i am writing here to express and appeal to Appelite body to take into consideration my complain of motorola mobile service /Lenevo service centre-Mobi quest based in hyderabad.
I have recently purchased Moto X play 32gb from flipcart and within 2 months dated 29 dec 2016 it stopped functioning.Tech Team from Mobi quest/(Authorised service centre )in Kukatpally says motherboard is corrupted and fault and need replacement but they dont know how long it will take.
please let me know if i can get a new phone as its not my Mistake that motherboard is corrupted and within warranty cant be changed and there is no valid statement or feedback coming from Mobi Quest. Below is the IMEI no of my phone and address of mobiquest.IMEI No0-[protected].
The mobile is under AWARRANTY with still 10 months validity. request for immediate attention and please push motorola to immediately give me a new Phone or change the defected part

its been 25 days since i am seriously following up with service centre and motorola team and all they are doing is passing affairs. This is how consumer in India is treated and after 20 days motorola team is asking what is issue and what part need to be repaired as if i am the engineer from service support centre.
I need to know when i will recieve my mobile as i dont want nonsense reasons like products are not there in india, we eport from hong kong, brazil. what i am supposed to do. My question is why they are sending faulty defected product in market and when they have no stock of Spare parts.
I need my phone back immediately as i am having finanial loss in my business because of not having smart phone.
