I purchased moto m mobile phone on 24th april 2017 from flipkart (Order id od[protected]. After using it for 10 days it started showing many problems like device restarts automatically, hanged and also unnecessary pop up with message like "google app has stooped".
Within 15-20 days these problems became very frequent and pop up error message continuously comes whenever device is unlocked.

I bought moto g4 plus last year ago. My mobile giving problem after buying phone in 2-3 month, this phone is in warranty. 1st i gone to service centre they gave us my phone in 15 min and told me that this problem not occuring again. But after 1 month this problem occured again. When i go at service centre they told me that this is liquid damage and your phone will be repeared in out warranty. I have given my phone “moto z play” to moto authorized service center “i-pick solutions india pvt. Ltd., bhagat singh market, connaught place, new delhi” firstly on 25th may, 2017 for the problem related to battery & fingerprint scanner issue and they returned the phone on 2nd june, 2017 but the battery related issue was not resolved and a new problem also emerged i. My warranty was going to expire in 3 days(9.7.17).
i had talked to their customer care(Agent-Dinesh) on the morning of 6.7.17 and i told him that my Turbocharger isn't working properly- its charging my phone slowly(no turbocharge), as a matter of fact, it isn't charging any other phone in turbo mode too. But any other turbocharger works perfectly on my phone. He asked me to visit the service centre.

I have buy moto m online on flipcart Jan 2017.few day screen overlay dictated problem arises.it was solved .But later on charging issue arises. Lenovo's services are the worst, they dont provide general warranty for your handsets .

The mic for my moto m stopped working after patch update 5 may 2017.
