I purchased moto g4 + in oct 2016. After 1-2 month of purchase something is happenin gwith it. I changed it's head phones, charger, screen, mother board (Twice) till now. Still phone is not working properly.
Current problems -
1. It's touch is woking automatically anytime.
2. Sometimes few portion of screen is blinking without any touch.
3. When it is on charging i cannot use it because touch is not working properly.
4. If any application is opened then sometimes it is difficult to close it.

I cannot tolerate this phone any more. Please change it.

    I bought moto e4 plus... And on 12 day its screen stop working.. I gave the phone to the service centre but when i got my phone its calling quality is worse no voice has been heard on either side.. Phone gets restart automatically thousamds of problem.. I am not going to hand it over service centre.. I want serious action againt it.. My freimds also bought this handset and same problem persist on their set... I want my handset replaced by a good peice or i want money back... If no action is taken by your side i am going to take action against your fraud compamy motorola or lenovo.

    I have Charging slot problem and battery back up problem I have submitted my phone two times for 15 -20 days in service centre but still there is that problem because of your this service I am very upset and disturbed
    Do some thing either I will not recommend anybody to purchase Motorola, ke novo phone

      I purchased motorola 360 smartwatch one and a half years back. Now it has stopped working but when i called up motorola repair center, they refused to repair it. As it is now not under warranty it cannot be replaced. They should not have sold it in india. They must clearly mentioned that watch is not repairable.
      I am ready to pay the expenses but my watch should either be repaired or replaced.

        I purchased a moto 360 2nd generation smartwatch on 20th august, 2016. Today it has been barely a week out of warranty and the touch screen stops responding. I ask the motorola customer support for help regarding the repair. I understand that the watch is out of warranty so i am ready to pay for the repairs. However i get a response that since my device is out of warranty, it cannot be repaired. I feel cheated buying an expensive electronic product which stops working just after the warranty expires and with no means for repair.

          I brought moto z play on 27th jan 2017 through flipkart.com with imei no:-[protected] and [protected]. After 4 months later my handset mic was not working properly, so i went to my nearest lenovo & motorola service centre (Khushi communication, tilak nagar), they took 12 days to repair the handset. Next day after his speakers was not working then another 2 days they took. On that day they have replaced a motherboard with new imei no.[protected] and imei no.[protected]. Then after 15 days i. E on 20 th aug 2017 the touch was not working and i submitted the same on 22nd aug 2017, they gave cis slip that written on them that they will deliver this phone after 3-4 day. Its now almost 12 days still the handset is not ready and given me an excuses that they ll deliver on next day and next day.
          Seriously motorola i got a very pathetic experience with your handset. I guess this is your high-end category phones but still no improvement on the services. After many patients i am writing this mail to you. I hope you take some serious action on this.

            Hi my name is pradeep mahera. I have motorola's mobile.
            Modal name is motorola g 4 plus. I have problem in my phone so i give it to motorola service center.in three times they cannot resolve my problem so i request them to please change my device but they cannot hear my problem so what should i do?
            Last time i submitted my mobile on date 23/8/2017 but thare is no response from mobile company.

              First of all, i strongly recommend not to buy a motorola smartphone because they are just irresponsible and very very bad in manner. Please, nobody buy a motorola phone.

              It's been 5 days i am trying to contact voice plus motorola service center at kochi to know my phone's repair status and also now it's over the promised date to deliver my phone. I have only one number to contact them which was mentioned in the service record of them but no one is answering to my call sorry not only to mine nobody's too.in this regard how can i get in touch with this service center and one of the motorola customer care executive said to me that if you want to know your repair status just visit the service center for each time, the distance between my home and service center is 45 km. Please note the responsibility of motorola to their customers.

              The motorola is cheating all of their customers by offering services but no one is getting their actual services. I am saying this because i have contacted with their customer care in this regard and the very best customer team always saying i am sorry sir sorry for the inconvenience apart from this they have nothing to say nothing to do for us even they cannot answer to any specifice technical queries.

              For a conclusion i would like to raise complaints against motorola mobility for cheating, denying customer rights, and for betrayal. I humbly request to indian gov to take an action please.

                I have purchased moto g5 on 3rd of august'17. I have started using the same from 5th as it requires nano sim which was not with me. After using it the fault was found that the screen light was blinking and the numbers which were stored in phone were gone automatically. On 10th august i have given the phone back to moto services center and requested for a new piece as the same was faulty since day one. Now the service center have keep that phone and after two days they have given the same phone back stating that there was a software update problem though i have requested for a new phone. But after that also the problem remains the same. So again i have to submit the phone and they kept the phone with them for long. They have given back that phone on 25th august and said the phone is ok now. Again yesterday when sim card was inserted it was not working and even the phone was not getting charged. Being a brand like motorola it is not good that you give the faulty piece. Now i don't want this phone anymore kindly give my refund money of the phone. Hope the complain will be entertain immediately.

                  This is the worst phone ever by motorola how can such phones should be allowed to sold in the open market of such deficiencies.
                  I am using this phone since one month and this device is hazardous-
                  It heats as hell while charging
                  You can not use it while charging
                  Phone is volte supported but it is unable to host that function even customer care executives fails to help me over the issue and adviced to visit a service centre, for a 12 days old phone. Does that make sense???

                    Hey everyone
                    My name is anmol kakkar. I am from meerut city.
                    First of all i want to ask everyone a simple question.
                    Do you buy any phone without checking it's features, quality, functions?
                    Everyone looks for these things before buying
                    Ok now i will share my story, i purchased this phone moto g turbo on 5th sept 2016 from my first salary.
                    Some of the best reasons of my purchase were-
                    1. Turbo charging
                    2. Otg connection (Those who don't know what it is, for them-its a function that let's you connect a pen drive directly in to your phone with the help of a small usb device)
                    3. Camera
                    4. Service centre availability in my locality.

                    Soon after the purchase all these functions/feature start turning to the worst.
                    Motorola manufacturers the worst charger a company can. This is for the 3rd time i will have to get my charger replace. Moreover it's a lie that motorola claims that it charges 45%in 15 minutes.

                    Otf connectivity was the major reason i purchased this phone, but with a software update or some android update i lost this function.
                    I don't remember the exact date i guess in november i received the update.
                    For a long time i was in d state that may be dere r sum technical issues because of which this function is not working, so i decided to call customer care.
                    I shared all my problems with the representative and in the end what he said 'we can't do anything in this case'
                    I was like dude?
                    Just imagine you purchase a phone for its sum function and soon the co remove it. How will you feel?

                    Last but one of the most # thing, its screen problem because of which it's camer quality decreases by 80%.
                    The screen is cover with small linings, which can be ignored by the user but is comparable.
                    The company itself know this problem very well, if you will ever call motorola helpline they will give you a option i[censored] r seeing any lines on the screen then press _
                    For this problem i went to the service centre again, they told me that it's screen will get replace.
                    I said ok.
                    They asked me to leave the phone for minimum 2 months and the reason were 1. Due to shortage of screen &
                    2. We don't repair it here, we have to send it to some big city.

                    Can you live without your phone for 2 months?

                      Dear madam/sir,
                      This is to bring to your kind notice that there was some issue with my phone moto g4+ model:ap3734ae7k8, imei1:[protected], imei2:[protected]
                      1. Heating up of the phone.
                      2. Display got hanged while charging.

                      As we had deposited the phone to the service centre in 28-june-2017 and got returned after repaired on 20-july-2017.
                      As the phone was not properly repaired, we had again submitted the same on 26-july-2017. The person at service centre told us that the phone's display has problem as the same was repaired by them. But till date i. E. 20-august-2017 we had not got any update on the same, after being sent many mails to them.
                      So it is requested you to take action in this regard to solve my problem.

                        I submitted my faulty product and data cable in warranty period in pitampura service center, now its closed, only mobile was transfered to tilak nagar sc, and its been around 2.5 months and still they are giving me same reasons and asking me for more time again and again instead of giving me replacement of mobile and when i visit sc they don't have my my data cable either, and some of them also talks rudely, they don't really care about customers, even when i warned them about complaining in consumer court, they said, go ahead, you can do whatever you want, they guys do argue instead of showing products. Always saying "we apologise, we need 10 more days/ a week time" and again after given time they will ask for same.
                        No one is giving any proper answers.

                          Hi sir,

                          Denying consumer rights of claiming complaint against manufacturer defects and supporting and promoting an online shopping company.
                          I have gone to the dealer/authorized service center for claiming a manufacturer defect complaint and to replace that low-quality device with a new one but the dealer/service provider said that they can only process replacement from amazon.in purchases they said that because i am purchased from flipkart.com. But sir i have one year of manufacturer warranty left on my device and so i hope they are responsible for replacement on the basis of manufacturer warranty and i have the right to ask for a new device? Please sir grand me and take an immediate action because they are cheating peoples every day i have experienced it. You can check their review

                          I have purchased a Moto X force from Flipkart with one year of manufacturer warranty. Two days after delivering the product it has got an internal display damage (Please check the damage I have submitted a video of it) and so immediately I have contacted Flipkart for replacement but as per seller policy of service they can only do a refund for me along with this issue and they said that if you go to Moto service center I'll definitely get a replacement from moto, therefore, I visit one of your authorized service center at Kochi, India (Voice Plus Moto Service Center) to claim a complaint against manufacturer defect but your service center tell me that they can not process my replacement because I have purchased it from Flipkart.com and they can only do replacement if I was purchased from Amazon.in. why this I come to you because I have a complaint with your product it was not a product of Flipkart and you are giving me one year of warranty on it so i have the right to ask for a replacement. Also, I chat with your team and they said that if you have any problem with the device within 7 days from the delivery date then the company should give you a replacement. So why I am not getting your service. why are you filtering customers by from where they buy. From wherever they purchased it, it's not a matter because of your warranty You are the only one responsible until the product has warranty left.

                          So here by I am demanding that I want that device replaced with new one and why your service center is behaving like that, i want you to answer clearly for all this.

                          You know Voice Plus Motorola Service Center is one of your worst service center in Kochi, India Please check their reviews here no one gave a good review they are just irresponsible and totally fraud peoples because they are not answering to anybody's calls, not responding to emails they are just contactless if consumers leave from there. I am living 45km far from your service center and if I want to know any updations I just need to go there is this is your assured quality of service? is this is your reputation?

                            Hi,

                            I purchased my motorola g4 plus phone in december 2017 which is still under warranty as of 1 year and i went to the service center as i was facing few issue with my phone then they denied to repair it.

                            They are saying your phone got bend (Pic attached) so we will not repair it. I don't know how my phone got bend as i have never dropped it even once as my screen is as it is and there is not a single scratch. They are saying it might have got bend due to keeping in a pocket or you might have slept on it.

                            My question to them is if there was so much pressure on the phone then how come screen didn't get broken??

                            They are not giving me any proper solution to this.

                            Please help me.

                              This is regarding information and request of the problem I am facing using a Motorola, a Lenovo owned comany's device.

                              I bought a Motorola Moto G 4th Generation 32 GB, some months ago. It is still under warranty. Since I've bought the device I am facing several issues like Screen Lagging, Auto-Touch, Heating, Not Charging, Power Button Not Working and Rear Camera Glass got scarched very easily in just a few days from the date of purchase.

                              Today, i.e., 14 of August 2017, I went to the Motorola/Lenovo Service Center at Okhla, New Delhi (F 26/4 Okhla Phase 2, Nathu sweet Main road, Adjoining Yamaha, New Delhi, Delhi 110020) Even if my device is under warranty they asked me pay an amount of approximately Rs. 2400/- for the repair of my device. I am really disappointed with the executives and service.

                              I request you to look after this as soon as possible. Whether my device should be repaired free of cost, and if the problem still exists then please replace my device as soon as possible. I am facing lots of problem.

                                I got my phone on 10th june. Last week i went to service centre regarding my charging problem. I got my problem solved. Exactly after a week today i got the same problem. We can't waste our complete time going to the service centre. I hope you look forward to this and resolved my problem asap or else i'll have to complain to the higher authorities.

                                  I purchased moto z style 3month back, it cost me 400000, the worst decision that i ever took. Within one month i faced so many issue in cellphone... And when reached to service center even they couldn't replaced and repair the things.. They know only how to argue with customer.. Under warranty even i couldn't get anything...

                                    I had given my cell phone moto g4 plus on 18/07/2017 to motorola service center at mapusa (Orion communications shop no f5, khalap building opp mmc market above canara bank mapusa) its under warranty problem power button not functioning /working, but still nor they receiving my calls nor any calls from them, nor any kind of solution they are giving its been a month past..

                                    I have given my moto 4g plus mobile to repair on 3 july to Sunaniya Electronics Harda work order no 2945 imei no. [protected]. Till now he unable to repair these. So I am looking to indian consumer forum. Noticed be issued. If you will not reply me/ resolved my mobile complaint well in time. It's so poor service in india. Why too much delay?

                                      Hi my phone is almost 2 years old. Suddenly it showed some complains while touching certain keys, keys where not working so we took phone to authorized repair centre in kaloor - cochin - kerala - india. They updated software and gave back after one week phone started heated and battery draining fast while in ideal. Then again went to shop they updated software... But no use and then they said battery should be changed and problem is solved.. But even after battery is changed problem still there.. Now they are saying it might by pcb board... And it should be changed... And cost almost price of phone... They have never triggered out a correct solution initially. And asked me to change battery cost me 1200rupee. I gave the money bealiving problem will be solved but noelw i lost my money and old battery... Please do the needful to at least get back the money i spent for the battery.. I am really disappointed by the response of the service center personals they litterly cheated me...

                                      Moto g 4 plus ka battery itna ghatiya hai ki kya bolu bhaiyo kabhi zindagi itna Ganda battery nahi hoga 6 mahine mai 2 battery Laga Chuka Lekin itna bekar hai battery Abhi 80 percent hoga tho fatakse switch off ho jata Mai bolta hu ki mat Lena a mobile sabse bekar mobile hai .

                                        Sir, I buy this mobile 25/12/16 this is warranty period and July month my mobile charging and Mick issue. I going to service center. And repair but my mobile not proper fitting thise time I talk him oraly he answers hand fitting me thoda gap rahata hi. I go there but i confuse and go today he ans me thise mobile cosmetic issue and not warranty. Isko karana hi to charges lagega sir mobile fitting barbar nahi kya isliye fitting lose ho gai rahegi. And continue massage coming from Facebook isn't responding. Also both problem solved mi please
