In my motorola mobile sound problem had started after purchasing on 5th day and the service is taking too much time to repair this speakerphone/ringer problem.
They take 7 days to repair but when i called on 7th day they give a lot of excuses. Always they give lot of excuses and taking too much time. Its urgent. Please take this issues seriously and kindly repair it as fast as it can.....

Today morning when i am charging my phone, my charger automatically get blast, it good that no one get injured, but it can causes a serious accident..
Hence i want a serious action Asap.
My charger gives turbo power charging, hence i want replacement of the same.

I have bought Moto E3 Power Mobile from Ebay. I received damaged product. And after 2-3 days I am getting some charging issue. I just go ahead and asked to Ebay they said go to moto service center and they will resolve your issue. I have bought moto g 4 plus at the end of january, from amazon and it works properly till march but after that it starts heating while charging, and some days ago its display got blank. Then i have went to the service centre buy the guy was ask me to pay 550 rs for software updation.. I have told him it is under warranty still then he had ask me to pay.. which is not working now, it got wet in rain that too in small amount and after some time it started behaving abnormally, i switched it off and tried to restart again but display was not coming, phone is not booting now.

I gave it to service center on may 9 and they kept it more than 10 days and gave my mobile back without doing anything. I have given my mobile to Prudent Telecom Service center, Thane on 13th May 2017. The tracking no given by service center is SRPTS[protected].
