Dear team,
I am an user of moto g3 since 1year+. Suddenly my mobile got switched off due to unknown reason. I did spent 2200/- rs inr at devayoni suupport service india pvt. Ltd., situated at bhubaneswar. Now mobile is working but suddenly getting switched off during operation. After complining the issue at the service center they are saying i need to spend more for the new issue.

Whereas i got this problem after receiving my phone from the service center. Can i get a proper resolution on ma problem. Expecting a clarification at earliest.

    I have bought it some 15 days back from flipkart, now it has many scratches on its screen. If it comes with corning gorilla protections then how come the screen got scratched? Has motorola gone low with quality or its a cheating?
    This is frustrating when a highly known brand like motorola cheats people with low quality handsets. I have used it with proper care and i am a normal user.

      I had purchased a moto e3 power from an online retailer (Flipkart). From the very beginning, the device had sound issues. I submitted my device for repair at the service center, having a very hard time with their service. The issue cropped up again.

      I again submitted the device to another service center for the same problem, they replaced some parts and returned the device. Again the problem was not resolved.

      After consulting with the customer care team, i again submitted the device to the service center (3rd time) with the case being escalated to senior team. It has been 7 days, there is no response from the customer representative team (They said case had not been escalated), my mobile is still at the service center and i have no idea when i will get my device back

        My mobile moto g4 plus charging port and charger got burnt while charging. Luckily i recognised the burning and unplugged my charger. Otherwise consequences would be different. Now i submitted my mobile to the service center and they kept the mobile and charger with them without doing any further repairs. I want to complain regarding this burning of mobile while charging as it is safety issue form the manufacturer side.

          I purchased my phone one month before. I inserted my memory card first time after purchasing and after that i never opened my back cover. On 15th of july 2017 while using my phone it switched off automatically and after that it's not switching on i tried to put my phone in charge then also it's not opening. I took it to the service center and told them about the problems and asked me to wait for 15min, after 15min they said your memory card pin is damaged and they told me that it is physical damage and it doesn't come under warranty. I asked them okay i am ready to pay, please do it then after sometimes she asked me to wait and called me again and told there is another liquid damaged problem there. I just want to ask the company how are you manufacturing your product, within one month i never opened my back cover and how come my phone got into such problems, while my phone is under warranty. I want company should look into this matter and get my phone repair under warranty..

            Respected sir/madam, i have submitted my mobile 5 times consecutively for the same problem but new problems have emerged out rather than the base one this is the last male i have submitted to motorola and ofcource of no use as per telephonic discussion with you i am sending you my mobile bill copy.. And once again requesting you to kindly look into the matter seriously and provide a resolution, as i am one of your premium customer and have purchased one of the best model of motorola and have experienced a very bad response from your side as the mobile is faulty and the it's been lying again and again with your service center for so many days... And every time i have received from service centre with new scratches, unfitted body, damaged flash light, speaker not working, second sim slot is not working, and i have submitted the handset 4 times for the same reason earlier and as promised from your side that i should one last time submit this again beliveing you have submitted again 5 time forwarding you job sheet details as requested by your side... I am expecting a favourable resolution this time

              Most respectfully i beg to say that i had ordered a moto g plus 4 gen from amazon on 31 aug 2016. My order no. Is[protected]. My registered contact number on amazon is [protected]. My phone is in warranty period. And i have no location where i get service or any other necessary solution regarding my phone complain.
              The complain of my phone is not charging at it's time period. Actually from some days i noticed that charging of my phone is too late. When i bought this it is charged fully in 40-45 minutes. But from some days it is not charged fully in n 4-5 hours. Also my phone battery is exhausted very soon. I have really facing problem with my phone. And it's also getting overheated while charging now a days.

              Please give solution regarding my product complain.

                  I have given my phone in the motorola service centre adayar, chennai on 09-may-2017 due to charging issue.
                  Please find the below details and attached invoice copy, email reference and job sheet
                  First week:
                  When i am called after one week they mentioned display issue so we have order and awaiting for display.
                  Second week:
                  Again i called but not picked the call and after that i went ro show room,
                  Still phone not get ready it will take time.
                  Again third week:
                  When i went into the service center suddenly surprised and all are new employees. I heard that old dealer contract has been completed and they are staying in another room. I went asked again same thing, they will inform again will compete and call you the status of the phone.
                  After the i have called more than 30-40 times. But still they are not provide the mobile and not solved the issues.
                  Keep on calling asking and but no proper response.
                  Also i have sent email to lenovo and some of the person, but no response.
                  Refer the attached details 1. Invoice copy of the mobile, 2. Job sheet of the service centre 3. Email sent to concern service centre.
                  Kindly process the request with high priority and get the new replacement mobile for same model.

                  Extend the warranty period of the phone. Service center holding more than 30 days my phone.

                  As you confirmed customer service, my phone will return on 19.06.2017.

                  But yet to receive my mobile from service centre.

                  Please refer the below details:

                  1. 05 May 2017 - Surrendered mobile for charging issue
                  2. Keep on tracing to service center but no response .
                  3. Charging pin has been changed as they confirmed.
                  4.31.may 2017 awaiting for battery from Motorola.
                  5.Keep on tracing to service center but no response.
                  6.14.06.2017- Raised complaint against Moto service center at Adayar.
                  7. 15.06.2017- Voice support confirmed on or before 19.06.2017 phone will be returned to customer(myself).
                  8. 17.06.2017 - Again called Adaya service centre but no response from the person, after that called to customer support, They confirmed part arrived and waiting for customer to collect mobile phone. On same day I called to same service centre he responded, we will call you on or before 03:30 PM to collect phone. But no response from service centre. Again I called, they told Monday(19.06.2017) you can come collect morning 11:00 AM.
                  9.19.06.2017 - I went at 12:00 PM to service centre, that concern person went for Main branch he will come after that. Again I called to that person, He confirmed again, He will return at 4:30Pm.
                  After that evening so many times I called, but no response .

                  Your Customer service /Moto service is very worst.
                  How many days still you want to solve the mobile phone issue.

                  Please immediately take action on this, otherwise will raised complaint behalf this things and if you are not return my mobile please provide the replace mobile and extend the warranty period for 2 months.

                  Again and again the same worst response from your service center, telling mobile will get ready this time / dis date/ that day.(FAKE WORDS)

                  sorry to say this getting frustrated
                  is this trusted center or practicing any fraudulent work??

                  i don't mind that your company policy will issues a new mobile are not?? But i need new mobile and i am not in the position to wait for long day.

                  if you people not response then i will sue a case against you since you made it long days to give back my mobile.

                  I WANT THE SOLUTION NOT UR COMPROMISING WORDS IN MAIL NEED IMMEDIATE REMEDY.

                    I have submitted my mobile on 15th may 2017, but after 1 month also the status is same as the part is in asp hub, from last 25 days i am only listening only same response, but there is no one to help me out, even motorola higher authority is too lazy in resolving problem. My jobsheet no. Is srine[protected]. And imei no. Is [protected]. Lastly only one option is remaining, i am going to file a complain regarding motorola in court. They will handle now. Because there is no any value of customer, motorola policy is to let the customer suffer and don't care about them. Worst service. Going to have my mobile legally now with mental harassment case also...

                    Even service center is asking RS. 2000 as repair, why should I pay if my mobile is under warranty. This is just a loot from company as nothing about physical damage is mention on jobsheet. I think this is a serious issue and government of India should involve in such fraud by company.

                      I bought g4 plus on nov moth 2016 after 6 months the motherboard has got bent there is no physical damage. I went to service center and they asked to raise a complaint since they are not covering in warranty. I raised a complaint and they asked to submit the device and asked for the job sheet. All the details i have provided but still i did not get my device back (Its going to be one month). Many times i have mailed them there were no proper response from them. Last mail which i got from them was within 48 hours we will update. After this mail i mailed two 3 times but no reply from them.

                        I purchased a motorola turbo charger of 999 rupees in march 30 and within 2 months it is not in working condition. I wanted to ask that what is the difference between a motorola turbo charger and local charger. If i would have been aware of such kind of problematic situation, i must had purchased a local charger instead of purchasing such a costlier charger. I request the company to take an immediate on it, otherwise i have to think twice before purchasing any product of motorola in future. I hope so that my request will be seriously considered.

                          Issue: manufacturing defect in lcd screen
                          Date of purchase: 13/02/2017
                          Complaint: my phone screen stopped working in may and went to the motorola service center in tnagar, chennai to fix the same, as the phone was still under warranty. To my shock, the lasy at the srevice centre said that lcd screen is not covered under warranty and made me pay inr 12500 (Half the cost of phone!!)

                          It's absolutely ridiculous that i have to pay for a manufacturing defect (Even the service centre said it was not my fault) but i had no choice as all my complaints to the customer support fell on deaf years and as it is my work phone. Also, the service center wrote that the screen was broken on the report when that was not the case (Photos attached)

                          Please advise on how to get a refund on the extra money i have paid.

                            My phn had some battery issues.. So i took it to the cuttack (Odisha) service center on 10th may they kept it under observation and told that the phns battery is out of order and needs to be exchanged as i had warranty i told them to get it repaired... But a month has passed nd they havent repaired it yet and r saying that the company is not providing them a new battery... The company cant even provide a simple battery.

I paid 7, 000 for new display, in return i got display ok but mobile vibrator spoiled by workers of service center and again i gave my mobile to service center to be ok vibrator but this time back camera of my mobile is spoiled by workers.                                 Moto M charging very slow taking more than 8-10 hours to fully charge

                                Sir, earlier we had complained you about the moto g4 plus camera lens protecting glass problem that it's getting scratches. As you have replied to our problem, motorola care centre officials have solved our problem by replacing the camera lens protecting glass with new one.
                                Thank you very much for your perusal and favourable consideration.
                                But now the problem is, again the camera lens protecting glass is getting scratches. Its only 4 months since they replaced it. Again it is getting scratches. How should i suppose to change the glass for every 5 months.
                                I had another two months warranty.
                                Even though if you replace it now, it will definitely get scratches after few months.
                                Just think "what should i do after the completion of my warranty???".
                                Finally what i want to say is "please replace the camera lens protecting glass with good quality glass and scratch resistant".

                                  Phone (Moto x play) was purchased online from flip kart in july 2016.
                                  No physical damage to the phone. Phone suddenly went off.
                                  Phone submitted to motorola authorized service centre in margao goa.
                                  There is issue with the mother board (Root cause identified by service center.) (Job sheet number srb2x[protected]
                                  No effective response from service center.
                                  Delay in repair
                                  Kindly track the details from job sheet number.

                                  Phone is under warranty.
                                  Need a replacement since its a faulty piece and no damage was caused by the user.

                                    Very poor service.. I gave my headset in care 20 d sector chandigarh.. I had a prblm of app shadow nd charging jeck in my phn.. Bt dey gave me as it is.. Nd said its okk now.. Please look into this.. Staff is too poor nd not commited to wrk. Problem is same as it is before its working.
                                    Required training fr staff.

                                    Will have to give a proper solution.

                                      Over year ago when our contract with verizon was up for renewal on the advise of the verizon customer service representative he recommended the turbo 2. Stateing it was the best most reliable phone. Well he was completely wrong. My wife is now on her 5 th replacement. My daughter is on her 3rd and myself my 3. They stop charging, won't hold charge, turn themselves off and on by themselves. Freeze up. My wife just got a replacement not even a month ago. And it froze up. Got replacement today now we have to go get new sim card. Phone killed the sim card. When i asked verizon rep about the phone turbo 2 if he had compliants. He stated no. But when i look online there is tons of dissatisfied customers. Everytime i have to go to verizon to get a replacement for defective phone they state turbo 2 is good. Well i think after the 2nd time we should of had a new upgraded phone for free. This is ridiculous. I am never going with a motorola again. Might even stop our account with verizon once contract up.

                                      Mobile camera is not working when we open the camera it is showing that the

                                      (camera busy unable to start please power off the mobile)

                                      But I have done in the same way but there is no use same problem is showing again and I have done factory reset but there is no use doing that please help me to solve this problem.
