Dear sir,
I have buy moto g4 plus xt1643 handset with rs.13499?/- under scheme rs.12500/- on 26 june 2017. Its warranty time is 26 june 2017 to 26 june 2018. According to the motorola company warranty will expire after one year. My handset switch off automatically during call and sms and any time without any touch. Handset switched off frequency 4 times to 7 times per day. Now i am totaly harassment by this product due to this type of the problem. Due to this problem i have lost essential calls, important sms, bank atm otp pin, trading shares alerts and other important notifications etc.
I have checked this handset 2 times by customer care which is authorized motorola levevo customer care office (Sant rameshwari enterprises, chandigarh sector -20-d). But problem as usual. Now i don't want to trouble more. Kindly solve my problem.

Dear Team,
Handset switched off issue has increased day by day it's switched off very soon.this issue interrupt my business today's. I am just waiting for the proper solution of this problem as soon as possible because i have no another option without buy new handset.But before buy any new handset i will rage this issue at high level. switched off issue is not ordinary issue to me.

How much wait i shall do, Reply me.There should be period of time to resolve the issue from your side, and you must notify me that what you have action plan about this handset problems.
It is strange that Moto gs 5 plus lacks a basic feature that it does not run apps of compass and vaastu etc.
It is conveyed that device des not have magnetic sensor feature that's why it does support compass based apps.
This weakens the device viz. viz. It's competitors.
Company must provide upgrades with immediate effect.

    The people are cheating on customers trust on the brand. When i had been to claim my warranty against the defect in the cell as is was under warranty the staff are misguiding me saying that your cell has dents and the screen has crack on it when i asked them to show me the crack they r showing me the dent on the top edge of the metal body and starting that youll not be able to claim the warranty as your product has dents and cracks but my cell nowere has any sort of cracks but my charging port was damaged but i told them that i'm ready to pay for the mistake happened from my side but they were they were you'll not b able to claim any warranty on this product if you want to get it repaired you'll have to pay around 15600 + gst. Is there any plant on which we can grow money naah it's our hard earned money i don't wanna get cheated if my problems is not resolved i'll be filing a case against the same

      I buy this mobile moto g5s plus 2nos the issues are calls not recording free and paid apps also i informed moto customer care they are telling from design this mobile not record the call still updates are not developed as they reply. Kindly take the complaint and clear this issues i paid 31k for this mobile
      They are not give the proper solutions. If not call record support means they have to mention in seller portal they are not reflect.

        I bought a motorola mobile on 28 november 2017 and after 8 days that mobile was not working well. On 6th december 2017 i submitted mobile in motorola service center but after 2 months that service center didn't repair it. They tried but they couldn't repaired it. I said to service center please replace it if it cannot repair, but service is not listen me. I called so many many times to motorola customer care but they are not caring about it they are just passing the time. I'm very very harassed. Please help me.

          मैंने आपकी कम्पनी का फोन मोटोरोला इ 4 प्लस जयपुर में जयंती बाजार में स्थित आपके रिटेलर मोबाईल वाला से 21 /12 /2017 को ख़रीदा था, इस हेंडसेट में खरीदने के पांच दिन बाद ही दिक़्क़त आने लगी, हेंग होने व बात करते समय अपने आप ही कोई दूसरी फाइल अपने आप ही खुलने लगी, बैट्री बैकअप एक दिन का भी नहीं रहता, मगर मैं मेरी व्यस्तता के कारण व एक जनवरी से सात जनवरी तक जम्मू कश्मीर यात्रा पर होने के कारण आपके सर्विस सेंटर पर नहीं जा पाया। वापस आने बाद आपके जयपुर के न्यू सांगानेर रोड सर्विस सेंटर पर गया तो वहां पर इसको मेरे से ले लिया गया और दूसरे दिन आने लिए बोला गया, मगर मेरी रिक़्वेस्ट पर दो घंटे से ज्यादा बैठाकर मुझे यह सेट वापस दे दिया गया, मुझे लगता है सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने इसको रिसेट या अपडेट किया होगा।
          आदरणीय यह सेट तब से लेकर अब तक भी वैसे ही दिक़्क़त दे रहा है कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान करें।
          मुझे आशा है कि आप मेरी इस समस्या का निदान शीघ्र ही करवाएंगे।

            Dear sir,

            I bought moto g 4 plus handset online which got delivered on jul 11, 2016. The handset started showing some malfunctioning in january 2017 during warranty period only and i submitted it to *allahabad service center. They returned my phone saying they had fixed it but the problem could not be fixed.

            I visited service center frequently till may 2017 but the problem could not be resolved and then i finally gave the phone to service center allahabad on 8th may 2017 and since then they haven't returned my phone.
            Every time i call they say next week and till now it has not been fixed. They have stopped receiving my calls and stopped replying to my mails even.

            I have a long chain of mails as a proof of what they have been saying to me since august 2017.

            I request motorola to kindly look into the matter and restore their customer's faith into the company as i am tired of talking to service center people and don't have any faith left in them.

            Neither can i be more patient as 8 months is a really long time to wait.
            Your kind act will be appreciated by a distressed soul.

              I have given my moto g5s plus phone to service center (Smart care-ctg, adyar, chennai) for screen replacement (Job sheet no: soin[protected]) as the screen is broken. For the repair work they charged rs.6500 and when i about to collect the device i noticed in right top the screen is not fixed. I started inquiring why you people done a poor service like this, they replied back to me saying the back case also needs to be changed and for this i have to pay an extra amount of rs. 4500 and as a whole i have to pay a sum of rs.11000 (Even the new phone cost itself rs.14000). I felt very bad about this as this is a total fault of the service person and i refused to accept the device. The device is now with the service center. After this incident, i started contacting motorola customer support and they are not even responding with a resolution. Till now i have raised 5 incidents[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] to motorola customer support and no action taken by them yet.

                Ignorance to provide solution by the service provider at ranchi service centre and they are trying to mislead to the customer. I approached during warranty period but they have not entertained my complaint and suggested to come after few days. Again when i visited they denied to do service under warranty and not opened the job card of my hand set. The customer care executive of motorola also said that you have to tackle it with the service centre only we cannot help you. The service centre executive accepted that i visited there with in warranty period but not resolved the issue with my phone which i have bought in 2016 and reported issues with the phone.

                I gave my fone on 13 th December Moto x4 which was brought on 3 Rd december ..a newly brought mobile had prob and I gave today's date is Jan 19 it's more than a month and I still didn't get the mobile ..hats off to motorolo service centre

                  Good day! I purchased a motog5 (S) plus from dotcom moto hub on 8-jan-2018.

                  I am facing the following issue with my new phone. When i am watching a video in whatsapp, and i receive a call, which i attend, the video does not pause! The video sound is playing in the background of the call. Hence i am unable to speak with the caller!!

                  On 12-jan-2018, i visited moto hub at vijaya forum mall, to check this issue. I was disappointed by the customer service given by vendor!!! The sales person initially told it is an issue with whatsapp, then he said it is an issue with android 7.1.1!! Then finally took my phone number and promised to give a feedback the next day, but till today no one bothered to call me!! Very pathetic after sale service!!

                  Will motorola take this issue and do something or at the least give me a convincing reply!!

                    On 02/06/2017 i bought a moto m (Silver, 64 gb) on invoice date:[protected], having [imei/serial no: [protected], [protected]] mobile phone from you via flipkart having order id: od[protected]. I have discovered that the phone has the following problems

                    1. Switch off / on itself.

                    2. Charging /issues

                    3. Lining in display

                    4. Software issues

                    5. Battery discharged from 100% to 20% itself after restart.

                    I have complained all these problems in your service centre three times.

                    1st time, on 2nd jan, 2018 - only software has been updated and returned to me.

                    2nd time, on 3rd jan, 2018 - some parts has been changed and returned to me. But my problems not solved so i resubmitted o 6th, i have my job card also for the same.

                    3rd time, on 6th jan, 2018 - phone submitted & phone is still in service centre only.

                    When i spoke to the manager, i have been told to take phone with older version of software, my phone doesn’t support new phone.

                      I bought Moto M (grey) on 24/4/17 from flipkar with order id OD[protected]. Since then, my mobile is having unique issue that it will not get switch on if I switch off (due to slowness / to refresh apps).

                      In past 9 months, i had this issue 3 times, each time i have to rush to your service centre, they keep the mob for a week and deliver it back after updating software (?). Dates of complaints are 14/6/17, 21/8/17 and 9/1/18.
                      Neither they are providing me any permanent solution, not replacing if there is hardware issue / not giving me any replacement (service centre - Rajajinagar, Bangalore).

                      I am using mobile phones from past 10yrs and this is the worst mob phone in my life time that you made me to go to service station everytime for simple switch on issues.
                      Cervice centre excecutives are pathetic.

                      3 complaints in 9 months due to handset / software / hardware issue which had given me worst of nightmares.

                      I need a refund and satisfactory reply else will left with no option but to go to consumer court.

                        The main issue for filpkart mobile -
                        1) after every five days it got hang and unable to touch any where after i did factory reset then it work but today also it got hang
                        But internet data is off so, i can't do factory reset also and now i got stuck. How third class mobile it is yaar.
                        Why playing with customer sir. Stop producing or selling mobile yaar if you don't know how to give proper product.
                        2) i visited to your servicing center in impress mall nagpur they are saying that i need to go dharampeth lenovo service center. What type of third class service providing you sir. All work got stuck man.

                        I m not satisfy with the product.
                        Please accept my return request and give my refund to me and don't play with customer

                          This is to inform you that am one of your customer from the last 3 years. I have purchased the mot x play through flipkart on 19.10.2015, now the last 3 months onwards battery is automatically discharged, every day i put fully charged the battery, in the evening 60% of the battery was discharged/switch off automatically. So i am visited your authorized service center delhi (The cell point, b1/517a, jankpuri, 110058) on 04.01.2018 for checking. The engineer saying to replace my battery and software update to solve my phone problem, and also said due to out of stock the battery you have to for 2 days. Finally am agreed for that and i made half advance payment also for urgent formalities. This phone gives me a lot trouble from the last 3 months, but after a regular followups today (09.01.2018) the cell point executive told me wait for 2 -3 days also, if it is not received you will get refund the advance amount. This was the poor service offered from your end after waiting battery replacement from the last 5 days.
                          Kindly see my problem and revert back immediately

                            The moto m device which am currently using it not all getting charged. The original charging cable was having the issue and i replaced it with a new one. But still it is doing the same.

                            Have been facing this issue for for than 6 months and my device is not more than 1 year old.

                            Am unable to charge this device anymore and the device is usable now.

                            This seems to be a repeated issue with moto m across most users and so far we haven't received any solution from the company perspective.

                              Handset deposited at service center express road kanpur.

                              Kindly note that my handset moto e4 plus purchased online on 10.08.2017,
                              Had minor touch screen problem since day 1 of purchase which gradually became major problem day by day.
                              I went to the service center (220, express road the mall kanpur-208001, mobile : [protected]) with my complaint on 19.12.2017.
                              Service center deliberately started saying that the handset is physically damaged and is out of warranty thus repairing cost is chargeable.
                              I repeatedly convinced them that the set is perfectly alright and there is no evidence of any damage.
                              Service center started making an issue and now saying that the set is bend, and not specifying from customer care technicians.
                              You are therefore kindly requested to help me to sort out this problem and get my handset repaired which is very well under warranty.

                                Purchased moto g 4 from amazon in july 2017. First a pin in sim slot broke then it began to turn off frequently.
                                Approached service centre but they denied my warranty under the term 'physical damage '. Now says need to change charging port and battery which will coast ₹.2600 approx.
                                I didn't expect this. You people are focusing on denying warranty than providing it. That pin broke within three months of purchase. Worst service ever

                                  I have purchased a moto c plus mobile. After 5 days problem in mobile then go the service center. They have format my mobile. After that some functions stop working then i told regarding this issue but they have not resolve this issue. After that i have complained to the motorola online customer care. Then technical team called me and told me they have updated wrong software so that options are disabled. So when you will go the service center then call me and told to customer support team they have transfer call to me and i will talk with the service center. When i go the service center and call to customer support team then they have not transfer call. After that i have lot of emailed
                                  But they have not response yet.

                                    I'm using moto z2 play, and everyone using moto phones on this planet facing this terrible "ascending ringing volume" setting, that can't be turned off. What the heck? I paid rs.28000 for moto z2 play, and am i not allowed to hear the actual ringing volume for incoming calls?? Update the moto software to disable this increasing ringing volume.. Or provide a workaround. Who the heck are you to force this low volume of first 3 sec of incoming call ringing?? It makes us angry.

                                      Motorola India is not providing me the service for my smart watch...they are fooling me for past 1 month..they sometimes admit the problem and on ther day start refusing it...
                                      one day assures for replacement and on the other day transfers the case to another person ...they are frauding me for past 30 days...

                                        I had purchased a lenovo phone from flipkart as on 24/05/2017. On using the device for about 2 months i found the touch screen to be unresponsive at some specific location. So i returned the device to the service center, from their failing to repair the issue i was given a new phone moto g 5 s plus from the service center.

                                        The device was performing good untill some software update came and ruined the device. Now the device has been showing low signal strength all time where the cellular reception is very good and battery is draining very fast. On giving to the service center they act as it is normal and simply give the phone without resolving the issue. When i went there second time the customer care told to give it to some other place since they cannot replace the same. And they are never accepting the problem as such.

                                        After the bad experiecn i contacted the online support of lenovo and moto but they all are not giving a solution to the problem.
                                        I do not want to own a phone having a problem that the company is unable to resolve. I had requested them for option of returning the phone and give the money or a solution to this problem. But nothing has so far happened.
                                        Hoping to get a resolution for the same.

                                        already i have posted in the forum in moto . But i did not get a good reply. As mentioned by support i already have done all those things before itself.
