I purchased Moto G Plus, Next Gen. by paying Rs.14999/- through Amazon.com on 7th of july 2016, My phone stopped working in Nov.2016.I talked in the company to replace it as it is in guarentee period but they denied.I went to the service center in Pune & submitted it for repairing but till today I didn't get my phone back.Whenever I go there they say it is not mending yet & it is companies fault.What can I do now....

I purchased 2handsets of Motorola n it's not even been a yr using them that for one phone side button and for other where sim is inserted came out on its own. When I went to customer care they asked RS 1000 and 1500for same inspite of both phone being in warranty. Phone showed sim not supported when opened the back cover to check it out sim slot chip was detached from its own....

I have submitted my Moto G4 plus to NewTech Solutions Vashi for Battery Issue on 31st Dec 2016 and i was informed that i will get my Mobile back within 10 days.

I had a problem with Moto G2 mobile for which I consulted the service centre and they told it's a battery problem and made me pay 1200 RS. After that the phone was not charging so I again went and they said it's a pin problem and now they are saying that it's a port problem and asking me to pay 1300 RS more.
