Extend the warranty period of the phone. Service center holding more than 30 days my phone.
Please update me the status of phone and solve the issue. Still how long I need to wait for my mobile.

As you confirmed customer service, my phone will return on 19.06.2017.
But yet to receive my mobile from service centre.
Please refer the below details:
1. 05 May 2017 - Surrendered mobile for charging issue
2. Keep on tracing to service center but no response .
3. Charging pin has been changed as they confirmed.
4.31.may 2017 awaiting for battery from Motorola.
5.Keep on tracing to service center but no response.
6.14.06.2017- Raised complaint against Moto service center at Adayar.
7. 15.06.2017- Voice support confirmed on or before 19.06.2017 phone will be returned to customer(myself).
8. 17.06.2017 - Again called Adaya service centre but no response from the person, after that called to customer support, They confirmed part arrived and waiting for customer to collect mobile phone. On same day I called to same service centre he responded, we will call you on or before 03:30 PM to collect phone. But no response from service centre. Again I called, they told Monday(19.06.2017) you can come collect morning 11:00 AM.
9.19.06.2017 - I went at 12:00 PM to service centre, that concern person went for Main branch he will come after that. Again I called to that person, He confirmed again, He will return at 4:30Pm.
After that evening so many times I called, but no response .
Your Customer service /Moto service is very worst.
How many days still you want to solve the mobile phone issue.
Please immediately take action on this, otherwise will raised complaint behalf this things and if you are not return my mobile please provide the replace mobile and extend the warranty period for 2 months.

Again and again the same worst response from your service center, telling mobile will get ready this time / dis date/ that day.(FAKE WORDS)
sorry to say this getting frustrated
is this trusted center or practicing any fraudulent work??
i don't mind that your company policy will issues a new mobile are not?? But i need new mobile and i am not in the position to wait for long day.
if you people not response then i will sue a case against you since you made it long days to give back my mobile.
I WANT THE SOLUTION NOT UR COMPROMISING WORDS IN MAIL NEED IMMEDIATE REMEDY.
(camera busy unable to start please power off the mobile)
But I have done in the same way but there is no use same problem is showing again and I have done factory reset but there is no use doing that please help me to solve this problem.
