I'm using moto z2 play, and everyone using moto phones on this planet facing this terrible "ascending ringing volume" setting, that can't be turned off. What the heck? I paid rs.28000 for moto z2 play, and am i not allowed to hear the actual ringing volume for incoming calls?? Update the moto software to disable this increasing ringing volume.. Or provide a workaround. Who the heck are you to force this low volume of first 3 sec of incoming call ringing?? It makes us angry.

    Motorola India is not providing me the service for my smart watch...they are fooling me for past 1 month..they sometimes admit the problem and on ther day start refusing it...
    one day assures for replacement and on the other day transfers the case to another person ...they are frauding me for past 30 days...

      I had purchased a lenovo phone from flipkart as on 24/05/2017. On using the device for about 2 months i found the touch screen to be unresponsive at some specific location. So i returned the device to the service center, from their failing to repair the issue i was given a new phone moto g 5 s plus from the service center.

      The device was performing good untill some software update came and ruined the device. Now the device has been showing low signal strength all time where the cellular reception is very good and battery is draining very fast. On giving to the service center they act as it is normal and simply give the phone without resolving the issue. When i went there second time the customer care told to give it to some other place since they cannot replace the same. And they are never accepting the problem as such.

      After the bad experiecn i contacted the online support of lenovo and moto but they all are not giving a solution to the problem.
      I do not want to own a phone having a problem that the company is unable to resolve. I had requested them for option of returning the phone and give the money or a solution to this problem. But nothing has so far happened.

      already i have posted in the forum in moto . But i did not get a good reply. As mentioned by support i already have done all those things before itself.

        Worst phone moto g5 in just3 months it has many problems heating, network and many more... Pls return my money because i repair in moto service centre but they can't satisfy me.. It is worst phone moto company is originally chinese because this phone can't work.. I have two phones both 4g but one jio sim is working in my vivo phone but same sim can't work in this garbage phone moto g5...

          I purchase my mobile from amazon on 20 oct-2017. There was some moisture issue in phone on 17 dec-2017, i visited my nearest service center. They told it is liquid damaged and we will charge 740 rs. They keep the phone in their custody and called me next day and said and we do not have warranty if your phone will work or not after service. Other wise you need to pay 11000+gst rs. To replace motherboard. I am shocked i purchased phone of rs 13000 now market cost of the new phone is 11000 and they want the charges of more than 11000. Because i am sure that i never get my phone in liquid, why they people behaving like this. I tried to contact motorola company and raised my complaint on 17-dec but never get update from company. Please help me on this. Complaint number with motorola is[protected] and the service center name is strenght service p ltd shakar pur delhi 110092. I am attaching the job sheet document provided by service center

          I recieved the call from service center people on 22-dec-17 they informed we are not diagnosing your phone however phone is working. Next day on 23-dec-17 I got call from Motorola company and they informed they we will check from service center. Again service center people called me and told your phone having some issue we need 2 more days to check. Now I am confused because every time I am getting confusing word from Motorola people. But no one here to resolved my issue. I am afraid that if the phone is in working condition and they people intently do some wrong with phone. I am helpless here . Please look into on priority. Already lenovo customer care refused to help on my issue.

            Your mobile is very poor motorola company's very fraught i have purchase rs 15000/- motorola mobile is not properly work purchase two month and fault this mobile. Deposit in your service center but not properly answer. Summit purchase bill & job card.

            Please immediately repair and change. I have not stay time my exam start.

              I purchased a new moto g5s plus mobile from amazon in last month and now i observe there is full dust in the back left camera at first and then now it is observed in the right camera also, and i was unable to get the images with a good quality, completely damaged images i was getting with the camera, so please fix it and i don't want my phone to be opened up, kindly refund me or replace my phone with a new one,

                Dear sir/mam
                i have submitted my phone for repair on 7/12/17 the problem was after update my vo lte and sd card stopped working the service center guy told me that it is software problem so we need to reflash the phone software and it will take 2 hours and after that my vo lte started working but sd card did'nt so service center guy told me to leave phone for 8-10 days because they need to replace pcb board and i asked him that how much long it can take then he told me not more than 10 days and then i clearly mentioned him that i won't be able to leave my phone more than 10 days and he told me sir don't worry we will repair it before 10 days so i waited for 10 days at 14 dec i received a call regarding my phone repair and he told me that my phone is ready and i can collect it on 16 dec so i visited service center and i got to know that its in repair progress and the guy told me that we received a board and after fitting it we are facing some issue so he told me that we need to order new board and hence we need one more week and then i complained about it and they told me that sir we are forwarding it to senior team and you will receive a call before 6 but nothing happened then again i called the service center they told me to wait and i will receive a call when its done and then i again called customer care i told them i need to talk to senior team they again told me to wait till 5 but nothing happen so i called once again and they told me that senior team tried to reach me but they were unable so they responded through mail they told me to wait till 20th but today at 19th service center girl name amrita called and told my father that body is damaged and i need to pay for it i was so shocked and angry because at the time of submission the service center guy told me that we need to check your phone physically so we need to remove your phones tempered glass and asked him why tempered glass then he told me for physical examination its necessary to check warranty and other factors so said ok after the so called physical examination he told me the phone is in warranty and i will be not charged for repair and i m confirm my phone was not damage from any side and any angle but your service center girl amrita is telling that phone can't be repair until i pay for body so told her no i won't and i want my phone to be repaired on time but she refused and customer care agent also refused to help me and one more thing the service center girl behavior to customers are so bad that she started blaming me that sir we have rejected your phone 3 times but you still dropped the phone for repair and we told you to that we won't be able to repair it and not that she started she saying that when i called for phone inquiry they told me my phone will not be repaired because body but nothing happen like that till the date they were telling me to wait and not a word about body and one more thing i took my phone for issue related to sd card and volte but in job sheet they mention me complaint for freezing and crashing its not right at all and now she is stating me as lier and fraud so i filed a case against company and service center and if my issue is not solved then i"ll take legal actions against company and service center
                its a humble request to solve my issue i m fed up of your service and never gonna buy moto or lenovo phone again please consider this matter serious and urgent because your service staff doesn't consider value of time they think people have time to call all day and in the end get treated as fraud and lier my consumer complaint no.546427 and 543718 please consider this matter serious and my expectations from company are either replace my device or repair it free of cost as its in warranty waiting for your response

                  Please note that i have purchased moto e4 plus in september 2017. Now the touch panel is not working. I have gone to service centre. They are simply avoiding to solve it. It is under warranty but they are charging rs4500 for that. They are saying it is because of damage but the there is no scratch on the screen. I have many friends those who are suffering from the same issue. The company is very much aware of the situation. I am attaching the letter from service centre & also the picture of my phone., just to prove that they are misleading their customers. I need solution or else i will take further step to solve the issuer.

                    I bought my moto g4 plus. From amazon it was working good after 4 months i got display issue i gave my mobile to service center. They told they will replace display. They took one month to replace my display but after 1month the display started doing ghost touches. I visited service center they told it's software issue they will resolve it and did software work but i faced the same issue they told need to replace display and took the mobile for another month, but again after that i had screen burning issue i gave them again now i'm facing the issue again and also they spoiled my proximity sensor

                      but the said that first they said i pay for tham and the button cant provide they change hole display for one button and they charge me 3200 for that is that fear 8000 is hole price of the phone that you change one button in 3200 fist i complane you and if you do not take any action on this matter i will go for a consumer court.

                        I, padarabinda kar, a citizen of dist. Puri, state - odisha have purchased moto g5 s plus on 7th october from amazon. Initially it shows charging problem. After 15 days o[censored]se i saw the headphone slot was not working properly. It creates a noisy sound whenever i put the earphone on. So i immediately went to moto service centre which is located at puri on 24th november. They said the phone has motherboard issue and it will solve within 2 days and mobile will handover to me on monday. Thereafter i daily enquired about the status of my mobile from their side always the same answer it will take two more days in a very rude manner which is not acceptable at any circumstances.. After being harassed for 10 days by not using my mobile, today on 2nd december i again went to the service centre and told them to handover my mobile without solving the issue. Bt they refused to handover my phone by saying i have to come the service centre at 6.30pm. When at 5.45 pm i have reached the service centre the service centre had already shutdown and the employee who told me to come at that particular time they even didnt listen a single word. I had purchased the phone. I have all the rights to use it.. And in any means i cant tolerate the misbehaviour from your side. I have done the biggest mistake by purchasing the moto phone, the worst product and worst service i have ever seen in my life... The company cheated me by selling the damaged product. Shame on you and your service...

                          i have had at least 4 motorola motos and have had problems with them all.in may of 2017 i purchased a motorola moto and had nothing but problems. My phone was returned at least 3 times and each phone was sent back to me with a different problem. I insisted on a refund and finally was approved for one. I was then asked if i would settle for an update on a phone - i believe it was a motorola g5. I received this phone (Not sure of date) and this phone began having problems with a few weeks. I again requested a refund for the original price i paid and this was denied. Below is a link in regards to some of the conversations i had with your company.

                          more conversations in regards to the g5. Again, i am requesting a refund. If i am not offered a refund i will continue to pursue this matter until a refund is received. I have had at least 4 or 5 different phones, all with defects. I previously sent you a copy of my original sales receipt. Obviously you cannot stand behind your products - for $225 you cannot afford to satisfy a customer???

                          I have had no less than 40 emails between myself and your business, all of which i still have filed.

                          I have contacted consumer affairs and other agencies and will continue to do so until i receive a refund!!!

                            Data shows "suspended" even though data plan exists. No problem for the past 2 months since the purchase of the phone.
                            This has been occurring since 30th of november, 2017.
                            Data connects right after turning the device on, then stops, and data carrier shows "suspended".

                                Im order moto e4 plus after i used the sim slot is not working then i gon to service center but they are telling it is phycial damaged so we cant do any thing but i have warrenty card also then they told amount have to pay rs 8000
                                So i request to take any action on them plz
                                They wasted my 10000 rs

                                i am order a moto e4 plus on 24/08/2017 on (flipkart) after delivered i insert a sim but after in mobile sim is not working then i gon to motorola service center they told it is physical damaged and amount have to pay rs 8000 to 10000 then i told them i have my warrenty card also no warrenty will not work for this ad ask money how do i no sir that it is physical damaged or not (replace my mobile or refund amount i lost my 10, 000 rs sir plz help me out plz) because they are not repairing my mobile
                                I forgot password went to motorola service centre they told that they need to change softare but while changing software they spoiled my mobile and they told that they not do and try in out side mobile shop.the way of reponding also very bad very worst centre .

                                  I had submitted an moto x style mobile for repair which was under warranty. I was facing problem with touch issue, so i submitted my mobile to authorized moto service center in mapusa - goa with reference number srptso[protected] on 5th october 2017.

                                  Around first week of november i got acall from service executive of motorola mr yashdera saying i will get my mobile back repaired or i will get a new mobile (Moto g5 plus 32 gb) since it is under warranty.

                                  Till now i hav not got my mobile back

                                  I bought the moto z2 play on Diwali (19 Oct 2017) with the scheme..i.e. 50% off on the mods..
                                  accordingly i bought the mods (Speaker, Battery) paid the money in advance...as the seller promised me to deliver in 2 days
                                  what should i say guys...

                                  My mobile has charging pin issue.. I gave it to moto service center at nellore before 1week.. I didnt get any respinse from them
                                  I have handed to bm gadget services, pune on 4/10/2017. It is warranty period. They informed that problem is with mother board. Not receive part from company.                                     Gave a phone to repair as it was in warranty said it will be done in 15 days till now 1 month 22 days almost 2 months over still not receive my phone they said they will replace phone even failed to give that every time i call one week time another week time only this i am hearing job or sheet number of moto is srbbg[protected] pna and even customer service does not respond they promise a call back but never what kind a customer service we paid 40000 for mobile no respect or value to customers please help to get my phone

                                      I have purchase mobile moto g4 pluse on june 201t6, then after one month
                                      I observed the screen auto clicking at that time i thought it it was a normal problem, then it was not there like that, then after 8 months, it started again the same thing but now it is a huge problem with that its not possible to use 1 sec also my mobile with that problem, i have taken in to moto service center they said software issue, you need to update it, they updated and given, after one month again its started the same problem i have resetted the mobile once and i am using the mobile like that i did 3 or 4 times, at present the problem has been increased, i am not able to use that mobile even its not possible to swichedoff. I frustrated with that mobile even its not completed 2 or 3 year. Finally i got to know that, that is not software issue its a manufacture defect (Hardware problem) and warranty period also over. So now what is the solution for this problem and now who can fix this issue what i have to do now, i have spent around rs.15000 (Fifteen thousand) for this mobile and it is not even completed 2 or 3 years also now its completely gone, what is the solution for this issue?

                                        Sir/madam,

                                        I am geo jacob. I bought a new motorola phone moto g5 plus on 9th september 2017 through flipkart. But on 26th september 2017, the device stopped recognising sim cards.

                                        The product was given for service on october 3rd 2017 as instructed by the customer care of motorola services at spectrum solutions, v56/b1, near corporation bank, erattayar road, kattappana, idukki, 685508. It was told from the service center that the product would be repaired by 15 days. The job sheet number is srkoc[protected] and imei is 1. [imei/serial no: [protected], [protected]

                                        Then an enquiry was made about the phone on october 16th 2017 and then reply was that it would take another 15 days for the repair. So a contact was made with motorola customer care about the service. The reply was that i would be contacted within 24 hours. But i didnt recieve any response via email or phone.

                                        For the status of the repair, motorola customer care was contacted again on 31 st october 2017 and i received a reply that i would be contacted via telephone within 24 hours. I did not received any call from the concerned service technicians or motorola team with regard to the status of my phone.

                                        And again contact was made twice and i did not recieve any call from the concerned department.

                                        I contacted many times via email but i have not recieved any reply mail and thus turning it to be a serious concern.

                                        I also have collected the chat records as a proof of motorola and lenovo companies false claims.

                                        Then i attempted calling the customer care and i was told sorry and still no specific date was given or any attempt to repair my device. Then on november 8, i recieved a call from customer care saying that i would get it repaired on 14th november.

                                        Therefore i waited today till 23rd novemebr and when i contacted the ´customer care the reply that i recieved was that a fresh job sheet was issued with regard to my phone.

                                        This would indirectly mean that it would take another month or an year for the same.
                                        I contacted moto customer service 3 times today and i was never contacted when would or what is the status of my phone.
                                        I have collected all chats that i had with motorola as proof to support my claims

                                        I need a solutión to this problem. I already posted here once about the complaint. But i dint recieve any further progress

                                        I expect you to please replace the item. This is not expected from an international brand

                                        .

                                        I would point out that this is a very serious misbehaviour and violation of my rights as a consumer.

                                        I would expect the concerned department to either replace the phone with a new one or refund the amount by this week.

                                        Else i would have to go with legal procedures or use the social network to publicise the irresponsible and unattended motorola service team.

                                        I expect that i would get a positive reply with regard to this mail and concerned department would call me and give a date when i would recieve a new phone or refunded amount.
