I purchased a mobile motoe3 power from flipkart 3 months ago. My mobile has a physical damage due to which it is considered under oow. I went to service centre and called customer care to know whether i will be getting warranty for my mobile after i repair it from authorised service centre. They dint provide correct info and asked me to keep my mobile there.. After 3 days when i went to service centre they are behaving in rude way and after asking for more than 50 times regarding warranty they informed me that this will not be covered under warranty even after repair from their end. The customer care executive also spoken in a rude way. And also she kept me on mute for a long time without listening to me. Never expected such service and behaviour from motorola company. And also the service centre has spoiled my mobile phone even more. Pathetic company pathetic service pathetic service agents as well.

So please readers dont buy this phone if you think that you will be getting warranty even after you have repaired the physical damage from this so called authorised motorola service centres.

    I am very disappointed from motorola handset because i have already complaint but nothing will happen i have purchased moto c plus in 25 june 2017 but it have some hardware problem. Soo what i do for this type of problem i am facing. Afterthat i decided to go service centre for solve this but they were taken my mobile on 19 july 2017 and they were given me date of 21 july 2017 but till now i am waiting for my phone today is 25 july. Why i purchase moto c plus for service centre use. I think soo motorola is not trusted and cheep less products.

    Due to problem on charger data cable I have given to your dealer at 12th june 2017 then after continuously I am follow up for the same and still now he do not provide me new charger data cable.

    I have called him no. of times some times he do not pickup/ told there are no stock when stock comes I will call you but still now do not call me

      Dear director services & motorola india,

      With ref to customer reference no:[protected] and job sheet ref - no-srin[protected]
      I have called motorola india on 27th of june 2017 as my 7 months old moto z play screen was blackout and not waking up. Customer support executive told me the address of service center in ludhiana and i visited the same next afternoon at bharat nagar chowk. They replied me that they are no longer in service with motorola. I dropped and email to moto care and also called you guys after this. I got an answer via email next day that i should visit other service center in model town lenovo hcl exclusive which i visited next day and they also said they are yet to be operated and it will take few days and told me to call on 2nd july 2017. I called them on 02/07/2017 they again requested to call after 3 days i rang them up on 6th july 2017 and they asked me to visit service center. Here it took 9 days to submit my complaint for an issue under warranty.
      1. This is my first problem which i faced as i have spent my 25000 rs money on motorola product.

      My phone was submitted there on 06/07/2017 after thoroughly checking by the executive at the service center. She gave me the job sheet customer copy and told me that it will take 10-12 days to get it working also if there is ant damage inside the phone or any liquid it will be out of warranty covered. I agreed to the same and left with job sheet.
      After 15-20 minutes service center executive called me and said you have visit them again, i went back and they asked for the job sheet. I felt something fishy and asked why? Then she said your phone will be out of warranty as there a small damage at one corner of the screen. As per my concern i handed her my phone without any damage that's why they submitted and printed the job sheet. They have damaged the outer screen of my phone i will not tolerate this kind of behavior i told them and after a heated argument there manager came and apologized me for the same and assured me that my phone will be repaired under warranty as per the job sheet.
      2. This was was the second problem i faced while submitting my phone.
      (Inconvenience harassment mis behavior no proper service channel and guidance also my wastage of time and hard earned money) this is what happened because of motorola india

      Now i am stuck with no phone from last 29 days its a month. Service center's commitment of 10-12 days is over. I email and call you guys for the status of my phone daily but there same answer that part is not available in stock. You guys are giving one year warranty over phone and for that you take more than a month to repair it, you took a month of my warranty period of my phone +inconvenience harassment mis behavior no proper service channel and guidance also my wastage of time and hard earned money.

      I am very upset and you guys are not even listening from a month after selling your rubbish product. I am surprised that a phone company is giving warranty of one year without having proper spare parts and after sale services. This was the third problem am facing now. I have lodged an consumer complaint online on consumerhelpline.gov. I of which complaint no. - 335887. Also now i am gonna send you guys an intimation about the court notice for the same as a delay in services offered under warranty plus the harassment and in convenience i have faced.
      I need compensation for my mobile along with compensation for mental and physical harassment.

        Still now i havent got my hand set, every time i visit the service center they keep me waiting for hours and they will find excuses and send me back, every time i ask them they provide me back with some faulty spare not even new spare, i dont know why they are not providing me with orginal spares they are repairing my phone with defective spares and trying to fool me at that instant itself i find the problem and give the phone back, last three days i have been visiting the motorola service center they changed my phones motherboard three times and still i haveint got my phone back, I will only collect my phone when they provide me with new spare instead of faulty spare parts, since i am an engineer i can atleast differenciate between a new part and a used one they are providing used faulty parts and they want me to convince me that sir this is a new spare .

            I have purchased a moto g4 6 (Android version 7) months back from amazon and ever since
            We are facing a peculiar problem of flickering of screen contineously and
            Multipl opening of various apps without control. Unless i switch off and switch this continues and this happens very frequently. I wish
            Motorola takes some serious steps to solve this problem otheriwise
            Costumers like me will have to have face difficulties and take some steps

              I purchased motorola g4 plus in 18 november 2016 throw amazon. Hello moto,
              I am using moto g4 plus from last 7 months. Till few days back it was working fine but suddenly i can see that drop in the rate of charging for the phone and also noticed that it is getting drained very faster.
              I have fully charged my device early morning 9:00 am with 100% but at 9:40 am i can see that it already came to 69%.
              I have not seen videos or used it too much in this time period.
              Also, under battery section under settings, it is showing 69% will work for next 8 hours but my battery performance is too poor... Plz solved my battery problem.

                My self parveen dalal i m working at gandhidham as degination of branch manager.
                I have handset of your company moto g turbo... About three month ago in this handset have touch problem so i give this handset in your service center hissar haryana that time they solve these matter... Then suddenly the handset sim slot not working properly again i m going in same service center but mr. Amit sharma saying that... It's not of our issue it's technically fault i[censored] wanna repair it so we will charge... That time i have urgent work... After few month coming home again going same service centers and meet same staff again discuss about same matter... They not agree and not solve my problem. I tell mr amit sharma okey no worries please update my phone so they say if we update your handset we will not responsible for it... My phone still in warranty period.. The language of talking mr. Amit sharma is saying me bad words and he threw my phone on table and saying loudly i m not prepare your phone after it i m trying to give the application to company in wrriten... So the last way i have consumer court (Consumer court application no 355916) if my problem not solve in 72 hour... So i go in high court... For more information about your service center u can see ur company letterhead... It's wrriten by mr amit sharma... My total coast visit gandhidham gj to hissar is more than of your handset value... U also check today cc tv recording... And i have with my friend ajay

                      I purchased new k6 note 4gb (Batch no. - [protected]) on 8th july 2017. From few days back its tourch light gets on any time even it is locked, yesterday the touch screen was not working some how today morning it got re started and i was able to make calls and other things but it was not ringing when any call is coming only vibrates. I checked all the setting of ringtone and other it was perfect, then i restarted the phone and since then it was asking for pin no (Remarks - "to start android, enter your pin"), i have never ever set any pin in this phone, there was only a pattern to unlock this phone.

                        I bought one motorola 3gg for my son from amazon.com in april 2016.
                        The details of the product are

                        This phone got dropped at a railway station and got the screen cracked. After searching motorole service provider in dombivli i found one media enterprises and found this to be mobile shop step in mobiles in dombivli west. The person there assured me display replacement in two hrs time charging only rs2300. I gave the mobile in working condition on 2nd july 2017 and got it back after they tried and spoilt everything on 3rd july. I was advised by the shop keeper to go to thane motorola service center and was assured that it will not cost me more than rs2300. On 4th i went to motorola gallery and found that the mobile was completely damaged by the step in mobile shop. I had given one intex mobile also alongwith motorola for charging port replacement but they damaged the camera and earpiece of that mobile for which i had to spend rs 1004 for camera at intex gallery. Now step in mobile shop has taken back the motorola mobile from 04th july 2017 but not responding. Please help

                        The step in mobile shop mobile no is [protected] and i contacted them many times. Now they are telling that they will call me when the phone is ready.
                        4. Attach trail mails with company and images of any documents you consider relevant.
                        The receipt issued to me on 02nd july was taken back on 3rd and a new receipt was issued on 4th july.
                        The whole conversation can be verified through shops cctv footage of 2nd, 3rd and 4th july.
                        Kindly advise or help if you can.

                          I purchased a moto g5 on 17 may 2017 to gift my brother. Because of some malfunction the phone stopped working properly after a week. I gave it for the repair to authorised motorola service centre located at vytilla, kochi, kerala on 1 july 2017.

                          But by the expected date the phone has not been repaired also they dont give us any updates. When i called in the number provided they are not responding.

                          Why can't the company replace the piece when they can't send the required item to the service provider.

                          If further delay occurs it will lead me to file legal actions against motorola. E when they can't send the required item to the service provider.

                          Never expected such horrible service/product from motorola.

                            Myself anchal baranwal (Email id: [protected]@gmail.com) i bought moto e3 power in april and now it has charger issue. I went to service centre in laxmi nagar 'motorola lenovo authorised service center' wa-88 but customer executive said that there is moisture detected in your charger cord pin and mobile jack so it comes under physical damage and no warranty for that. But what we can do if get automatically moisturize or not. If it comes under warranty where we have to go. Even they ask for money for replacement. I am totally disappointed. Please take action on this issue.

                              I bought a mobile moto e3 power xt1706 black 16gb on last year december. I have a warranty on mobile for complaints. My handset did not turn on since last week. It was done during use. It did not repaired by water. I was claiming warranty in this problem. But my service center did not accept my warranty. They said my mobile damaged by liquid. The proof they showed is the charger port pin in sub board. The charger port pin was little corrode by moisture in the air. Could any metal being always polished?. The answer the told was their company had given this procedure. The main board damaged in my mobile. But the reason to not gave warranty is the metal charger pin colour changed. And they did not give proper information. First they said it costs around 1550rs and they said its around 4000rs and now they said its around 6500rs. I want to know the reason why i can't get my warranty on mobile??.

                                I had submitted my motorola g4 plus phone for repair to motorola's authorized service center - 'b2x-020 kavya enterprises, shrinath plaza, dnyaneshwar paduka chauk, f. C. Road, shivajinagar, pune - 411005' on 14th june, 2017.

                                The issue is related to internal display repair and power on/off issues.

                                It has been more than a month already and my phone has still not been returned.

                                I have talked to the support executives multiple times, and every time they keep saying that the parts are not available and that my phone will be repaired and returned to me in the next 5 days. They keep saying the same thing and keep postponing it by 5 days everytime.

                                I have not received a single call from their side to update me about the status of my phone.

                                My phone is within the warranty period and motorola is not addressing the phone for repair.

                                The service is pathetic.

                                Please take action and repair and return my phone as soon as possible within a week, or otherwise refund the full price of the phone.

                                  I had placed order with flipcart for moto c plus and it was delivered vide invoice no:faay8p[protected] on 30/06/17. It was found defective and they arrange for replacement on 03/07/2017. Again this did not function hence they advised me to approach motorola service at t nagar, chennai 17 on 15th july'17.
                                  On 13th july'17, i got a call mentioning that the product would be replaced and later informed that it could only be repaired. I have no update till date.

                                  I am at a to total loss to understand the service issue on buying the new phone which i am yet to use, it had been a bad experience. My repeated mails to [protected]@motorolaservice.in has no response

                                  i have ordered motorola Mobile from flipkart on 23/6/2017 which was delivered on 27/06/2017 my mobile model is moto c plus. i am facing a battery problem. i have to to change my mobil because it is new it should not give any problem to early... so i am requesting to please help

                                  The service centre called me from Lenovo (I am still stuck with MOTO) and informed that the phone is ready abd collected by me on 19th july'17. I found that the issue exists during start up as the phone goes in to cyclical mode once the WiFi is made on, it was trying to down load the language and failed. No response on touch as well the switch off button.

                                  I managed to off the WiFi and it became normal to commands. funny, it should happen and they had no idea about it at the service centre. The bug remains...

                                    I am very sorry to say that i have experience worst service of my life after purchasing Moto 4G Plus phone on 17th July 2016. Firstly on 14th October 2016 i had given my phone for repair at Navi Mumbai for some speaker problem and they gave back my phone after 35 odd days on 18th Nov 2016 and that too after complaining for many times. I dont understand why such delay . Again in June my phone got some problem and i approached your service centre at Surat for repair. On first occasion they turned down to accept my phone saying that Job Order created at maumbai during last repair of phone is not closed and i need to approach them first to close the Job Order. Some how i went to Mumbai service centre and get the job order closed and they gave me new IME no. With the new IME No i approached once again on 28th June 2017 your Surat Service Center and this time they refuse to accept it for repair saying that water has leaked inside the phone but when i told them that nothing has happend like that they simply refuse to accept the phone to repair on Guarantee. I again came to your Mumbai Service center on 07 July 2017 where i had repaired my phone in Oct 2016.But they also refuse to accept it to repair it on Guarantee. From my part my phone has never been in touch with liquid so why your service centre is giving such excuse. Either they have not cleaned the phone during their last repair or else there may be some manufacturing fault if you say that liquid leaks inside the phone.
                                    This is the worst experience i have ever received on approaching any service centre.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and get my phone repaired under warranty or else i need to approach Consumer forum to get this matter resolve. The deatil are as below.

                                      I purchased moto m mobile phone on 24th april 2017 from flipkart (Order id od[protected]. After using it for 10 days it started showing many problems like device restarts automatically, hanged and also unnecessary pop up with message like "google app has stooped".
                                      Within 15-20 days these problems became very frequent and pop up error message continuously comes whenever device is unlocked.
                                      I was suggested by motorola customer care to submit this device to service center. Submitted my device on 24th may 2017 and i was called to collect my phone two time but both times device issue was not resolved. They just updated the software and didn't check whether the issue is resolved or not.

                                      I found all issues still exist, so i submitted it third time at kavya enterprise pune service center but they have not yet fixed the problem instead came to know that service center will be closed in few days so they have sent all the device to motolora office. Till today i don't know where exactly my phone is and whether i will get back my phone.

                                      I didn't expected such a poor quality of product from motorola and i want motolora to replace my phone with a new one or return my money back.

                                        My phone is having some issue i can't understand so i went to authorised service centre in shimoga, karnataka. They told bord issue amd took 7 days to replace it. My warranty ended on the day i recieved my phone. The next day when i am using my phone it was misbehaving so i went back to service centre they just took 8 days to say it can't be done and they said display gine and it cost me 5600 but it was not my falt. And i want my phone to be ready. I want solution
