Hi,
I had purchased moto g plus 4th gen mobile from amazon.in in 2016. Now the fingerprint sensor not working and having the battery issue also, so i contact the service center in asansol. They said to me that you have to keep the mobile 15 days then only repair can be possible. This is merely not possible to keep the mobile for this much time. How come such a branded company mobile's service center people can do this? This is just their negligence and people are very authoritative. Fyi my mobile is in warranty period and i want a replacement of my mobile or total refund of my money which is rs.14999. Kindly help me in this regard.

I want compensation for mental and physical harassment and payment towards litigation expenses.And service behave very badly. But it hurts when your problem is still unsolved after bearing all this..And i have beared a lot last favour i want from motorolla is plz give back my money back and take away your device...Even every time when i called Motorola care, they told me that i will get a call from their side within next two days. It has been more than 4 days and i called them many time but i got same reply to get a call from their side but didn't get any response.     Dear sir,

    Few days (4-5 days) ago i went for repair my phone to authorized service center.
    They was not gave job work receipt.
    They said me we are not giving job work receipt after out of warranty.
    After two days i received my phone.
    But today i shown front camera is not working properly.
    Today i goes to service center and describe my problem but they told me this is not our fault go and do as you do.

    Please sir solve my problem.

      Hi team,

      Can please help to refund my money. I have submitted my device 1 st july 2017 in bangalore rajaji nagar center. Today approx 40 days over but they didn't repair my device. I visited more than 5 times to know status of my device but i found lots of problem related to software and phone mice speaker is not working and camera its self damage.
      When i inform to moto customer care people the from 15 days they telling. I have created escalation ticket with high priority they will contact you within 24 hrs. But till now i didn't get any call from escalation team. I don't want any services from there end please try to help me to refund my money back.

      My phone is within warranty period but i didn't get any proper service.

        I brought moto c plus 2 weeks back and suggested so many people its a good phone and few of my friends also brought the same phone. Unfortunately one day touch stopped working so i thought it a small issue and given it to service center to rectify that problem, they have taken 3 days time and gave it back after a day use i got the same problem so i have taken the phone to service again they told me that touch is not working told me that may be because of water damage i got so angry and told how will that happen two days back also you didnt tell any thing about any kind of issue now they are playing games and those service guys saw my hands are sweaty and told me that because of sweat the phone got water damaged is it a kind of sick joke? Is that the service from motorola and they dont want to do service to my phone which is 14 days old. I want to take the serious action immediately other wise i will go to consumer court. 4 of my family members brother, father are using moto only moto play, moto style, moto g3... That much i beveled in motorola if required i will send the bill of them.

          Hi, i bought motorola moto z play mobile on 4 november 2016 and it was sold to me as water repellent nano coating because of that feature i bought the mobile phone. From 2 days (5/8/2017 saturday) touch was not working so i took it to the motorola service center in jayanagar bengaluru on monday 7/8/2017 they took my phone and said we will contact you within 7 days. But they called me today and said it is because of water damage touch is not working it will not be covered under warranty and the repair cost will be equal to the new phone. 2 days ago on 5/8/2017 saturday i was traveling on my bike suddenly rain came and my mobile phone was in my pant pocket, pant got wet little before i take cover, after that i came home and took my mobile phone and the touch screen was not working phone was fully functioning except the touch screen.. I'm feeling cheated here if it cant resist little wet inside my pocket why they sold it as water repellent, this like is scaming people making them beleaving in wrong product description. I want my mobile phone repaired or refunded they seems like they dont care and i cant do anything about it i want your help please review my complaint and help me.

              Hi,

              I purchased a motorola gg4+ details mentioned below:
              Model: moto g4+ plus
              Order placed: 12 february 2017
              Order#[protected]
              Bought from: amazon.in @ rs.13999
              Imei no: [protected]
              Warranty : still 5 months left, expires february 2018

              Since purchase i have been facing a lot of problems and seriously my life has become hell.

              The screen flickers abruptly and the phone hangs. The situation has worsened

              The phone has been in the service centres in faridabad, haryana 4 times for more than 4 months (Attached are all the moto service records). I bought this phone 6 months back and it is there in your service centres for more than 4 months….. What a shame as a company. I told the people in your service centers to replace the phone as it was a faulty one but my words always fell in deaf ears.

              I seriously don’t know what to do now and where to complain. This is the step i didn’t want to take as it brings bad name to the company but what should i do?

              And if i do not get a resolution here also i will go to the consumer forum and also file a legal harassment case against motorola for duping me.

              I have a moto x, a moto e and now this is the third phone but i am not going to buy a motorola phone again.

              Please do something guys, this is not the kind of service a customer desires from you all after paying a huge amount.

                I have a motorola android e3 power phone. I purchased it in last december 2016. Now i am facing charging problem in my motorola phone from last 2 weeks it has a charger jack problem that why i try hard to charge my phone. It goes disconnect again and again with charger.                   Dear team,

                  I have submitted my phone to motorla service centre no cpt 034 on 27.07.2017 with facing touch screen issues.
                  They said part will be replaced and it will take three days. From the last three days i am following up with them for my phone and they are saying it is not repaired and we can not commit any time.

                  The service centres are fordge and cheating persons and not giving any anwers to customers and threating you
                  Can do whatever you want.

                  Dear Team,

                  As per the service center executives they do not have the proper replacement part(touch screen) with them. What is being delivered to them are faulty parts.

                  Now since its an internal matter of Motorola repair center and company why i am suffering for this reason.From 27th they are saying that it will take 2-3 more days.

                  Its very disappointing as a customer that you are being told lies from a representative of an MNC .now i am thinking that i should have never bought this phone and will take care of the same in future .

                  Warranty from Mtorola if of no use as they do not have parts for replacements, then while selling they should mention it clearly.

                  Today i will also mark a mail to amazon where i have bought it from that motorola is not repairing my phone with in warranty.

                        I am using moto g4, purchase made by amazon on 16 august '16. Although, my phone is still in warranty period, my mobile directly gets switched off while operating. It automatically reboots after few seconds of display. Regarding this problem i went to service center which is located in amar plaza, ajmer on 18 of july '17. They refuses to process my complaint and gave me assurity to process till 24 july '17. I visited their office again with same complaint but results are not in my favor yet.
                        I came across the worst experience in motorola's servicing. Now almost 10 days are over, i am not getting proper solution regarding my problem. My warranty period is coming to an end and i am unable to understand what should i do now.
                        Therefore, i would request you to take a serious action and resolve my problem as early as possible.

                          I have given my motorola moto g4 plus to a authorized service center which is at vashi... Before giving to them mobile was not damaged and after that they took my mobile to checked the issue and after sometime they said mobile is damaged which was not before giving to them... After received mobile from them my phone was damaged... They damaged my mobile... And they said it will charge for 2000 rs to replace the part... This is how they are fooling the pepole and taking money from them... I have raised my complaint to motorola customer care and i explained them everything and they said they will call me within 48-72 hrs after escalating the issue which is not at all tolerable... I requested them after escalation the issue why it will take 48-72 hrs to responde then that customer care girl was so rudely speaking and she said you have to wait till that time... Even i asked her to transfer the call to manager or escalation team or send a mail to me that you have escalated my issue.. She is not ready for any of the option... Very disappointed with the service provided by motorola..

                          Recently i had serviced my phone in motorola authorised showroom at kaloor kochi..They had replaced my screen anf the complaint was solved...But they had damaged my sim slots and now my speakers are not clear.when i insert sim in slot 1 it dosent works.only some times sim2 is working.very bad service from the part of motorola.

                            Motorola Handset WE07900 purchased in the name of Prathmesh Bhujbal, Pune on 19.6.17 it works only two weeks then after it has a problem SIM did not detected. we shown it at your service centre, Pune but they asked that there is a problem in mother board . If there is a problem in mother board I surprised that how other functions are working?                               I purchased a mobile motoe3 power from flipkart 3 months ago. My mobile has a physical damage due to which it is considered under oow. I went to service centre and called customer care to know whether i will be getting warranty for my mobile after i repair it from authorised service centre. They dint provide correct info and asked me to keep my mobile there.. After 3 days when i went to service centre they are behaving in rude way and after asking for more than 50 times regarding warranty they informed me that this will not be covered under warranty even after repair from their end. The customer care executive also spoken in a rude way. And also she kept me on mute for a long time without listening to me. Never expected such service and behaviour from motorola company. And also the service centre has spoiled my mobile phone even more. Pathetic company pathetic service pathetic service agents as well.

                              So please readers dont buy this phone if you think that you will be getting warranty even after you have repaired the physical damage from this so called authorised motorola service centres.

                                I am very disappointed from motorola handset because i have already complaint but nothing will happen i have purchased moto c plus in 25 june 2017 but it have some hardware problem. Soo what i do for this type of problem i am facing. Afterthat i decided to go service centre for solve this but they were taken my mobile on 19 july 2017 and they were given me date of 21 july 2017 but till now i am waiting for my phone today is 25 july. Why i purchase moto c plus for service centre use. I think soo motorola is not trusted and cheep less products.

                                Due to problem on charger data cable I have given to your dealer at 12th june 2017 then after continuously I am follow up for the same and still now he do not provide me new charger data cable.

                                I have called him no. of times some times he do not pickup/ told there are no stock when stock comes I will call you but still now do not call me

                                  I have called motorola india on 27th of june 2017 as my 7 months old moto z play screen was blackout and not waking up. Customer support executive told me the address of service center in ludhiana and i visited the same next afternoon at bharat nagar chowk. They replied me that they are no longer in service with motorola. I dropped and email to moto care and also called you guys after this. I got an answer via email next day that i should visit other service center in model town lenovo hcl exclusive which i visited next day and they also said they are yet to be operated and it will take few days and told me to call on 2nd july 2017. I called them on 02/07/2017 they again requested to call after 3 days i rang them up on 6th july 2017 and they asked me to visit service center. Here it took 9 days to submit my complaint for an issue under warranty.
                                  1. This is my first problem which i faced as i have spent my 25000 rs money on motorola product.

                                  My phone was submitted there on 06/07/2017 after thoroughly checking by the executive at the service center. She gave me the job sheet customer copy and told me that it will take 10-12 days to get it working also if there is ant damage inside the phone or any liquid it will be out of warranty covered. I agreed to the same and left with job sheet.
                                  After 15-20 minutes service center executive called me and said you have visit them again, i went back and they asked for the job sheet. I felt something fishy and asked why? Then she said your phone will be out of warranty as there a small damage at one corner of the screen. As per my concern i handed her my phone without any damage that's why they submitted and printed the job sheet. They have damaged the outer screen of my phone i will not tolerate this kind of behavior i told them and after a heated argument there manager came and apologized me for the same and assured me that my phone will be repaired under warranty as per the job sheet.
                                  2. This was was the second problem i faced while submitting my phone.
                                  (Inconvenience harassment mis behavior no proper service channel and guidance also my wastage of time and hard earned money) this is what happened because of motorola india

                                  Now i am stuck with no phone from last 29 days its a month. Service center's commitment of 10-12 days is over. I email and call you guys for the status of my phone daily but there same answer that part is not available in stock. You guys are giving one year warranty over phone and for that you take more than a month to repair it, you took a month of my warranty period of my phone +inconvenience harassment mis behavior no proper service channel and guidance also my wastage of time and hard earned money.

                                  I am very upset and you guys are not even listening from a month after selling your rubbish product. I am surprised that a phone company is giving warranty of one year without having proper spare parts and after sale services. This was the third problem am facing now. I have lodged an consumer complaint online on consumerhelpline.gov. I of which complaint no. - 335887. Also now i am gonna send you guys an intimation about the court notice for the same as a delay in services offered under warranty plus the harassment and in convenience i have faced.
                                  I need compensation for my mobile along with compensation for mental and physical harassment.

                                    Still now i havent got my hand set, every time i visit the service center they keep me waiting for hours and they will find excuses and send me back, every time i ask them they provide me back with some faulty spare not even new spare, i dont know why they are not providing me with orginal spares they are repairing my phone with defective spares and trying to fool me at that instant itself i find the problem and give the phone back, last three days i have been visiting the motorola service center they changed my phones motherboard three times and still i haveint got my phone back, I will only collect my phone when they provide me with new spare instead of faulty spare parts, since i am an engineer i can atleast differenciate between a new part and a used one they are providing used faulty parts and they want me to convince me that sir this is a new spare .

                                      When new app going to be installation system asking for permission and we accept the permission system showing take permission, while taking permission it's asking screen overlay detected please turn off, again trying to take permission after screen overlay off., system again show same problem, we are going to send files and images through wtsup, messenger every thing asking permission, please give the solution at the earliest

                                        I have purchased a moto g4 6 (Android version 7) months back from amazon and ever since
                                        We are facing a peculiar problem of flickering of screen contineously and
                                        Multipl opening of various apps without control. Unless i switch off and switch this continues and this happens very frequently. I wish
                                        Motorola takes some serious steps to solve this problem otheriwise
                                        Costumers like me will have to have face difficulties and take some steps
