I bought Motorola Z Play Model XT1635 from flipkart on 06th November, 2016. It worked fine for 5 months. One month back it suddenly got hanged and inspite of several log off and log in it could not start properly. There was a reboot issue. I submitted my handset to Newtech Service Centre at Vashi. They did not care to respond back and update me the status. The contact number provided on the job sheet was not working since months. I have to visit the service centre to take the update. The phone was still not ready. They took 15 days to resolve the issue. They had to replace Main Bopard. After a week i received an update from motorola and again the same problem started. Also, there was a sound issue. Again i had to submit to a different service centre (lenovo) Vashi. They wasted my half day and later on said that the handset has to be kept under observation or software testing. I followed up twice later but was not happy with the response. It's really pity that a company like Motorola/lenovo has so many issues with the handsets as well the service centre service and response is utterly poor. I would like to have a new handset. I cannot spend my precious time. It's sheer waste of time, energy and money. I hope the company takes this very seriously and resolves this issue in a professional way if they really wants to survive in the market and gain more customers.

There is no response yet from the service centre and my handset is not repaired so far. I do not want this faulty handset. Kindly provide me with a new one. I am not here to spend money on a faulty handset and undergo all kind of mental torture and agony. I am attaching both jobsheets for your immediate action.

    I got this new handset from a local shop 5-6 days back. It was working properly then while charging i noticed some issues.. the phone is getting hang only during charging and any fumctions are not performing. And also some bizzare things are happening without even touching the set. I am attacing a video related to my complaint which i have recorded while the handset was in charging

      In my city only one customer service center
      (Alix System) is bed review of customers.

      In my moto g4 plus some issues on second sim card slot so given in customer service center. I have given up my phone service but they often take better phone and do not give a true answer to the customer.

      Given them one month Have been but still not give me my phone.

        Sim Slot 2 is not detecting any Sim and Sim slot1 only detect the sim that was first insert in it i.e. my main Sim(Tata Docomo). problems occurring with SIM Slot.

          This is regarding the motorola product ordered from flipkart
          which is not working now, it got wet in rain that too in small amount and after some time it started behaving abnormally, i switched it off and tried to restart again but display was not coming, phone is not booting now.

          According to the below promise which is mentioned on flipkart

          Water-repellent Coating
          Don’t let rain, accidental spills of water or splashes of your drink get in your way. The Moto G5 Plus has a water-repellent coating that protects it inside-out.

          I took it too motorola service center and they denied such promise on first step only said that it will surely go down even after small water spills.

          Motorola is saying that it has water repellent coating on your site but simply denying this on their service center. Please let me know as a customer where shall go now?

            I own a moto g5 plus mobile.i was using a jbl headset and it was working on my mobile.on may 8 whenever I plugin my jbl headset the phone auto selects. I gave it to service center on may 9 and they kept it more than 10 days and gave my mobile back without doing anything. I bought a different headset the same problem occurs.they said that and qoute these exact word "I am imagining things".

            I tried the same headset on 2 other moto g5 plus phone no problem occurs.the headset was working fine on my mobile before.there is also no audio for 5-6 sec when plugged in the headset while audio was playing​.i tried to show them using a nearby person moto g5 plus phone but he won't see it.i called the customer care on may 21 and may 22 and told them the problem and they said I can go to the service center and give my mobile there for repair. When I went there the on the service center they denied the service I spoke to customer care and they said that they can't do anything if the service center is denying things.they said if moto stock headset works then there is no problem.they checked for touch problem but they didn't check for audio delay and they didn't fix a single thing on my mobile.

            They made go there for every 2-3 days while they had the phone. When I called the customer care they said to visit the service center and they will talk to them and I spoke to them for one hour on may 22 . The problem occurs on only my phone . I told them to give me a moto g5 plus sample mobile and will show them but they said and qoute these exact word "they won't let the mobile get short circuited " is it ok for my mobile to get short circuited . I complained on Motorola chat on may 16 and they said a call back will come within 48-72 hrs .till may 22 no call came from the customer care.

            I mailed to the moto forum and called Motorola customer care, no proper response.they made to go there and made me wait for more than 2hrs and and I spoke to customer care on mobile after 50 min they cut the call. I was like a fool who got there was talking to phone.i never heard of any customer care denying the service. I have warranty.they didn't check for any hardware problem.whenever I called or chatted on the Motorola I will receive a call back.no call back came.

            my issue is still unresolved.they said that my mobile is not compatible.does different earphone is compatible for each moto headset.they said it like that it will work on other phone not on my moto g5 plus.they talk to me I am like a fool.the same headset was used for more than 1 month it was working properly.the same 2 headset works on other moto g5 plus I tried and even on other moto models, still they are denying the service.they made go there and made me wait for 2hrs.does service center works like this.the service center is "DIGITEL COMMUNICATION, T NAGAR, CHENNAI"

            I have a moto g5 plus which bought on march 20. I was using a jbl headphone. On may 3 the phone screen started auto touches. I tried changing the headphone other moto g5 plus and on other mobile it is working properly. I gave the headset to digitel communication, t nagar, chennai i clearly told the problem. They kept the mobile for more than 10 days and they made me come there for every 2-3 days saying the problem is fixed but the problem persisted when i went on saturday may 20 they give me my mobile and said the problem is on me and the head set i was using is the problem. I told them that the same headset is working on other moto g5 plus. A nearby person had a moto g5 plus i showed it to the engineer but he was not responding when i showed my mobile with the auto touch problem he said "i am imagining things". I told them that the headset which i was using it for more than one month and which works on other moto g5 plus. He said that it may be short circuited. Every time i went there he said it was a software problem now he was saying it may be short circuited. I said i will raise a complaint but he said you can.

            I raised a complaint on moto customer care but they are not responding no call back came which they said that they will. The service center denied my claim that it is my problem they wont do the service. The headset which was working stopped working on my moto g5 plus only. I said that so it must be a h/w problem. I even told him to give their sample moto g5 plus to prove it to them. He said that they wont let it short circuit it. But i asked what about my headset. Which he denied the problem i headset. He said they wont do the service and i should raise a complain on customer care. But customer care is saying to give the mobile what can i do. I am using the phone for just 1 month. This is the first time that a service center denied a person with problem. The incident no on customer care is[protected]. I want my problem fixed or an replacement mobile

              Dear team,
              We have submitted our mobile phone moto g 4+ for repair on dtd 02-05-17 & cell tech india ltd ludhiana. As the problems in the set were dispaly not working, battery drainage, laser focus not working, & we have collected the set collected the phone on dtd 15-05-17 & found that the phone was broken from one side & the camera, flash, laser focus, speaker, volume button & battery is swollen. Also we found that the imei no of phone is not matching with imei no on the bill. It states that the internal parts of the set are changed.

                I am using moto x style which was one of their high end phone.
                It was deposited in service centre on 22april2017. After that the service centre employee doesnot respond the call. And customer care execuitve always saying parts is on warehouse but not dispatched. So i want my mobile or new one. Which can be possible but in urgent basis.

                  I am piyush gawre. I have bought the moto g4 plus handset on 10 june 2016.
                  As soon as i bought the device it was showing the battery drainage issue. I have shown the device to the moto service centre also but still the problem is unsolved. They told me that they have exchanged the battery but still the issue is not resolved. I don't know have they really exchanged or not. But i need your help.                     I have given my mobile to Prudent Telecom Service center, Thane on 13th May 2017. The tracking no given by service center is SRPTS[protected]. I have been following up with service center for my mobile and everytime they say it will take some time. They have sent an approval to company for warranty.
                    It has been 4 working days but still mobile is not fixed.
                    When I call customer care[protected], they say they do not have access to call the service center. The service center landline number is[protected].

                      My mobile phone's front and rear camera is not working for which i had visited nearest customer care three times after travelling for 4 hours. Each time i go, they say that technician is not available and they speak in s very rude way.
                      They say that i have to deposit my mobile with them for 15-30 days for the issue to be resolved after involving custoner care person with them. But now they are not willing to take my mobile and giving answers in a rude way.
                      My mobile is in warranty and i want issue to be resolved before 25/5/17.(last day for warranty).

                      It seems if i pay the amount for the repair, it will be done then and there.

                        The phone stopped working after 1 year. I am not able to charge my mobile. The Service center people are telling mother board has gone for no reason. Service people sucks. There are telling it cost 12 rupees. I am big looser. I had payed 18K rupees for the mobile for what?. It can't come more than one year. Such a poor product. Now my phone 1.4 years old and motorolo people are telling they won't give replacement because warranty is for only 1 year. This is bad. The life time of motoXplay is only 1+ year. You are lucky if it is still running. I am telling everyone i know, Don't go for moto rolo mobiles please. I need the Mother Board replacement from Motorolo.                           My name is kushang soni. I gave my moto g4 plus to service center (Job sheet no: - srine[protected] because i found some issue on that on february ending, and they told me that they are going to replace camera plate but unfortunately after receiving my phone they are unable to solve my camera problem (And they did not inform me that they already change motherboard of my phone) so i gave back my phone to service center after 3 to 4 days and job sheet no is srine[protected]. They told me that they are going to replace camera part and while updating my phone at the service center by assistant my touchpad did not work properly so they also changed my touchpad but after changing these parts i couldn't found any solution so they told me that this is the last time they going to replace motherboard, since it is two months and my problem is not solved so next day called to online help number and they give me information that my job sheet is closed on 23rd of march 2016. But i told them that my phone is not in my hand it is still in service center so they checked and told me that yes my phone is service center and give me information that when i first submit my phone to service center they changed my motherboard and next time they are just going to do some hardware adjustment. After getting this information i visited service center back and told him about all the information and conversation done on you helpline number. But they did not listen to my any argument. So also complained about your moto chat, through email. After some days i called on service center to know the status of my phone and they told me that your problem is still not solved and they are working on it. So i called on helpline number and they told me to give last chance to service center if they are unable to solve problem then they are going to claim for replacement or for refund after few hours assistant at service center called me and told me that my problem is solved but when i checked it wasn't solved. So they claim for replacement and told me that i got a phone call from escalation team within 24 to 48 hours but after 6 days they called me but unfortunately, i was in college so i cannot take it. And next day i visit service center now they told me that escalation team told that my phone is not going to be replaced and they just simply changed my motherboard once again so my problem is that two times they changed my motherboard and still my problem is not solved so why once more you change the motherboard if my problem is not going to be solved by just changing motherboard and as per motorola warranty terms if my problem is not solved by continuously changing the same part then you have to give me replacement or refund. I also send many emails through motorola websites but they did not reply me and when i try to call on helpline number they always told me that i will get a phone call within 24 hrs but i would not get any of them senior assistant shrikant told me on 5th may that my phone will get ready before 9th may but still i don't get any solution of my phone and now when i call to service center they always told me that our senior is not available

                          I have purchased Moto M mobile online from Flipkart dated[protected]. It's just 2 months I have been using the mobile, the charger is not at all working. I couldn't charge the mobile with any other chargers. I have tried with alternate cables but not working. So, what to do ? Please reply with moto stores in Hyderabad that helps.

                            I had submitted moto g4 plus in an authorized cervice centre (Technico, international market, siliguri) in siliguri. They (Service centre authority) told me the display had to be changed due to ghost touching issue. But when they dwlivered the phone the touch screen was not completly attached, lower back cover of the phone was not fitting and a screw from the back side was missing. I didnt expect such a poor service from an authorized service centre. Shame on you motorola

                              Display is gone blank from yesterday (12 the may 2017) and if i touch on display there is vibration but but display is off.

                              I have given it to service center they are telling display needs to be replaced.
                              How come you people release the defective product and fool the customers.

                              Why i should use the second hand phone (Display replaced) when i paid for the new mobile phone price.

                              After posting this message and giving the contact details.. I received the call from FRUD caller ( [protected])... He told me that he is calling from FLIPKART and He will refund the amount of mobile phone and asked for the credit card details. I almost gave the details and relaised within few moments and blocked the credit card.

                              So guys beware about giving your contact details here. They will use your situation and misuse your contact details for cyber crime activities.

                              Cyber crime : Please note I got the call from the number [protected] .. He asked for my all the details about credit card and tried to transact on PAYPAL.

                                Dear concerned,

                                I have submitted my moto turbo for repair on[protected] and they told me that i will get this repaired in 10 days but till date they are saying that the part is not recived, i even call the motorola customer care they also dont have any idea about the delivery status. After calling them multiple time i recived a call from there senior team they assured me that i will get a standby device and they will speak to service center, but today when i called service center they are saying they did not recive any such request from company.

                                  I am Ravi Teja from Noida, Utara Pradesh. I have submitted my mobile (Moto G Turbo Black color) on 21-March-2017 in Motorla Authorized service center “Satyam Communication, Noida and my mobile was under warranty when I submitted.

                                  Mobile was having couple of issues i.e Mobile was not charging, hence not powering on, Charger issue, Fast discharging, Slow charging (Battery issue). When I submitted in Service center, they told me it will take 10 t0 15 working days for the repair and return. But now it’s been more than 1 month still mobile not get repaired. When I contacted the Service center about the status they told me that Part need to be replaced and part is not yet dispatched and company will not give maximum time for service an asked me to contact Motorola Customer service on call for the latest status. I called Motorola customer support team and asked for the status, they told part is in ASP hub” and yet to dispatch. I even contacted Motorola Email support team (Email transcripts attached with this letter) and I got the same response from them also. But still the status is same “Part is in ASP hub” or “still procuring the parts”. Hence I escalated the issue but there was no proper response from your teams. I asked for Standby phone since, it’s been one month and how can you expect the customer to wait for ages for service. Without mobile it is badly effecting my regular stuff like managing office mails and other persona; stuff. I use my mobile for study purpose.

                                  I have raised a complaint in “National Consumer Help line” Jago Grahak jago and complaint number: 240611 about the delay in service against Motorola and Service center.

                                      I had purchased moto x play last year may, 2016.

                                      From beginning i was facing problems of over heating and battery drain but still was managing with the set.

                                      However, this mobile set could not work properly even for an year. Apart from all basic problems that i had there is a major issue now - voice from this mobile set cannot be heard at the other end. This has made the set completely unusable.

                                      I had contacted motorola authorised service centre and they told me that it was a problem of some hardware in the set and since mobile is still in warranty period therefore they'll get that replaced.

                                      But i am really dissatisfied with the kind of handsets motorola is providing. After spending 16-17k user would atleast expect the mobile set to last for an year. On top of it a hardware replacement is supposed to take 8-10 working days and users are not even provided a backup set. Not sure what a user is supposed to do in such situation if he is only dependant on motorola services.

                                      Really sorry to say, but this is very dissapointing and i will make sure that i do not purchase a motorola handset after this and nor will let any of my relatives and friends ever go for this brand

                                        The screen guard getting crack itself.

                                        The mobile cover getting crack, without any external assistance

                                        The charger cable, not supporting while plug for the charging, until need circulation with wire

                                        All this technical issues happening, within 02 month of purchasing.
