    I have a newly purchased Moto Z Play phone, suddenly there was a problem of sim tray which was not ejecting, I thought of getting a sd card for my phone. So i went to service centre, the incompetent engineer there damaged the display. and he said I have to wait like 25 days for new display. :((

    They made my life literally more complicated. I use two sim, both sim no. got its purpose.

      Had purchased moto g in april 2016. in october when the phone was not switching on i went to customer care first time at TECH SOLUTION, JAIPUR. i got to know that water had penetrated so the repair was not included in the warranty norms and was charged for the same. with the mother board intact they showed me the partial opened phone from the top and showed the water traces so i agreed with the charged repair and got it back the very next day.
      now after 3 months, in december again the phone stopped working, so went to same service station and asked. this time they opened the whole phone including the mother board and told that the water has reached motherboard when in last 3 months the phone never came in contact with the water. IT WAS BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T THOROUGH WITH THEIR WORK FOR THE FIRST TIME I HAVE TO BEAR THE SAME AMOUNT OF RS 3, 882 AGAIN. THEY ARE SO UN-PROFESSIONAL THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN READY TO ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKE.

        I buy my g4 plus July last year.Now. I had some complaint in my charger.For the replacement of the charger the service center asked the warranty.when i checked the warranty details of my phone using imei it's found that the imei number is not in the database.what does it mean.??? The phone also have some problem with the touch screen .some times the selection happens automatically at certain points in the screen.so please help me with this

          I submit my device in B2X-033 BM GADGET SERVICE PVT lTD, 16 days ago in service centre still now i didn't get any response from service centre, i call them many times they just told part is not available, then i call Motorola service centre then they told me we will arrange callback from senior manager within 24 to 48 hours ...after that i didn't get any call from them whenever u call they just say wait for 24 hours you will get call .. pune

            Hi, i purchased a motorola z play via flipkart on 1st november, 2016. Within 7 days the phone went dead on 3 occasions and restarted automatically after a gap of 2 hours. I complained to flipkart and got a replacement mobile on 18th november, 2016. On 7th january, the phone again went dead and this time it did not start. As i has crossed my 30 day replacement period, flipkart did not cater to my request of replacement of faulty handset although i got a faulty piece twice. I approached the customer service centre on 10th january, 2017 and gave my mobile for repair as they told me that the mother board is not functioning. Till date i have not yet got my mobile back. I have been trying to reach out to the motorola customer service centre in gurgaon but there is no answer on the numbers provided.
            I require a replacement for my mobile as i have been given a faulty handset twice.

                I AM SANDEEP (mob no [protected], email id [protected]@gmail.com), IN SEPTEMBER 2016 I HAVE BOUGHT MOTO G4 PLUS 32GB HANDSET, BUT ON 9TH NOV THE PHONE STOPPED WORKING AND IT WAS UNABLE TO BOOT, SO I TOOK THIS ISSUE WITH AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER LOCATED AT NASHIK. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE MOTHER BOARD OF THE DEVICE SINCE THEN MANY OTHER ISSUES ARE HEADING . THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DEVICE IS LOWERED AND HARDWARE ISSUES ARE ALSO THERE. THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM SUCH A COMPANY AND THE MOBILE HANDSET WHICH COSTS MORE THAN 15000 RUPEES SHOULD NOT HAVE SUCH ISSUES.
                I AM UNABLE TO GO TO SERVICE CENTER EVERY TO AND FRO SO PLEASE ARRANGE TO REPLACE THIS POOR HANDSET . OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM, I AM FEELING HARRASHED WHILE USING THIS PRODUCT WHICH NEARLY COST S ME ABOUT 20000 INCLUDING WASTAGE OF MONEY AND MY PRECIOUS TIME.
                if any positive initiative will not be in the view of company then i will have to contact consumer forum to register a legal complaint against the company.

                  Hello I would like to speak to someone regarding a repair and/or replacement of my Motorola phone. This is been an ongoing ordeal which was initiated in February 2016. I shipped the device and was told it would be replaced, then was informed that it would not be replaced. I requested the device be returned and have spent the last 9 months going back and forth with associates. I was promised the phone was being shipped back, that has never happened. I was promised return phone calls, that has not happened. I finally received an email that the phone was lost by Motorola. However; there has been no word on how the loss will be resolved. I purchased an expensive Motorola smartphone and have suffered the loss of this phone by Motorola. Please, I need to speak to someone to have this issue resolved. Thank you[protected].

                      I am the user of Moto X Play, I had purchased this smart Phone due to brand image, Moto is the brand which is symbol of good services & best instruments however I would like to say it was a myth and reality has come in front of me when I used the product and did not get the proper service.

                      I have purchased MOTO X Play from your selling partner “FlipKart” on 22nd Dec’2015, In month of Nov’16 I was facing problem in my Mobile, it’s memory card did not read. I visited in your authorized center(Max Mobile Care) on same time & they did not accepted my mobile and gave excuse by stating that our server is migrated so we can’t take your Mobile for repair, I re-visited on 2nd Dec 2016 but excuse was same. Finally I got success to handover my Mobile for repair on 14th Dec’2016. The Technician informed that mother board will be change in your Mobile and it will take 10 days under the warranty. I relinquish my Mobile to service center, after 10 days (on 23rd Dec’2016) I contacted to your authorized service center for my Mobile then they told me “we did not get part from MOTOROLA company so we need more time”.

                      From 14th Dec’2016 to till date(10/01/2017) I did not recompense my Mobile. I have some query about such type of services

                      1) What is the use of such type of Mobile were customer did not get the service properly.
                      2) Why Most popular brand don’t have the parts even they advertising very aggressively for sale the product in India.
                      3) Who will fetch the losses which I got in last one month
                      4) Have we any TAT for service & replacement of part.

                      I am writing this mail because my patience has been almost in end condition and I can’t bestow such type of answer from your authorized service center that company has not given the parts.

                        I am a moto user since 18/05/2015. No issues faced before.
                        but yesterday phone get heating very quickly and battery drain in 30 minutes. i visited motorola authorized service center. They told me board is damaged, and it must be replaced by new board, it cost is Rs.4800.

                        * why should i pay Rs.4800 for a 1 and half year Mobile which is cost is below than Rs.10000.

                        * The board has no bends or physical damages (Mobile also)

                        * It means the board is build in low quality.

                        * Is my Rs.10000 validity is below than 2 years?

                            I purchased 2handsets of Motorola n it's not even been a yr using them that for one phone side button and for other where sim is inserted came out on its own. When I went to customer care they asked RS 1000 and 1500for same inspite of both phone being in warranty. Phone showed sim not supported when opened the back cover to check it out sim slot chip was detached from its own.

                            Never seen such disgusting service.. Motorola service centre is saying we make no repair for break. For your knowledge I would like to inform you it is no breakge. 8 am repeating myself your sim slot came out on its own without even touching it. If you cant repair it at least provide good quality so that it's part don't come on its own..I regret myself of linking myself with this company by buying it's phone and bearing it's worst service. Plz resolve the issue otherwise I'll file a complaint in consumer court

                              I have submitted my Moto G4 plus to NewTech Solutions Vashi for Battery Issue on 31st Dec 2016 and i was informed that i will get my Mobile back within 10 days.
                              But when i called NewTech Solutions after 10 days for Status, they told me to contact Motorola or email [protected]@ensureservices.in
                              I emailed to said id but not a single response from them
                              Everyday i m sending reminder email but no Response from them
                              So request you to please refer following Service ID SRINA[protected] and update the status .

                                I purchased MOTO G4 Plus on 11th Dec. From 8th Jan the touch is not responding properly also with few vertical lines on display. Day by day lines increased and on 11th Jan Touch stopped responding and lines on display was also increased and stopped responding. Today on 13th Jan, 2017 i visited one of your service centre in IRLA, VILE PARLE WEST, MUMBAI they said that this problem is not covered in warranty. They said that the LCD of the mobile is broken because of some pressure, whereas there is not a single scratch on mobile or on display or anywhere nor the touch has broken. How can your LCD got break with some little pressure where the Gorilla Glass 3 is not at all damaged.

                                do MOTOROLA started using Low Quality Parts in their Mobiles to Maximise its profit.

                                because the damage shows that it is the manufacturing defect where MOTOROLA has used very low quality LCD.

                                I WANT IT TO BE REPAIRED OR REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                                Service Centre Executive said me that the LCD of MOTO G4+ 32GB is broken which is a internal damage and is chargeable repair, but the question is that how can there be an internal damage without an external damage and why a Low Quality Part in your Mobile Device is not covered under Warranty?

                                As the Mobile is not at all damaged and not even tempered glass of the mobile is damaged, how can the LCD be damaged internally? and why it is not covered in warranty?

                                  Motorola service the worest of worest.

                                  I am bought the moto g4 plus phone on 7th oct 2016. This phone sliped by hand from 3 feets distance on 20th oct 2016 small scratch apeared on phone charger connecter place. Phone is working perfect condition. This phone automatically screen off from dec 25th 2016. I went to service center for claim warrnty. He told to me this mobile not covered warranty due to scatch apreared on phone.

                                  This is not conviance to me. I fixed to not purchase any moto and lenovo phone for this type of service provide by motorola and lenova customer care

                                  My Moto g4 plus was having a problem of switching off automatically. I came to the nearby Guwahati Motorola service center and they repaired it after 1 month. Now it's headphone jack is not working and the speaker is giving a whistling sound. When I tried to contact motorola service center again, they are not responding to my calls

                                    i am writing here to express and appeal to Appelite body to take into consideration my complain of motorola mobile service /Lenevo service centre-Mobi quest based in hyderabad.

                                    I have recently purchased Moto X play 32gb from flipcart and within 2 months dated 29 dec 2016 it stopped functioning.Tech Team from Mobi quest/(Authorised service centre )in Kukatpally says motherboard is corrupted and fault and need replacement but they dont know how long it will take.
                                    please let me know if i can get a new phone as its not my Mistake that motherboard is corrupted and within warranty cant be changed and there is no valid statement or feedback coming from Mobi Quest. Below is the IMEI no of my phone and address of mobiquest.IMEI No0-[protected].

                                    The mobile is under AWARRANTY with still 10 months validity. request for immediate attention and please push motorola to immediately give me a new Phone or change the defected part

                                    its been 25 days since i am seriously following up with service centre and motorola team and all they are doing is passing affairs. This is how consumer in India is treated and after 20 days motorola team is asking what is issue and what part need to be repaired as if i am the engineer from service support centre.

                                    I need to know when i will recieve my mobile as i dont want nonsense reasons like products are not there in india, we eport from hong kong, brazil. what i am supposed to do. My question is why they are sending faulty defected product in market and when they have no stock of Spare parts.

                                    I need my phone back immediately as i am having finanial loss in my business because of not having smart phone.

                                      I have purchased Moto G4 Plus on 19th Dec 2016, when i have revived the phone its wifi, bluetooth, Hotspot functions are inoperative. when i have submitted my phone to your authorized service center located in pune, maharashtra on 28th Dec 2016. Since that day I haven't received exact date when i get my phone repaired. Buying a phone worth INR 15000 and still i am facing such issue immediately after receiving issue. This is the worst case i ever experienced. Frankly speaking i want my maoney back dont wont to continue with Motorola.

                                        I got my Motorola Moto G4 plus 5 months back and got few issues in the cell in recent days, i contacted motrola care and they said me to give the headset to service center. I went to Kyathi Communication, Rajaji nagar, bangalore and gave my phone for service.
                                        They provided me with a contact number for any queries, i called them up to know the status but the phone number they gave was not get connected (the number never gets connected), it was just a fake number i guess. I got back my phone after service but the issues still occur as the service center didnt repair my cell. Also the agents in the service center were very arrogant and unprofessional and were acting impatient when i was telling my issues.
