Even after the replacement of the phone moto g5 plus... Still not working properly. The mobile ringtone is not working.. No sound i can hear... I am really getting frustrated.. Also your services don't allow me to refund.. This is not fair.. This is your responsibility to give me the correct product.. Please refund my money.. Either give me some steps... Also in my area there is no service centers.. Nearby.. Please refund my amount.. Please... Otherwise.. I would take some strict restrictions

    Not satisfied with after sales service of moto.

    I have given my phone “moto z play” to moto authorized service center “i-pick solutions india pvt. Ltd., bhagat singh market, connaught place, new delhi” firstly on 25th may, 2017 for the problem related to battery & fingerprint scanner issue and they returned the phone on 2nd june, 2017 but the battery related issue was not resolved and a new problem also emerged i. E. The main speaker not working this time. So, i resubmitted the phone on 5th june, 2017 (Manual job sheet no. 1084) and when i got it back after 25 days the display was defective and speaker has a humming sound. When i retaliated, the service center has no clue about availability of parts.
    It is almost impossible to contact motorola in case any assistance is required as most of the times the contact no. Provided by service center is out of reach or if it is available everybody keeps dilly dallying like part has not been shipped by company, engineer is not available, we are trying to figure out the issue etc.

    Not satisfied with after sales service of moto.

    I have also chatted with support executives 3-4 times and everytime i got assurance that my complaint would be addressed in 24-48 hours but so many days have been passed since i last talked to them and still no call or contact from motorola side.
    Earlier it used to be very good service by motorola and that’s why i purchased moto phone but now i am really fed up by this kind of pathetic service and untrained & mismanaged staff and request you to take up my problem for below points-
    1. The unwarranted period taken by service center should extend the warranty period for my phone.
    2. It seems the service guy is not able to understand the issue with my phone so taking it to other technical persons and service centres. I request you to stop researching on my phone by treating it like this. The full price of phone i have paid should be refunded to me as my phone is well within the warranty period and moto is unable to service it.

    Further, in absence of any assistance, i wish to take the matter to consumer court incase my issue would not be resolved within reasonable period of one week as i purchased the phone to use for myself and not to keep with service center and still no reply or assistance from any side neither from motorola nor service center.

    What else information do you need?
    Further, as my phone has been under so much research by service center i want to give back the phone to motorola as there are so many scratches on back panel of phone which emerged after giving phone to service center and other issues like problem in rear camera & speaker. So, i want a full refund for my phone.
    I also having same experience from moto service, really bad and time taking service. its better to not buy moto mobiles it has many issues

      On July 8th I visit to collect my headphones connector of Moto z in gwalior.
      There I check my mobile they said my loudspeaker is burst now so change it
      When I receive a parts or you may change in Jhansi local resident.
      I went Jhansi the manager Mr. Jain is denied to change and say me give rupees I changed it otherwise not.
      Go wherever u go but I not change it..
      Now tell me sir what can I do..
      Resolve my issue sir as early as possible.

        This complaint is about moto g4 plus mobile phone.i purchased it two months before...last month in morning my phone rang but my cell phone screen turned black all notifications and ringtones were there but no display..after contacting to buyer shop ive send it to nearby moto service centre on 23 jun 17, but after checking my phone for 3 hrs they cudnt findout the specific problem as they were confused it cud be either a display problem, or motherboard..they didnt respond well infact few other customer were also dissatisfied with their inappropriate responses, so i decided to go to other moto service centre cz these people were not able to solve my problem, next week again shopkeeper suggest me to send my phone to the same centre cz my device was opened there, and in terms of claiming warranty its important not to open mobile set here and there...

        Again on 29 june i wasted my 3 hrs and shockingly the defect was changed this time, they said that my handset is bend and this defect not covered under warranty and returned my phone, i was feeling cheated coz for second time they gave such an excuse for not repairing my phone under warranty, they wrote phone is dead infact my phone was in working condition except display while submitting ...so i decided to give my phone to shopkeeper so he will send it to service centre so that my phone will be properly diagnosed and repaired.

        And shockingly this time shopkeeper told me that the service centre gave a weird responce that phone is already opened somewhere else, few screws are missing and they cant repair it...

        Now im helpless ...what to do, ive submitted my phone thrice at moto service centre, firstly they were unsure about display and mother board problem, second time it was bend device and third time other moto service centre ( where shopkeeper submit)said that it was already opened sumwhere screw missing and tempered.i know tht since begining i send my phone to service centre everytime and they are responsible for its current situation.

        Who opened my phone, how the defect can change everytime initially display then motherboard and bend finally tempered? Who tempered it? means they simply dont want to repair my phone under warranty .

        Collected my phone from shopkeeper on sunday along with service centre doc. Now neither it was ringing nor any notification sound was there, contacted to the engineer of service centre he told me that when he checked the handset, my motherboard wasnt in working condition may be the person of previous centre mishandled it ( in detail he told me whole; technical stuff but all i got was while checking motherboard sumthing shortcircuit type happened or soldering got fused) He also told me that if my phone was ringing n notifications sound were there that means initial fault was just related to display. But at present as he checked this handset is totally useless stuff coz its slightly bend, display problem, screw &; component missing motherboard is in nonworking condition.

        ;What can i do now...
        The one month old handset that was just not showing only display but was in proper working condition till midnight of 28 june before sending it to service centre on 29 june is full of faults and they mishandled it to void my warranty...and returned it.

            My warranty was going to expire in 3 days(9.7.17).
            i had talked to their customer care(Agent-Dinesh) on the morning of 6.7.17 and i told him that my Turbocharger isn't working properly- its charging my phone slowly(no turbocharge), as a matter of fact, it isn't charging any other phone in turbo mode too. But any other turbocharger works perfectly on my phone. He asked me to visit the service centre.
            So I went to your service centre in Noida(in Wave Mall, Sector 18, Noida), on 6.7.17 and told the executive this issue, and i also mentioned the issue of screen burn of my phone. She said that after checking, the screen will be replaced and the charger too after checking it.
            After an hour they said that some pin(I don't recall having any such crack on the micro-usb charger port before) of the phone is broken so nothing can be done.
            I came home to charge my phone and it wasn't even charging anymore. I guess the technician has tampered with my device deliberately to put it out warranty. Numerous chats and calls to customer care haven't solved anything. Even written to Motorola itself with no reply within 24 hours as promised. All of my chat history and call history are there with them since they knew my case history every time.

            Ya I went to your service centre(Wave Mall, Noida) (the third time)and they were conveniently closed today saying their server was down, also threw me out of their store! Well now you guys won't attend to me since you are closed on sundays and my warranty will expire. Now tell me what i should do next, or i'll be going to court with all of this. i need to be in college in a few days. i need this solved by then.

              I have buy moto m online on flipcart Jan 2017.few day screen overlay dictated problem arises.it was solved .But later on charging issue arises. First the mobile charge spedly to become full charge it was take two hour.but now in one hour only 5% will charge. What is the couses of slow charging.I have all ready update nought (Android 7).I have all ready check the charger and cable also.please give the solution for slow charging.

                Lenovo's services are the worst, they dont provide general warranty for your handsets .
                My device motorola moto g5 plus . its power on/off key wasn't working so i took it to the lenovo service centre and they told me that your data will be erased . so to save my data i tried to pull out the power key and created back but while pulling out, it got some scratches, when i took my device again to lenovo service centre today, they told me that your device is out of warranty because the power key has got some scratches now but last time they told me its under warranty. now they are charging me 720 INR for something which is under warranty. my phone is only 3-4 months old .

                  The mic for my moto m stopped working after patch update 5 may 2017. I updated my phone around 28 june 2017 after which my mic used to stop working after making a voice call over apps like whatsapp etc. I had to restart my phone each time to make the mic work for phone calls. It would work fine for whatsapp calls. This makes it evident there was a bug in the update. After that on 3rd july 2017 I updated my phone to another update( nougat 7.0) provided by moto. This time hoping that mic issue would be fixed. But now the mic would work fine for apps like whatsapp etc. But won't work for the phone calls. Even the restart won't fix the issue. With the latest update motorola defeated the basic purpose of a phone. I can't receive or make phone calls as the other person can't hear my voice. I'd want the serious action taken against lenovo. For providing updates with serious bugs and moreover not providing a fix for the problem. This is a very serious issue as i cant make and receive phone calls and lenovo alone is responsible for that.

                    I had given my Motorola G4 Plus (Plus) for repair at an Authorized Motorola Center (Arsh Telecom) in Ajmer. Provided is the list of my Grievances due to the services provided.
                    1) On the 20th of June, 2017 I had given my Motorola G4 Plus because of a problem in the display. I was told that the repair would take 3-5 days after which I would receive a call from the service center for the delivery. Till the 5th day which was supposed to be 25th June, 2017 I had not received any information. When I contacted them on the 27th of June I was told that there has been a delay.
                    2) I had mentioned to the staff repeatedly that if they are unable to repair my phone in the given time then they can just simply provide a letter of “service denied” to me.
                    3) In the end I was told that I could take the fully repaired phone on 30/06/2017 in the morning. Because the service center was closed on the 30th of June, 2017 I sent a relative to pick up the repaired phone on the 1st of July, 2017. My relative was made to wait for more than 2 hours claiming that they were doing a full testing of the phone. While the staff members were busy laughing at each others jokes.
                    4) In the total span of 11 days I have not received a single phone call from the staff at Motorola Service center.
                    I finally received my phone on 1st of July 1, 2017 at 2:40pm.
                    5) The Display issue for which the phone was given to the service center was not resolved. Infact Additional issues occurred.
                    6) The Display was not fixed properly.
                    7) The Volume functions stopped functioning.
                    8) The sensors of the phone were spoilt.
                    9) Phone speakers were not working
                    10) Two Screws from the back panel were missing.
                    11) Complete breach of trust and privacy of the consumer. The phone has been used by a staff. The search content is explicit which contains porn sites and other objectionable contents. The accounts of the staff member is still open on my device which is :- [protected]@gmail.com.
                    12) Third Party Apps installed= Malware installed.
                    13) Gestures are not working properly (Karate chop for torch and twist for camera)
                    It is a disgrace to MOTOROLA co. that its service centers provide such pathetic quality of services. A customer approaches an authorized service center with trust and faith in the company and such incidents only affects the goodwill of the companies.
                    I had never expected this disappointing service from a quality product provider like MOTOROLA.
                    My Family itself owns more than 4 handsets of Motorola due our trust in the brand, but today I am forced to reconsider this trust.
                    When I communicated my grievances to the Arsh Telecom head, he simply refused to help me.
                    For now I only see taking a legal action as the only solution. As a consumer I will fight for my right and if Motorola can provide me with an alternative I am willing to consider that too.
                    My G4 Plus is not properly functional anymore, the other solution would only be a replacement. And because the condition of my handset is due to negligence on MOTOROLa’s side I demand a solution from your end.
                    I hope MOTOROLA has not lost its humanity and will look into the grievances of it’s regular consumer.
                    The services provided by Arsh Telecom, Ajmer was rather shameful and a disgrace to the reputation of MOTOROLA.
                    Hope to receive a solution to my grievances at the earliest.
                    I am attaching pictures as the proof of my grievances.

                      I have deposited my Mobile MOTOROLA, XT1643, RETAIL, BLKIN, 32GB at your Authorized service centre at Faridabad( Haryana) India for Repairing purpose bcz I have facing some problem in phone from last 3 to 4 months .I have change 2 to 3 times Charger & Data cable from your authorized service centre. But problem had not solve . so now 21/6/17 I have again deposit my phone at your service centre but by mistake service centre Executive change my phone from another Customer . & Now he said you please take another customer phone& we will change this phone mother board or issue a New IMEI/SN NO.

                      Sir Please look into this matter & Resolve this problem as soon as possible.. I want only my Phone because in this phone some personal material.

                        Gud morning, my name is vishnu. My phone suddenly got overheat oneday resulting in battery drain, headphone jack problem and screen burn. They took care of the screen burn. But the headphone jack didnt work. So i mentioned it to them and they replaced the headphone jack. Again the same problem persisted. No sound from the headphone jack when earphones were inserted. They said it might be a motherboard problem. And took the phone saying that motherboard will be replaced in a week. They took my phone on[protected]. Today is[protected]. Yesterday the called me saying the phone is repaired, so i went to the service center hoping i would get the phone back after a long wait. But to my surprise the phone was still under repair. After i went there they said that the person who called me supposedly called by accident and i am still waiting for my phone. Fed up i am complaining here so that my problem will be solved soon.                           This is Vikas Bhatt.I bought Moto g4 plus 16 gb one year ago. Since then I am getting too many problems in it. One of the problem of autotouch arose in it two months ago. I went to the service center nearby me { B2x, pitampura } They told me that it's not a big problem we will change its software. Then after a week I get back my cellphone. I found there no change in my cell phone. I did not go service centre again that time because I need the phone urgently. But after a month 6 days before the warrantee period I went there again to recover that problem. They diagnosed that a display problem. They told me to come after 15 days. But after 15 days they called me on my phone to come after 1 week. I went there at 22, june, 2017. When I asked about the phone they told me to come at 25, june. I went there again on 25, June but again they refused that its still not recovered reason was company had not sent display yet. I agreed they told me to come after a week. At 29 june, at 02:10 pm I received a call from service center they told me that their tie up with Motorolla was over that time. They told me that they had transferred my phone to tilak nagar service center to be recovered.

                          Now its been one month I haven't my cell phone back yet. I am unsure that they will give me my cellphone back in proper condition. Because service certer has been changed may be former one had replaced the original parts with fake one.. their I am sensing possibility of fraud. If I get back the phone defected then what will I do. I have not any warantee now.

                          That was my grievance please take action about it and help me to get back my phone in proper condition.. as soon as possible..

                            As you requested me to submit the phone, but i have already submitted thrice (For three) to care center but i have no results. Phone is getting hanged and automatically phone gets switch off, network range problem, battery problem and since yesterday notification with anroid. Come phone has stopped is showing on main screen and ringing is
                            Totally stop. Day by day issues are increasing and these major issues are not fine after repairing also, so i request you for replacement as i have already wasted my time i have only 2 months of warranty remaining with me. Please give me replacement for it.

                            I given my mobile"moto g4 plus" in motorola service centre for some touch problem. Customet complain code no.:-bv c0029-touchscreen. Service center told me that you problem will be solved in 7 days. My complaint is for that does motorola service poor that those gave me 10 days for resolving my problem. I want my phone hurry.

                              I tarun tailor purchased a motorola device from amazon on 4th january 2017. Device name is moto g4 plus. I had technical issues with my device i went all the way travelling from vapi to mumbai i. E borivali to get my device get repaired as it is in the warranty period problems faced battery drainout issue &touch display problems after repairing my device it was normally working for few days & again my device started with the same problem i had to run to mumbai again & had to repair motorola service center ppl said you will have to submit ur device & take after 3 working days i did the same what they said. They called me & said sir ur device is ready plz come & take.
                              The day i dispached my device form motorola service center the very same day the problem started again
                              I requested motorola ppl for a replacement they r clearly refusing me
                              & according to the warranty book it is clearly written about the replacement.

                                I have moto x play. It had problems with the display. I submitted it to service centre and they asked for rs.7000 and gave the phone back. After a few days, the phone again encountered problems of display. And now even after more than 3 months, they are not repairing the phone, even though the phone is in warranty. And every customer who came at the motorola service centre was aggrieved and complaining because they are fooling the customers and looting them.

                                  I have purchased Moto Z Play in Nov. 2016 and Few days back the sound also having issue of slow sound. I have planned to visit service centre but meanwhile some government meeting was planned out of my area so I decided to visit on coming days and on Friday i.e. 16.6.2017 my moto z play phone touch screen stop working when I was out of station for meeting. I came back on 17.6.2017 and search of service centre and visited on Monday i.e. 19.6.2016 to service centre at Ajmer in Amar Plaza. After some time they told me that their is issue of IC due to water /liquid where as I could not found any liquid or water shown by them the opened phone and I also taken picture too as nothing such incident occurs with me where water or liquid issue may come from my side. Also this phone is Water repellent nano-coating and how is possible that where as nothing wrong was happen to my phone for such reasons of water. I am very surprise to know that they told me it will not be repaired under warranty and cost you 7500 for repair. How come it is ? They told that approval from company to be given to them after you mail them the issue then only they will repair it free of cost. This phone is totally intact and nothing wrong was done and suddenly screen was not working on 16.6.2017. I am surprise to have such a response from service centre and why I go for repair under warranty as replacement must be made if some thing wrong where I am not in fault. it seems that it is some internal issue which is being shown as liquid or water issue and the service centre making me fool. So I have sent email to motorola via contact us but no action taken and they also taking side of service centre. So I have decided to send legal notice soon. But I do not contact details and address where legal notice to be sent so please help me as I am 100 percent sure that my side nothing wrong and some thing wrong at motorola side in this matter. my no. is [protected]

                                        I am a regular customer of motorola. I have used moto g2 and g4 plus, i have no complaints about that 2 phones. But last week i purchased a moto g5 for my brother which made me to lose the trust i had with moto. The battery backup of that phone is terrible. The phone was fully charged before going to bed. But morning it was drained to 40%. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model.
