Maine moto g3 turbo addition phn liya tha.. 13 oct 2016 ko mera charger khrab ho gya... Mere charger pe 1 year ka warranty hai.. Maine charger ko service centre me diya.. Wo mera phone v submit krwaye.. 3 din bad phn to waps kr diye but charger nhi diye... 1 mahine ke bad charger diye.. Jaise hi charger me lgaya.. 10 min me charger blast ho gya.. Usi din charger service centre me diye... Bola abhi charger nhi hai.. Apko phn aur charger submit krna hoga.. Maine charger submit kiya.. Phn nhi qki pichle bar submit kiya tha to mera phn damage ho gya tha... 26 ko dubara charger submit kiya.. Wo bole dushare ke bad le jane but ab wo mera purana charge wapas kr diye.. Charger nhi de rhe.. 13 oct 2017 ko mera warranty bhi khatm ho jayega.. Please help me..

Thank you so much sir for help.. service centre wale gandi tarah se bat kr rhe hai.. aur 13 Oct 2017 mera warranty khatm ho jayega.. aur wo mera charger exchange nhi kr rhe.. mere pas Jada time nhi hai... Please help me sir

    I have my mobile at moto service center bhavnagar gujrat 0n date 28/08/2017 but till time its not repair i have call many time in service center and also at moto cutomer support but non of both giving me any answer pls do needful they have not given me any handset to use due to this i can not use my internet plan which i have already pay money for it and ihave already spent too much money in calling

    I bought Moto M and the device is still under warranty period. When tried to chat with customer care, at first they told warranty is valid for 6 months. When I showed documents then they said it was confusions. Further CC told now the rules have been changed. Again asked him to refer the new rules published on the motorola website but he couldn't.

      This is mohd kamil. Today i am going to tell you real story on motorola india service. My story and my bad time started when i brought moto g4 phone from amazon. After 2 month (3 jan, 2017) i had a minor issue with my phone i. E earphone jack was not working so i visited service center they said to me that your motherboard got damage and not working so we need to change that to new one and i was shocked that how earphone jack problem will convert to motherboard damage problem but anyhow i agreed to submit my phone coz my phone was in under warranty and i don't need to spend against the service so i have submitted my phone, they changed the motherboard and handover the phone after 15 days. I came back to home and noticed that speaker was not working so i went there and told them the new issue and submitted phone again. And wtf i was surprised they creaked my display while repairing phone' speakers. They changed the display. I collected the phone and it got out of order once again after 15 days the phone got automatically switched off and i had visited to the service centre again and this time they have changed my phone battery to the new one.
      The issue was resolved, but the battery backup was not upto mark. 50% of battery draining in one hour so i had to submit the phone again they checked and said battery is working fine even i used in front of authorize person with the same issue they said to me setup your phone setting, it will drain fast first time so, give it to some time and charge your battery again, i came back to my place but the issue was not resolve really i fed up the motorola india's service and their so called lazy service centre.
      I complained on the social media they said give us one chance if this time problem will not resolve, we will provide replacement or refund so i visited motorola service center and submitted the phone. After 5 days i received a call from the motorola india head office and they said all issues of the phone have been resolved and you can collect the phone when. I went there and checked the phone but the phone have the same issues. I have visited around 13th time to service centre and at the end i have found they didn't even changed anything in my phone because they always issued manual job sheet against the service and i have informed from the head office this time you will get electronic job sheet which reflect in company's data. Now they want me to collect the phone having the same issue.

      I need either replacement or refund against my phone.

      Why are you not understanding my problems I have sent lot of emails and posts on social media they are not doing anything and service center wants me to collect a faulty phone. Why I collect phone which have the problem.

      As I have gotten repaired more than 6-8 times and phone still not working fine I need replacement or refund ...

      I have submitted my Moto 360 watch well within warranty period, but have been waiting for replacement /update for past 9 months. Such service is disappointing.

          I bought moto e4 plus mobile, but within 1 month it's not working properly. It's display blink after 10 minutes continue. I went service centre okhla phase 2, 2-3 times but it's change mother board. But no result. Now i want replace it or refund asap.

            service center refusing to accept warranty

            I was a happy user with my motorolla z play until the moment the screen got stuck while i was messaging. I tried to hard reboot the phone as the phone wasn't responding and seem to become hot. But unfortunately i was never able to turn on my device after this.

            After this i decided to submit my device with authorized service center under warranty terms (Planet n, nagercoil, tamilnadu) on 21st september. But on 22nd i got a call...

            Sir I am from Jaipur city. I have mobile Moto e4 plus. I have bought it on 27-7-17. On[protected] I have problem regarding touch(touch not working yet it has no broken or scratches.) I have submitted it on same day in service centre. I have gone 3times service center.but yet they not correct my phone. So please look in this problem.

            Why are you not going to release android O update for moto g4 plus ?
            It was released only last year, You are going to release update for g5 series.
            You expect us to buy a new mobile phone every year ?
            You guys don't believe that your phone's will work for more than 1 year is it ?

              Laat year Motorola launched g4 plus smartphone with promise that this phone will be updated to android n and o update .
              Android n is obtained but now company has removed g4 plus from the list of devices getting Android o update.
              Thus is really a cheating.
              I also have proofs about their promise o[censored]pdates.
              Please help.

                Hi all, please don't buy moto products it's worst. I had purchased moto e4 plus from flipkart on 6 sep 2017. Due to over heat problem i had returned back the product. And i have received new mobile moto e4 plus on 16 sep 2017. When i am working with this product the display suddenly not working. I had faced many problems with this product. All are know about the service centers from them no quick response. My suggestion is please don't buy motorola products i think it's like a china product.

                  As i need to purchase usb cable of moto m, and i visit to motorola service centre to purchase usb cable at 1st floor jyoti cineplex, maharana pratap nagar, zone 1, bhopal, mp and unfortunately i do reach there at 7:15. So i met 1 executive for this issue, the nature of that executive is so arrogant, i dont know for what reason, he actually not even directly telling me that what i have to fo next, everything i have to ask him, the nature of that person is very bad as we are not there customer inspite to this, it looks like that we are asking him to provide new phone. This should not be good nature to talk to customer.

                    I have purchased moto z play 4 months ago. Its display got cracked internally. Phone was not fall/dropped it was in my pocket when i try to make call there is no display on screen. When i went to service center they told me that internal display is damaged even there is no scratch on screen or edges. Then how the internal display damaged? They are saying may be you put it in to tight jeans pocket. So that means this phone is not for the persons who wears jeans?
                    Does the company didn't tested the phone for this?
                    Service center saying the phone will be repaired on chargeable basis even it is in warranty.
                    Worst thing is that customer care don't provide company email id's to send our queries.

                      Very bad phone motorola 4g only one year warranty after one month phone is dad.
                      Show the service centre 2day and change 350/- but phone not working only issue network problem. And service centre in derawal nagar b-47) manager saying you phone mother board is dad and you will be pay now 8500/ extra. Only one year one'month. Motorola phone is not good.

                        I was asked to submit my device to the service center as soon as i contacted the company and told them about my problems, i. E., a amazon app icon was seen on the homescreen but it was not installed, that were occurring in my mobile, but instead of solving the problems and removing them, they just created some other problems in my mobile and for just one problem they replaced all of my hardwares in the mobile and yet the problem exist in the mobile. Today after a one month time span, after i had submitted my mobile in the service center, i visited the service center and received my mobile as they contacted me yesterday that my mobile is repaired but now when i used it, i faced with the same problems and also some new problems such as camera app stopped working, photos app stopped working and also using flash while clicking a photo the photo became darker instead of lighting up. I have told them my problems again and again, and yet they don't care to take me seriously and solve my problems seriously. I have bought the mobile this january and within 7-8 months i have visited service center 5-6 times for submitting my device and for keeping my device for exactly or more than 1 month they still cannot solve my problems. Please consider this message seriously and as soon as possible. I am now fed up of visiting service center again and again as i am a student and i don't have much time. Thank you, i hope you look into this matter seriously and quickly.

                        Yesterday I found when I charged the mobile in 3 hrs only 5% is charged. After 12 hrs it's charged to 28%.I pre-booked it when it's launched.

                        This type of poor quality with so high price reflect so poorly on part of Moto(Lenovo).They are just duping customer with this kind of poor make.

                        Please resolve my issue.

                            I bought my mobile 45 days back i. E moto m. It's camera under room and dark conditions is worst. It's flash also much poorer compared to mobiles with in the price range of 10000. I complained it to the motorola company but they are not taking any action. I also visited service center thrice they are not taking my complaint. Plz provide solution to my problem immediately.

                              I have changed my phone display due to product defect under warranty on 3/6/2017
                              And on today 5-9-2017 my phone display is found defect, this time is worst than last.

                              So i have my send representative to multiple mobile care coimbatore for querying warranty details. On 5-9-2017 afternoon my rep approached a women employee on receiving area and then she redirected him to mr. Vignesh (Says he is the manger for moto service dealer)
                              So vignesh checked my phone, and then he made an oral promise to my rep that this is product failure so he will replace it under parts warranty.
                              My rep came back with that info,

                              Than i approached the mr. Vignesh on 5/9/2017 6 pm, once again he checked my phone then said its not covered under warranty because my phone warranty period is expired, i was stunned by his answer.
                              Then he was argued that he never said those words to my rep regarding warranty replacement. As a customer he handled me terribly.

                              1 : i have replaced my phone display on 3/6/2017 under warranty, the replaced parts does seems to be original as it slightly different from the one that came with the phone

                              2 : so obviously the replaced parts under warranty may not be upto the quality standard or maybe its a counterfeit parts. Or the labor who replaced my phone display not handled it properly, i dont know

                              My phone warranty period is expired on 17-6 2017 i understand this, but i am not asking for any other components to be replaced under warranty, i am asking for the for the display to be replaced under warranty because refer point 1 &2

                                I bought moto g5 plus as it is a motorola brand. Later i realized that it's became a china phone. The reason is the product's glass is not a normal glass and its an international china's gorilla glass that's why it was broken in to 5 pieces by falling from one feet height.

                                This is the worst thing in moto brand now and they are cheating our indians with cheap products. So as an indian now i realized to never buy a china product. Moto / motorola is a china product now. So my dear indian people please don't buy china product and don't become fools like me.

                                Sorry u china people I don't do cuz I did it already n u we're not responded . U cheaters
                                During net serfing some times bip sound effects occurs continuously in mobile.when I off the data connection the sound not comes.
                                This type of sound occurs last 1 week before that I used 6 month from purchase no any type of sound occurs.
                                So, kindly resolve my problem

                                    Dear sir i bought moto e4plus phone from flipkart and got received by 2nd august 2017. My phone stopped responding touch without any scratch any type of physical damage on 23rd august i submitted the phone 24th august in service center from then i'm waiting for my phone. It is 13 days now submitting phone in service centre. I used the phone for 21 days with so care not any scratch on that. And service center already took 13 days. However still no information when problem will be solved the company took 9999 for this phone they should take responsibility and replace the phone

                                      Motorola mobile issue is there in all their handset. Kindly keep this in mind and launch new handset. Motorola is such a big brand still they are not rectifying this issue. I am using their product since long. I am having this issue from my first handset. All other things are good in their handset. But due to heating issue i am thinking to change the handset.
