Issue: manufacturing defect in lcd screen
Date of purchase: 13/02/2017
Complaint: my phone screen stopped working in may and went to the motorola service center in tnagar, chennai to fix the same, as the phone was still under warranty. To my shock, the lasy at the srevice centre said that lcd screen is not covered under warranty and made me pay inr 12500 (Half the cost of phone!!)

It's absolutely ridiculous that i have to pay for a manufacturing defect (Even the service centre said it was not my fault) but i had no choice as all my complaints to the customer support fell on deaf years and as it is my work phone. Also, the service center wrote that the screen was broken on the report when that was not the case (Photos attached)

Please advise on how to get a refund on the extra money i have paid.

    My phn had some battery issues.. So i took it to the cuttack (Odisha) service center on 10th may they kept it under observation and told that the phns battery is out of order and needs to be exchanged as i had warranty i told them to get it repaired... But a month has passed nd they havent repaired it yet and r saying that the company is not providing them a new battery... The company cant even provide a simple battery.

      My mobile display was damaged by me and i gave my mobile to service center to be ok it. I paid 7, 000 for new display, in return i got display ok but mobile vibrator spoiled by workers of service center and again i gave my mobile to service center to be ok vibrator but this time back camera of my mobile is spoiled by workers. I has got upset from moto service. I gave mobile again to be ok back camera but i found back camera quality as i gave it before. I want my mobile ok or a new mobile from moto service

        Moto M charging very slow taking more than 8-10 hours to fully charge

        My name is Harpreet, I bought this phone Moto M on 14th March 2017 via Flipkart. Its not even six months and it is showing slow charging. It used to charge really fast within two to three hours it use to charge to full. Now it takes more than 8-10 hrs to full charge. Please suggest.

        Sir, earlier we had complained you about the moto g4 plus camera lens protecting glass problem that it's getting scratches. As you have replied to our problem, motorola care centre officials have solved our problem by replacing the camera lens protecting glass with new one.
        Thank you very much for your perusal and favourable consideration.
        But now the problem is, again the camera lens protecting glass is getting scratches. Its only 4 months since they replaced it. Again it is getting scratches. How should i suppose to change the glass for every 5 months.
        I had another two months warranty.
        Even though if you replace it now, it will definitely get scratches after few months.
        Just think "what should i do after the completion of my warranty???".
        Finally what i want to say is "please replace the camera lens protecting glass with good quality glass and scratch resistant".
        Not only me but 99% of moto g4 plus users are facing this problem. So please manufacture good quality and scratch resistant glass

          No physical damage to the phone. Phone suddenly went off.
          Phone submitted to motorola authorized service centre in margao goa.
          There is issue with the mother board (Root cause identified by service center.) (Job sheet number srb2x[protected]
          No effective response from service center.
          Delay in repair
          Kindly track the details from job sheet number.

          Phone is under warranty.
          Need a replacement since its a faulty piece and no damage was caused by the user.

            Very poor service.. I gave my headset in care 20 d sector chandigarh.. I had a prblm of app shadow nd charging jeck in my phn.. Bt dey gave me as it is.. Nd said its okk now.. Please look into this.. Staff is too poor nd not commited to wrk. Problem is same as it is before its working.
            Required training fr staff.

              Over year ago when our contract with verizon was up for renewal on the advise of the verizon customer service representative he recommended the turbo 2. Stateing it was the best most reliable phone. Well he was completely wrong. My wife is now on her 5 th replacement. My daughter is on her 3rd and myself my 3. They stop charging, won't hold charge, turn themselves off and on by themselves. Freeze up. My wife just got a replacement not even a month ago. And it froze up. Got replacement today now we have to go get new sim card. Phone killed the sim card. When i asked verizon rep about the phone turbo 2 if he had compliants. He stated no. But when i look online there is tons of dissatisfied customers. Everytime i have to go to verizon to get a replacement for defective phone they state turbo 2 is good. Well i think after the 2nd time we should of had a new upgraded phone for free. This is ridiculous. I am never going with a motorola again. Might even stop our account with verizon once contract up.

              But I have done in the same way but there is no use same problem is showing again and I have done factory reset but there is no use doing that please help me to solve this problem.

                It has been almost 20 days since the service center has been taken my phone for repairing, while taking the phone they told that it will take almost 10-12 days for repairing but now its 20days and they are not responding to my calls even. About this matter i already had a live chat with motorola but they are also not doing something. Please look into my problem and slove this asap.

                    This is in reference to Moto G4 Plus Phone which i have purchased thru Amazon on 09-Aug-2016 Order #[protected] which is in warranty period.

                    My Moto G4 plus mobile has a issue with Camera and the picture is not clear. For the same i have visited two times to Motorola Service Centre, Railway Station Road, Madhopura, Ghaziabad.
                    But they refused to repair the same and said the camera is not under warranty. They are asking money for it. And then i asked him to give me the reason in written but they have refuse the same.

                    This is my second moto phone, i never faced any problems with my last phone moto e. But now i am loosing my faith.

                    You are requested to please raise a complaint from my side and request you to take a immediate action to resolve the same.

                      Sir, i have submitted my mobile handset and charger to the motorola service centre on 15th may 2017 and today they handed me the handset and charger... While recieving i founded that the data cable has been replaced and some mark are there near the charging pin... I told by they said me that yahi apka charger hai aur apka mobile to charge ho raha hai na... To use kya... By when i reached home... I have written the serial no of the charger and i found that my complete charger has been replaced... I have all the document + all evidence...                         Dear sir/mam,
                        I am using moto g 4plus mobile from last 11 months but i regretly say that moto g4plus is very third class phone ever seen in my life. I have given many a times to the service center rajkot but from there also no solution are coming out.
                        Automatic screen working, heating, no vibrate, no ring, netwrk error, automatically​ application shutdown, charge prblms, all these issue i have recorded and shown to the service center of rajkot named as aryan technology. I am not getting perfect solution from here. I have only one month left and i knw this time i will give ny mobile to service center this will come after 30 to 35 days so my waranty will b over so now i have decided to take a legal action over the company which is not giving proper service to the customer and service center also not giving proper reply to the coustomers.
                        I am civil citizen of this country and i want u to pay attention over here

                            I bought motorola g4 plus in august 2016 from amazon and after 3 months o[censored]sage its charger stopped working.
                            In january 2017, i went to authorised motorola customer care service centre & they said its charger issue and replaced the charger and told me that issue won't occur further.
                            But again in may month, its charger stopped working and now they are saying its hardware issue and charging jack is not properly functioning.
                            There customer care support executives are too stubborn and bad, not ready to agree that its phone issue. 1st time they told me its charger issue, i told them please check it can be a phone issue too.
                            Further this time as well, i went to 20 kms to moto service centre and now this time they are saying we will check your phone and give it back in 5 to 10 days.
                            Motorola services are so pathetic. There service centre phone no. Always engaged, i wasted my 2 hrs today to find the service centre in noida
                            I am highly disappointed and need a strict action on company.

                              It is hardly 2 months when i have bought phone.
                              My money is totally wasted and also time for going to service center.

                              I am totaly unsatisfied for this kind of quality when user buy a cellphone for their need and instead of them phone is in service center much time and ultimately result is 0.

                                I have bought Motorola G4plus and it's under warranty and i am sending my phone to care centre for the thirs time and when i called motorola for a pepmanent fix they said we cannot tell u anything go to motorola care and we will see and i asked for replacement because when i called them last time they said customer have 3 chances and if the phone doesnot work properly then we decide what to do and they changed the board of my phone and the current issues were phone getting off when i call or try to watch a video or use internet or listen to music

                                      I have bought Moto E3 Power Mobile from Ebay. I received damaged product. And after 2-3 days I am getting some charging issue. I just go ahead and asked to Ebay they said go to moto service center and they will resolve your issue. But, today when I went to your service center they simplly said your mobile do not have any EMI, No country code?? What is this? How I overcome from this problem?

                                      I am using Motorola headset and in last 4 to 5 day's my phone not working well .
                                      when I'm changing my phone to going so many time from regular charging.
                                      My phone heated.
                                      My phone's battery not working well.
                                      My phone's battery down faster than regular.

                                      Dear Sir/mam i am Ketan Makwana from india i buy moto g5s plus after 5 weeks my phone not working so i go to service center they not repair my phone for repairing they want money but my phone come under warranty.Sir/mam please solve this my problem this is my request please you told them to repair my phone.
