Very poor service.. I gave my headset in care 20 d sector chandigarh.. I had a prblm of app shadow nd charging jeck in my phn.. Bt dey gave me as it is.. Nd said its okk now.. Please look into this.. Staff is too poor nd not commited to wrk. Problem is same as it is before its working.
Required training fr staff.
Not commit customer if prblm nt solved
Will have to give a proper solution.

    Over year ago when our contract with verizon was up for renewal on the advise of the verizon customer service representative he recommended the turbo 2. Stateing it was the best most reliable phone. Well he was completely wrong. My wife is now on her 5 th replacement. My daughter is on her 3rd and myself my 3. They stop charging, won't hold charge, turn themselves off and on by themselves. Freeze up. My wife just got a replacement not even a month ago. And it froze up. Got replacement today now we have to go get new sim card. Phone killed the sim card. When i asked verizon rep about the phone turbo 2 if he had compliants. He stated no. But when i look online there is tons of dissatisfied customers. Everytime i have to go to verizon to get a replacement for defective phone they state turbo 2 is good. Well i think after the 2nd time we should of had a new upgraded phone for free. This is ridiculous. I am never going with a motorola again. Might even stop our account with verizon once contract up.

    Mobile camera is not working when we open the camera it is showing that the

    (camera busy unable to start please power off the mobile)

    But I have done in the same way but there is no use same problem is showing again and I have done factory reset but there is no use doing that please help me to solve this problem.

      It has been almost 20 days since the service center has been taken my phone for repairing, while taking the phone they told that it will take almost 10-12 days for repairing but now its 20days and they are not responding to my calls even. About this matter i already had a live chat with motorola but they are also not doing something. Please look into my problem and slove this asap.

          Dear Sir,

          This is in reference to Moto G4 Plus Phone which i have purchased thru Amazon on 09-Aug-2016 Order #[protected] which is in warranty period.

          My Moto G4 plus mobile has a issue with Camera and the picture is not clear. For the same i have visited two times to Motorola Service Centre, Railway Station Road, Madhopura, Ghaziabad.
          But they refused to repair the same and said the camera is not under warranty. They are asking money for it. And then i asked him to give me the reason in written but they have refuse the same.

          This is my second moto phone, i never faced any problems with my last phone moto e. But now i am loosing my faith.

          You are requested to please raise a complaint from my side and request you to take a immediate action to resolve the same.

            Sir, i have submitted my mobile handset and charger to the motorola service centre on 15th may 2017 and today they handed me the handset and charger... While recieving i founded that the data cable has been replaced and some mark are there near the charging pin... I told by they said me that yahi apka charger hai aur apka mobile to charge ho raha hai na... To use kya... By when i reached home... I have written the serial no of the charger and i found that my complete charger has been replaced... I have all the document + all evidence...               Dear sir/mam,
              I am using moto g 4plus mobile from last 11 months but i regretly say that moto g4plus is very third class phone ever seen in my life. I have given many a times to the service center rajkot but from there also no solution are coming out.
              Automatic screen working, heating, no vibrate, no ring, netwrk error, automatically​ application shutdown, charge prblms, all these issue i have recorded and shown to the service center of rajkot named as aryan technology. I am not getting perfect solution from here. I have only one month left and i knw this time i will give ny mobile to service center this will come after 30 to 35 days so my waranty will b over so now i have decided to take a legal action over the company which is not giving proper service to the customer and service center also not giving proper reply to the coustomers.
              I am civil citizen of this country and i want u to pay attention over here

                  I bought motorola g4 plus in august 2016 from amazon and after 3 months o[censored]sage its charger stopped working.
                  In january 2017, i went to authorised motorola customer care service centre & they said its charger issue and replaced the charger and told me that issue won't occur further.
                  But again in may month, its charger stopped working and now they are saying its hardware issue and charging jack is not properly functioning.
                  There customer care support executives are too stubborn and bad, not ready to agree that its phone issue. 1st time they told me its charger issue, i told them please check it can be a phone issue too.
                  Further this time as well, i went to 20 kms to moto service centre and now this time they are saying we will check your phone and give it back in 5 to 10 days.
                  Motorola services are so pathetic. There service centre phone no. Always engaged, i wasted my 2 hrs today to find the service centre in noida
                  I am highly disappointed and need a strict action on company.

                    I have given my phone in service more than 3 times, still it is not working properly.
                    It is hardly 2 months when i have bought phone.
                    My money is totally wasted and also time for going to service center.

                    I am totaly unsatisfied for this kind of quality when user buy a cellphone for their need and instead of them phone is in service center much time and ultimately result is 0.

                            I have bought Moto E3 Power Mobile from Ebay. I received damaged product. And after 2-3 days I am getting some charging issue. I just go ahead and asked to Ebay they said go to moto service center and they will resolve your issue. But, today when I went to your service center they simplly said your mobile do not have any EMI, No country code?? What is this? How I overcome from this problem?

                            I am using Motorola headset and in last 4 to 5 day's my phone not working well .
                            when I'm changing my phone to going so many time from regular charging.
                            My phone heated.
                            My phone's battery not working well.
                            My phone's battery down faster than regular.

                              I purchased a moto g plus from flipkart on 19/2/2017. But after a month time, started facing issue with touch & heating. On approximately 5/4/2017 i went to authorize service center om services (83, khandesh mills shoping complex, jalgaon - maharastra). They repaired its by replacing some part. But after some time, same issue started repeating. On 22/5/2017 i went to another authorize center kavya enterprises (Shop-3/4, c wing, shrinath plaza, dnyaneshwar paduka chauk, fcroad, shivajinagar, pune), they stated that the phone screw are missed placed and the phone is out of warranty. So they did not take the phone for repair & suggested to go and check with om service center.

                              I kindly request you to help & get the phone repaired or replaced as it is in warranty.

                                My name is n. Gopikrishna. I have given my mobile (Moto g4 plus white colour) in service center for service, they have changed my mobile parts to old parts.
                                Service center :- scd-018-sathyam electronics.
                                I am unable to judge that all the parts are valid and old one. They are mention that it is valid mobile.

                                today i have checked with service center again they have changed my IMEI in old mobile and given me. When i asked them they have just changed the panel of IMEI and given back. What should i do, I got new problem, my ringer is not working properly now.

                                  I have bought moto g 4 plus at the end of january, from amazon and it works properly till march but after that it starts heating while charging, and some days ago its display got blank. Then i have went to the service centre buy the guy was ask me to pay 550 rs for software updation.. I have told him it is under warranty still then he had ask me to pay.. Now phone is working properly but heating issue is not resolved...

                                    I have submitted my Motto 360 2nd Gen to the service center. Service center details:-

                                    Date of submitted - 13/5/17

                                    Issue - The service center said that they will replace the defective product but it will take Eight Months time. So I can contact Motorola Customer Care to escalate the issue and get the refund. When I called the customer care (called about 20 times), they said that the service center has not submitted any request for replacement. And there is no provision for refund.

                                    In motorola's warranty terms and conditions, it is clearly written that they provide refunds.

                                      I bought Motorola Z Play Model XT1635 from flipkart on 06th November, 2016. It worked fine for 5 months. One month back it suddenly got hanged and inspite of several log off and log in it could not start properly. There was a reboot issue. I submitted my handset to Newtech Service Centre at Vashi. They did not care to respond back and update me the status. The contact number provided on the job sheet was not working since months. I have to visit the service centre to take the update. The phone was still not ready. They took 15 days to resolve the issue. They had to replace Main Bopard. After a week i received an update from motorola and again the same problem started. Also, there was a sound issue. Again i had to submit to a different service centre (lenovo) Vashi. They wasted my half day and later on said that the handset has to be kept under observation or software testing. I followed up twice later but was not happy with the response. It's really pity that a company like Motorola/lenovo has so many issues with the handsets as well the service centre service and response is utterly poor. I would like to have a new handset. I cannot spend my precious time. It's sheer waste of time, energy and money. I hope the company takes this very seriously and resolves this issue in a professional way if they really wants to survive in the market and gain more customers.

                                      There is no response yet from the service centre and my handset is not repaired so far. I do not want this faulty handset. Kindly provide me with a new one. I am not here to spend money on a faulty handset and undergo all kind of mental torture and agony. I am attaching both jobsheets for your immediate action.

                                        I got this new handset from a local shop 5-6 days back. It was working properly then while charging i noticed some issues.. the phone is getting hang only during charging and any fumctions are not performing. And also some bizzare things are happening without even touching the set. I am attacing a video related to my complaint which i have recorded while the handset was in charging
