile and i had given it for service in the service centre located in karve road pune. My phone is under warranty and first time the service centre could not resolve my issue and so i had to repeat the process of service again i. E within a month twice i had put my phone for servicing but still the problem continues. The service centre keeps the phone for more than 5 days and still do not resolve the issue. This carelessness of the service centre will affect the name of the product.
          Please do look into this problem n take proper measure on this.

            I gave my phone to motorala bhubaneswar service center in bapuji nagar to fix my broken phone glass. They fixed it then placed a faulty screen or glass on it which was causing problems, i gave them to fix it again and they said they changed the glass but it's still having the same issues. The phone isn't even two months old. When i gave them to fix it for the first time, it wasn't even a month old.

              I had problem of charging with my moto x play it is showing charging symbol but is not charging so i gave it to its service center for repair but they are saying to replace its mother board as they are unable to diagnose the problem and they are saying it a internal problem, this phone gives me a lot trouble, please repair it correctly by finding its main problem

              I ordered moto g5 luner grey but I got fine gold, I hate this color. The cost of this phone is less then what phone I ordered, i need luner grey or return my cass. One more think because I have not registered my email u rejected my replacement, u can inform me by giving massage on mobile, what u need for it.

              I submitted my Moto 360 watch well within warranty period, 9 months ago, have been waiting for replacement/repair ever since. No one provides an update too.

                My phone is in warranty period but Service center did not repair my phone
                When I asked them that why u r not repairing my phone the staff member started beating me and I was beaten by the 4 staff members regarding that I have also filed a police complaint and also filing the case against Motorola service center
                Therefore I want the Motorola company should take the strict action ASAP

                  This diwali (October-19) i was purchased motog5s lonar grey mobile at b new mobiles in tirupathi. Two days mobile working well then suddenly signals of sims and wifi not coming in full signal areas also. I went to tirupathi service center (Near goindarajulu temple) and submitted mobile at 30.10.2017 along with bill but up to today they don't check mobile when the mobile receiving time at least not give any receipt to me. Daily told me moto technician in leave.

                    I purchased moto c plus on july 12th from flipkart and for initial setup i connected to my private wifi and the mobile keeps on rebooting itself continuously and i cannot perform any other operation until i switch off my wifi.
                    I took the mobile to authorized moto service center yesterday and they and conected to a wifi network at that time it is still working that is when i realized the problem only comes when i enter in bsnl wifi. Even after this process the mobile issue isn't resolved.

                        Respected sir/madam

                        I aditya rawat have one of your moto g4 plus mobile in which i recently faced charging issue as it was covered in warranty i took it to moto service center i. E near mdda complex dehradun they kept my phone for 12-15 days and dint provided me with a spare phone to use. All that went well as i received my phone finally after 12 days but i realized that my phone started having other problems within days like
                        1. Finger print sensor was not working
                        2. Phone vibration was not working
                        3. Heating issue
                        4. Camera quality showed up too b very bad
                        The service center said that they have changed my phone board as it was the main issue and gave me a new imei number.
                        I was not back home so was not able to report these problems to the service center and now suddenly my finger print sensor stopped working completely. I took my phone back to the service center and they kept me waiting for hours and in the end of the day said it will take 15 -16 days for the repair so i asked for a spare phone to use they gave me a low grade phone that is also not 4g.
                        I submitted my phone on 7th oct 2017 and called them to ask about the status of my phone they dint inform me by them self for weeks i called after 21 days and they said that the parts they have ordered is not available with motorola company and so i have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks i argued with them and said that i will come next day and i want to see my phone ok but at that day i was not able to make it to the service center and now after 7 days i called them back and they said that they have packed my phone as it was and want me to take it back as they cannot provide me the part which my phone needs.
                        I have emailed every possible moto service people but dint not got any proper response. What can be done please let me know i need to file a complaint against moto and this service center.

                          I purchased motorola moto g5s plus on 27/9/2017 at amazon india invoice no - bomi-16000 sold by darshita aashiyana pvt ltd bhiwandi maharashtra,
                          I work in muscat and i moved on 25/10/17, after few days o[censored]sage i found dust inside the camera lens, i am totally disappointed and facing so much mental stress, always i loved motorola mobiles and i was proudly displaying before my family and friends and now after this defect in phone my friends are making fun of my selection, i am unable to answer them, i contacted amazon but they said it cannot be replaced as october 10 was the last day for return or exchanged,
                          I request motorola to adress my complaint and provide me the replacement as i love moto phones.

                          I m facing dust issue in both front and back camera on my Moto g5s plus. As u guys claim that phone is water and dust repellent so how dust go inside. How I can resolve this issue?
                          In my moto g5s plus, there are camera software issue or what i don't know but captured images is dull or noisy. Your other phones have best result of camera but moto g5s plus have worst image quality. Please improve you camera app and test it again. And give us a perfect update in moto g5s plus.

                              My phone got switched of due to water damage. Company is claiming that phone is water rasistant and they are not giving warranty on that. Service of motorola is very bad. I went to service center and afer waiting for aprox 5 hrs they took my phone and said that your motherboard got dameged so for repairing it you have to pay aprox rs. 22000. How stupit it is. Very bad experience i will suggest others to go for samsung or apple. Because first time i thought of buying motorola and this is what my experience it.

                                I bought a Lenovo Motorola Moto G4 Plus and had to give it to service center

                                Issue was battery drainage and overheating by not more than 9 month o[censored]sage of my MOTOROLA MOTO G4 PLUS
                                (i also had a charger issue earlier for which i had to go to service center within 4 months of buying).

                                1. they changed my screen without asking me with battery.

                                2. they replaced it with a faulty or old screen (i checked it when i went for second time to collect it.) I was lucky enough to notice it otherwise I would have been made fool. The screen was yellowish with patches. THEY TOOK MY ORIGINAL SCREEN AND CHANGED IT WITH OLDER OR DUPLICATE ONES. I told them to change it or replace it with my earlier screen.

                                3.Again they replaced that faulty screen with another more faulty screen (i had to return empty handed the 3rd time again)
                                This time screen had SCREEN BURNING ISSUE IN IT.( again i was lucky enough to notice it). They were giving me much worse piece of ### telling me that this was my earlier screen only. Again I had to ask them to replace it

                                4.This time when I was called the screen was again used old faulty or duplicate because it had white dot patch or dead pixel on left middle part of screen. Again they were telling this is my screen only so they will not replace it now.

                                5. Some MALPRACTICE OR FISHY POLICY is going on in service center as THEY TAKE OUT ORIGINAL PRODUCTS AND REPLACE IT WITH OLDER, FAULTY OR DUPLICATE PARTS THAT TOO WITHOUT ASKING.

                                6. We have to be careful and extra cautious to check what all they did INSTEAD OF REPAIRING IT THEY WORSEN IT CONDITIONS

                                7 means going to service center is rather a headache so that condition should not worsen.

                                8. As My mobile has been opened completely for 4-5 times and screen has been replaced all time with faulty one. Condition of my cellphone is worsened. It is loose with scratches. It has gap between rim and screen. It is no longer water resistant. Speaker grill is misplaced.

                                9. So condition of my cell phone is worsened by Motorola service and I have to suffer. I have to waste my time money effort and energy 5-6 times that too in vain. I had to take half day off from my office to visit them.

                                9. And How mANY TIME I have to go and visit service center and return empty handed its been more than 1 month apart from knowing that my handset condition is worsening day by day as part are being removed opened and replaced multiple times that too with old faulty or duplicate ones.

                                10. Its been 1 month my mobile is with them only and no action hass been taken.

                                11. I even tried to contact Motorola company and CUSTOMER CARE and their senior technician but they plainly refuse to help and tell me to collect that phone in whatever condition it is. They also disconnect my call refusing me. I called them for more then 15 times this entire month.

                                12. I have call recordings as a proof and photos and cc tv footages of their service center.

                                I have been trying your customer service from last month its already been more than a month trying for more than a dozen times including emails chats and calls.
                                Everytime I was ignored by refusing and disconnecting the call and chat from your end only (I even have proof).
                                Everytime they said our representative or senior technicians will contact you within 24 hrs but I have not received a single call from your end still since last month everytime I had to call and I was fed up of getting same answer.
                                Even one of your senior official named Ajay Kumar Pandey plainly arrogantly refused to help me saying we don't have any policies you have to take back your cellphone in whatever condition it is after repairing and cannot be refunded or replaced or any other request of yours cannot be entertained. So I asked him to mail me whatever you said and your policies are he said he will mail me and disconnected the call but I have still not received his mail till date and still waiting for it.He just simply told me whatever(this conversation I have a recording dated 25-Oct-2017).

                                So all effort in vain its useless to contact you and be harassed again and again.
                                My cellphone is still with the service center from 25-sept-2016.
                                So losing all my hope I ordered a new cellphone from other brand.

                                  I did bought moto g4 plus aug 2016 amount 14999. From amazon.in. Now that phone battery charging jack is not working. That jack has a problem. I visit motorola service center at janakpuri branch. They said" you have to pay 7500 to repair this jack. Saying the motherboard also will change but my phone is completely okay. I think that intent is wrong. Please take strict actions. I am happy to repair my phone outside local repair store. But they dont have enough equipment.

                                    When i connect my phone through aux cable the media player or video player get paused again and again. So, it plays then it stops then i play it again then it plays but again stops. It happens every time and irritates. I am unable to play music or videos using aux cable. This happens not only in car stereo but also happens with music system. This is strange that earphones work fine but aux cable doesn't work.

                                    I have checked it with many aux cables result is same.

                                    Please tell me what to do to resolve this. Do i take it to the service center to change the aux jack or need a software update or reinstallation.

                                    Please provide a solution, this is not done i had never expected such bad material from motorola

                                      I submitted my sister's moto g4 plus regarding a charging issue. They said they'd call back with the details once they check it. They didn't call even after weeks. So i contacted them and inquired the status. They didn't even order the spare for repair.

                                      They kept the phone for several weeks there and didn't intimate me with the details. They could have either contacted me and tell the reason for the delay or an alternative solution. Finally, i had to return my phone back without servicing because of their act.

                                        I have motog4+. Its touch not working and i went to service center he talking for 7500/- for screen replacement, while my phone under guarantee period. Now on my screen white and black lines are coming and cant use my phone.

                                        There are one inches parallel line in my right side on screen. Now there are vertical white lines on my screen. What should i do for screen replacement or for repairing???
