Hi,
I went to cellularworld service center in moksh plaza at borivali, mumbai, for my moto g4 plus mobile repair.
- my phone falls in warranty period. Phone's display had issues and the executive at service center told me to change it, which they did free of cost. But then my phone started behaving abnormally. It would flicker, go to sleep mode whenever i made or received phone calls.
- i went back to the service center and they worked on it, but the problem continued and this time around phone started to freeze ;i was not able to operate it.
- i went back to the center they changed the touch pad but within 24 hrs the issues reappeared and also they didn't fix the screen properly, it was protruding out.
- i went back to the service center again but they didn't behave properly this time around and said that moto's internal parts are faulty you should approach moto directly. It was bit abnormal but after deep argument they agreed upon for the repair. Screen was fixed properly but still my phone has issues. Whenever i move the application on screen i see shadows of application moving along it at the background. It flickers at times.

I am not at all satisfied with the service offered to me by the service center. I feel cheated. I am writing this for seeking help.

Respected sir/ madam,
i am useing moto c plus mobile in that i am using two sim card slot 1-jio and other slot-2 airtel. in slot -2 no network is showing
and i am having may problems by using this problem. there network problem in this phone.

    Dear motorola team,
    I am too much frustrated with your service center service in jamshedpur, jharkhand.
    At the time of charger connected, the screen of my mobile jerked and hanged every time since last three weeks.
    I visited service centre, they kept my mobile on 6th ot.17 and generated complain in system.
    They called me today that problem has been resolved but after waiting two-2 hours, they could not handed over my mobile but in system they had closed it as resolved.
    They misbehaved with me too.
    Still my mobile is under service center, they have not resolved and you can see in system that problem is resolved and closed.
    Please need your intervention to help me.
    Waiting for your support to resolve this issue till tomorrow otherwise i am compelled to take it another way to media network. (Scan copy of service centre attached)

      Dear sir,

      From yesterday my mobile lost the display.in this regard we are went to service centre (Lenovo and motorola service centre, kukatpally, hyderabad). But in service center no one technician is not available to service my phone.

      Today also i was went to this service center, but they are saying from today afternoon the warranty period was expired. And they are asking rs 6800/- for servicing my mobile.

      Please do needful on this issue as early as possible

      I am below providing the my mobile and purchasing details.

      Dear sir i purchase new moto phone but not working properly.we have problem in network.always network disappeared in my new phone.when i was comp lent on moto customer care they told me it was service provider problem but in other phone its working properly. before some time we have also prolem with my phone camra.

        Hi,
        My name is haji and i am a moto user and i m using moto plus and the phone is not getting charged by my own charger cable and on the display the shadow of different apps are visible and the battery has came up a bit from the normal position and when i went to service centre they told it is a liquid damage and they cant repair under warranty and they said liquid is in mother board and it went down to the charging port and damaged the cable however i cant understand if the liquid is in motherboard how it came down to the charging port and damaged the charger cable and it did not damaged the charging port nor the phone which is not possible if the liquid is inside the phone the phone will skimpily not work and how can liquid flows down to the charger port and damage the cable and i m chasing the service centre guys and no proper response and my phone is under warranty and they are saying liquid damage does not come under warranty if it is a liquid damage the phone will shut down and it will no flow and damage the charger cable nonsense this was not expected from moto and if i don't get proper resolution i will be soon uploading a video in you tube about moto as this is not acceptable

Using my motorola m mobile last 7 months and am facing network issue and 4g signal problems and i concerned 3 times to resolve my issue at motorola service center but they didn't clear my issue.             Now my phone (Motorola g4 plus) condition is very bad to use, because of automatically touch screen operated.in this situation i cant use this. I am a businessman, daily i got lot of calls. Now i cant contact with the clients. My phone is in warranty period. This kind of complaints shows the cheating of customers. I like moto that's y i choose this company, this is very pathetic condition to use. 4 month before i purchased same phone for my wife, now i am thinking about that one also, how long the life of the mobile. I think u understood my situation & problems what i am suffer. Please do the needful.in this condition i cant use this one. I prefer for a new one because of its not of my problem. The company should replace it & pay for the valuable time of the customer demanded amount. This amount comes to under the product that makes the total loss of the customer.
            I wish this will clear at earliest...

              Maine moto g3 turbo addition phn liya tha.. 13 oct 2016 ko mera charger khrab ho gya... Mere charger pe 1 year ka warranty hai.. Maine charger ko service centre me diya.. Wo mera phone v submit krwaye.. 3 din bad phn to waps kr diye but charger nhi diye... 1 mahine ke bad charger diye.. Jaise hi charger me lgaya.. 10 min me charger blast ho gya.. Usi din charger service centre me diye... Bola abhi charger nhi hai.. Apko phn aur charger submit krna hoga.. Maine charger submit kiya.. Phn nhi qki pichle bar submit kiya tha to mera phn damage ho gya tha... 26 ko dubara charger submit kiya.. Wo bole dushare ke bad le jane but ab wo mera purana charge wapas kr diye.. Charger nhi de rhe.. 13 oct 2017 ko mera warranty bhi khatm ho jayega.. Please help me..

                I have my mobile at moto service center bhavnagar gujrat 0n date 28/08/2017 but till time its not repair i have call many time in service center and also at moto cutomer support but non of both giving me any answer pls do needful they have not given me any handset to use due to this i can not use my internet plan which i have already pay money for it and ihave already spent too much money in calling

                I bought Moto M and the device is still under warranty period. When tried to chat with customer care, at first they told warranty is valid for 6 months. When I showed documents then they said it was confusions. Further CC told now the rules have been changed. Again asked him to refer the new rules published on the motorola website but he couldn't.

                  This is mohd kamil. Today i am going to tell you real story on motorola india service. My story and my bad time started when i brought moto g4 phone from amazon. After 2 month (3 jan, 2017) i had a minor issue with my phone i. E earphone jack was not working so i visited service center they said to me that your motherboard got damage and not working so we need to change that to new one and i was shocked that how earphone jack problem will convert to motherboard damage problem but anyhow i agreed to submit my phone coz my phone was in under warranty and i don't need to spend against the service so i have submitted my phone, they changed the motherboard and handover the phone after 15 days. I came back to home and noticed that speaker was not working so i went there and told them the new issue and submitted phone again. And wtf i was surprised they creaked my display while repairing phone' speakers. They changed the display. I collected the phone and it got out of order once again after 15 days the phone got automatically switched off and i had visited to the service centre again and this time they have changed my phone battery to the new one.
                  The issue was resolved, but the battery backup was not upto mark. 50% of battery draining in one hour so i had to submit the phone again they checked and said battery is working fine even i used in front of authorize person with the same issue they said to me setup your phone setting, it will drain fast first time so, give it to some time and charge your battery again, i came back to my place but the issue was not resolve really i fed up the motorola india's service and their so called lazy service centre.
                  I complained on the social media they said give us one chance if this time problem will not resolve, we will provide replacement or refund so i visited motorola service center and submitted the phone. After 5 days i received a call from the motorola india head office and they said all issues of the phone have been resolved and you can collect the phone when. I went there and checked the phone but the phone have the same issues. I have visited around 13th time to service centre and at the end i have found they didn't even changed anything in my phone because they always issued manual job sheet against the service and i have informed from the head office this time you will get electronic job sheet which reflect in company's data. Now they want me to collect the phone having the same issue.

                  I need either replacement or refund against my phone.

                  Why are you not understanding my problems I have sent lot of emails and posts on social media they are not doing anything and service center wants me to collect a faulty phone. Why I collect phone which have the problem.

                    I have bought a moto e4 mobile in 24 days ago.
                    In this mobile is usually displayed in speaker symbol and speaker sound and tcharging complaint..
                    This phone is 3times serviced in moto service center but this phone is repeated in this problem.
                    This moto care is not responsible in my mobilephone issue.
                    Please help... Sir.

                        service center refusing to accept warranty

                        I was a happy user with my motorolla z play until the moment the screen got stuck while i was messaging. I tried to hard reboot the phone as the phone wasn't responding and seem to become hot. But unfortunately i was never able to turn on my device after this.

                        After this i decided to submit my device with authorized service center under warranty terms (Planet n, nagercoil, tamilnadu) on 21st september. But on 22nd i got a call...

                        Why are you not going to release android O update for moto g4 plus ?
                        It was released only last year, You are going to release update for g5 series.
                        You expect us to buy a new mobile phone every year ?
                        You guys don't believe that your phone's will work for more than 1 year is it ?
                        Then I think you should stop making smartphones.

                          Laat year Motorola launched g4 plus smartphone with promise that this phone will be updated to android n and o update .
                          Android n is obtained but now company has removed g4 plus from the list of devices getting Android o update.
                          Thus is really a cheating.
                          I also have proofs about their promise o[censored]pdates.
                          Please help.

                          Motorola is lier..they promised of getting android o update during the launch of its device. But now they are saying it is an unplanned update. That means moto lied to us that will getting o on the launch event. So how can we trust such a fraud company who lies on the launch of the device?

                            Hi all, please don't buy moto products it's worst. I had purchased moto e4 plus from flipkart on 6 sep 2017. Due to over heat problem i had returned back the product. And i have received new mobile moto e4 plus on 16 sep 2017. When i am working with this product the display suddenly not working. I had faced many problems with this product. All are know about the service centers from them no quick response. My suggestion is please don't buy motorola products i think it's like a china product.

                              As i need to purchase usb cable of moto m, and i visit to motorola service centre to purchase usb cable at 1st floor jyoti cineplex, maharana pratap nagar, zone 1, bhopal, mp and unfortunately i do reach there at 7:15. So i met 1 executive for this issue, the nature of that executive is so arrogant, i dont know for what reason, he actually not even directly telling me that what i have to fo next, everything i have to ask him, the nature of that person is very bad as we are not there customer inspite to this, it looks like that we are asking him to provide new phone. This should not be good nature to talk to customer.

                                I have purchased moto z play 4 months ago. Its display got cracked internally. Phone was not fall/dropped it was in my pocket when i try to make call there is no display on screen. When i went to service center they told me that internal display is damaged even there is no scratch on screen or edges. Then how the internal display damaged? They are saying may be you put it in to tight jeans pocket. So that means this phone is not for the persons who wears jeans?
                                Does the company didn't tested the phone for this?
                                Service center saying the phone will be repaired on chargeable basis even it is in warranty.
                                Worst thing is that customer care don't provide company email id's to send our queries.

                                  Very bad phone motorola 4g only one year warranty after one month phone is dad.
                                  Show the service centre 2day and change 350/- but phone not working only issue network problem. And service centre in derawal nagar b-47) manager saying you phone mother board is dad and you will be pay now 8500/ extra. Only one year one'month. Motorola phone is not good.

                                    I was asked to submit my device to the service center as soon as i contacted the company and told them about my problems, i. E., a amazon app icon was seen on the homescreen but it was not installed, that were occurring in my mobile, but instead of solving the problems and removing them, they just created some other problems in my mobile and for just one problem they replaced all of my hardwares in the mobile and yet the problem exist in the mobile. Today after a one month time span, after i had submitted my mobile in the service center, i visited the service center and received my mobile as they contacted me yesterday that my mobile is repaired but now when i used it, i faced with the same problems and also some new problems such as camera app stopped working, photos app stopped working and also using flash while clicking a photo the photo became darker instead of lighting up. I have told them my problems again and again, and yet they don't care to take me seriously and solve my problems seriously. I have bought the mobile this january and within 7-8 months i have visited service center 5-6 times for submitting my device and for keeping my device for exactly or more than 1 month they still cannot solve my problems. Please consider this message seriously and as soon as possible. I am now fed up of visiting service center again and again as i am a student and i don't have much time. Thank you, i hope you look into this matter seriously and quickly.

                                    Yesterday I found when I charged the mobile in 3 hrs only 5% is charged. After 12 hrs it's charged to 28%.I pre-booked it when it's launched.

                                    This type of poor quality with so high price reflect so poorly on part of Moto(Lenovo).They are just duping customer with this kind of poor make.

                                    Please resolve my issue.
